Abstract

Digitalization has led to many very rapid developments, especially in the field of technology. The development of information and communication technology has had an impact on changes in various fields, such as the economy, society, politics and culture, and has had an impact on lifestyle changes, including consumption patterns and the way people sell and shop. So a lot e-commerce has sprung up with attractive and safe shopping technology systems. E-commerce in Indonesia is currently growing rapidly by taking all market share from providing online selling platforms to ordering online food delivery. This change in the business environment has been taken advantage of by several technology-based companies, one of which is Gojek, Grab, and its new competitor, Shopeefood. Shopee is one of the largest e-commerce or online shopping sites in Indonesia. Shopee in April 2020 released its new delivery-food business called Shopeefood. This observation uses a quantitative technique with a questionnaire based on the calculation of the Likert scale. Validity and reliability tests have been used to decide whether the allocated questionnaire turns out to be valid or not. Hypothesis testing is carried out using multiple regression examinations, simultaneous trials (F-test), and testing and determining the correlation coefficient. From the results of the assessment carried out, it is recognized that the quality of information does not have an impact on purchasing decisions, while celebrity endorsers and sales promotions have an impact on purchasing decisions through Shopeefood.

Abstract

The high number of educational institutions in an area, especially in the Gresik Regency area, has implications for the level of competition in fighting over prospective new students. Every institution must be able to build school branding as the best place according to the educational needs of prospective new students and parents of students. The current service activity aims to build the branding of the Muhammadiyah Charity Business Cerme High School school under the auspices of the Basic and Middle Education Council (Dikdasmen) Muhammadiyah College, Cerme Branch, Gresik Regency. Community service activities are carried out in the form of offline training at the Muhammadiyah 8 Cerme High School location. The results of the Community Service show that there is an increase in the ability of school leaders in an effort to improve branding as an effort to increase public interest and positive perceptions, especially prospective students and parents of students.

Abstract

This Service Program aims to develop the Barokah BUMDes business in Gredek Village, Gresik Regency based on local potential and strengthen governance so that BUMDes' performance gets better and contributes to the income and welfare of all villagers. The basis for formulating the goals of the service program refers to the results of observations (surveys) and preliminary interviews with the director of BUMDes Barokah, Gredek Village, Sit Sampeyan District, Gresik Regency who expressed his desire to increase productivity while developing BUMDes business and financial administration management capabilities so that BUMDes can be accountable and not become a money laundry institution. The existing business units are still not based on processing the main village products, namely agricultural villages where the majority of the residents work as rice farmers. The solution in an effort to develop the business and governance of BUMDes Barokah is by: (1) creating potential transactions for basic village needs, which have been created independently so far, will be managed as the Gredek village market (2) creating the potential of the Gredek village reservoir, which so far has only functioned as a place for irrigation and fish farming, will be packaged into fishing tourism with fish cultivation targeted at bringing in tourists who have a hobby of fishing as well as educational tours for elementary school students or playgroups with the potential for beautiful panoramic views. village rice fields.

Abstract

The background in this research is the sale of Semen Merah Putih does not meet the target. This study aims to examine the influence of advertising, price, and public relations on the purchasing decision of Red and White Cement in Gresik Regency. This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were consumers who had purchased Semen Merah Putih products, while the sample was taken using the Probability Sampling technique using simple random sampling. The reason is because of the way of taking samples from members of the population using random regardless of the strata (levels) in the members of the sample population. The sample studied by the researcher was 96 96 people who had made a purchase of Red and White Cement products. The analysis technique uses instrument testing, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. For the test tool, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) is used. The results of this study indicate that advertising has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and public relations has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

PT. XYZ sebagai perusahaan makanan mie instan yang mampu mengikis sedikit demi sedikit market share indomie sebagai market leader mie instan di Indonesia. Namun PT. XYZ mengalami permasalahan pada kinerja karyawan pada penilaian kriteria sangat baik dan baik mengalami penurunan setiap tahunnya, hal ini bisa mempengaruhi tujuan Perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. XYZ. Dengan menggunakan 186 responden sebagai sampel. Penelitian menggunakan analisa regresi liniear berganda dengan menggunakan tiga hipotesis, Pengujian hipotesis dengan mengguakan uji t dengan taraf signifikasi 0,05. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. XYZ, Keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini ialah penelitian ini hanya dilakukan pada karyawan divisi bumbu PT. XYZ

Abstract

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan bagian dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia melalui pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik, sebagai salah satu perguruan tinggi yang menjunjung tinggi nilai- nilai Tri Dharma, melaksanakan KKN di Kelurahan Kemuteran, Kabupaten Gresik. Di Kelurahan Kemuteran, salah satu masalah yang dihadapi adalah jumlah sampah yang cukup besar setiap harinya. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, bank sampah diinisiasi sebagai salah satu solusi dalam mengelola sampah dan mendorong partisipasi masyarakat dalam menjaga lingkungan. Namun, transparansi dalam pengelolaan keuangan bank sampah masih menjadi perhatian. Oleh karena itu, dalam KKN ini, dilakukan sosialisasi pembukuan dan pelaporan keuangan kepada Ibu-Ibu Kader bank sampah untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Metode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi masalah, survey lapangan, tinjauan pustaka, penyusunan materi, sosialisasi, pembuatan laporan, dan monitoring serta evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan KKN ini menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi pembukuan dan pelaporan keuangan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan praktik administrasi keuangan di bank sampah Kemuteran, Gresik. Ini membuka peluang bagi pengelolaan keuangan bank sampah yang lebih baik dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Citra Perusahaan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada PT X. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan sampel yang berjumlah 32 responden. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dalam penelitian ini diambil menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap variabel Loyalitas Pelanggan dengan nilai t hitung 4,300 > nilai t tabel 1,694, namun variabel Kepuasan Pelanggan dengan nilai t hitung 1,463 < nilai t tabel 1,694 dan variabel Citra Perusahaan dengan nilai t hitung 0,688 < nilai t tabel 1,694 tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap variabel Loyalitas Pelanggan. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kualitas Pelayanan, variabel Kepuasan Pelanggan dan variabel Citra Perusahaan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel Loyalitas Pelanggan.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate and analyze the promotional mix used in an effort to increase the number of credit customers at the BPR Bank Gresik Regional Public Company. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method approach. Data was collected through interviews, documentation and observation from several informants. Data triangulation was carried out to ensure the accuracy and validity of the findings. The results of the research show that the Perumda BPR Bank Gresik Credit Account Officer uses a promotional mix, namely personal sales, advertising, sales promotions, public relations and direct marketing. The findings of this research indicate that the application of the promotional mix that has been carried out by Credit Account Officers is classified as less than optimal due to several obstacles, such as limited time divided between promotions and the credit application analysis process, tight competition with commercial banks and cooperatives, lack of understanding by Credit Account Officers regarding features. social media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan upaya untuk secara sistematis mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan di PT YZ di Pulau Jawa. Faktor-faktor tersebut termasuk kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan ketepatan pengiriman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, yang memungkinkan pengukuran yang lebih objektif terhadap variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel Slovin, menghasilkan 146 distributor sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Non Probability Sampling digunakan sesuai dengan karakteristik populasi yang relevan. Analisis dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil menunjukkan variabel kualitas pelayanan dan harga tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (masing-masing dengan nilai statistik 0.499 dan 0.340 > 0.05). Namun, variabel ketepatan pengiriman berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (nilai statistik 0.000 < 0.05), menandakan perannya yang penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan di PT YZ.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to determine the impact of price, brand image, and reference groups on Gudang Garam Surya 12 cigarette purchasing decisions in Gresik Regency. In this study's analysis, the following tests are used: the t test (partial), the F test (simultaneous), the normality test, the multicollinearity test, the heteroscedasticity test, the multiple linear regression test, and the determination coefficient test (R2). In this study, questionnaire instruments were used to collect accurate data from 100 customers who bought Gudang Garam Surya 12 cigarettes in Gresik. SPSS is a testing application. The findings of the partial t test research indicate that price, brand image, and reference groups all significantly influence consumers' decisions to buy. According to the findings of the (simultaneous) F test inquiry, the Price, Brand Image, and Reference Group components all have an impact on Purchasing Decisions.
