Abstract

Background – The use of integrated marketing communication strategies has become increasingly important in today's business world to achieve consistent and effective communication goals. PT. BPW Shafira Lintas Semesta conducted this research to analyze the implementation strategy of integrated marketing communication they utilize. In the complex business environment, understanding how various marketing elements interact with each other can be a key to success. Aim – The objective of this research is to analyze the implementation strategy of integrated marketing communication conducted by PT. BPW Shafira Lintas Semesta. This study aims to gain insights into how the company combines various elements of marketing communication in their efforts to achieve their business goals. Design / Methodology / Approach – This research employs a qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews and observations at PT. BPW Shafira Lintas Semesta. The collected data is then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model. The qualitative approach is used to gain in-depth understanding of the integrated marketing communication strategy implemented by the company. Findings – The results of this research indicate that PT. BPW Shafira Lintas Semesta employs an integrated marketing communication model involving various elements such as advertising, sales promotion, events and experiences, public relations and publicity, online marketing and social media, direct and data-based marketing, as well as personal selling. This integrated approach provides insights into how the company coordinates various communication aspects to achieve their marketing goals. Research Implications – The findings of this research could have significant implications for other companies looking to adopt integrated marketing strategies. This study can provide insights into how to organize and manage various marketing elements to mutually support each other and generate a greater impact. Limitations – This research has several limitations, such as its focus on only one company (PT. BPW Shafira Lintas Semesta) and the use of qualitative methods that may not allow for broad generalizations. Additionally, the study is constrained by time and resource availability.

Abstract

Nowadays, the number of internet users in Indonesia continues to experience a significant increase. According to data, the number of internet users in Indonesia in March 2021 reached 212.35 million, which put Indonesia in third place, with the most internet users in Asia. Internet technology is also used as an e-commerce trade transaction. A survey conducted by Katadata shows that 77.4% of internet users in Indonesia access food delivery applications. This figure is the highest presentation in the world in 2021. One of the food delivery e-commerce sites that is often used by University of Muhammadiyah Gresik students is Shopeefood. There are several factors that can cause someone to decide to buy online in e-commerce, including the Covid-19 pandemic, digital marketing promotions, sales promotions, affordable prices and also the quality of service provided. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions at Shopeefood. The population of this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Gresik. Samples were taken of 100 students who had made a purchase transaction at Shopeefood. Data was taken using a questionnaire whose measurement used a Likert scale. The data obtained were processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that service quality and price had a significant effect, while promotions had no effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Teachers are the spearhead of the learning process in educational units. The better the quality of learning implemented by a teacher, the impact it will have on the quality of a school's student graduate output. The current service activity aims to build a mindset change for teachers at the Sabilil Muttaqien Islamic Boarding School (PSM) 2 Vocational School, Magetan Regency, which has the title of Center of Excellence Vocational School. This service activity is carried out in the form of offline training at the Takeran Magetan Highway School location, Magetan Regency. The results of the service show that there is an increase in understanding from vocational school teachers about the importance of changing mindsets in efforts to improve the quality of the learning process in the PSM 2 Takeran Vocational School environment.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of service quality variables, location and hospital image on the decision to visit patients at Ngimbang Regional Hospital. This research used quantitative research involving 160 patients from the relevant regional hospitals. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS version 26, the data sources used come from primary and secondary data. The results of the analysis show that the variables of service quality and location influence the decision to visit patients at Ngimbang Lamongan Regional Hospital. Meanwhile, the hospital image variable has no influence on the decision to visit patients at Ngimbang Lamongan Regional Hospital. This research has limitations because it was only conducted at Ngimbang Lamongan Regional Hospital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of advertising, price and brand ambassadors on student buying interest. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sampling technique used slovin with a total sample of 90 respondents. The population used in this study were management students at Muhamaddiyah Gresik University. The data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple linear method. The results of the analysis show that advertising has a significant effect on purchase intention, price has a significant effect on purchase intention and brandambassadors have a significant effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

PT Pos Indonesia Malang merupakan perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak dibidang pelayanan atau pengiriman dokumen surat dan paket. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis loyalitas pelanggan pengguna layanan Western Union di PT Pos Indonesia cabang Malang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi lingkungan dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa salah satu faktor menurunnya pengguna layanan Western Union dikarenakan hilangnya Wabah Covid 19. Sehingga membuat para customer Western Union sebelumnya merasa tidak memerlukan jasa tersebut. Penggunaan Western Union di PT Pos Indonesia cabang Malang juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan reward. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengusulkan beberapa strategi yang dapat digunakan di PT Pos Indonesia cabang Malang dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini juga dapat membantu peneliti selanjutnya untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Country of Origin, Price, and Servicescape on Purchasing Decisions at Kentucky Fried Chicken Wahidin Gresik. This study uses a quantitative method with a causality approach to test the cause-and-effect relationship between variables. Data were obtained from 180 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique, with the criteria of customers who live in Gresik Regency, have purchased at Kentucky Fried Chicken Wahidin Gresik, and are aged <18 to >35 years. The results of the analysis show that Country of Origin has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions through the attributes of production innovation, design, quality, and image of the country of origin. Price also has a significant effect on indicators of affordability, price suitability with quality, and price competition. In addition, Servicescape plays an important role in influencing customer decisions through the physical environment, spatial layout, and symbols. This study confirms that these factors significantly influence consumer purchasing behavior in the fast-food sector. The positive influence of Country of Origin, Price, and Servicescape on purchasing decisions. The practical implication is that companies need to continue to pay attention to service quality, price management, and restaurant atmosphere to improve customer experience and sales volume.

Abstract

The Shopee marketplace often gets bad reviews from customers regarding the service provided, one of the reasons being the admin's lack of friendliness and delays in package delivery. The important objective of this research is to describe the impact of service, trust and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in the e-commerce industry in Gresik Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, this type of research is deductive research. The population in this research are Shopee marketplace users in Gresik Regency. This research requires a sample of 190 respondents using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria being the people of Gresik district who have made purchase transactions on the Shopee marketplace. The analysis method used is multiple linear analysis with the help of the SPSS application. The results of this research variables X1 and X3 both have a significant effect on variable Y, while variable X2 does not.

Abstract

Bajuber Print is a printing company that prioritizes customer satisfaction in a highly competitive printing industry. This study aims to identify various factors influencing customer loyalty using a qualitative approach, including in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and direct observation. The data analysis revealed that consistent service quality, value-aligned pricing, positive customer experiences, and attractive loyalty programs are key factors in building and maintaining customer loyalty. These findings provide valuable strategic insights for Bajuber Print to formulate effective measures to enhance customer loyalty while strengthening the company's position in a competitive market.

Abstract

Internal control is very important for companies, especially in managing cash. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that the internal control of cash at the XYZ Sidoarjo Eye Clinic is like what. The results showed that the implementation of the internal control system, especially cash receipts and disbursements carried out by the XYZ Sidoarjo Eye Clinic, was sufficient, according to theory. It's just that at the point of division of tasks and responsibilities there are still multiple functions due to limited human resources so that internal checking is ineffective and also the cash disbursement document has not been numbered sequentially to facilitate evaluation. Companies should carry out control of cash receipts and disbursements in accordance with the principles of internal control of the company
