Abstract

The level of crime that afflicts households such as theft and robbery is still common. Many thefts occur when the homeowner is away and the house is staying for a long time. Although some residential neighborhoods already have security officers, human limitations can be a gap for perpetrators of theft. To overcome this, we need a guard who is always there to monitor the house to avoid theft. In this case the risk of guards on duty to guard the house is very large, such as acts of theft accompanied by violence. The design and manufacture of this system uses the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method. NDLC is a method that relies on previous development processes such as business strategy planning, application development lifecycle, and data distribution analysis. There are 6 stages in the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) namely Analysis, Design, Simulation Prototyping, Implementation, Monitoring, Management. The purpose of this research is Designing a home security system that can guard the house in real time and can be accessed remotely. The conclusion of this research is that the entire system is proven to be able to work in detecting, giving warnings, and making calls to the user.Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) namely Analysis, Design, Simulation Prototyping, Implementation, Monitoring, Management. Abstract

An agency will thrive if it is supported by qualified employees. So that employees are certainly one of the most important assets in an institution, both private and public institutions, so that agencies are required to recruit prospective contract employees who have competence and talent to support the implementation of work at the Open University of Mataram City. Skilled workers who can bring institutions forward and compete with other agencies so that they can keep up with the times, and the recruitment aspect is starting to get a special view, because the recruitment process is not in accordance with the needs at the Mataram Open University so that it can hinder the rate of development of the agency itself. Therefore, a decision support system is needed for the contract employee recruitment process at the Universitas Terbuka Mataram. Therefore, a decision support system is needed for the contract employee recruitment process at universitas Terbuka Mataram campus. This decision support system uses the Simple Additive Weighting SAW method. In this case, prospective employees are compared with one another so as to provide an output value of priority intensity which results in a system that provides an assessment of each employee. This decision support system helps evaluate each employee, make changes to the criteria, and changes the weight values. This is useful to facilitate decision making related to employee selection issues, so that the most appropriate employees will be received in the company. The purpose of this study was to select the best candidate for employees at the Universitas Terbuka Mataram. The results of this study indicate that the SAW method is appropriate for selecting the best prospective employees because it can obtain qualified employees in accordance with the expectations of the company and the leadership.

Abstract

Atrisi karyawan merupakan tantangan bagi perusahaan karena berdampak langsung pada meningkatnya biaya pelatihan, hilangnya pengetahuan, serta menurunnya produktivitas dan stabilitas tim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun model prediksi atrisi karyawan menggunakan pendekatan machine learning. Dataset yang digunakan terdiri dari 1.470 data karyawan, yang telah melalui tahap preprocessing, termasuk penanganan nilai kategorikal, normalisasi, serta seleksi fitur menggunakan Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE). Untuk mengatasi ketidakseimbangan data antara kelas tidak resign dan resign, digunakan teknik SMOTE. Model logistic regression dipilih untuk mendapatkan performa terbaik. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa model mampu memberikan hasil yang baik dengan akurasi sebesar 0.74, ROC AUC sebesar 0.82, dan recall 0.79 pada kelas minoritas. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan sebagai alat bantu dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk mengelola risiko atrisi secara lebih efektif.

Abstract

Indonesia dikenal kaya akan sumber daya alam, termasuk keanekaragaman hayati tanaman yang dimanfaatkan secara turun-temurun dalam pengobatan tradisional. Namun, penyebaran informasi yang tidak terstruktur menyulitkan pencarian data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi tanaman obat Indonesia berbasis ontologi dengan pendekatan Web Semantik agar pengetahuan dapat direpresentasikan secara eksplisit dan bermakna. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Methontology, mencakup tahapan spesifikasi, akuisisi pengetahuan, konseptualisasi, integrasi, implementasi, evaluasi, dan dokumentasi. Ontologi dibangun menggunakan perangkat lunak Protégé dan diintegrasikan ke dalam Apache Jena Fuseki sebagai SPARQL endpoint. Web interface dikembangkan menggunakan Visual Studio Code dengan HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript untuk memungkinkan pencarian data secara interaktif. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan reasoner dan pengujian kueri SPARQL untuk memastikan konsistensi dan keterhubungan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menyajikan informasi tanaman obat secara lengkap, terstruktur, dan siap untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut

Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor unggulan yang memberikan kontribusi penting terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia, termasuk di Pulau Lombok. Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong sektor ini untuk beradaptasi, terutama melalui penggunaan cashless payment yang dinilai lebih praktis, aman, dan efisien bagi wisatawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penggunaan cashless payment di destinasi wisata Lombok dengan menggunakan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui analisis regresi linier berganda. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 119 responden yang merupakan wisatawan yang pernah berkunjung ke destinasi wisata di wilayah Lombok Barat. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, sedangkan pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python melalui Jupyter Notebook. Variabel penelitian terdiri atas Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Attitude Toward Using (ATU), Behavioral Intention to Use (BIU), dan Actual Use (AU). Analisis dilakukan melalui uji reliabilitas, uji validitas, serta regresi linier berganda untuk melihat hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PEOU berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PU dan ATU, sehingga menjadi faktor utama yang memengaruhi penerimaan cashless payment oleh wisatawan. Temuan tersebut membuktikan bahwa persepsi kemudahan dalam penggunaan sistem pembayaran digital memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk sikap, niat, dan penggunaan actual. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembang aplikasi pembayaran digital dan pengelola destinasi wisata perlu meningkatkan kemudahan penggunaan serta pengalaman pengguna agar adopsi cashless payment semakin optimal dan berkelanjutan di sektor pariwisata Lombok.

Abstract

AbstrakUsaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan suatu bentuk usaha kecil masyarakat yang sangat berperan dalam mengurangi tingkat pengangguran yang ada di Indonesia. UMKM di Desa Sambik Bangkol terdiri dari beragam usaha, seperti pembuatan kripik talas, mie berbahan dasar talas, pengolahana biji kopi, biji kakao dan lain-lain. Permasalahan dalam mengembangkan usaha, terutama menyangkut pemasaran produk yang hanya dijual dilingkungan sekitar atau menerima pesanan. Metode yang digunakan berfokus pada aspek-aspek spesifik sesuai dengan permasalahan dan solusi antara lain : (1) Tahapan Kegiatan,  (2) Partisipasi Mitra, (3) Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Program, (4) Evaluasi Hasil Penyelesaian Permasalahan Pemasaran. Hasil dalam pengabdian ini antara lain : (1) Peningkatan kuantitas produksi kripik, (2) Peningkatan Kuantitas produksi mie sehat, (3) Kualitas keripik talas dan mie sehat sesuai dengan standar BPOM, (4) Meningkatkan profit Kelompok Wanita Tani Melati Putih. Dari pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang telah dilakukan, pelaku usaha UMKM desa Sambik Bangkol mendapatkan pengetahuan sistem pemasaran dengan digital marketing yaitu memanfaatkan teknologi seperti media sosial facebook, instagram, tiktok, shopee. Kesimpulannya bahwa pemahaman strategi digital marketing, pemasaran media sosial, dapat meningkatkan kinerja  usaha kecil dan menengah. Secara keseluruhan, program ini memberikan solusi nyata bagi permasalahan mitra dan berkontribusi pada upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Sambik Bangkol. Kata kunci: UMKM; kelompok wanita tani; pemasaran digital; Sambik Bangkol. AbstractMicro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a form of small community business that plays a very important role in reducing the unemployment rate in Indonesia. MSMEs in Sambik Bangkol Village consist of various businesses, such as making taro chips, taro-based noodles, processing coffee beans, cocoa beans and others. Problems in developing businesses, especially regarding marketing products that are only sold in the surrounding environment or receiving orders. The method used focuses on specific aspects according to the problems and solutions, including: (1) Activity Stages, (2) Partner Participation, (3) Evaluation of Program Implementation, (4) Evaluation of Marketing Problem Solving Results. The results of this service include: (1) Increasing the quantity of chip production, (2) Increasing the quantity of healthy noodle production, (3) The quality of taro chips and healthy noodles according to BPOM standards, (4) Increasing the profits of the White Melati Women Farmers Group. Through the training and mentoring provided, MSMEs in Sambik Bangkol Village gained knowledge about digital marketing systems, utilizing technology such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Shopee. The conclusion is that understanding digital marketing strategies and social media marketing can improve the performance of small and medium enterprises. Abstract

The capability of educators to respond to the dynamics of 21st-century education is a primary determinant in establishing a high-quality learning environment. Based on initial findings at SMAN 7 Mataram, a disparity was identified between the urgency of applying varied learning models and the reality in the field, which still relies heavily on conventional, teacher-centered approaches. This situation implies minimal active student participation and suboptimal stimulation of critical thinking skills or Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). This community service program was initiated to escalate teacher capacity at SMAN 7 Mataram, specifically in designing Deep Learning-based schemes. The implementation approach adopted the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, involving the full attention of 70 teachers through a series of phases, ranging from preparation and implementation to evaluation and mentoring. Key interventions included training on compiling Deep Learning-oriented Lesson Plans and teaching simulations. Program effectiveness was measured through questionnaires, lesson plan document reviews, and observations. Evaluation data showed a substantial positive impact, marked by an increase in conceptual understanding of Deep Learning indicators (40%), 6C principles (40%), the teacher's function as a facilitator (32%), and the application of authentic assessment (40%). In terms of implementation, the quality of lesson plans accommodating student-centered activities surged significantly from 30% in the pre-activity phase to 100% after the activity. It can be concluded that this program effectively boosts teachers' pedagogical competence comprehensively and encourages the transformation of teaching practices in the classroom to become more dynamic.

Abstract

Current technological developments have penetrated various sectors of human daily activities, almost every human activity is supported by technology that functions to facilitate the completion of work, starting from things that seem trivial to quite complicated work. Therefore, Banjar Tri Parartha residents who have a business unit in the form of a savings and loan cooperative with funds from member contributions, run it by carrying out cooperative principles to help the economic movement of its citizens based on the principle of family. At this time the process of recording, calculating to the reporting process is still done conventionally, so that cooperative administrators are quite busy every time they make an accountability report that is carried out every year. By running the analysis and design process in the application creation stage using the waterfall method. So in the interface design it is adjusted to what is needed by the cooperative. It is hoped that this research can be a reference in making applications as the next stage. By using the application design starting from the recording stage, processing calculations and presenting reports, it is hoped that all stakeholders will find it easier to monitor and obtain cooperative financial information, so that the transparency of cooperative funds can provide certainty for its members.
