Abstract

Defisit pragmatik merupakan ketidaksempurnaan dalam mengucapkan simbol-simbol bahasa karena gangguan medis. Ketidaksempurnaan tersebut mengakibatkan gangguan berbahasa seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan defisit tuturan anak tuna rungu dalam wacana akademik, meliputi (1) tindak tutur anak tuna rungu, dan (2) kendala tutur anak tuna rungu. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi dan wawancara dengan teknik perekaman. Data penelitian ini berupa data deskriptif dan refektif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) terdapat defisit tindak tutur asertif, tindak tutur direktif, tindak tutur komisif, dan tindak tutur ekspresif. (2) Kendala tutur yang dialami oleh anak tuna rungu terjadi pada bentuk tuturan yang diujarkan dan sering terdengar tidak jelas. Pragmatic deficits are imperfections in pronouncing language symbols because of medical disorders. These imperfections cause a person's language disorder. This study aims to describe the deficits of speech of deaf children in academic discourse, including (1) speech acts of deaf children, and (2) constraints of speech by deaf children. This study uses a qualitative descriptive design. Data collection methods used are the method of observation and interviews with recording techniques. The research data is descriptive and refective data. The results of this study are (1) there is a deficit of assertive speech acts, directive speech acts, commissive speech acts, and expressive speech acts. (2) Speech constraints experienced by deaf children occur in the form of speech spoken and often sounds obscure.

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi covid-19, setiap individu perlu menguasai bahwa literasi digital merupakan hal penting yang dibutuhkan untuk dapat berpartisipasi di dunia modern dan mengantisipasi penyebaran informasi negartif pada masa pandemi covid-19. Literasi digital akan menciptakan tatanan masyarakat dengan pola pikir dan pandangan yang kritis-kreatif. Tulisan ini menawarkan konsep gerakan literasi digital yang bisa dilaksanakan pada masa pandemi covid-19. Gerakan literasi digital yang dapat dilakukan pada masa pandemi covid-19 adalah gerakan literasi digital keluarga dan gerakan literasi digital masyarakat. Gerakan literasi tersebut bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreatif, dan positif dalam menggunakan media digital dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tulisan ini juga menawarkan konsep antisipasi berita hoaks pada masa pandemi covid-19. During the covid-19 pandemic, each individual should know that digital literacy is an important thing to participate in this modern era and to anticipate the spread of negative information. Digital literacy will create critical-creative mind-set and opinion for the society. This article offers the concept of digital literacy that can be carried out during covid-19 pandemic. The digital literacy action that can be done during covid-19 pandemic is family digital literacy and society digital literacy. Those actions aim to improve critical thinking, being creative, and using digital media positively in daily life. This article also offers the concepts to prevent hoax news during covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Upaya pencegahan korupsi melalui Program Desa Antikorupsi yang digagas oleh Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) diharapkan dapat berperan sebagai agen perubahan dan motor penggerak gerakan anti korupsi melalui desa. Pengukuran Indikator Desa Antikorupsi merupakan salah satu upaya dalam rangka mendorong Pemerintahan Desa dan segenap masyarakat agar dapat lebih berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam pembangunan desa. ‘Dimulai dari wilayah yang relatif lebih kecil, penanggulangan korupsi di sektor desa diharapkan menjadi langkah awal proses membangun integritas negara anti korupsi’. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) dilaksanakan bekerja sama dengan Desa Timpag Kecamatan Kerambitan Tabanan untuk melaksanakan penyuluhan nilai dan prinsip antikorupsi guna mewujudkan Desa Antikorupsi. Tujuan kegiatan Penyuluhan nilai dan prinsip antikorupsi guna mewujudkan desa antikorupsi merupakan kegiatan awal dari rencana pengembangan dan pengimplementasian program desa antikorupsi di Desa Timpag Kecamatan Kerambitan Tabanan. Sehingga Aparatur Desa dan Masyarakat kedepannya siap apabila kegiatan ini dikembangkan dalam bentuk pendampingan dan bimbingan teknis sampai terwujud Desa Antikorupsi dengan berbagai indikator yang ditetapkan menurut Panduan Desa Antikorupsi. Pelaksanaan PkM ini dilakukan dengan 3 tahap yaitu Tahap 1: Memberikan pre test tentang nilai dan prinsip antikorupsi guna mewujudkan desa antikorupsi, melakukan penyuluhan tentang nilai dan prinsip antikorupsi guna mewujudkan desa antikorupsi; Tahap 2: FGD pengisian instrumen desa antikorupsi; Tahap 3: Riview PkM dan Post test. Evaluasi pre test dan post test menggunakan kuesioner dengan 15 pertanyaan. Jumlah peserta dalam kegiatan ini sebanyak 35 orang. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis Wilcoxon. Data pre test dan post test dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis wilcoxon. Penggunaan wilcoxon digunakan karena distribusi nilai pre test dan post test tidak normal, dan diperoleh nilai signifikan <0,05. Hasil uji statistik nilai pre test dan post test diperoleh rata-rata nilai pre test 91.60 dan post test 100. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian penyuluhan nilai dan prinsip antikorupsi guna mewujudkan desa antikorupsi di desa timpag berpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan dan kesiapan peserta dalam menyongsong desa antikorupsi. Kegiatan penyuluhan dan FGD pengisian instrumen penilaian desa antikorupsi sangat bermanfaat bagi Desa Timpag, terutama Kepala Desa, staf desa timpag dan kepala kewilayahan guna mewujudkan desa antikorupsi, yang dapat diberikan saran bahwa perlu diadakan pendampingan secara berkelanjutan untuk mewujudkan Desa Antikorupsi, terutama pendokumentasian dan sistem yang berintegritas, termasuk diberbagai desa lain agar semakin banyak desa yang siap dan menjadi desa antikorupsi

Abstract

The anti-corruption education is a process of learning and forming behavior held in Higher Education to prevent corrupt behavior and criminal acts. The purposes of this study were (1) to analyze the implementation of anti-corruption education, (2) to identify the knowledge about anti-corruption, (3) to identify the anti-corruption attitudes and behaviour, (4) to determine the correlation between knowledge with anti-corruption attitudes and behavior in the academic community of ITEKES Bali. This research employed mixed methods research with a sequential exploratory design. Data were collected qualitatively through interviews and documentation studies on the curriculum of Higher Education and study programs at ITEKES Bali. Moreover, the data were collected quantitatively with google form about the knowledge, anti-corruption attitudes and behaviour of the academic community.The findings indicated that (1) the implementation of anti-corruption education at ITEKES Bali in the form of 2 SKS credits of Anti-Corruption Education courses in each study program, the introduction of anti-corruption values during the PKKMB period, and Anti-Corruption Education Lecturer training activities as well as in other forms of activities such as research and seminars attended by lecturers and students, preparation of anti-corruption education modules, anti-corruption campaigns on social media; (2) the knowledge of ITEKES Bali Academic Community on anti-corruption was still quite good; (3) the attitudes and behavior of the respondents fall into the very good category; (4) the correlation coefficient between Anti-Corruption Education (x) and Anti-Corruption Attitudes and Behavior (y) was (r) = 0.739 with a significance of 0.002. It could be concluded that the correlation between the two variables is significant (0.002 <0.05) with a positive and strong correlation. It is suggested to increase the quantity and quality of anti-corruption knowledge, and the improvement of anti-corruption attitudes and behavior.

Abstract

The lack of posyandu cadres who have expertise in health sciences causes the health promotion process to be less effective. This is because human resources do not have the knowledge and skills in health promotion. In addition, the cadres of the Banjar Teges Kanginan Posyandu, Peliatan Village have never received training on COVID-19 prevention. The media used in health promotion also tend to be monotonous, only using loudspeakers which are used for socialization around the Teges Kanginan Traditional Village. This shows that the process of health promotion takes place in a monotonous and less innovative way. Based on the description above, there are two problems that will be given a solution, namely the knowledge aspect of digital literacy-based health promotion and the skill aspect of digital-based health promotion. The solutions given related to the above problems are providing training and assistance in making health promotion media based on digital literacy, communication and public speaking, using and how to make hand sanitizers and disinfectants, training and mentoring on how to wash hands properly and correctly. The output target in the implementation of this devotion to the community is that the cadres of the Banjar Posyandu Teges Kanginan have the knowledge and skills of digital literacy-based health promotion. The results of this activities is implementation are as follows. (1) There is an increase in the knowledge of posyandu cadres related to digital literacy-based Health promotion. (2) there is an increase in the skills of posyandu cadres about conducting clean and healthy lifestyle, especially making handsanitizers. The high interest of posyandu cadres in improving public health, especially using health promotion based on digital literacy, it is necessary to hold further training and coaching related to the implementation of digital literacy in promoting public health

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) bentuk tuturan penolakan guru wacana akademik di SMALB N Gianyar, (2) bentuk tuturan penolakan siswa tuna rungu dalam wacana akademik di SMALB N Gianyar, (3) strategi tindak tutur penolakan guru dalam wacana akademik di SMALB N Gianyar, dan (4) strategi tuturan penolakan siswa tuna rungu dalam wacana akademik di SMALB N Gianyar. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan rancangan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah (1) guru bahasa Indonesia SMALB N Gianyar dan (2) siswa tuna rungu SMALB N Gianyar. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif dengan menggunakan prosedur sebagai berikut (1) reduksi data, (2) klasifikasi atau deskripsi data, dan (3) penyimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) bentuk tindak tutur penolakan guru ditemukan tiga jenis, yaitu tuturan bermodus deklaratif 13 tuturan (43,33%), tuturan bermodus interogatif 5 tuturan (16,67%), tuturan bermodus imperatif 12 tuturan (40%). (2) bentuk tuturan penolakan siswa tuna rungu ditemukan tiga jenis, yaitu tuturan bermodus deklaratif 24 tuturan (80%), tuturan bermodus interogatif 2 tuturan (6,67%), tuturan bermodus imperatif 4 tuturan (13,33%). (3) strategi yang digunakan guru dalam penyampaian tuturan penolakan ditemukan dua jenis, yaitu startegi langsung 11 tuturan (36, 67%), dan strategi tidak langsung 19 tuturan (63,33%). (4) strategi yang digunakan siswa tuna rungu dalam penyampaian tuturan penolakan ditemukan dua jenis, yaitu strategi langsung 20 tuturan (66,67%) dan strategi tidak langsung 10 tuturan (33,34%). Penggunaan strategi penyampaian tindak tutur penolakan disesuaikan dengan bentuk tuturan yang digunakan.

Abstract

The lack of attention to medicinal plants will cause the ecosystem and lexical medicinal plants to become more critical. Therefore, an in-depth study is needed to save biodiversity and lexical preservation of medicinal plants.  The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the lexical medicinal plants in lontar Usada Rare; (2) to describe the clarification of usada figures related to traditional medicinal plants in lontar Usada Rare for childhood diseases. To achieve these objectives, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive design. Data collection in the first stage was carried out by content analysis on lontar Usada Rare. The second stage of the research design was an in-depth interview with usada figures about usada rare to clarify the content of the lontar.The researcher as a human instrument is equipped and supported by interview guidelines, recording devices, cameras, and notes. The data obtained through the Usada Rare manuscript, then carried out data review, data categorization, and extracting the value and concept of treatment. The analysis techniques in this research are 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation and 3) conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the research and discussion above, the conclusions in this study are as follows. There are 111 (One hundred and eleven) lexical medicinal plants in lontar usada rare; There are 4 balian/healer terms in usada bali namely balian ketakson, balian kepican, balian usada and balian campuhan. The sources of medicine in usada bali include: Taru Pramana (Trees with medicinal properties), Sato Pramana (Medicinal ingredients derived from animals), Toya Pramana (Medicinal ingredients derived from water), Bayu Pramana (Medicinal ingredients derived from strength).

Abstract

The religion moderation contains an understanding in a commendable attitude that is built on a positive understanding of religious teachings, in the form of thoughts, words and actions that lead a person to a not-extreme behaviour in responding to things and has a complete attitude of tolerance. The purpose of this research was to analyze the implementation of religion moderation in the school and its benefits for the school environtment. This study was employed a qualitative research, with a grounded theory approach. The data was collected using interview and observation techniques, and other supporting documents. The research indicated that (1) Religion moderation was a comprehensive understanding that was in harmony with and built on religious teachings, implemented in the form of thoughts, words and actions by emphasizing overall tolerance in relations with and between religious communities, (2) Implementation of religion moderation in the Public Elementary School 4 Klungkung was carried out by prioritizing aspects of harmony, mutual respect, mutual support formal activities in the both classroom and outside the classroom such as greeting all religious communities, giving greetings and support to each other religious holidays , and holding a dharma santhi activities at the end of each school year, (3) the benefits of implementing religion moderation at school were in the form of comfort for every school member, lively activities on religious days, and an increase in mutual respect and love between school members.

Abstract

Quality assurance is needed to improve quality in performing the education. The curriculum is the soul in implementing the education. The OBE-based curriculum emphasizes the quality of outcomes produced by the education. Therefore, an in-depth study is needed to determine the implementation of internal quality assurance in OBE-based curriculum development. The aim of this research was to describe the implementation of internal quality assurance in OBE-based curriculum development. To achieve this goal, this research used a qualitative descriptive approach with a content analysis method. The documents which were analyzed were Permendikbudristek 53 in 2024 and the Guide to Preparing the Higher Education Curriculum (KPT) in 2024. The data analysis technique used was an interactive analysis model.  The result showed that the implementation of internal quality assurance in OBE curriculum development applied in the PPEPP cycle, namely Curriculum Determination (P), Curriculum Implementation (P), Curriculum Evaluation (E), Curriculum Control (P), and Curriculum Improvement (P).

Abstract

21st-century education requires students not only to understand content but also to be able to think critically and solve problems. Innovation in learning strategies is needed to increase student engagement and understanding. The flipped classroom learning model is here to overcome this. The flipped classroom-based learning model is a student-centered learning model that increases learning effectiveness. Thus, it is necessary to conduct a study on the flipped classroom learning model to improve students' critical thinking skills. This study aimed to determine the results of a literature review study on implementing the flipped classroom model in Indonesian language learning. The SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method was chosen in this study. Data was collected by documenting and reviewing all articles on Indonesian language learning outcomes with the flipped classroom learning model. A total of 10 articles in the last 5 years obtained from Google Scholar and other sources were used in this study. Based on the literature review, there is an increase in students' critical thinking with the application of the flipped classroom model in Indonesian language learning. This is due to supporting factors: using the flipped classroom learning model and interactive learning media. Implementing the flipped classroom learning model can improve students' critical thinking skills in Indonesian language learning. Educators can use this model as a learning innovation to achieve learning objectives quickly.
