Abstract

The improper alignment of the coils between the transmitter and receiver has a significant impact on wireless power transfer. If designers carefully calculate the parameters of inductance, capacitance, coupling coefficient, and working frequency and precisely implement these parameters into actual components, the system can optimize power transfer. However, it is evident that such a precise realization is often unachievable. This paper proposes a symbolic condition to maintain significant power despite the misalignment of transmitter and receiver coils. These symbolic conditions constrain parameters by simplifying some variables. This matching condition develops in the inequality of coupling coefficient, working frequency and quality factor, which are a crucial reference for maintaining power transfer. This condition is considered an additional one to the well-known impedance matching condition.

Abstract

Peningkatan kebutuhan listrik dalam rangka peningkatan perkembangan suatu wilayah mengakibatkan peningkatan sumber-sumber tenaga listrik terbarukan. PLTMH merupakan salah satu contoh sumber tenaga listrik terbarukan yang memanfaatkan energi dari laju air dengan kapasitas dibawah 200 kW. Sistem PLTMH diharapkan mampu bekerja secara efisien dan stabil dalam pengendalian beban. Electronic load controller (ELC) merupakan salah satu alat penunjang yang berfungsi pengendali beban generator dalam upaya meningkatkan stabilitas dan effisiensi. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan melalui deteksi frekuensi dan arus yang disebabkan oleh perubahan pada beban utama. Hasil dari deteksi frekuensi dan arus yang didapat diolah menggunakan mikrokontroler arduino untuk pensaklaran komponen switching beban komplemen. Pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukkan pemasangan ELC mampu menjaga kestabilan sistem dengan error dibawah 2% yang masih dapat ditoleransi.

Abstract

Salah satu sumber energi baru dan tetbarukan yang mudah sekali dikembangkan adalah sumber melalui Solar Cell atau lebih dikenal dengan photovoltaic. Solar Cell sendiri pada umumnya hanya mengandalkan cahaya yang dihasilkan oleh matahari sedangkan cahaya tidak hanya dihasilkan oleh matahari saja akan tetapi cahaya yang dihasilkan oleh lampu penerangan ruanganpun bisa dimanfaatkan untuk pemabngkitan energi menggunakan photovoltaic. Dalam makalah ini mencoba Melakukan pembangkitan energi photovoltaic dengan memanfaatkan cahaya ruangan atau harvesting energy dengan media cahaya ruang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan memanfaatkan papan solar cell dengan spesifikasi 100Wp serta cahaya ruang kerja yang berasal dari gabungan lampu penerangan ruang dengan pantulan sinar matahai. Sebagai data analisis beberapa besaran dilakukan pencatatan secara realtime antara lain besaran tegangan, arus, serta daya yang terbangkitkan oleh solar cell. Selain itu juga besaran intensitas cahaya ruang atau lumens ruang.

Abstract

Today, there were many cases of theft or infringement of electricity in various ways. This was caused PLN to suffer losses due to the theft of electricity amounting to Rp 1.5 trillion per year. Electrical theft focused on kWh meter there were various kinds, such as by changing the side of the MCB and adding a needle on the kWh meter. The objective of this study were found out the recorded kWh ratio if the installation was installed normally with a modified installation by changing on the MCB side, adding a needle, and comparing the economic value that PLN should had obtained when the kWh meter was installed normally and the kWh meter was changed. The method used in the research for normal measurement as much as 6 times the rotation of the disk and used 5 variations of load ; the measurement by changing the MCB and adding the needle was the same as the normal measurement, only when changing the MCB changes 2 A to 4 A, and when adding the needle, the disk was plugged with a needle. The result showed that the average of error difference between kWh meter that was installed normally with that has been changed on the side of MCB is 0, and kWh meter installed with normal that has been changed add needle equal to -44.1586. The difference in total cost of electricity for one month for normal kWh meter with which has been changed on the MCB side was Rp. 165.914.-, and for the normal kWh meter difference with the added needle of Rp. 58.610.
