Abstract

Rapid economic and technological developments in Indonesia have changed consumer behavior, especially in purchasing patterns that have shifted from physical stores to e-commerce. One industry that is experiencing significant growth is beauty care products, which are a primary need for many women. Competition in the cosmetics industry is increasing along with the development of beauty trends and product innovation. Data from the Ministry of Industry shows that the cosmetics industry increased by 9% in 2019. Many factors influence purchasing decisions, including viral marketing, buyer reviews and customer trust. Direct experience in trying the product. Even though online shopping is growing in popularity, many consumers still consider purchasing beauty products in person. One local brand that is experiencing rapid growth is Scarlett Whitening, which ranks second in sales of local skincare products with total sales of IDR 17.7 billion in the short period of 2022. This product has received BPOM permission and continues to grow as one of the most popular skincare brands in Indonesia. This research aims to determine the influence of Viral marketing, Online customer reviews, and Customer trust on Purchase decisions for Scarlett whitening products at E-Commerce Shope among Management students at Muhammadiyah University Gresik. The research method uses quantitative methods with a sample of 100 respondents. The data obtained was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS 20 program. The results of the research showed that Viral Marketing had a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions, Online Customer Reviews had a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions, while Customer Trust had a positive but not significant influence on Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Sales Promotion, Brand, Price, Social on purchasing decisions of consumers using ShopeePay in Gresik Regency. By using 95 respondents as a sample. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using four hypotheses. Hypothesis testing using the t test with a significance level of 0.05. The calculation results show that the independent variable, namely Sales Promotion, has a positive but insignificant effect because the significance value is above 0.05. Other independent variables such as Brand, Price and Social partially have a significant positive effect with a significance number below 0.05. Based on the results of this analysis, it is hoped that ShopeePay can improve Sales, Brand, Price and Social Promotions. Because this will increase consumer purchasing decisions using the ShopeePay digital wallet.

Abstract

Service quality is an important aspect that needs to be considered in running a business, whether profit or non-profit oriented. When the quality of the service provided is very good, it will expedite the business process in the future. The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of service to labor service providers at PT Varia Usaha Fabrication. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. The research results from the reliability aspect are quite good, it is known from statements from informants that more workers complete tasks on time than workers who do not complete work on time. In the aspect of responsiveness that is still not good, it is known from the informant's statement that the solution is not optimal, more customers provide solutions to problems that occur. The solution given is less effective in solving the problem. In the aspect of certainty or guarantee, it is still not well known from the informant's statement that the delay in fulfillment and not according to the labor specifications desired by the customer. the attention aspect was very well known from the informant's statement that communication was going well, easy to contact and the staff were friendly. In the tangible aspect, facilities and infrastructure are said to be very good according to the wishes of the customer. Completeness of work has been fulfilled so that customers are satisfied with the facilities and infrastructure that have been provided.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagimana penilaian penanganganan keluhan pada PT. Pos Indonesia Surabaya 60000. Data yang digunakan merupakan data para pelanggan yang melakukan keluhan pelanggan di PT. Pos Indonesia Surabaya 60000 dalam kurun waktu 10 bulan terakhir di bulan Januari hingga oktober 2022. Penanganan keluhan pelanggan yang dilakukan pada PT. Pos Indonesia Surabaya 60000 yaitu dengan melakukan penanganan kepada para pelanggan sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam. Hasil dari penelitian di PT. Pos Indonesia Surabaya 60000 dalam penanganan keluhan pelanggan bisa dikatakan baik dan bisa membuat customer semakin percaya terhadap perusahaan.

Abstract

PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (SIG) is one of the state-owned companies that since 2013 has transformed into a Strategic Holding. SIG has 17 Subsidiaries (AP), consisting of 8 Cement Making companies and 9 non Cement Making companies. Of the Cement Making Companies, 3 APs whose share ownership is 99.9% owned by SIG, namely PT Semen Padang, PT Semen Tonasa and PT Semen Gresik. This research was conducted at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (SIG). The objectives of this study are (1) analyzing the implementation of Policies & SOPs at PT SIG, (2) Effectiveness of the implementation of centralization of Accounting & Finance functions at PT SIG. The basic method used is descriptive with the implementation of case studies. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, Forum Group Discuss (FGD) and documentation methods. The results showed that the implementation of Holding Policies & SOPs in Subsidiaries (AP) has been implemented well based on periodic reviews and as an effort to create added value for the group, efficiency, and better performance of SOEs.

Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini ialah untuk menguji bagaimana pilihan konsumen terhadap produk Azarine dipengaruhi oleh citra merek, kualitas produk, dan celebrity endorser. Untuk mengevaluasi asumsi-asumsi yang ada, studi ini menggunakan metode studi kuantitatif, yaitu teknik mempelajari populasi atau kelompok tertentu, menghimpun data dengan memakai alat studi, dan menganalisa data statistik. Seratus empat puluh orang yang telah menggunakan atau membeli produk Azarine setidaknya sekali menjadi sampel studi. Purposive sampling adalah metode yang dipakai untuk pengambilan sampel. Temuan studi ini mempersentasikan bahwa meskipun kualitas produk mempunyai pengaruh yang kecil terhadap pilihan membeli barang azarine, citra merek dan pendukung selebriti mempunyai pengaruh yang kecil.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ialah untuk mencari tahu dampak kualitas layanan, kualitas produk dan promosi pada kepuasan pelanggan di Pits-Stop Kopi PPS. Penelitian berikut mempergunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif. Pada penelitian memerlukan sampel sebanyak 160 responden. Analisis Linear Berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah acidential sampling. Pada penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan, kualitas produk dan promosi pada kepuasan konsumen Pit-Stop kopi PPS adalah berpengaruh signifikan dan positif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Brand Image, trust, and online customer review variables on purchasing decisions for Snack Tray products on the Haus Indonesia brand, both partially and simultaneously. The study population included consumers who had purchased and consumed Haus Indonesia products at least once in the Gresik area, with a sample of 150 respondents selected through accidental sampling return techniques. Data analysis was carried out using quantitative methods through validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination. This study concluded that brand image, trust, and online customers partially had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
