Abstract

Permasalahan sampah merupakan suatu kondisi yang harus dihadapi oleh masyarakat pada masa sekarang ini. Jika sampah tidak bisa ditangani dengan baik maka terjadi pencemaran lingkungan. Bank Sampah adalah suatu program yang bertujuan untuk mengelola sampah dengan cara mengumpulkan, memilah, dan mengolah sampah menjadi bahan yang memiliki nilai ekonomi. Konsep Bank Sampah didasarkan pada prinsip bahwa sampah dapat diubah menjadi sumber daya yang bernilai jika dikelola dengan baik. Bank sampah membutuhkan suatu aplikasi komputerisasi yang dapat membantu pekerjaan pengelola bank sampah tentang laporan terkait data sampah yang diterima dari nasabah dan informasi tabungan nasabah. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah membuat rancangan sistem informasi bank sampah berbasis website untuk memudahkan manajemen pengelolaan sampah. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Research and Development (R&D). Hasil penelitian ini adalah rancangan Sistem Informasi Bank Sampah berbasis Web untuk manajemen pengelolaan sampah di Desa Sumurjomblangbogo.

Abstract

Permasalahan sampah merupakan suatu kondisi yang harus dihadapi oleh masyarakat pada masa sekarang ini. Sampah merupakan material sisa yang tidak diinginkan setelah berakhirnya suatu proses. Masalah yang terjadi antara lain masalah pencemaran, baik pencemaran air, pencemaran udara, maupun pencemaran tanah. Kerusakan lingkungan sebagian besar  juga didominasi oleh sampah-sampah yang tidak dapat sepenuhnya diolah oleh masyarakat. Tingkat kerusakan lingkungan tersebut menjadi salah satu faktor penting yang menentukan tinggi rendahnya risiko terjadi bencana di suatu wilayah. Untuk mengatasi persoalan sampah, perlu dilakukan perubahan paradigma yang memandang sampah sebagai sumber daya yang memiliki nilai ekonomis dan dapat dimanfaatkan, yang semula hanya sekedar mengumpulkan, mengangkut dan membuang sampah ke TPA berganti menjadi pengelolaan sampah dengan menerapkan 3 R (reduce, reuse, recycle) yaitu dengan pembentukan bank sampah. Bank  sampah  merupakan  salah  satu  bentuk  pengelolaan  lingkungan  yang  efektif  dan  ramah lingkungan,  selain  itu  juga  memiliki  peran  salah  satunya  untuk  mereduksi  jumlah  sampah  yang  dihasilkan dan untuk mengurangi pembuangan sampah langsung ketempat pembuangan akhir. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan  untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada Ibu-ibu PKK dan Komunitas Perempuan Kepala Keluarga (PEKKA) di Desa Sumurjomblangbogo Kecamatan Bojong Kabupaten Pekalongan tentang pengelolaan sampah melalui pembentukan bank sampah.

Abstract

Paguyuban Uripjoyo is an association of Micro Small Medium Enterprise (MSME) actors in Kuripan Kertoharjo Village. The impact of the pandemic outbreak and regulations related to the Imposition of Restrictions on Community Activities have caused sales turnover to decline, for that MSMEs are required to be more creative and innovative in carrying out marketing activities. Digital marketing activities or online marketing is the most appropriate solution in dealing with this phenomenon. However, there are still many MSME actors who have not mastered digital marketing. Therefore, digital marketing training and assistance is needed for MSME actors in Kertoharjo Village to be able to compete and be innovative to increase sales turnover in the pandemic era. Abstract

Providing quality drinking water is the government's responsibility which is realized through the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM). The quality of PDAM services is a measure of success in meeting community needs. This research aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the service quality of Perumda Tirtayasa Pekalongan City. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this research is customers of Perumda Tirtasaya, Pekalongan City in 2022 with a sample of 400 customers. The results of the research show that the Customer Satisfaction Index for Perumda Tirtayasa Pekalongan City services is 80.25, this means that the service performance of Perumda Tirtayasa Pekalongan City is perceived as "good" by the community. And the level of conformity/customer satisfaction with Perumda Tirtayasa Pekalongan City services is 92%.

Abstract

Silvia Honey is an individual business unit in the livestock sector in Pekalongan City. Silvia Honey was pioneered at the beginning of 2018 or approximately 5 years running. In its development, this honeycomb business unit has experienced quite rapid development but its reach is still limited to local and only relies on word of mouth marketing. The use of digital marketing to reach a larger market potential is still not optimal. Based on an interview with business owner Rizki Silva Pinusa, he still only uses Instagram in his marketing. The obstacle experienced is not yet mastering how to create interesting Instagram content so that it can influence purchasing decisions. The aim of this community service activity is to provide training on optimizing Instagram social media and using ChatGPT to support the marketing of Silvia Honey so that it can create interesting and relevant content on Instagram social media. The result of this activity was an increase in participants' knowledge and skills by 32.33%.

Abstract

Sumurjomblangbogo Village has now developed rapidly, especially in improving the performance of SMEs. Since the establishment of the Tirta Arum swimming pool tourism, the development of MSMEs, especially in the culinary sector, has had great opportunities to market their products. People in nearby locations take advantage of the existence of tourist attractions to improve the economy by selling culinary products in canteens or kiosks around tourist locations. However, as time goes by, especially the era of digitalization, the work of MSMEs should be obliged to follow developments in digitalization. Through PkM activities carried out by answering partner problems in the fields of management and marketing. PkM activities carried out in the form of digital transformation activities include; e-business training and mentoring, Qris registration as an alternative to cashless payments and product innovation and diversification to manage competitive business management. PkM activities are carried out at the target of productive partners, namely culinary MSMEs which are members of the KUBE developed by BUMDes Sumurjomblangbogo, Kec. Bojong, Kab. Pekalongan. Furthermore, the results of PkM activities are evaluated for providing solutions to partner problems so that partners can apply the results of training and mentoring. Apart from that, activity partners can become independent MSMEs and are also able to empower competitiveness and achieve all businesses. Abstrak Desa Sumurjomblangbogo kini telah berkembang pesat, terlebih pada peningkatan kinerja UKM. Sejak didirikannya wisata kolam renang tirta arum perkembangan UMKM khususnya bidang kuliner memiliki peluang yang besar untuk memasarkan produknya. Masyarakat di lokasi sekitar memanfaatkan keberadaan objek wisata untuk meningkatkan perekonomian dengan menjual produk kuliner mealui kantin atau kios di sekitar lokasi wisata. Namun seiring perkembangan zaman khusunya era digitalisasi maka kiprah UMKM seyogyanya wajib mengikuti perkembangan digitalisasi. Melalui kegiatan PkM yang dilakukan dengan menjawab permasalahan mitra di bidang manajemen dan pemasaran. Kegiatan PkM yang dilakukan berupa kegiatan transformasi digital diantaranya; pelatihan dan pendampingan e-business, pendaftaran Qris sebagai alternatif pembayaran secara cashless dan inovasi dan diversifikasi produk untuk mengelola manajemen bisnis yang berdaya saing. Kegiatan PkM dilakukan pada sasaran mitra produktif yaitu UMKM kuliner yang tergabung pada KUBE yang dikembangkan oleh BUMDes Sumurjomblangbogo, Kec. Bojong, Kab. Pekalongan. Selanjutnya hasil kegiatan PkM dilakukan evaluasi atas pemberian solusi permasalahan mitra sehingga mitra dapat menerapkan hasil pelatihan dan pendampingan selain mitra kegiatan dapat menjadi UMKM mandiri juga mampu berdaya saing dan mencapai keberlanjutan usaha.

Abstract

Kampoeng Batik Kauman Pekalongan, a destination for shopping, cultural, and educational batik tourism in Pekalongan City, Central Java, faces significant challenges in promotion and competition with imitation products. This community service activity aims to enhance the promotional skills of batik SMEs through training in the use of artificial intelligence (AI) applications for marketing content creation. The training involved 18 participants from Kampoeng Batik Kauman SMEs and covered the use of AI applications such as ChatGPT, Gemini AI, Bing Image Creator, Canva AI, Photoroom AI, and Gamma AI to assist SMEs in generating ideas and creating engaging marketing content. Participant satisfaction data showed that 72.2% rated the training as very satisfactory, 24.5% as satisfactory, and 3.2% as moderately satisfactory. These findings demonstrate that AI-based marketing content training is highly beneficial for supporting the business promotion of Kampoeng Batik Kauman Pekalongan SMEs, particularly in marketing content creation.

Abstract

This digital business mentoring aims to improve the ability of Ornament Sugi MSMEs to utilize digital technology for marketing and business development. This mentoring focuses on website development, social media management, and online sales strategies through e-commerce platforms. The mentoring methods used include theoretical and practical training, as well as ongoing mentoring. The results of this mentoring are expected to increase sales, market reach, and the competitiveness of Ornament Sugi MSMEs in the digital era. Further evaluation is needed to measure the long-term impact of this mentoring.

Abstract

Tranformasi teknologi digital saat ini sudah berkembang pesat salah satunya dalam bidang pemasaran. Namun pemanfaatan teknologi digital pada bidang pemasaran belum digunakan secara optimal dalam memasarkan produknya. Tujuan dari teknologi digital antara lain untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan laba penjualan melalui berbagai macam platform online. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode penilitian kualitatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan UMKM Crispacrispy menjadi UMKM Go Digital dengan pemanfaatan platform digital seperti Instagram dan Shopee. Selain itu, packaging yang digunakan kita ubah menjadi lebih menarik sehingga harga yang dijual dapat bersaing dengan pasar.
