Abstract

Era persaingan di dunia bisnis saat ini sangat ketat, perusahaan tidak mungkin bisa berkembang pesat tanpa ada customer service yang baik, karena dengan pelayanan yang baik maka akan meningkatkan kepercayaan dan berdampak pada loyalitas pelanggan. Kemampuan perusahaan untuk menjalin hubungan dengan mitra akan berdampak pada peningkatan kemampuan perusahaan untuk menghadapi persaingan. Dalam menjalin hubungan, apabila hubungan tersebut terjalin dengan baik maka akan berdampak baik bagi perusahaan dalam segi penjualan dan bisa meningkatkan profitabilitas. Hubungan distributor dengan pelanggan dapat dipandang sebagai bentuk kerjasama yang terjalin antar perusahaan dengan pelanggan. Saat ini posisi pelanggan bagi perusahaan bukan hanya menjadi sumber pendapatan, tetapi juga aset jangka panjang yang harus dikelola dan dipelihara oleh Customer Relationship Management. Cara pandang perusahaan sekarang ini menganggap pelanggan menjadi bagian penting dalam menentukan arah dan kebijakan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja Customer Relationship Management pada PT Panahmas Dwitama Distrindo Jember. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Customer Relationship Management di PT Panahmas Dwitama Distrindo Jember berpengaruh sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan serta berjalan dengan baik dan juga efektif.

Abstract

Distribusi merupakan suatu aspek penting untuk diperhatikan dalam menjalankan bisnis baik bisnis besar maupun bisnis kecil. Keputusan perusahaan dalam menetapkan strategi distribusi serta saluran distribusi yang akan dijalankan menentukan kelancaran jalannya proses distribusi sehingga bisa memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan maupun pihak yang berada dalam saluran distribusi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis saluran distribusi di PT. Panahmas Dwitama Distrindo Jember dan bagaimana perusahaan mengatur frekuensi pengiriman pesanan barang dalam jumlah kuantitas tertentu terhadap operasional harian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi penjualan yang diambil oleh PT Panahmas Dwitama Distrindo Jember merupakan sebuah strategi yang tepat bagi suatu perusahaan dalam menjalankan proses distribusi.

Abstract

Hubungan antara organisasi dan pelanggannya merupakan isu penting ketika membangun hubungan jangka panjang. Hal ini berlaku tidak hanya dalam hubungan Business to customer (B2C), tetapi juga dalam hubungan Business to business (B2B). Untuk menjaga hubungan jangka panjang, organisasi harus menciptakan loyalitas pelanggan dalam bisnis. Pentingnya dan manfaat menarik dan mempertahankan pelanggan setia telah muncul karena ada penerimaan umum bahwa loyalitas pelanggan diikuti oleh keuntungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan peningkatan mengenai pengelolaan dan pemeliharaan hubungan pelanggan-pemasok dalam pemasaran B2B. Selain itu, hasil dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan beberapa saran untuk menciptakan loyalitas pelanggan pada aplikasi pemasaran B2B. Analisis kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini karena merupakan metode yang cocok untuk tujuan penelitian. Untuk melakukan penelitian ini digunakan subjek perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengadaan barang (PT. Wakabe Indonesia). Beberapa indikator untuk mengevaluasi praktik pemasaran B2B adalah: tujuan pertukaran, karakteristik komunikasi, sasaran manajerial, fokus manajerial, investasi manajerial, dan jenjang manajerial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pemasaran B2B dilakukan dengan baik dan perusahaan harus merespon kebutuhan pelanggan untuk mempertahankan pelanggan dan menciptakan loyalitas pelanggan

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Agro Aku Bisa Jember, East Java. The aims of this study were (1) to analyze the application of standard operating procedures on corn farming at PT. Agro Aku Bisa Jember; (2) the effectiveness of the implementation of Quality Control of corn farming at PT. Agro Aku Bisa Jember. The basic method used is descriptive with a case study implementation. Data were collected by interview, observation and documentation methods. The results showed that (1) the application of standard operating procedures had been carried out well in planting to harvesting based on the following principles; (a) pre-planting land maintenance; (b) periodic land maintenance

Abstract

The background of this study is that many students have not met the Standards ofGrades. Then the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parents' attention,learning motivation and discipline on student achievement in SMAN 3 Lamongan. The sampleusing proportionate stratified random sampling method is a sampling technique that is carriedout if the traits or elements in the population are not homogeneous and stratified less ordisproportionately while measuring data using the Likert scale. Technical analysis uses theinstrument test (validity test and reliability test) to test the quality and consistency of themeasuring instrument, the model test / classical assumption test (normality test,multicollinearity test and heterokedasticity test). The results of the study stated that ParentalAttention, Learning Motivation and Discipline had a positive and significant effect on StudentAchievement in SMAN 3 Lamngan Students.

Abstract

The enthusiasm of the Indonesian people to shop online is currently an interesting phenomenon, the many conveniences offered when transacting online are the main attraction for buyers, but it is not uncommon for buyers to be faced with risks that will be faced when making purchases online. Moreover, there were inconsistencies in the results of previous studies regarding online purchasing decisions so it became an interesting thing to re-investigate. This study aimed to find out the effect of Price, Information Quality, and Perceived Risk on Online Purchasing Decisions in E-Commerce. The research approach used in this research was a quantitative method, according to the explanation it was causal research. The sample used was female students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), which consisted of the Study Programs of Mathematics Education, English Education, and Elementary School Teacher Education, as well as the Faculty of Islamic Religion, which consisted of the Study Programs of Islamic Religious Education, Early Childhood Islamic Education, Muhammadiyah University of Gresik Class of 2018. The data sources used were primary data and secondary data, so the results of multiple linear analyses proved that price, information quality, and perceived risk influenced online purchasing decisions in E-Commerce. so the implication of this research is that pricing, developing information quality, and well-managed perceived risk can improve online purchasing decisions in E-Commerce so it is important for economic actors to pay special attention to price, information quality, and perceived risk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine leadership, motivation, job satisfaction, work facilities on employee performance (studies at PT. Varia Usaha Fabrication) Gresik. The sample used the non-probability sampling technique as many as 54 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis prove that leadership, motivation, job satisfaction, work facilities have a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Varia Usaha Fabrication. These results can be proven that with leadership, motivation, job satisfaction, work facilities that have been implemented can improve employee performance at PT. Varia Usaha Fabrication Gresik.

Abstract

Background – Customer satisfaction is very important for business continuity in a company. PT. Kelola Mina Laut (KML) is a fisheries industry that implements a defensive strategy for its marketing, namely by applying a QR code to traceability information of frozen shrimp products that provide added value for its customers. Aim – Identify and analyze customer satisfaction on the use of QR codes for frozen shrimp products at KML based on S-O-R theory (Usefulness, Acceptability, Feasibility, Perceived flow, and Customer Satisfaction). Design / methodology / approach – This study uses 7 (seven) people as informants, who are KML customers, and then analyzed using Miles and Huberman Analysis. Findings – Customer satisfaction on the S-O-R theory was tested when the customer said he was very satisfied using this QR Code system, the customer's feeling when using this traceability system was easy and positive when using the QR code. Customers think this system is feasible to use and can be recommended to other customers. Research implication – The results of this study are a means for researchers to add insight and knowledge about traceability systems using QR codes at KML shrimp processing unit in an effort to increase customer satisfaction. Limitations – The QR code used contains information on the frozen shrimp product traceability system. The theoretical basis used is the S-O-R theory. The research location is in the KML Gresik, and test the validity of the data in this study using Source Triangulation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of word of mouth, facebook ads and personal selling on purchasing decisions at PT Senna Kreasi Nusa. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were consumers of PT. Senna Kreasi Nusa. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique which produces a sample of 75 consumers. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data was obtained by using multiple linear regression analysis, first the instrument test and classical assumption test were performed. The results showed that the variables word of mouth, facebook ads and personal selling had a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decisions of PT. Senna Kreasi Nusa.

Abstract

This study aims to study consumer behavior through purchasing decisions, in this study identifying product quality factors, price perceptions, store image, which in the literature study this factor influences purchasing decisions. This research is a type of quantitative research with a sample size of 100 respondents, the data is obtained through a questionnaire distributed with the provisions of consumers who have bought products or visited the aji jaya makmur Gresik store, the analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression which will further test the hypothesis. The results showed that product quality has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Toko Aji Jaya Makmur where the results show a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 and a significance value smaller than 0.05 and t count 4.254 greater than t table 1.984. Price Perception has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Toko Aji Jaya Makmur where the variable t value found a significance level of 0.019 <0.05 and a significance value smaller than 0.05 t count 2.382 greater than t table 1.960. Meanwhile, store image has no effect on purchasing decisions at Toko Aji Jaya Makmur where the significance level is 0.864 greater than 0.05. t count 0.864 is smaller than t table 1.984 and the significance value is greater than 0.05, based on these findings, it shows that product quality has a dominant influence on purchasing decisions, so it is important for Aji Jaya Makmur Gresik stores to always pay attention to the quality of their products to keep consumers from switching to competitors.
