Abstract

BUMDes “Jenalas Sejahtera” merupakan BUMDes yang berlokasi di Desa Jenalas, Kecamatan Gemolong, Kabupaten Sragen. Bidang usaha yang dilaksanakan diantaranya: pengelolaan air sawah, usaha simpan pinjam, pelayanan jasa keuangan tarik tunai, serta selepan padi. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, diperoleh informasi bahwa pihak pengelola BUMDes “Jenalas Sejahtera” belum melakukan penyusunan laporan keuangan dengan baik sesuai standar akuntansi yang berlaku. Pembukuan yang dilakukan setiap terjadi transaksi, hanya sebatas mencatat kas masuk dan kas keluar tanpa memperhatikan kaidah akuntansi. Hal ini disebabkan karena pengelola BUMDes tidak memiliki latar belakang pendidikan akuntansi dan belum pernah memperoleh pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan sebelumnya. Akibatnya, Laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan masih berupa laporan pemasukan dan pengeluaran sederhana yang belum dikonsolidasikan, sehingga pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan dengan BUMDes tidak dapat memperoleh laporan keuangan secara utuh. Menyikapi kondisi tersebut, tim PKM Univet Bantara menindaklanjuti dengan melakukan pelatihan praktek pembukuan ringkas berbasis sistem tata buku tunggal. Untuk menjawab permasalahan, tim PKM menyelenggarakan kegiatan pelatihan dalam lima tahap: sosialisasi manfaat pembuatan laporan keuangan sesuai standar akuntansi, pencatatan transaksi bisnis, pembukuan berdasarkan catatan transaksi bisnis, penyusunan laporan laba/rugi, serta penyusunan laporan neraca. Berdasarkan evaluasi, diketahui pada masing-masing tahapan kegiatan skor posttest mengalami peningkatan ≥ 25 % dibandingkan skor pretest. Hasil ini menunjukkan mitra pengabdian mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan sesuai harapan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan ini dinyatakan berhasil.

Abstract

Mass media adds anxiety to the community regarding Covid-19 news. Some chose not to consume news or did other kinds of counters to reduce the anxiety effect. This study investigated the perception of the public and journalists in Surakarta about Covid-19 news and their perception about the ideal reporting model in a situation such as this time. Agenda setting media theory was used to understand the issue explored. Data were collected using questionnaire and interview. This research concluded that media was considered a cause of psychological disorders, especially anxiety and fear, because of the bad news. The media was still not sensitive to public needs as news tends to pursue ratings/compete to find viewers by making excessive or bombastic titles. The expected news model shall prioritize facts and minimize the negative impact through optimistic news; educational; clear and complete information by credible sources; used terms that were understood by all; showed empathy, sympathy; and content variation.

Abstract

ABSTRACT One form of application that can be used as a digital marketing medium is imooji. The imooji digital application was not yet known to market traders and was only discovered when the PKM team arrived. This community service activity aimed to increase participants' knowledge in understanding the concept of digital marketing using the imooji application, namely contents containing photos of merchandise found at market stalls. The participants in the activity were 8 traders and shop owners. The method of implementing activities was through the application of digital marketing, creating content for the imooji application. This is done because kiosk traders do not understand digital technology. Next, the team provided a brief explanation regarding the use of imooji which can be shared via social media such as WA, FB, and IG. The results of the implementation of the community service activities showed that not all participants are technologically literate and understand how to use imooji via cellphone because half of the participants are elderly, namely over 55 years, thus made it difficult to understand the imooji digital work process. Creating imooji content by providing a link containing a catalog of goods sold at market stalls can be easily shared with various participant social networks. This activity is expected to foster an entrepreneurial spirit in the digital era.

Abstract

Communication has an important role in supporting the process of education and learning. To make the learning material well transformed for santri (students), an appropriate and effective communication strategy is needed. Thus, this study analyzes communication strategies in empowering entrepreneurship at Pesantren Asshiddiqiyah 2, Tangerang. This is a qualitative study and uses a case study method. Its data was collected by case studies, in-depth interviews and literature studies. Its results reveal that ustadz (teachers) in the pesantren (Islamic Boarding Schools) tend to act more as communicators in entrepreneurship learning. The message packaging strategy, which includes religious lessons, general lessons, entrepreneurship, and life skills, was delivered in three ways. The first is applying the local content curriculum to the formal learning process, the second is integrating entrepreneurship values with extracurricular activities, and the third is conveying a message of independence and responsibility in daily life within the pesantren environment. Meanwhile, the channels used is face-to-face communication and the media. The communicants involved were students of Classes 10, 11 and 12. The effects of the communication process contribute to the domains of cognition, affection, and psychomotor.

Abstract

In political communication, “blusukan” (impromptu visit) is called door to door campaign, in which candidates conduct face-to-face communication by visiting the people directly. This situation creates personal intimacy in the sense of there is no physical distance and formal protocolary distance. People can see the personality of their candidate leaders closely. This face-to-face communication meeting can be interpreted that the candidates "nguwongke" (humanizing), putting the people not onto the context of profit-loss-based rational relation (between the electorate and the elected), but putting them as partners inseparable from the successful candidate leader. This study is based on fieldwork in Surakarta during the mayor election, applied in-depth interviews with politicians. While in ancient times the leader conducted "blusukan" to know his people’s condition, “blusukan” during the campaign for Mayor Election is conducted to socialize or to introduce the couples to the people. Having known the candidates, people are expected to think of whether or not they will elect them.

Abstract

Facing the 2024 election, two big figures have emerged who have been nominated as Indonesian presidential candidates for the 202-2029 period, namely Anies Bawesdan from the Nasdem Party and Ganjar Pranowo from PDIP. These two figures then became targets of the media by sharing information and activities carried out. Every report in the mass media is essentially a construction of events by the mass media based on the reality that occurred. The ability to construct this discourse will have a major influence on the opinions, decision making and political attitudes of readers. By understanding the work of media reality construction, people will be wise and appropriate in utilizing any information from the mass media. Solopos.com's media agenda setting regarding the two presidential candidates Anies Bawesdan and Ganjar Pranowo certainly greatly influences the level of electability of readers, especially among FISH Univet Bantara students who were respondents to this research. This research aims to determine the influence of the Solopos.com media agenda setting on the electability level of students in the candidacy of Anies Bawesdan and Ganjar Pranowo in the 2024 election and to analyze the influence of the public agenda on the electability level of students in the candidacy of Anies Bawesdan and Ganjar Pranowo in the 2024 election. The method used is a quantitative research approach. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observation, documentation. Data is measured using a Linkert scale with a range of 5 options. Statistical analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The respondents of this research are students of the Communication Science Study Program, Even Semester, Academic Year 2022-2023. The research results show that there is a relationship between the Solopos.com media agenda and the public agenda regarding the electability of presidential candidates. The political situation leading up to the 2024 election is an important moment for the Solopos.com media which is directly or indirectly participating in branding candidates Anies Bawesdan and Ganjar Pranowo as presidential candidates.

Abstract

Instagram is one of the social media most frequently accessed by internet users, so PT Pos Indonesia Sragen Branch, which operates in the expedition and financial services sector, uses Instagram as a marketing communications platform to introduce products and services to increase company sales. This research aims to identify and describe the use of social media Instagram @posaja_sragen as a marketing communication medium in introducing the products and services of PT Pos Indonesia Sragen Branch based on the marketing communication mix theory of Philip Kotler and Keller. This research focuses on the main problem faced by companies, namely the lack of public awareness regarding the products and services offered due to the limitations of conventional promotional media. The approach used in this research is qualitative with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews with 10 employees and 15 customers, as well as documentation over three months. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion, with data validity and reliability maintained through triangulation of sources and methods. The research results show that PT Pos Indonesia Sragen Branch has made optimal use of Instagram features, such as feeds, captions, Instagram stories, reels, hashtags, and direct messages (DMs) to introduce products and services. For example, using reels to show a fast and safe delivery process, as well as stories to promote discounts on delivery services. This strategy has proven effective in increasing engagement and interaction with customers, which is reflected in an increase in the number of followers by 25% and interactions on each post by 30%. The main benefits of using Instagram as a marketing communications medium include reducing promotional costs, ease of introducing service products, expanding communication facilities with the target market, and increasing company sales. This research concludes that the use of Instagram by PT Pos Indonesia Sragen Branch as a marketing communications medium has had a significant positive impact. As a recommendation, other companies are advised to adopt similar strategies with adjustments to suit their specific needs to maximize the potential of social media in their marketing strategies.

Abstract

Industri Rumah Tangga memiliki fungsi yang kuat dalam menunjang ekonomi keluarga, dimana keterlibatan dan sumbangan dalam memperoleh penghasilan dan mengatur keuangan keluarga. sektor IRT perlu mengenali tantangan yang dihadapi yaitu dengan memahami konsep pemasaran strategi segmentasi, penargetan, penentuan posisi, dan diferensiasi. Tujuan untuk menggambarkan kapasitas pengetahuan dan pemahaman strategi pemasaran segmenting,targeting positioning,diferensiasi IRT di kabupaten Sukoharjo. Metode Penelitian Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik Pengumpulan Data studi dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara, Penyebaran daftar pertanyaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model logika induktif interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil Temuan Pelaku Usaha mikro Industri Rumah Tangga di desa Sadakan dan desa Krajan masih sangat minim dalam memahami strategi pemasaran segmenting targeting, positioning, diferensiasi. Dengan daya kekuatan Industri Rumah Tangga dalam menunjang ekonomi keluarga, maka IRT ini perlu didukung dan diberdayakan dalam strategi ini. Memberdayakan usaha mikro industri rumah dalam segmentasi, penargetan, penentuan posisi, dan strategi diferensiasi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja pasar mereka. Strategi ini memungkinkan usaha mikro untuk mengidentifikasi dan memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen tertentu, yang pada akhirnya mengarah pada peningkatan penjualan dan keuntungan.

Abstract

Industri Rumah Tangga Usaha Mikro (IRT-UM) menjadi salah satu solusi peningkatan kesejahteraan Masyarakat. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat yaitu sebagai sarana memberikan Penyuluhan Legalitas Usaha Bagi UMKM di Sukoharjo. Metode pelaksanaan program ini terdiri atas lima tahap. Pertama tahap Sosialisasi, meliputi paparan secara umum mengenai gambaran program. Tahap kedua, yaitu Penyuluhan (pemaparan materi dan diskusi khusus mengenai pentingnya memiliki usaha dan pengurusan perizinan berusaha). Tahap ketiga yaitu pelatihan inovasi produk, dimana IRT_UM binaan mendapatkan pelatihan secara langsung mengenai tata cara praktik pembuatan kripik jamur dan keripi tempe alakatak. Tahap keempat meliputi pelatihan sanitasi guna memberikan pemahaman menyeluruh terkait saluran higienis dslm proses produksi. Tahap kelima yaitu pendampingan usaha yang terdiri atas pembukuan, managerial, dan legalitas usaha basis makanan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini Pelaku usaha mengetahui dan memahami urgensi memiliki legalitas berusaha berupa NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) dan SPP-IRT. Serta pelaku usaha mampu untuk meningkatkan penjualan dengan pemanfaatan media soaial terkini. Selain itu, tim univet mampu menjembatani pelaku usaha tersebut sehingga persoalan izin telah tuntas dan pelaku usaha sudah tidak lagi bergantung dengan tengkulak yang sudah punya nama untuk memperjualbelikan produknya

Abstract

Pertandingan sepakbola antara Arema FC Malang melawan Persebaya Surabaya di Stadion Kanjuruhan Malang Jawa Timur pada 1 Oktober 2022 menimbulkan duka yang amat mendalam karena mengakibatkan banyak korban meninggal, luka berat dan luka ringan serta trauma akibat tragedi tersebut. Peristiwa dipicu dengan kekalahan Arema FC dan berdampak penembakan gas air mata. Tujuan penelitian adalah menjelaskan bentuk konstruksi pemberitaan tragedi Kanjuruhan, dan mengungkapkan konstruksi berita tragedi Kanjuruhan pada surat kabar Solopos. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan konstruktivisme. Jenis penelitian merupakan studi kepustakaan. Sumber data primer berupa berita di Solopos yang memberitakan kerusuhan tragedi Kanjuruhan edisi 3-13 Oktober 2022 sebanyak 3 berita. Data sekunder diperoleh melalui berita, buku dan dokumen yang sesuai dengan pengamatan penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis framing Zongdang dan Kosicki yakni menggunakan empat elemen struktur yaitu, sintaksis, skrip, tematik dan retoris. Hasil penelitian menemukan tidak ada koordinasi, banyak korban dan penembakan gas air mata pada pelaksanaan pertandingan.
