Abstract

Telah dilakukan perancangan prototipe sistem kontrol dan monitoring listrik berbasis IoT untuk mengatasi permasalahan ketidakseimbangan distribusi listrik di rumah kos. Masalah disebabkan karena penyamarataan biaya operasional meskipun konsumsi listrik setiap kamar berbeda. Perancangan menggunakan 3 sensor PZEM-004T, mikrokontroler esp-8266, relay, web-site monitoring, dan prototipe tiga kamar dengan beban berbeda. Sistem dirancang untuk memantau dan membatasi konsumsi listrik harian tiap kamar, serta menampilkan biaya operasional perkamar yang diakumulasikan selama satu bulan dan dapat diakses melalui web-site monitoring. Sistem mereset energi listrik setiap pukul 00.00, menghapus jumlah konsumsi listrik hari itu agar distribusi listrik dapat berlangsung kembali hari berikutnya. Batas konsumsi listrik perhari setiap kamar sebesar 1,299 kWh, sistem kontrol memutus aliran listrik (cut-off) bila konsumsi listrik telah mencapai batas parameter. Hasil pengujian alat menujukan keseluruhan error pembacaan tiga sensor pada tiga kamar adalah tegangan 0,131%, arus 0,689%, daya 1,163% dan kWh 1,007%. Kesalahan disebabkan oleh akurasi sensor PZEM-004T sebesar 0,5% dan kalibrasi yang kurang sempurna. Semakin besar daya beban, semakin cepat sistem cut-off aktif. Rata-rata daya kamar 1, 2, dan 3 adalah 59,94 W, 432,15 W, dan 377,65 W. Cut-off pada kamar 2 aktif pada menit ke-178, diikuti kamar 3 pada menit ke-206. Cut-off pada kamar 1 tidak aktif karena konsumsi listrik tidak mencapai batas dalam 240 menit. Sistem efektif mengatasi ketidakseimbangan distribusi listrik skala kos dengan memberikan batas yang sama pada konsumsi listrik harian setiap kamar.

Abstract

Coffee is a plantation commodity that is made into a drink as one of the products that is popular with the public. Many coffee drink innovations have been made, one of which is a clear coffee drink without dregs. The process of making clear coffee can be done by the distillation method, namely the process of condensing the steam produced by a mixture of coffee powder and water. This study aims to obtain the design results of a clear coffee machine without dregs using the distillation method. The design is carried out based on the results of a patented study on making clear coffee. The coffee machine is made with a heating tube for a mixture of ground coffee and water, a steam collector tube and a distillation tube. The design results obtained a heating tube with a diameter of 25 cm and a height of 27 cm for a process capacity of 13.25 liters. Heating is performed using an LPG-fueled heater. The distillation process is carried out by cooling the water using a 15 watt aerator pump. The trial was carried out by processing 500 grams of fine coffee powder mixed with 2000 ml of water. The trial results obtained 500 ml of clear coffee with an average process time of ± 25 minutes.

Abstract

Indonesia is the fourth coffee producer in the world after Brazil, Vietnam and Colombia. However, in the 2018-2021 period, the value of Indonesian coffee exports experienced a decline, which was in line with the low volume of Indonesian coffee exports in that year compared to the previous period, so that Indonesia's position fell from fourth to fifth as a coffee exporting country in the world. These various things could be due to the lack of downstream processing in coffee processing in Indonesia. The current problem is that there is no tool for the process of separating coffee into clear coffee, this tool is available abroad and the price is quite expensive. This research tries to make a clear coffee streamer and analyzes the production results of a clear coffee streamer. The results of the design of a clear coffee streamer tool using stainless steel material can be used with a capacity of 20 liters and a maximum heating temperature of 100oC, while testing the production capacity of the clear coffee streamer tool produces data using a material volume of 1500 ml resulting in a production volume of 850 ml in a time of 75 minutes. Meanwhile, using a volume of 200 ml of material produces 950 ml with a time of 75 minutes.

Abstract

Budidaya ikan telah menjadi kegiatan yang populer di masyarakat karena perawatan dan pemeliharaannya yang mudah. Dalam konteks memelihara ikan di akuarium, teknologi otomasi telah menggantikan operasi manual dalam memberi makan ikan. Namun, kegiatan sehari-hari yang sibuk sering kali menjadi kendala dalam memberi makan ikan secara teratur dan konsisten. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dibutuhkan alat pemberi makan ikan otomatis yang dapat memberi makan ikan secara otomatis pada waktu yang ditentukan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah eksperimen kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah alat dan akan diuji mengenai kinerjanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan alat ini mampu mengatur jadwal pemberian pakan ikan sesuai dengan preferensi pengguna. Alat ini dapat bekerja otomatis memberikan pakan ikan melalui bantuan motor servo sesuai jadwal dari dari pukul 07:00 sampai dengan pukul 19:00 WIB. RTC DS3231 mampu berfungsi dengan baik dalam memberikan informasi waktu penjadwalan secara realtime.

Abstract

Koi fish is an ornamental fish with a considerable quantity of enthusiasts among the upper middle class. This makes the koi ornamental fish business widely developed because the value of the market price is quite high compared to some other types of ornamental fish. Koi farming is quite complicated to make its own problems in the conduct of koi fish farming. The number of variables that affect the growth, health, as well as the pattern and color of the fish makes treeger distinctive for some people to develop effective and efficient technology in the cultivation of ornamental fish species of koi. One of the benefits of developing technology to optimize koi fish farming by conditioning the feasibility of pond water using IoT in monitoring water conditions in koi ponds. Monitor pH and density using sensors in the water which is also a variable that affects the health and color and pattern enforced by utilizing microcontroller Esp 8266 and arduino uno R3 as the brain of the system. The prototype test was carried out by providing two treatments for water, namely acid and alkaline treatment of the pH value and water concentration to be adjusted. Prototype testing results provide satisfactory results compared to manual measurements. "Koi pond water quality Monitoring system and IOT-based automatic control" proved to function well to condition the pH and water density (ppm) so that it is assumed to improve the management of koi fish farming because of its automated system work and ease of technical monitoring.

Abstract

One component that cannot be separated in the learning process is teaching materials which can be in the form of modules. The availability of teaching materials can be one of the supports for the successful implementation of the learning process. Teaching materials contain an arrangement of a set of materials to create an environment/atmosphere that allows students to learn. Thus, one of the objectives of providing teaching materials is to facilitate the student learning process. The relationship between lecturers, students, and learning materials. Thus, one of the objectives of providing teaching materials is to facilitate the student learning process. The relationship between lecturers, students, and teaching materials is dynamic and complex. Module is a type of teaching material that is designed to be studied independently by students and is designed systematically and attractively to facilitate the learning process. Based on initial observations made in the field, especially in the practicum learning activities of the electrical engineering study program at PGRI Banyuwangi University, there is a lack of practicum modules so that practicum activities are less measurable in learning outcomes. This needs to be developed with practicum modules especially in digital engineering courses in order to facilitate digital engineering practicum activities for electrical engineering students at PGRI Banyuwangi University. In this study using the R & D research method, from the results of research with a student population of 15 from the Electrical Engineering Study Program at PGRI Banyuwangi University, the average learning result was 87.5, and the validation results were 89% in the very valid category, and the student response results showed 88% in the very category Good

Abstract

This article discusses the application of smart clustering in the classification of dragon fruit in Banyuwangi Regency. Banyuwangi is the largest production center in Indonesia. However, some farmers experience problems in producing quality fresh fruit that meets market demand. Therefore, a convolutional neural network method is proposed for the dragon fruit classification system to differentiate rotten and fresh fruit. The dragon fruit sample uses 50 fruits which will be trained based on digital images. The results of applying smart clustering show that the best fruit search value achieved an epoch accuracy of 99.24% with 100 iterations. Meanwhile, iterations 50 and 70 get epoch accuracy of 98.88% respectively. The results of fruit classification are used as initial data in determining good (fresh) and bad (rotten) fruit quality. So, dragon fruit farmers can harvest earlier before the disease spreads to other fruit.

Abstract

Ship accidents due to cracks and leaks in the ship's hull are closely related to the flow of water entering the ship's hull. A ship's pump system plays an important role in removing water from a ship, but pump failure can result in the accumulated water not being able to be drained immediately which can result in increased water pressure and the potential sinking of the ship. This research used a trial method with a fiberglass ship prototype that was provided with a 3mm leak hole, using four different types of pumps and testing was carried out in a water-filled tub. Based on the results of the research carried out, it can be concluded that the water discharge of pumps 1, 2, 3 and 4 respectively is 0.0000261, 0.0000251,: 0.0000326, and 0.0000566 liters/second. The power of pump 4 is more effective in draining water volume resulting in less draining time compared to the other three pumps .

Abstract

De-Djawatan Tourism Destinations are known by various tourists both local and non-local with their natural beauty in the form of large and lush trees that are still beautiful or natural. De-Djawatan tourism does not yet have detailed information either manually or digitally related to the biological and general classification of plants in that location. As smartphone technology develops, the information needed to be very easy to obtain. QR Code is one method to obtain complete information. QR Code is a type of two-dimensional image that displays data in the form of text. This community partnership program aims to provide appropriate technology in the form of the QR code method in determining the identification of plants found in De-Djawatan tourist destinations. This aims to make it easier for tourists to find information on various plants both biologically and in general. The stages of program implementation start from the observation stage, media creation, and implementation. The results of this program using the QR Code can include the identity of the identification results of plants, such as division, order, family, genus and species of plants in the De-Djawatan location. In this QR Code method there are features such as Home, Collection, and Admin. Before the QR Code is created, the document data is encrypted and then used as a QR Code. The result of scanning the QR Code is in the form of a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) that points to the document data. When the URL is executed on the web browser, the system performs a description of the URL, then it is matched with the database, and then displayed to the web browser. The final result is a Document Validation application in the form of a QR Code which is used to convey plant identification information, such as division, order, family, genus and species of plants.

Abstract

Produk kerajinan bambu menjadi salah satu citra pariwisata unggulan bagi Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Penerapan teknologi produksi dan digitalisasi pemasaran akan berdampak pada peningkatan keunggulan unit usaha kecil menengah (UKM). Sebagai salah satu sentra utama kerajinan Bambu di Kabupaten Banyuwangi, Kampoeng Batara, Papring adalah UKM yang mengalami dampak ekonomi akibat pandemi Covid-19. Kondisi ini berpengaruh terhadap keberlanjutan usaha mitra. Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan terjadi penurunan permintaan pasar yang membuat mitra mengalami kehilangan omset hingga mencapai 80%. Disisi lain mitra tidak memiliki alternatif pasar karena keterbatasan jenis produk dan pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan pasar digital. Solusi yang diterapkan yaitu peningkatkan inovasi dan efisiensi produksi melalui penerapan teknologi produksi, dan sarana pemasaran produk berbasis digital. Metode pelaksanaan program kemitraan masyarakat dilakukan dalam bentuk penerapan teknologi mesin bubut dan penerapan teknologi promosi dan pemasaran berbasis web e-commerce. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa melalui teknologi mesin bubut telah memberikan penambahan variasi produk baru berupa mangkuk, gelas, dan kerajinan diluar dari variasi anyaman yang sudah biasa diproduksi. Mitra juga mampu memanfaatkan teknologi e-commerce sebagai media untuk mengenalkan produk kerajinan serta memberikan informasi secara detail tentang identitas UKM yang berdampak pada peningkatan daya saing mitra.
