Abstract

In this service program, the devotees try to respond to issues related to the development carried out by the Pujon Kidul tourist village, especially in increasing merchandise sales and introducing several new tourist destinations in Pujon Kidul. Because of the information obtained, the trend is also increasingly erratic during a pandemic like today. This has encouraged the service team to provide some touch of technology, especially in marketing. Through the digital marketing and e-commerce development program, our community service team hopes that with this program, the community will experience an increase both in terms of income and visits to tourist attractions that are running now. This program hopes that it will also introduce potential outside of Café Sawah, owned by Pujon Kidul. This program is also appropriate because, during a pandemic like this, a decrease in the number of visitors has also been experienced in Pujon Kidul. With the introduction of other potential villages, it is hoped that the attractiveness and capacity accommodated will be in the Rice Field Café and different potentials. The method used in this service process is to use digital marketing and e-commerce as a solution to increase visits and sales of products owned by BUMdes Pujon Kidul. Social media is one of the media used to increase interest and visits to the tourist village of Pujon Kidul. Measuring success can be calculated from direct visits to tourist attractions and visits to Pujon Kidul's social media. Based on the results of visits from both social media and tourist attractions, there has been an increase for followers at 11,800, and for holidays, there has been an increase to 6500 tourists visiting. The results of e-commerce and digital marketing training are expected to provide other income regularly for citizens who depend on their life from Pujon Kidul tourism.

Abstract

The Participatory Action Research (PAR) Model is not only referred to as a research method but is also referred to as an approach to community empowerment and development, including community-based tourism development. This paper describes the stages of empowerment and development of a tourist village in Indonesia using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach consisting of observing, mapping, reviewing, making program diagram maps, and re-planning the development of tourist villages. The data obtained through the PAR approach were analyzed using the Nvivo 12 Plus Software. This paper reveals that Ngadas Village has tourism potential, including nature tourism and socio-cultural tourism. The tourism potential of Ngadas Village has not been managed and developed properly due to the limitations of village facilities and infrastructure that support the presence of Ngadas Village as a tourist village. The participatory integrative model is a model that can be implemented to develop Ngadas Village as an agriculture-based tourism village. Through this model, stakeholders, especially the village government, local government, universities, and local communities, can synergize and play a role according to their respective abilities, which are directed to realize the same goal, namely to build Ngadas Village as a tourist village as a source of opinion that supports community welfare. The findings of this study contribute to the development of local tourism in developing countries, especially in Indonesia.

Abstract

The active land used for potato production in Pasuruan Regency is 3,000 ha, contributing 60% of the potato needs in East Java Province. The yield of potatoes from 3,000 ha is only 450 ha (15%) which is capable of producing 25 tonnes per ha, while the remaining 2.5 ha is only capable of producing 10-15 tonnes per ha. The difference in the productivity of potato plants is a result of the use of potato seeds that are not of good quality. The goal of this activity is that partners who are members of the Sari Rejo Farmer Group can produce potato seeds independently. As well as being able to distribute potato seeds widely to other areas. UMM established the Sari Rejo Farmer Group as a partner farmer group in the activity of producing Rooted Apical Cuttings potato seeds. The activity began with the acclimatization process to get the main plant, from the main plant the cuttings were carried out so that the seeds of rooted shoot cuttings were produced. The selection of these partners is based on the fact that the members have a high opportunity and interest in developing quality potato seeds. To overcome the existing problems, tutorial methods, training, and demonstration plots at partner locations are used, as well as partner group assistance. In its implementation, partners can provide land for demonstration plots and can maintain plants during the activity. The results so far, farmers have understood the potato seed plantlet acclimatization technology, so that mother plants are produced. Farmers have been able to produce seeds in the form of rooted apical cuttings independently so they can produce G2 class potato seeds in the open field. Partners can produce quality potato seeds for the needs of members and farmers outside the region.
