Abstract

ABSTRAKProgram wajib belajar sembilan tahun merupakan upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan mendorong terwujudnya akses pendidikan yang bermutu di daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program wajib belajar sembilan tahun di kecamatan Dedai, kabupaten Sintang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Area penelitian adalah sekolah negeri dan swasta jenjang sekolah menengah pertama di kecamatan Dedai. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pola analisis interaktif, sementara penarikan kesimpulan secara induktif melalui proses triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada beberapa faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan dan kegagalan pelaksanaan program wajib belajar sembilan tahun di kecamatan Dedai yakni (1) faktor sosial, ekonomi dan tingkat pendidikan orangtua siswa yang rendah sehingga menghambat siswa untuk mengakses pendidikan secara lebih berkualitas, (2) faktor geografis, jarak tempuh dari rumah ke sekolah yang memakan waktu 3-4 jam di musim hujan dan kemarau sehingga mempersulit siswa mengikuti pelajara, (3) akses teknologi internet dan listrik yang masih belum memadai sehingga berdampak pada kemampuan teknologi guru dan siswa dalam mengakses pembelajaran (4) kebijakan pendidikan yang belum sinkron dan berpihak pada pengembangan dan pemenuhan akses pendidikan secara merata bagi siswa di sekolah pedalaman dan pedesaan. Agar program wajib belajar sembilan tahun dapat berhasil maka diperlukan evaluasi dan perbaikan kebijakan secara utuh sesuai dengan permasalahan pendidikan di daerah.Kata Kunci: Wajib belajar sembilan  tahunABSTRACTThe nine-year compulsory education program is the government's effort to improve the quality of human resources and encourage access to quality education in the regions. This research aims to describe the implementation of the nine-year compulsory education program in Dedai sub-district, Sintang district. The research method used is qualitative research. The research area is public and private schools at junior high school level in Dedai sub-district. Data collection techniques use interview techniques, observation and documentation studies. Data analysis uses interactive analysis patterns, while conclusions are drawn inductively through a process of triangulation of techniques and sources. The results of this research show that there are several factors that determine the success and failure of implementing the nine-year compulsory education program in Dedai sub-district, namely (1) social, economic factors and the low level of education of students' parents, which prevents students from accessing higher quality education, (2) geographical factors, the distance from home to school which takes 3-4 hours in the rainy and dry seasons, making it difficult for students to attend lessons, (3) access to internet technology and electricity which is still inadequate, which has an impact on the technological capabilities of teachers and students in accessing learning (4) education policies that are not yet synchronized and support the development and fulfillment of equal access to education for students in remote and rural schools.In order for the nine-year compulsory education program to be successful, it is necessary to fully evaluate and improve policies in accordance with regional education problems.Keywords: nine years of compulsory education

Abstract

Electronic justice (e-court) is a justice system that is implemented electronically to provide easy services for court officials and parties litigating in court through the use of information technology. Application of electronic court to answer 3 (three) main problems: delays, accessibility, and integrity. The use of e-court can prevent interactions between parties related to court officials, thereby minimizing the occurrence of ethical deviations or legal violations. Apart from that, it can also reduce time, energy, and costs so that the process is more effective and efficient. The aim of the research is to find out and analyze the factors that influence the implementation of electronic court policies at the Mempawah Religious Court using George Edward III's theory (communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure). The research method used is descriptive-qualitative. The data sources were taken from documents and interviews with related parties. The research results show that electronic courts have not been utilized by people seeking justice due to several factors, including: people do not know about electronic courts, are technologically illiterate, do not have the means to use electronic courts, do not understand electronic court mechanisms, and have internet network problems. Future projections for electronic courts to be optimally utilized by people seeking justice require massive outreach and the availability of adequate equipment.

Abstract

The issuance of Home Affairs Ministry Regulation Number 52 of 2020 regarding regional boundaries has resulted in conflicts among residents of Saigon Urban Village, Pontianak City, and Ambawang Raya Village, Kubu Raya Regency. This community service activity aimed to mitigate these conflicts by facilitating dialogue and fostering cooperation between the two parties, as well as mapping out problems and jointly planning programs. The method employed was a Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The results of the community service activities can be considered successful, based on several indicators. Firstly, both parties engaged in intensive dialogue and reached a common understanding. Secondly, a coordination agreement was established between Ambawang Raya Village and Saigon Urban Village, involving mutual cooperation in community service activities, such as PKK (Family Welfare Education) programs. Thirdly, the community has gained a better understanding of the issues arising from the implemented policy.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan Implementasi Kebijakan Peningkatan Profesionalisme Guru SMA Negeri 1 Ketungau Hulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data Sekunder berupa dokumen data-data yang mendukung untuk memperkuat Analisis Kebijakan Sekolah dalam Peningkatan Profesionalisme Guru SMA Negeri 1 Ketungau Hulu. Hasil penelitian, 1) pelaksanaan kegiatan MGMP, PKB, Diklat, pengembangan kurikulum dari ketiga sekolah tersebut masih kurang, karena tidak semua guru-guru dikirim dalam kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut. Serta kurangnya kesiapan kompetensi professional guru pada sektor pengembangan diri dan pemanfaatan teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi. 2) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan peningkatan profesionalisme guru adalah pengembangan keprofesionalan secara berkelanjutan yaitu kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap materi ajar, dan kurangnya kesempatan untuk mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan sebagai penunjang menjadi guru profesional. 3) Upaya terhadap kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan peningkatan profesionalisme guru sudah dilaksanakan terkait pelaksanaan PKB, MGMP, pengembangan kurikulum, diklat pada tingkat sekolah, daerah, maupun provinsi tetapi pencapaian tersebut belum sepenuhnya maksimal. Simpulan, Analisis ini berdampak pada terciptanya penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang lebih baik, meningkatkan kinerja dan kualitas guru untuk menjadi guru yang professional, dan terwujudnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pendidikan. Abstract

In the era of increasing digitalization, the manufacturing industry faces challenges to improve employee efficiency and performance through information technology. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital performance appraisal systems, digital training, and performance evaluations on employee performance in the manufacturing industry. The research method used is quantitative, using a survey approach involving 120 respondents from various positions in manufacturing companies that have implemented digital systems in HR management. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale, which was then analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. The results of the study indicate that the digital performance appraisal system has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Digital training also shows a positive correlation in improving employee skills and productivity. Regular performance evaluations strengthen constructive feedback and increase work motivation. The three independent variables simultaneously contribute significantly to improving employee performance. These findings support the importance of digital transformation in human resource management in the manufacturing sector. The implications of this study provide an overview that digital adaptation not only supports process efficiency but also improves employee capabilities and work results. Thus, companies must continue investing in digital systems integrated with employee performance improvement strategies.
