Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the stunting prevention program at the Air Beliti Health Center, Musi Rawas Regency. The research design used was a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods (mixed methods). The results showed that the most dominant respondent was female, namely 66.67%. Most of them are 21-30 years old, which is 46.67%, the most educated are D3/Diploma, which is 66.67%, and 40% of the work period is more than seven years. Factors related to the success of the stunting program at the Air Beliti Public Health Center, Musi Rawas Regency, are the characteristics of the institutional structure, network and communication variables, and community needs. At the same time, the factors that are not related to the success of the stunting program are organizational culture and external networks. The stunting prevention programs carried out by the Air Beliti Health Center include; 1) improving the nutritional quality of individuals, families, and communities; 2) taking joint actions or breakthroughs for stunting prevention, 3) carrying out health and nutrition education strategies through family independence; and make 1000 HPK moves. In conclusion, implementing the stunting prevention program at the Air Beliti Health Center, Musi Rawas Regency, in general, has gone well with positive community responses. Factors that can influence the success of the stunting program implementation are the characteristics of the agency structure, network and communication, and community needs. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the community's quality of life and earthquake disaster preparedness in the Long Coastal Coast area, Teluk Sepang Village, Bengkulu. This research method uses an analytical observational study with a cross-sectional design. The results showed that 82 people (82%) had a good quality of life and 18 people (18%) of them had a poor quality of life, and most of the respondents, 68 people (68%), had good preparedness, and 32 people (32 %) had poor preparedness. The analysis results obtained significant results of quality of life with readiness (p = 0.001, OR 7.28). The multivariate test results showed that the quality of life was the most dominant factor associated with earthquake preparedness. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between quality of life and preparedness for natural earthquake disasters in the Long Coastal area, Teluk Sepang Village, Bengkulu. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of antenatal care service policies for pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic in Kepahiang Regency using Edward III's theory. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive design. The results showed that communication between health workers and pregnant women, husbands, or families in implementing antenatal care activities for pregnant women was relatively smooth. Human resources from health workers implementing antenatal care activities were available according to needs, disposition, and bureaucratic structure in service implementation. During the Covid-19 pandemic in Kepahiang Regency, antenatal care for pregnant women went well. In conclusion, in general, the performance of antenatal care service policies for pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Kepahiang Regency went well. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination policy in Batang Hari Regency. This research is a descriptive study through a qualitative approach with a case study research design. Based on the interview results, it is known that the implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination policy in Batang Hari Regency has been going well. Several indicators in policy implementation, such as communication, Human Resources (HR), bureaucratic structure, disposition, and performance, have been carried out well. However, it has several obstacles, such as vaccination stock, insufficient human resources when there is an accelerated invasion of vaccination, and vaccine recording and reporting to the public. Public health center. It can be concluded that overall communication, resources, disposition, bureaucratic structure, and implementation of vaccination policies have been carried out well and effectively.
