Abstract

Polystyrene plastic waste is difficult to decompose naturally and becomes microplastics which pollute the environment. Therefore, plastic waste is utilized in road pavement mixtures. This research aims to find out whether the addition of Polystyrene to AC-BC asphalt with levels of 4% and 5% can improve the quality of asphalt based on the 2018 General Bina Marga specifications. This research was carried out in a laboratory and analyzed using the Marshall method. AC-BC asphalt test results with polystyrene content of 4% and 5%, show that only the VIM value at 4% plastic content with a value of 3.88% meets and 5% plastic content with a value of 2.58% does not meet the range of 3%-5%. , then apart from the VIM value of AC-BC asphalt it meets the specifications. Abstract

Waterpark Matua is one of the land use objectives that can generate development attraction as a water recreation destination that offers the potential attraction of a beautiful natural panorama because it offers a view consisting of plantations and rocky hills surrounding the tourist area so that it has a beautiful and exotic photo spot. This study aims to determine the characteristics of visitors, what factors affect the attractiveness of visitors, and the growth rate factor of future visitor attraction using the furness method. This research was conducted for 2 months with questionnaire data collection, and processed using the SPSS 24 application. The results showed that the characteristics of visitors according to gender showed that most visitors were female based on a percentage of 66%, age 11-20 years with a percentage of 38%, most visitors from the Alla, Anggeraja, Curio districts with a percentage level of 38%, Students with a percentage level of 47%, the most visitors' transportation mode is motorbike with a percentage level of 70% and the movement attraction model with multiple linear regression analysis method is Y = 2.839 + 0.340 (x1) - 0.473 (x2) + 0.196 (x3) - 0.228 (x5) + 0.190 (x9) + 0.419 (x12). Factors that influence the occurrence of attraction are variables of home distance (x1), transport costs (x2), length of travel time (x3), destination to tourist attractions (x5), food prices (x9), and building conditions (x12). The growth rate factor from the analysis results using the Furness method obtained a growth factor value of Ed = 0.9897 which has met the requirements of the error tolerance limit, with an expected visitor attraction value of Dd = 3214.

Abstract

Road construction using aggregates. In Pinrang, the material used to make samples was brick ash. The aim of this research is to determine the aggregate properties and aggregate compatibility of AC-WC dan AC-BC asphalt concrete mixtures based on general specifications from Marga Buildings in 2018. This study, which was carried out in the laboratory from August to October 2023, used an experimental approach. According to the research results, the AC-WC dan AC-BC stability value obtained from adding 5% brick ash content with 5% asphalt content was 1975.31 kilograms and 6% asphalt content was 2995.74 kilograms. The MQ value is 833.46 Kg/mm 5%, and 6% 1109.53 Kg/mm, while the stability value obtained by adding 6% brick ash content with 5% asphalt content is 1564.59 kilograms and 6% asphalt content is 2399 .03 kilograms. The MQ value is 665.78 Kg/mm for 5% and 6% 891.83. The AC-BC stability value obtained from 5% brick ash with 5% asphalt content is 2023 ki.29 kilograms and 6% The large asphalt content is 2018.77 kilograms, the resulting MQ value is 613.12 from 5% and 6% is 531.25. The stability value resulting from the addition of 6% brick ash with 5% asphalt content is 1118.02 kilograms and 6% is 1122 .54 and the resulting MQ values were 272.69 from 5%, 267.27 from 6%. From the results of this research, the addition of 6% brick ash can reduce the stability of AC-WC and AC-BC, in contrast to 5% brick ash increasing stability.

Abstract

The various building failures show that there are still many construction safety problems that are being ignored so that the Habibie library building construction project in Parepare City cannot be separated from these threats. Implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) needs to be held to this construction project to prevent, reduce, and even strive to eliminate the risk of work accidents (zero accidents). The aim of this research is to analyze the level of success of the SMK3 and factors causing the delay of its implementation. This study using a descriptive method with qualitative approach through distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents which later be analyzed using SPSS program. The research results show that the success rate for implementing occupational safety and health is 74.20% and the most influential inhibiting factors are limited funds and also the lack of knowledge about SMK3 from the company and its employees.

Abstract

Soil compaction is required to extend firmness, volume weight and diminish soil porousness at the extend area where adaptable asphalt framework will be built. The point of this inquire about is to decide the impact of soil thickness on street development utilizing the sandcone strategy and to decide the comparison of field compaction testing (Sand Cone) with research facility compaction testing (Compaction Testing) on the development of the Takkalasi-Bainange Lawo area of the Soppeng Rule street. Abstract

Pavement conditions affect the comfort, security and safety of road users. However, pavement conditions are increasingly decreasing due to road damage factors that can be divided into two parts, namely structural damage which includes pavement failure or damage to one or more pavement components that result in the pavement no longer being able to bear traffic loads, and functional damage which includes safety and comfort. This study aims to analyze the level of road damage using the PCI method. The results of the study showed that the average value of damage to the main road section of General Ahmad Yani Km 7, Parepare City was 38, which indicated that the quality of the road pavement was in fair condition with a level of road damage to Alligator cracking of 11%, longitudinal cracking of 7%, potholes of 10%, patching and utility cut patching of 60%, weathring/raveling of 2%, depression of 3%, curvature of 6%, swell of 05%, and shoving of 1%.

Abstract

One of the modes of transpotation available at the Central Market of Polewali Mandar District is a motorized rickshaw. Motorized becak is a modification of traditional becak with motorized vehicles such as motorcycles. The benefits of this research are for consideration by motorized pedicab drivers in order to improve the quality of service to passengers. The results of the analysis using the help of SPSS version 26 software from 100 questionnaire samples distributed with reference to the three factors in this study, namely service quality, safe and comfortable, and bentor tariffs are able to influence the ups and downs of public satisfaction with motorized rickshaw services by 65.6%. Then in partial testing or t test shows that the service quality variable has a result of 0.974, the safe and comfortable variable is 2.342 and the bentor tariff variable with a result of 6.705. This shows that the bentor tariff variable is the factor that is most able to influence the satisfaction of motorized rickshaw consumers in the Central Market of Polewali Mandar Regency.

Abstract

Concrete is a rock made from a mixture of cement, sand, aggregate and water. For this reason, this construction material is very important to develop. One effort to develop it is by utilizing industrial waste. Like other industrial waste, wood ash waste can also be used as a partial replacement for cement. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of adding wood ash as an additive to cement on the compressive strength and tensile strength of concrete, as well as to determine the effect of varying the percentage of wood ash in the concrete mixture on the compressive strength and split tensile strength of concrete. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with experimental methods, namely by comparing normal concrete with 3 variations of mixture to determine the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the concrete. The results of the research showed that the experimental compressive strength and split tensile strength of concrete on normal concrete and variations of 3 mixtures, namely 2%, 4% and 6% of cement, obtained experimental results on the compressive strength of concrete for 28 days of normal concrete with an average of the average of 25,478 Mpa decreased with a 2% variation with an average of 24,723 Mpa, and decreased drastically for a 4% variation with an average of 19,439 Mpa, and for a 6% variation with an average of 18,967 MPa. Meanwhile, in testing the split tensile strength of normal concrete with an average of 7.185 Mpa, it experienced an increase from normal concrete with a variation of 2% with an average of 7.333 Mpa, and experienced a decrease from normal concrete with a variation of 4% with an average of 6.667 Mpa, and 6%. with an average of 6 Mpa. So it can be concluded that concrete with a variation of 2% wood ash does not really affect the compressive strength of the concrete, but the more wood ash that is added, the compressive strength of the concrete will decrease. From this research it can be concluded that the use of wood ash does not achieve the planned compressive strength so it is not suitable for use in construction.

Abstract

Bullying telah menjadi tantangan dalam dunia pendidikan karena memberikan dampak negatif, diantaranya adalah berkurangnya kesempatan anak untuk mendapatkan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Asesmen Nasional tahun 2022 menunjukkan 36,31% siswa berpotensi mengalami perundungan. Sebagai upaya memerangi bullying, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan mengeluarkan Permendikbudristek 46/2023 tentang Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kekerasan di Lingkungan Satuan Pendidikan, serta penerapan Program Roots sebagai intervensi anti-bullying yang fokus pada upaya menciptakan lingkungan yang aman. iklim di sekolah dengan melibatkan secara aktif peran siswa sebagai agen perubahan. Roots Program telah dilaksanakan sejak tahun 2021 dan masih akan dilaksanakan pada tahun 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan Roots Program dengan menggunakan model implementasi Van Meter dan Van Horn, serta strategi pelaksanaan Roots Program di DKI. Jakarta sebagai salah satu provinsi dengan jumlah kasus kekerasan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Program Roots di DKI Jakarta belum optimal dengan beberapa kendala yang ditemukan pada saat proses pelaksanaannya. Untuk memaksimalkan implementasi Program Roots di DKI Jakarta dapat dilakukan melalui penyesuaian rencana strategis, keterlibatan aktif Satgas dan Unit Pencegahan Kekerasan, sosialisasi fleksibilitas penggunaan dana BOS, penggunaan platform Merdeka Mengajar, mengadakan kelas empati, melibatkan orang tua dalam menumbuhkan budaya anti kekerasan, menginisiasi gerakan berani melaporkan kekerasan, dan membangun suasana kelas yang inklusif.

Abstract

Laporan Pendidikan tahun 2022 menunjukkan 20% kabupaten dan kota di Indonesia memiliki tingkat pencapaian kebijakan penguatan karakter yang rendah jika mengacu pada indeks karakter siswa SMP. Salah satunya adalah Kabupaten Lebak, Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan dalam implementasi penguatan karakter pada tingkat SMP di Kabupaten Lebak dengan menggunakan model implementasi kebijakan Van Meter dan Van Horn serta menyusun strategi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksploratif sekuensial dengan subjek penelitian adalah pemangku kepentingan pendidikan pada tingkat SMP di Kabupaten Lebak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan permasalahan yaitu belum adanya dasar kebijakan penguatan karakter di pemerintah daerah, pemahaman guru terhadap Profil Siswa Pancasila belum merata, rendahnya partisipasi orang tua, dan belum adanya keterlibatan masyarakat. Penguatan karakter tidak dapat terjadi dengan partisipasi yang efektif tanpa seluruh pemangku kepentingan bekerja sama secara aktif. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah pusat, pemerintah daerah, sekolah, orang tua, serta melibatkan mitra pendidikan perlu memainkan perannya dengan baik dan berkolaborasi dalam penguatan karakter siswa.
