Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see whether price and service quality affect MSME customer satisfaction (a case study of djoin cafe in sub-district Wonomulyo, polewali mandar). price and service quality are independent variables in this study, while customer satisfaction is the dependent variable. This study uses descriptive quantitative techniques and survey research design. The population of this study consisted of 31,444 consumers who visited the Djoin Cafe which were taken from the 2020 data. The sampling technique in this study was the Non-propability Sampling technique, namely Accidental Sampling so that a sample of 111 consumers who visited the Djoin Cafe were obtained. The data feeder instrument uses observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression. The findings of this study indicate that: (1) price has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Djoin cafe Wonomulyo District based on partial test results. (2) At Djoin Cafe in Wonomulyo Regency, service quality has a good and quite large influence on customer satisfaction. (3) The combination of price and service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Djoin cafe, Wonomulyo District, Polewali Mandar Regency.

Abstract

Vegetable crops have bright prospects for development because they are a complement to staple foods and have high economic value. However, there are many challenges in establishing and running a hydroponic vegetable business so that the appropriate strategy is needed. This study aims to determine the internal and external factors that influence the development of organic vegetable business and to study the development strategy of organic vegetable farming business at “Deedad Hydroponic” Makassar. The type of research conducted was descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The type of informants were determined purposively, namely people who run organic vegetable businesses at “Deedad Hydroponic”. The data collection procedures included observation, interview, and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed qualitatively using SWOT analysis. The results of the analysis have suggested that the S-O strategies that can be applied are maintaining the freshness and cleanliness of the vegetables, providing training to employees to improve skills and providing equipment in accordance with the latest technology, and expanding marketing networks. W-O strategies that can be applied are conducting continuous promotions to gain market and customer loyalty, and attracting public interest in organic products. S-T strategies that can be applied are innovating high-value product development to face competition, and developing technology-oriented businesses. W-T strategies that can be applied are building a joint product distribution system, and building a network of cooperation to create reliable business governance and technology.

Abstract

Abstrak. Dunia pendidikan saat ini mengalami transformasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Salah satunya di masa pandemi Covid-19 yang mengharuskan pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan media pembelajaran untuk memfasilitasi peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran jarak jauh. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa mengenai modul elektronik (e-modul) sebagai media pembelajaran jarak jauh. Ada tiga hal yang diukur dalam mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa mengenai modul elektrorik (e-modul), yaitu kejelasan dan kesesuaian teks, gambar, animasi dan video dalam e-modul, penyajian materi dalam e-modul, dan kebermanfaatan e-modul. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi secara online oleh mahasiswa dengan menggunakan Google Form. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa angkatan 2021 Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi FEB UNM, dengan jumlah 101 mahasiswa yang juga sekaligus menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Data dianalisis dengan langkah verifikasi data, skoring, menghitung persentase masing-masing kategori jawaban dan menampilkan data dalam bentuk diagram. Kemudian peneliti menginpretasikan hasil analisis data tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata hasil persepsi mahasiswa secara keseluruhan 89% dengan kategori sangat baik. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa modul elektronik (e-modul) untuk mata kuliah pengantar koperasi sudah baik dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran jarak jauh.Kata Kunci: Modul Elektronik (E-Modul), Media Pembelajaran, Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh

Abstract

Tanaman kelor (moringa oliefera) memberikan banyak manfaat baik untuk kesehatan tubuh maupun untuk kecantikan kulit wajah. Daun kelor mengandung vitamin E, asam oleat, dan antioksidan sehingga membantu menjaga hidrasi kulit kering dan mencegah munculnya keriput, karena membantu melawan radikal bebas, sehingga cocok dibuat kosmetik dalam bentuk masker wajah. Saat ini masih banyak orang yang menggunakan masker wajah yang terbuat dari bahan kimia. Kandungan bahan kimia akan berdampak kurang bagus bagi kesehatan kulit wajah. Ini menjadi masalah bagi wanita yang menginginkan kulit wajah bersih dan sehat, sehingga penggunaan bahan alami menjadi solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Namun demikian Ibu rumah tangga tidak memanfaatkan daun kelor ini sebagai peluang usaha, padahal mudah diperoleh karena kelor dapat tumbuh dimana saja. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan tentang manfaat daun kelor, praktek dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan masker wajah. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan Ibu rumah tangga dapat memanfaatkan daun kelor menjadi masker wajah sebagai tambahan pendapatan keluarga.

Abstract

The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method with a sample of 6 student teachers divided into teams. Each team has two students in the class. Class 10 MIPA 6 consisted of 29 students, and Class 10 IKA consisted of 32 students. The researchers analyzed five videos of teaching and learning sessions. The researchers observed and recorded the teaching and learning activities at MAN 2 Makassar through the Ajarmi program. While the student teachers Ajarmi teach, they record their lessons on video. After observation, the researchers watched the video and then transcribed the video. Then, the researchers analyzed and then classified in the form of communication both verbal and nonverbal communication. The researchers found four types of verbal communication used by student teachers in the classroom, there are intrapersonal communication, interpersonal communication, public communication and small group communication. Meanwhile, there are three types of verbal communication used by student teachers in the classroom, there are kinesics, proxemics and facial expression. So, it can be concluded that the most frequently used by student teachers is public communication the types of verbal communication because student teachers always involve all students in the learning process so that they know the increase in students’ knowledge in EFL class.

Abstract

The role of entrepreneurship in a country's economy, especially in poverty alleviation and employment, needs to be supported by economic education that takes place in the family. This study aims to explore the informal economy education process of knowledge transfer and its relation to entrepreneurial interest. This research is a research with a qualitative approach with the unit of analysis in the urban farmer family business. Informants from this research are children or the next generation in urban farming family businesses. The determination of informants in this study was carried out with certain considerations in accordance with the research objectives. Data collection techniques used are interviews and observations. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative data analysis technique using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings of this study indicate that informal economic education which is implemented through knowledge transfer within the family is carried out by directly involving children as successors in business activities. Parents as the previous generation transfer knowledge verbally and provide examples to successors. The successor receives and absorbs the knowledge given by the predecessor and then applies that knowledge in running the business. The successor applies the knowledge provided by the predecessor by adding creativity and innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the business development of Kedai Bi'lis Bajeng Permai in innovating on development to be able to compete and survive in running the steamed toast business. This study uses a qualitative method, where the data obtained comes from interviews with several informants and through questionnaires filled out online via Google Form. The results of the study are (1) the need for creativity in developing a business with the development of ideas for the products produced such as the number of menus, appearances or unique product forms so as to attract the attention of consumers; (2) the need for innovation towards more creative baked steamed bun products; (3) the development of the steamed toast business can be done with creativity and innovation as well as implementing online marketing or sales strategies.
