Abstract

The fundamental goal of this exploration is to break down outsourcing and company competitiveness. A large number of literature reviews have been completed to accomplish the targets of this study. Outsourcing has become unavoidable and almost many multinational companies outsource to take advantage of scarce internal resources. In this study it was observed that the proprietor of the organization is the main winner in the outsourcing and off shoring situation. Furthermore, a detailed literature review shows that along with many other motives, the cost factor causes a major influence in outsourcing. Meanwhile, competitiveness is the company's ability to compete with commodities that meet customer needs in terms of price, quality and variety. This is possible as long as the company has a competitive advantage and its affirmation comes from the company's internal conditions and in a competitive and supportive economic environment.

Abstract

This examination is persuaded by the ineffectiveness of the ticketing process using a ticket blank by the Ditlantas officer unit of the Polda Metro Jaya in tackling traffic violators. For this reason, the Polda Metro Jaya Traffic Directorate uses a new program issued by the National Police Korlantas, namely E-tickets. This e-ticket program has been operating since December 16, 2016. However, in the implementation of the ticketing process using e-tickets, it is still not optimal and not as expected. Hence, a review was directed that aims to determine the description of the use of e-tlang by Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya officers, the factors that hinder the application of e-tickets. This exploration was directed utilizing a subjective methodology utilizing illustrative examination strategies, as well as information assortment procedures by interviewing, observing and reviewing documents. The aftereffects of the investigation discovered that the utilization of e-tickets was still not ideal. This is because of a few variables, to be specific 1) Legal Substance Factors 2) Law Enforcement Factors. 3) Factors of Facilities or Facilities. 4) Factors of Community Legal Culture. 5) Natural or Environmental Factors. In light of the aftereffects of the examination above, it very well may be presumed that the utilization of e-tickets by Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya officers has not been effective. Implementation in the field is still experiencing obstacles, both officers and the environment. In response to this, the Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya has made efforts to increase the effectiveness of prosecution and prevention of criminal traffic offenses.

Abstract

Sumber daya perikanan sebagai salah satu aset nasional merupakan modal besar untuk mencapai sasaran di bidang perikanan guna menunjang keberhasilan pembangunan. Kakap putih telah menjadi bisnis komersial (dalam budidaya) untuk dikembangkan, karena pertumbuhannya relatif cepat, perawatan yang mudah dan toleran yang tinggi terhadap perubahan lingkungan, membuat kakap putih cocok untuk budidaya skala kecil maupun besar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui teknik penanganan indukan kakap putih (Lates calcarifer) yang efektif di Balai Perikanan Budidaya Air Payau (BPBAP) Takalar. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara secara langsung dan penanganan indukan ikan kakap putih yang meliputi persiapan induk, penyiapan wadah budidaya, manajemen kualitas air, manajemen pakan, pemijahan induk, serta pemanenan dan penanganan telur hasil pemijahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada tahap satu jumlah total telur adalah 4.903.100 butir dan jumlah total telur yang terbuahi adalah 4.779.000 butir. Sedangkan pada tahap dua jumlah total telur adalah 16.366.000 butir dan jumlah total telur yang terbuahi adalah 15.926.000 butir.

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk membuat model pengembangan program persiapan pensiun yang lebih efektif serta dapat membantu Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan SSDM Polri yang akan pensiun. Hal ini diharapkan agar pegawai yang mengikuti program persiapan akan merasa bahagia lahir dan batin. Hasil dari model pelatihan ini menggambarkan tentang penyusunan bahan pelatihan, metode, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi program kegiatan. Materi pelatihan terdiri dari dua aspek besar meliputi Aspek Perencanaan Pensiun dan Aspek Konseling. Adapun Metode Pelatihan adalah Penyampaian Materi, Diskusi Kelompok, Role Play, Games dan Simulasi, Konsultasi dan Kunjungan ke tempat-tempat usaha. Sedangkan pelaksanaan dilakukan di luar kantor bekerjasama dengan BTPN dan peserta adalah PNS di lingkungan SSDM Polri serta memanggil peserta dari satuan kerja lain, adapun narasumber dari berbagai ahli sesuai dengan tema. Pada tahap evaluasi pelaksanaannya bekerjasama dengan Baganev Rojianstra SSDM Polri dengan menilai kebutuhan serta efektifitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan hasil penelitian yang diperlukan pengembangan program persiapan pensiun dengan menambah aspek-aspek program persiapan masa pensiun meliputi persiapan dan konseling. Adapun saran dari penelitian ini adalah agar dapat diterapkan khususnya di instansi Polri dan dapat digunakan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut.

Abstract

TK-TPA Nurudda’wah Cappagalung merupakan salal satu TK-TPA yang ada di Kelurahan Sangiasser Kec. Sinjai Selatan Kab. SInjai. Selawesi Selatan. Dimana anak-anak yang belajar di TK-TPA Tersebut masih minim pengetahuannya terkait salat baik salat wajib amuapun salat sunnah. Pada saat melakukan salat masih banyak diantara mereka bermain-main, karena banyak yang belum mengetahui Gerakan dan bacaan salat. Oleh karena itu dilakukan pendampinga sebagai bentuk pengabdian untuk mengajar bacaan dan tata salat anak-anak yang belajar di TK-TPA tersebut. Adapun tujuan dari pembinaan ini yakni mengembangkan wawasan dan pengetahuan tentang bacaan dan tata cara salat. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan dan informasi dari masyarakat. Sehingga dapat diterapkan pembinaan dengan cara ceramah, menghafal dan peraktek Gerakan salat. Hasil ini dapat menjadi acuan masyarakat setembap atau Pembina TK-TPA dalam melanjutkan pembinaan sehingga pesertanya dapat menjalankan salat dengan baik dean benar sesui tuntunan Islam

Abstract

Slag is the residual product of blast furnace combustion, which is produced in the form of iron slag which is still not used properly, causing problems for the environment. In line with the spirit of environmental preservation, companies producing slag waste are looking for solutions to utilize this slag waste. The aim of this research is to determine the compressive strength of iron slag waste as a partial substitute for coarse aggregate on the compressive strength of concrete and the effect of variations in the percentage of iron slag waste on the compressive strength of concrete. The data analysis technique used in this research uses descriptive parametric analysis. Data on concrete compressive strength test results is obtained from the division between the maximum load of the test object and the cross-sectional area of ​​the test object, then the data will be presented in the form of tables or graphs. The results of the research show that the influence of variations in the results of concrete compressive strength testing which takes into account variations in the mixture of iron slag waste with 3 variations, namely 0% (normal concrete), 5% and 10% of some of the coarse aggregate, results in concrete testing at the age of 28 days. in normal concrete or variations of 0% Iron slag waste with an average of 21.89 MPa. For a variation of 5% iron slag waste with an average of 23.12 Mpa. And for variations of 10% iron slag waste with an average of 26.04 MPa. From the results of adding or replacing coarse aggregate using iron slag waste in the mixture, the compressive strength of the concrete has increased, as is the result obtained, namely from adding 5% iron slag waste, an increase of 1.23 MPa compared to normal concrete. and the addition of iron slag waste by 10% decreased by 4.15 MPa from normal concrete.

Abstract

The majority of the population in Salo Dua village, Maiwa sub-district, Enrekang district is engaged in farming. The production and price of farm products do not guarantee farmers a high income from farming activities, due to the process of transporting from the plantation to the location of collecting farm products with a modified tassi motorbike. This study aims to determine the use of motorbike tassi on the level of income and the level of performance of farmers. The results showed that the use of tassi motorbike in Salo Dua Village, Maiwa District, Enrekang Regency, there were independent variables simultaneously affecting farmers' income (Y) significantly. Partially, the tariff / fee variable (X1) has a positive but insignificant effect on farmer income (Y). While the variables of satisfaction (X2) and performance (X3) have a positive and significant effect on farmers' income (Y). The use of motor tassi can affect the performance of farmers, with 47.62% of respondents very able to ease the work of farmers in agricultural activities, be it harvesting or delivering fertiliser to farmer gardens that are difficult to reach by four-wheeled vehicles. 54.76% of respondents said the farmer's harvest process was more effective and efficient, 44.05% of respondents said farmers were greatly helped in the harvest process.

Abstract

School-age children are a group vulnerable to nutritional problems. Their nutritional status is crucial as it affects cognitive abilities and health. Therefore, measuring nutritional status becomes a necessary preventive step. This activity was carried out on September 18, 2024, with the aim of measuring and assessing the nutritional status of elementary school children using anthropometric methods to measure weight and height, and evaluating nutritional status based on BMI-for-age. The event was successful, with active participation from the students of SDN Centre Number 1 Pattallassang, Kab. Takalar, and received appreciation from the school. The results showed that 2 children were obese, 1 child was undernourished, and 32 children had a good nutritional status. Regular assessments and intervention from relevant agencies are highly needed.

Abstract

Vehicle Operating Costs (VOC) refer to the expenses incurred by entrepreneurs/ operators in manage public transportation in a year. The ‘Recealed Pteference’ method is used to determine VOC by conducting a survey based on field conditins. This research aims to determinethe VOC on rural public transport on the Letta-Bungi route and compare the applicable transport rates with the VOC analysis results. It also aims to find out how much income is generated by rural public transportation busineses operating on the Letta-Bungi route. The research employs a quantitative survey method and analysis data using formulas, literature, journals and previous research. The analysis of Vehicle Operational Costs (VOC) for rural public transport on Letta-Bungi route in Pinrag Regency was conducted. For an annual mileage of 11,160 km/year and an average speed of 30 km/hour. According to the analiysis, the yearly operating cost of the vehilcs is IDR 232.956.075,- and the Operating Cost per km is IDR 20.874.20,-. The current tariff of IDR 50.000,-/pnp is higher than the calculated tariff of IDR 42.443,-/pnp. The study analysis also shows that the profits obtained by business operators amount to IDR 55.043,925,-/year and IDR 4.932,25,-/km.

Abstract

Road maintenance or upkeep is not an easy problem to do because it requires quite a large amount of money. This is what causes the government to appear slow in repairing road damage so that the damaged roads become worse and wider. In reality, so far the government has carried out road maintenance and repairs when the road was in a condition that was in serious disrepair, so it is certain that the costs required will be very large and it can also be ascertained that the losses suffered by road users while the road is damaged, are also very large. big or even worthless. However, in implementing the preservation program, proper management is required so that the preservation program can be carried out effectively and efficiently. The aim of this research is to determine the type of damage found on concrete roads in Maluku Village, Kec. Maritengngae District. Sidrap along 2 km and technical study of concrete road maintenance program in Maluku Village, District. Maritengngae District. Sidrap along 2 km. The results of the research show that the damage on the concrete road in Maluku Village, Kec. Maritengngae District. Sidrap has patch damage, edge damage, cracks, transverse cracks, longitudinal cracks and holes. The most dominant damage is damage to holes and damage to roads on the concrete road in Maluku Village, Kec. Maritengngae District. Sidrap has 2 types of treatment, including Periodic Maintenance and Routine Maintenance Program. And handling the most dominant type of damage from STA 0+000 to 2+000 is a routine maintenance program of 100%.
