Abstract

This study aims to identify the key components of Corporate Digital Responsibility (CDR) that are most relevant to AI implementation in news media organizations and to examine the relationships between these dimensions and the mediating factors that shape implementation outcomes. A quantitative approach was employed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling to test a framework that integrates digital ethics, responsible innovation, and media sustainability with media credibility, operational effectiveness, and business sustainability as mediating variables toward AI implementation success. The findings indicate that CDR dimensions play a significant role in strengthening credibility, improving operational performance, and supporting long-term business sustainability, which collectively contribute to more effective AI implementation. The results highlight that ethical governance, innovation capability, and sustainability orientation not only influence AI adoption directly but also operate through key organizational mechanisms that enhance trust, efficiency, and resilience. These findings imply that news media organizations need to adopt an integrated and balanced approach to digital responsibility in order to ensure that AI integration supports both technological advancement and journalistic values while maintaining long-term organizational viability.

Abstract

This study examines how the effectiveness of the Merdeka Campus policy and the quality of university service facilities contribute to student employability, with industrial collaboration positioned as a mediating mechanism. Drawing on the Resource-Based View (RBV), the research conceptualizes institutional policies and facilities as strategic resources that can generate competitive advantages for graduates when effectively aligned with external partnerships. A quantitative design was adopted, using purposive sampling to collect data from 311 final-year students and recent graduates in the Greater Jakarta area. The data were analyzed through Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM). The results indicate that both the effective implementation of the Merdeka Campus policy and the adequacy of service facilities significantly strengthen industrial collaboration. In turn, industrial collaboration plays a pivotal mediating role, substantially enhancing the positive effect of university resources on student employability. These findings suggest that institutional resources alone are insufficient; their impact is maximized when integrated with meaningful industry engagement. The study therefore underscores the importance for higher education institutions to align flexible academic policies and supportive infrastructure with sustained industry partnerships in order to better address labor market demands and narrow the gap between graduate competencies and employer expectations.

Abstract

This study analyzes how Indonesia governs energy resilience under the RUPTL 2025–2034 regulation during the country's adaptive transition using the dynamic capabilities approach. It investigates the operationalization of the sensing, seizing, and transforming capabilities, which are the flexible portion of the governance policy, organizational, and technological pillars in the adaptive transitions framework toward the envisioned sustainable energy future. Using strategic management and international case studies on energy transitions, this work highlights how Indonesia adjusts the adaptable and competitive components of its energy systems to respond to shifts in the global energy market. The dynamic capabilities and governance flexibility construct links energy resilience security and environmental sustainability, providing emerging economies valuable insights. Finally, the study emphasizes transition complexity and offers energy policy and energy transition managers concrete solutions.
