Abstract

Koi fish have a prominent attraction with their uniqueness including their beautiful shape, color, and pattern, making Koi fish very popular among ornamental fish. Koi fish undergo a quarantine process before being placed in the cultivation pond. The quarantine process is necessary because Koi fish are taken from paddy field ponds, where diseases from the external environment, such as fungi, bacteria, and parasites, may still be present. This research involves four parameters that support good water quality for the life and growth of Koi fish: temperature, acidity level (pH), Total Dissolved Solid (TDS), and water turbidity. This research aims to monitor the quality of Koi fish quarantine using the four parameters above using the Internet of Things (IoT). Water quality measurement data from these four sensors can be detected in real-time via the Internet of Things (IoT) using the Blynk application as a monitoring tool and the Telegram application as a notification to Telegram if the water quality is not ideal.

Abstract

Kehamilan merupakan periode penting dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan janin, namun tidak semua kehamilan berlangsung normal.  Salah satu komplikasi yang dapat terjadi adalah gawat janin, yaitu kondisi  ketika janin mengalami kekurangan oksigen, yang dapat berujung pada kerusakan otak hingga kematian. Deteksi dini gawat janin sangat penting  untuk mencegah komplikasi serius, namun keterbatasan alat pemantauan  seperti Fetal Doppler menjadi tantangan dalam evaluasi kesejahteraan  janin. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem monitoring yang lebih canggih  untuk mendukung tenaga medis dalam menganalisis kondisi janin secara  real-time. Penelitian ini mengusulkan penggunaan sensor AD8232 dalam  sistem monitoring aktivitas listrik jantung janin untuk mengklasifikasikan  Detak Jantung Janin (DJJ) secara otomatis dan real-time. Inovasi ini telah  dilakukan uji fungsionalitas alat yang dibandingkan dengan diagnosis dokter. Didapatkan hasil pengujian pengiriman data melalui internet dengan dua Access Point Band yang berbeda dengan rata-rata waktu  pengiriman 1,95 dan 1,65 detik. Pada pengujian klasifikasi kondisi menggunakan aplikasi dan algoritma K-Means Clustering didapatkan tingkat akurasi 90,00% sensitivitas 85,71%, spesifisitas 92,31% dan presisi 85,71% dengan pengujian kepada dua puluh pasien yang telah didiagnosis oleh dokter. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa alat monitoring kehamilan ini efektif untuk mendeteksi dan memantau kondisi detak jantung janin secara berkelanjutan, mengurangi ketergantungan pada metode invasif dan  membantu pengguna dalam mengklasifikasi kondisi detak jantung janin.Kata Kunci ̶ Detak Jantung Janin, AD8232, K-Means Clustering, Non-invasive, Internet of Things.

Abstract

Stress on the micro-electromechnical system (MEMS) sensors significantly decreases sensor accuracy. Thermomechanical stresses induced by the packaging assembly process and external loads during operation induce a shift in the output signal (offset) of MEMS sensors. To achieve high precision in accelerometers, gyroscopes, and other MEMS devices, it is crucial to employ advanced modeling and simulation techniques to mitigate stress-induced offset drift. Therefore, this paper aims to explore and simulate stress on inertial sensors by designing a gyroscope tuning fork with a perforated proof mass to reduce the damping effect. Our findings provide insights for decreasing stress by varying the material and thickness of the inertial sensor. The least stress was obtained from an inertial silicon sensor with 5 and 20 mm thicknesses.

Abstract

This study discusses the design and implementationof an Internet of Things (IoT)-based air quality monitoringsystem capable of detecting PM2.5 particles, carbon dioxide(????????????), temperature, and humidity. The system utilizesGP2Y1010AU0F, MQ-135, and DHT22 sensors integrated withan ESP32 microcontroller. Environmental data is transmittedin real-time to the Thinger.io platform and displayed through aThinger.io based application connected to Firebase. The systemis also equipped with automated features such as a mist maker,LED indicators, and a buzzer that activate when pollutionlevels exceed the established thresholds based on Indonesia'sMinistry of Health Regulation No. 7 of 2019. Test results showthat the system effectively detects and responds to poor airconditions and that the sensors demonstrate high accuracycompared to reference instruments. This system has thepotential to be further developed as a mitigation tool for airpollution impacts on public health in indoor and semi-enclosedenvironments.Keywords - Internet of Things, air quality, PM2.5sensor, carbon dioxide, Thinger.io, ESP32
