Abstract

Fenomena kualitas belajar di perguruan tinggi seringkali dipertanyakan dalam hal menghasilkan mahasiswa yang memiliki nilai akademik yang baik dan mencetak tenaga yang professional. Apakah mampu menjawab tantangan di dunia kerja. Para lulusan memiliki perbedaan pandangan dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi di dunia kerja sehingga ada yang berhasil mejawab tantang di dunia kerja dan ada yang tidak. Perilaku merupakan salah satu poin yang akan berperan penting dalam meraih kesuksesan, karena perilaku juga merupakan hal yang memengaruhi pola pikir dalam keseharian maupun pekerjaan. Bukan tidak mungkin, perilaku yang buruk akan menghambat perkembangan karier di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai perilaku dan nilai akademik terhadap keberhasilan alumni matematika di dunia kerja menggunakan regresi berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu nilai akademik () sebesar -0,260, angka ini bernilai negatif yang memberikan arti bahwa variabel akademik () berpengaruh negatif terhadap keberhasilan. Hal ini menunjukkan apabila variabel nilai prilaku meningkat, maka akan terjadi penurunan keberhasilan sebesar -0,260. Variable Nilai perilaku () sebesar 0,163, angka ini bernilai positif yang memberikan arti bahwa variabel nilai prilaku () berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan (Y). Hal ini menunjukkan apabila variabel nilai perilaku meningkat 1 satuan, maka akan terjadi peningkatan keberhasilan sebesar 0,163.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the form of speech acts used by content creators in beauty product endorsement videos on TikTok platform. The research method used is qualitative collecting the data of utterances found in beauty products endorsement videos posted by TikTok content creators. Nine videos were selected from three top beauty content creators who have the highest number of followers. Three videos picked from each beauty content creator were based on the engagement rate that the video got (i.e. number of comments, number of views, and number of likes). The utterances were analysed by applying J.L. Austin's (1962) speech act theory to categorize the types of speech acts at the three levels of locution, illocution, and perlocution, which are used in digital promotional videos. The results showed that content creators mostly used directive and assertive speech acts in their endorsement videos. At the perlocutionary level, comment sections were observed and it was found that the selection of speech acts have created a sense of resonance to the audiences; thus, influencing their evaluations to the promoted products. These findings have brought implications on how communicative actions can shape brand identity leading to audiences engagement and trust towards the products.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh persepsi atas sarana prasarana dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru (2) pengaruh persepsi atas sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja guru (3) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Survei. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi ganda. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada guru SMP Negeri di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 83 guru dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Simple Random Sampling. Analisis data diolah menggunakan SPSS 22. Istrumen yang digunakan dalam bentuk angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara persepsi atas sarana prasarana dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kota Tangerang Selatan. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan persepsi atas sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kota Tangerang Selatan. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kota Tangerang Selatan.

Abstract

Steganografi merupakan salah satu teknik anti-forensik yang memungkinkan pelaku kejahatan untuk menyembunyikan informasi ke dalam pesan lain, sehingga investigator akan menghadapi kesulitan dalam mendapatkan bukti informasi asli pada kejahatan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, seorang investigator dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan menemukan serta melakukan ekstraksi dengan menggunakan alat yang tepat saat membuka pesan yang telah disisipi teknik steganografi. Penelitian ini menganalisis bukti digital menggunakan metode static forensics dengan menerapkan lima tahapan pada framework National Institute of Justice (NIJ) serta melakukan ekstraksi steganografi pada file yang telah disusupi berdasarkan skenario kasus yang melibatkan kejahatan digital. Alat yang digunakan meliputi FTK Imager, Autopsy, WinHex, Hiderman, dan StegSpy. Hasil ekstraksi menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 file yang diskenariokan telah disusupi steganografi, 9 file berhasil diekstraksi dengan tingkat keberhasilan 90%, sedangkan 10% lainnya tidak ditemukan file steganografi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa file hasil ekstraksi dari pesan steganografi dapat dijadikan bukti digital yang sah menurut hukum.

Abstract

Feed is a fundamental component in ruminant livestock production systems, directly influencing productivity and overall efficiency. Given the limited availability of high-quality feed resources, feed fermentation emerges as a promising strategy to enhance the nutritional value of abundant and low-cost local feed materials. The fermentation process involves the activity of microorganisms capable of hydrolyzing anti-nutritional compounds, improving fiber digestibility, enriching protein content, and generating beneficial secondary metabolites that support digestive health. This literature review aims to examine existing research on feed fermentation mechanisms, types of microorganisms employed, changes in nutrient composition, and the effects on ruminant performance, including feed intake, feed conversion efficiency, weight gain, and milk production. The findings indicate that fermentation using lactic acid bacteria, fungi, or yeast significantly improves the quality of fibrous feeds such as rice straw, cassava leaves, and agro-industrial by-products. Consequently, animal performance improves, accompanied by enhanced feed efficiency. Therefore, feed fermentation technology holds substantial potential in supporting sustainable livestock systems, particularly in areas with limited access to high-quality feed. This review highlights the need for standardization of fermentation techniques and comprehensive economic evaluations to facilitate large-scale adoption.

Abstract

Ruminant livestock productivity in Indonesia remains low, largely due to the lack of a consistently available supply of highly nutritious feed. Utilizing agricultural waste, such as corn, as a base material for silage is a potential solution to address feed constraints. Corn-based silage can provide consistent feed throughout the year and boasts a relatively high nutritional content. However, the main challenges with its use are long-term storage and stability against air exposure, which are crucial for feed quality and safety. Several studies have shown that extending storage time can improve digestibility, but can also increase the likelihood of silage quality degradation if storage methods are not optimal. Issues such as reduced nutritional value, the emergence of harmful microorganisms, and the risk of mycotoxin contamination are key concerns that must be addressed. Therefore, the objective of this study is to examine how storage time affects the nutritional quality of corn silage and to analyze the effectiveness of different storage methods in maintaining aerobic stability and preventing spoilage, particularly under complex tropical climate conditions. Corn silage quality is influenced by storage methods, fermentation time, and environmental temperature and humidity. Anaerobic storage using silos or airtight plastic with high compaction effectively maintains a low pH and prevents contamination. Optimal fermentation takes 60–90 days, while longer storage can degrade quality. Corn's high carbohydrate content supports good fermentation, making it a superior feed source during the dry season.

Abstract

This study aims to identify community perceptions of the existence of poultry slaughterhouses (RPA) in Baruga District, Kendari City. The presence of RPAs often generates both support and opposition among residents, particularly regarding environmental cleanliness, comfort, health, and local economic aspects. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach using survey methods through questionnaires and in-depth interviews with 40 respondents living around the RPA area. The findings indicate that most residents hold negative perceptions toward the existence of RPAs due to unpleasant odors, wastewater that disrupts drainage systems, and noise from slaughtering activities that disturb comfort. However, some residents view the RPA as beneficial for providing employment opportunities and ensuring access to fresh chicken meat. The main factors influencing public perception are inadequate waste management and the close proximity between residential areas and RPA locations. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the management of RPAs, particularly in sanitation and waste treatment aspects, so that their presence can be sustainably accepted by the surrounding community.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance the understanding and skills of farmer group members in conducting spatial-based data collection of sugar palm (Arenga pinnata) resources. The methods implemented include socialization, spatial data collection training using mobile GPS, participatory mapping assistance, and program evaluation through pre-test and post-test methods. Data analysis was carried out using GIS software. The results of the participatory mapping of sugar palm potential identified 36 potential points of Arenga pinnata within the operational area of the Karya Baru Farmer Group, consisting of 7 productive trees and 29 non-productive ones. Evaluation results indicated a significant improvement in participants’ competencies, with increases of 43.2% in skills, 41.8% in motivation, 37.3% in knowledge, and 33.9% in attitude—demonstrating the achievement and effectiveness of the participatory mapping program. Overall, the Participatory Mapping of Sugar Palm Potential activity in the Karya Baru Farmer Group area has successfully increased members’ understanding of the importance of mapping and recording natural resource assets as a foundational database for the future development of sugar palm–based products.
