Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan pembangunan ekonomi di daerah perbatasan Aruk-Sajingan Kabupaten Sambas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data primer adalah para ahli atau orang-orang yang terlibat langsung dalam pengelolaan kawasan perbatasan dan pembangunan ekonomi di kawasan perbatasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peraturan pemerintah nomor 34 tahun 2019 tentang perdagangan perbatasan belum sepenuhnya efektif dalam mencapai tujuan kebijakan. Aspek penting yang sebagai penghambat utama kinerja kebijakan adalah aspek lingkungan serta operasionalisasi kebijakan yang memerlukan diskresi kebijakan. Oleh karena itu disarankan agar pemerintah pusat mendirikan PLBN Aruk tidak hanya sebagai tempat penyeberangan orang tetapi perlu ditetapkan sebagai pintu gerbang ekspor. arus barang impor di perbatasan. Kemudian perlu adanya evaluasi terhadap nilai transaksi perdagangan lintas negara yang ingin ditingkatkan.

Abstract

The implementation of the village community empowerment program around the national border areas is faced a unique environment with complex problems. The purpose of the study is to highlight the empowerment program and explore the supporting and inhibiting factors of the program. The type of this study was descriptive-qualitative. Data were collected through interviews, document searches, and observation. The collected data were then processed, analysed, and concluded. Results showed that the process of implementing the empowerment program started from with planning the program carried out by the village government and the community. Program planning was conducted using a bottom-up pattern, involving representatives from each community component. The program implementation was based on the bottom-up planning model as the main supporting factor for the effectiveness of the empowerment program. Through the program implemented, all components of society can meet their needs regarding internetbased information. The main obstacles to implementing the empowerment program are natural matters, such as wide-area coverage, uneven distribution of the population, and lack of resources for the program development. The success of the program can be achieved through community involvement in program planning based on full awareness of the community’s needs for the program and structurally supported by the village government.

Abstract

Sampah telah lama menjadi masalah di kota-kota besar, tidak hanya di Indonesia tetapi juga di dunia. Dari berbagai jenis sampah yang dibuang, yang paling banyak memberikan dampak negatif bagi lingkungan adalah sampah plastik. Jenis plastik yang digunakan adalah low density polyethylene (LDPE). Tujuan pemanfaatan limbah plastik LDPE pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas fisik paving block. Penggunaan plastik LDPE digunakan untuk mensubstitusi penggunaan semen karena dapat digunakan sebagai perekat tanpa mengurangi kualitas bata beton. Plastik dicuci dan dikeringkan terlebih dahulu kemudian dilebur dalam tungku, setelah semua plastik dicairkan kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam cetakan berukuran 6,5 cm x 9 sisi x 9 cm, dan dikeraskan selama 12 hari untuk mendapatkan hasil pengujian yang maksimal. Setelah 12 hari pengerasan, paving block tersebut diuji di Laboratorium Material dan Konstruksi. Kuat tekan paving block diperoleh sebesar 179,8 kg/cm2 atau setara dengan 17,9 MPa. Hal ini sesuai dengan standar SNI 03-0691-1996 dengan kualitas kategori B yang digunakan untuk tempat parkir.

Abstract

ABSTRAKGuru professional dapat menggerakkan dinamika kemajuan pendidikan nasional, untuk itu diperlukan suatu proses pembinaan berkesinambungan, tepat sasaran dan efektif dengan didukung oleh beberapa unsur.  Unsur-unsur tersebut dapat dipadukan untuk menghasilkan suatu sistem yang dapat bekerja menuju pembentukan guru-guru yang  professional baik kualitas maupun kuantitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Implementasi Kebijakan Peningkatan Profesionalisme Guru SMA Negeri 1 Ketungau Hulu dengan Pendekatan Deskriptif Kualitatif dengan sumber data utama adalah guru, sedangkan sumber data sekunder berupa dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pelaksanaan kegiatan MGMP, PKB, Diklat, pengembangan kurikulum masih kurang, karena tidak semua guru dikirim dalam kegiatan tersebut. juga kurangnya kesiapan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi. 2) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan peningkatan profesionalisme guru adalah pengembangan keprofesionalan secara berkelanjutanya itu kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap materi ajar, dan kurangnya kesempatan untuk mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan sebagai penunjang menjadi guru profesional. 3) Upaya terhadap kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan peningkatan profesionalisme guru sudah dilaksanakan terkait pelaksanaan PKB, MGMP, pengembangan kurikulum, diklat pada tingkat sekolah, daerah, maupun provinsi tetapi pencapaian tersebut belum sepenuhnya maksimal. Dinas pendidikan maupun sekolah perlu terus mengupayakan peningkatan profesionalisme guru. Analisis ini berdampak pada terciptanya penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang lebih baik, meningkatkan kinerja dan kualitas guru untuk menjadi guru yang professional, dan terwujudnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pendidikan.Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Sekolah, Peningkatan Profesi, GuruABSTRACTProfessional teachers can drive the dynamics of national education progress, for this a continuous, targeted and effective coaching process is needed, supported by several elements. These elements can be combined to produce a system that can work towards the formation of professional teachers in both quality and quantity. This research aims to describe the Implementation of the Policy for Increasing Teacher Professionalism at SMA Negeri 1 Ketungau Hulu using a Qualitative Descriptive Approach with the main data source being teacherThe results of the research show that: 1) the implementation of MGMP, PKB, Education and Training activities, curriculum development is still lacking, because not all teachers are sent to these activities. also a lack of readiness in the use of technology, information and communications, while the secondary data source is documents. 2) The obstacles faced in implementing increased teacher professionalism are ongoing professional development, namely a  lack of teacher understanding of teaching material, and a lack of opportunities to take part in training to support becoming a professional teacher. 3) Efforts to overcome the obstacles faced in the implementation of increasing teacher professionalism have been carried out regarding the implementation of PKB, MGMP, curriculum development, training at school, regional and provincial levels but these achievements have not been fully maximized. Education departments and schools need to continue to strive to increase teacher professionalism. This analysis has an impact on creating better education delivery, improving the performance and quality of teachers to become professional teachers, and realizing public understanding of the importance of education.Keyword: School Policy, Professional Improvement, Teacher

Abstract

ABSTRAKProgram wajib belajar sembilan tahun merupakan upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan mendorong terwujudnya akses pendidikan yang bermutu di daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program wajib belajar sembilan tahun di kecamatan Dedai, kabupaten Sintang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Area penelitian adalah sekolah negeri dan swasta jenjang sekolah menengah pertama di kecamatan Dedai. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pola analisis interaktif, sementara penarikan kesimpulan secara induktif melalui proses triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada beberapa faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan dan kegagalan pelaksanaan program wajib belajar sembilan tahun di kecamatan Dedai yakni (1) faktor sosial, ekonomi dan tingkat pendidikan orangtua siswa yang rendah sehingga menghambat siswa untuk mengakses pendidikan secara lebih berkualitas, (2) faktor geografis, jarak tempuh dari rumah ke sekolah yang memakan waktu 3-4 jam di musim hujan dan kemarau sehingga mempersulit siswa mengikuti pelajara, (3) akses teknologi internet dan listrik yang masih belum memadai sehingga berdampak pada kemampuan teknologi guru dan siswa dalam mengakses pembelajaran (4) kebijakan pendidikan yang belum sinkron dan berpihak pada pengembangan dan pemenuhan akses pendidikan secara merata bagi siswa di sekolah pedalaman dan pedesaan. Agar program wajib belajar sembilan tahun dapat berhasil maka diperlukan evaluasi dan perbaikan kebijakan secara utuh sesuai dengan permasalahan pendidikan di daerah.Kata Kunci: Wajib belajar sembilan  tahunABSTRACTThe nine-year compulsory education program is the government's effort to improve the quality of human resources and encourage access to quality education in the regions. This research aims to describe the implementation of the nine-year compulsory education program in Dedai sub-district, Sintang district. The research method used is qualitative research. The research area is public and private schools at junior high school level in Dedai sub-district. Data collection techniques use interview techniques, observation and documentation studies. Data analysis uses interactive analysis patterns, while conclusions are drawn inductively through a process of triangulation of techniques and sources. The results of this research show that there are several factors that determine the success and failure of implementing the nine-year compulsory education program in Dedai sub-district, namely (1) social, economic factors and the low level of education of students' parents, which prevents students from accessing higher quality education, (2) geographical factors, the distance from home to school which takes 3-4 hours in the rainy and dry seasons, making it difficult for students to attend lessons, (3) access to internet technology and electricity which is still inadequate, which has an impact on the technological capabilities of teachers and students in accessing learning (4) education policies that are not yet synchronized and support the development and fulfillment of equal access to education for students in remote and rural schools.In order for the nine-year compulsory education program to be successful, it is necessary to fully evaluate and improve policies in accordance with regional education problems.Keywords: nine years of compulsory education

Abstract

Electronic justice (e-court) is a justice system that is implemented electronically to provide easy services for court officials and parties litigating in court through the use of information technology. Application of electronic court to answer 3 (three) main problems: delays, accessibility, and integrity. The use of e-court can prevent interactions between parties related to court officials, thereby minimizing the occurrence of ethical deviations or legal violations. Apart from that, it can also reduce time, energy, and costs so that the process is more effective and efficient. The aim of the research is to find out and analyze the factors that influence the implementation of electronic court policies at the Mempawah Religious Court using George Edward III's theory (communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure). The research method used is descriptive-qualitative. The data sources were taken from documents and interviews with related parties. The research results show that electronic courts have not been utilized by people seeking justice due to several factors, including: people do not know about electronic courts, are technologically illiterate, do not have the means to use electronic courts, do not understand electronic court mechanisms, and have internet network problems. Future projections for electronic courts to be optimally utilized by people seeking justice require massive outreach and the availability of adequate equipment.

Abstract

The issuance of Home Affairs Ministry Regulation Number 52 of 2020 regarding regional boundaries has resulted in conflicts among residents of Saigon Urban Village, Pontianak City, and Ambawang Raya Village, Kubu Raya Regency. This community service activity aimed to mitigate these conflicts by facilitating dialogue and fostering cooperation between the two parties, as well as mapping out problems and jointly planning programs. The method employed was a Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The results of the community service activities can be considered successful, based on several indicators. Firstly, both parties engaged in intensive dialogue and reached a common understanding. Secondly, a coordination agreement was established between Ambawang Raya Village and Saigon Urban Village, involving mutual cooperation in community service activities, such as PKK (Family Welfare Education) programs. Thirdly, the community has gained a better understanding of the issues arising from the implemented policy.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan Implementasi Kebijakan Peningkatan Profesionalisme Guru SMA Negeri 1 Ketungau Hulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data Sekunder berupa dokumen data-data yang mendukung untuk memperkuat Analisis Kebijakan Sekolah dalam Peningkatan Profesionalisme Guru SMA Negeri 1 Ketungau Hulu. Hasil penelitian, 1) pelaksanaan kegiatan MGMP, PKB, Diklat, pengembangan kurikulum dari ketiga sekolah tersebut masih kurang, karena tidak semua guru-guru dikirim dalam kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut. Serta kurangnya kesiapan kompetensi professional guru pada sektor pengembangan diri dan pemanfaatan teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi. 2) Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan peningkatan profesionalisme guru adalah pengembangan keprofesionalan secara berkelanjutan yaitu kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap materi ajar, dan kurangnya kesempatan untuk mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan sebagai penunjang menjadi guru profesional. 3) Upaya terhadap kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan peningkatan profesionalisme guru sudah dilaksanakan terkait pelaksanaan PKB, MGMP, pengembangan kurikulum, diklat pada tingkat sekolah, daerah, maupun provinsi tetapi pencapaian tersebut belum sepenuhnya maksimal. Abstract

In the era of increasing digitalization, the manufacturing industry faces challenges to improve employee efficiency and performance through information technology. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital performance appraisal systems, digital training, and performance evaluations on employee performance in the manufacturing industry. The research method used is quantitative, using a survey approach involving 120 respondents from various positions in manufacturing companies that have implemented digital systems in HR management. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale, which was then analyzed using the multiple linear regression method. The results of the study indicate that the digital performance appraisal system has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Digital training also shows a positive correlation in improving employee skills and productivity. Regular performance evaluations strengthen constructive feedback and increase work motivation. The three independent variables simultaneously contribute significantly to improving employee performance. These findings support the importance of digital transformation in human resource management in the manufacturing sector. The implications of this study provide an overview that digital adaptation not only supports process efficiency but also improves employee capabilities and work results. Thus, companies must continue investing in digital systems integrated with employee performance improvement strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the application of strategic management in revealing the challenges of professionalism in the Digitalization Era. This study used a qualitative method with a case study design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data were tested for validity and analyzed by data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. This study showed that the strategic management of Islamic education in revealing the challenges of professionalism in the Digitalization Era at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Sambas changed in terms of the culture of the teaching and learning process and teacher performance based on intense digitalization. In terms of management, the principal at MIN 1 Sambas has implemented a Madrasa-Based Management Strategy in the Digital Era and carried out Online Training Program for the teachers.
