Abstract

The background of this research is the unique phenomenon that exists at the Amani Learning House Course and Training Institute (LKP) Work training programs at this Institute which have programs located in the garment and embroidery and fashion sectors, especially in the Riau Archipelago and also work together with the Empowerment Service Women, the Office of Manpower who always trust the Institute and provide the most complete facilities and infrastructure when they want to conduct training. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Amani Learning House Course and Training Institute (LKP) Management in Batam City. This research uses a qualitative approach, with a case study research method. The sources of data in this study were managers, tutors and 5 residents studying at the Amani Learning House Course and Training Institute. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis of intestinal marking is data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Data validation techniques using the triangulation method, the triangulation principle and triangulation theory. The results of this study indicate (1) in the extracurricular planning component, briefings are carried out before each activity (2) the form of organization in this extracurricular is by grouping forums in each field, namely groups that are not yet able to sew, groups that are able to sew, groups that are able to sew but are not able to use tools (3) in the movement component that the Manager is currently carrying out is by giving indirect directions to learning residents who are attending training courses sew this. However, the Manager usually emphasizes to the learning residents to be serious in practicing in their respective groups, because they are a team that is highly valued for its cohesiveness and interrelatedness. The movements made are mostly from tutors and administrators. (4) direct supervision of learning residents who take part in this sewing course training. This is due to the busyness experienced by the Manager himself, the Manager gives directions to tutors and tutors who will provide direct supervision to the learning residents.  Keywords: Management of the Amani Learning House Course and Training Institute (LKP).

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low level of student compliance with school regulations at Khaira Ummah Islamic Middle School, Padang City. This is thought to be due to the failure to achieve the objective indicators of the Usrah extracurricular program, which is moral development at Khaira Ummah Islamic Middle School, Padang City. This type of research is correlational using a quantitative approach, the aim is to reveal the relationship between Usrah extracurricular moral development and compliance with school regulations at Khaira Ummah Islamic Middle School, Padang City. The population of this study were all students at Khaira Ummah Islamic Middle School and 50 students were sampled using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use percentage formulas and product moment formulas. The results of the research show that Usrah extracurricular moral development and students compliance with school rules are classified as poor and there is a significant relationship between Usrah extracurricular moral development and students' compliance with regulations at Khaira Ummah Islamic Middle School. Abstract

The low learning outcomes of students who are suspected of having a relationship in participating in student council management at SMAN 8 Padang is the background of this research. This study has the following objectives (1) to determine the description of the organizational activeness of the student council board. (2) to determine the learning outcomes of mathematics subjects of student council administrators (3) to determine the relationship between the activeness of the student council organization and the learning outcomes of mathematics subjects at SMAN 8 Padang. This research is a correlational quantitative research that aims to study the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The population of this study amounted to 33 people, and the sampling method was cluster random sampling, where 75% or 25 people were selected. The data collection technique uses data collection tools in the form of questionnaires and statement lists. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula with the rank order formula. The results showed that: (1) The description of the organizational activities of the student council board at SMA Negeri 8 Padang is rated very high. (2) Mathematics learning outcomes of the student council board of SMA Negeri 8 are rated as moderate. (3) There is a significant relationship between the activity of the student council organization and the mathematics learning outcomes of the student council board at SMA Negeri 8 Padang. SMA Negeri 8 Padang is expected to be able to increase the motivation of student administrators to balance organizational and learning activities.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low moral development of early childhood at SPS Palapa Saiyo, Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh District. This research aims to describe interpersonal communication in the family, the moral development of early childhood, and the relationship between interpersonal communication in the family and the moral development of children at SPS Palapa Saiyo, Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh District. The approach in this research was carried out quantitatively with a correlational type. The population at the research location was 26 subjects (children) represented by 52 parents (fathers and mothers). The sample was 70% of the total population namely, 18 children represented by 36 parents (fathers and mothers), with a sampling technique called Proportional random sampling. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire. The analysis technique used a percentage formula, and to find the correlation used the product moment formula. The results of this study show that: (1) Interpersonal communication between parents in the family and children is considered less than good. (2) Early childhood moral development is categorized as low, (3) There is a significant relationship between interpersonal communication in the family and children's moral development at SPS Palapa Saiyo, Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh District

Abstract

Meskipun mengalami kendala keuangan, orang tua dalam keluarga X secara konsisten berusaha untuk menyekolahkan anak-anak mereka ke perguruan tinggi, yang memotivasi penelitian ini. Sejak 2011, Ibu I menjadi orang tua tunggal yang sumber pendapatan utamanya adalah bertani. Penelitian ini berupaya memberikan gambaran terperinci tentang hubungan antara pola pengasuhan, motivasi anak untuk melanjutkan pendidikan, dan strategi atau upaya pengelolaan keuangan orang tua terkait dengan biaya kuliah. Pendekatan deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif ini. Seorang ibu, ketiga anaknya, dan informan lainnya yang mengetahui mengenai keluarga X, yang merupakan sumber data untuk penelitian ini. Wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Beberapa metode yang digunakan dalam analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penyusunan kesimpulan. Selain metode dan sumber yang menggunakan triangulasi untuk memastikan kebenaran data. Menurut temuan penelitian, 1) orang tua dalam keluarga X cenderung memberikan kebebasan pada anak-anak mereka selama memahami batasannya. 2) bagaimana hal itu memotivasi anak-anak untuk terus belajar atau melanjutkan pendidikan. 3) tanggung jawab serta upaya orang tua dalam mengalokasikan sumber daya untuk memenuhi biaya pendidikan anak-anak mereka.

Abstract

Low level of self-confidence, and parents have less time with their children, so there is rarely communication between children and their parents.The purpose of the research activity is to find out the description: authoritative communication patterns of parents, self-confidence of children aged 4-6 years, and the relationship between parents' authoritative communication patterns and children's self-confidence age 4-6 years in Nagari Koto Baru, Padang Pariaman Regency. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with the type of correlation type. The study population is parents who have children aged 4-6 years in Nagari Koto Baru, Padang Pariaman Regency. The research sample was taken with area random sampling technique. Research instruments in collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses percentage formula and product moment. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Authoritative communication patterns are categorized as not good; (2) Self-confidence of children aged 4-6 years is categorized as low, and (3) There is a very significant relationship between authoritative communication patterns of parents with early childhood self-confidence in Nagari Koto Baru Padang Pariaman Regency.

Abstract

The background of this research is the high perception of participants at LKP Yuko Tesa Mirai Padang because it is a special Japanese-language education and training center that provides opportunities for people who wish to have the opportunity to work abroad, especially Japan. This study aims to (1) describe the perceptions of the Batusangkar Japanese Intern Training Center participants towards the teaching staff, (2) describe the Batusangkar Japanese Intern Training Center participants' perceptions of the facilities, (3) describe the perceptions of the Batusangkar Japanese Intern Training Center participants towards learning media, (4) describe the participants' perceptions Japanese Intern Training Center Batusangkar on learning materials. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study were 28 people. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling of 20 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage technique to see the perceptions of the students of the Batusangkar Japanese Intern Training Center. The results of the conclusions of this study indicate that the perceptions of students from the Batusangkar Japanese Intern Training Center based on all indicators are categorized as good, this is evidenced by the high percentage in the always category.

Abstract

This research is written based on the 3 in 1 Training for Making Fashion Embellishments with Hand Sewing Tools Batch X (Gold Thread Embroidery) which aims to improve skills and create jobs in the field of embroidery and fashion aimed at people who need training so that the skills they have can be officially recognized in the form of certificates. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation process of the Training 3 in 1 Making Fashion Embellishments with Hand Sewing Tools Batch X (Gold Thread Embroidery) in conducting training. This research uses a qualitative approach, with a case study research method. The data sources in this study are the Head of the Training Organizer as the research subject and the head of the training, instructors and participants as research informants. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity techniques are using source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. The results showed that the skills training process starts from 1) Planning; 2) Implementation; 3) Assistance; and 4) Evaluation.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low participation of learning residents at LKP Ida Teratai Payakumbuh City. This type of research is quantitative research with a correlational approach. The population in this study were residents studying sewing courses at LKP Ida Teratai Payakumbuh City. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely the entire population was used as a sample (24 people). The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a data collection tool using a questionnaire. Data analysis uses the percentage formula and rank order correlation formula. The results of this study indicate that the interpersonal communication of instructors at LKP Ida Teratai Payakumbuh City is not well implemented, the participation of learning residents at LKP Ida Teratai Payakumbuh City is low, there is a significant relationship between interpersonal communication of instructors an the participation of citizens learning at LKP Ida Teratai Payakumbuh City.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the high intensity of playing with gadgets from early childhood in Kenagarian Pasar Baru, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The method used in the research is a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The population of this study was 52 parents who had children aged 3-6 years. The data collection method used is a questionnaire which contains statements that are used as a data collection tool. Next, the data was analyzed using a percentage formula with correlation using the Product Moment formula. The results of the research show that: (1) the effectiveness of communication in the family is classified as poor, (2) the intensity of gadget use in early childhood in Kenagarian Pasar Baru, Pesisir Selatan Regency is classified as high, and (3) there is a significant relationship between the effectiveness of communication in the family and the intensity of communication in the family.
