The phenomenon is that many employees lack discipline in fingerprinting, so they are required to pay more attention to attendance lists to achieve good organizational goals. The research sample was 42 people who were all employees of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury of South Kalimantan Province. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with the aim of providing an assessment of the organizational climate (X), to test how well the level of employee engagement is at work (Z), and to measure how big the OCB of employees is in the organization. (Y). The data analysis method used is partial least square (PLS) version 4.0. The results showed that organizational climate had no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), while organizational climate had a significant positive effect on work engagement, then work engagement had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Furthermore, the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), both indirectly through the intervening variable, namely work engagement.

Abstract

Dating violence is the second highest cause after dating violence. Adolescents are a population at risk for dating violence. This study aimed to analyze the differences at each level of education for incidents of physical, psychological, and sexual violence in dating to provide specific interventions based on the educational level to prevent dating violence. This study used a cross-sectional design. The sample size was determined based on the calculation of the Slovin formula so that there were 267 samples for junior high school level, 304 for high school level, and 220 for College Level. The sample used had inclusion criteria including having dated and for respondents aged <17 years obtaining parental consent by filling out informed consent. Sampling was done using stratified random sampling. The technique of taking respondents at the junior and senior high school levels uses a list of classes with the same number of male and female students and uses the Google form. The data were tested for normality with the result that the data were not abnormally distributed with a significant value of 0.001, and the data were not homogeneous. Then a different test was carried out for three unpaired groups using the Kruskal-Wallis test. The results of the study showed that there were differences in the incidence of physical violence in courtship at the junior high school, high school, and college levels (p-value = 0.001), there were differences in the incidence of psychological violence in courtship at the junior high school, high school and university levels (p-value = 0.001), there were differences incidents of sexual violence in dating at the junior high school, high school and university levels (p-value = 0.001). It is necessary to provide education about preventing dating violence, especially for students, because dating violence is more common in universities

Abstract

Overcoming dependence on wheat flour as raw material, researchers want to develop a wet noodle product by using mocaf flour to substitute wheat flour and adding pumpkin flour to increase the nutritional value of wet noodles, namely potassium minerals as an alternative main food that can help lower blood pressure in hypertension sufferers. To determine the effect of the proportion of mocaf flour and pumpkin flour on the physicochemical quality of wet noodles. This type of research uses an experimental study design with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The comparison of the proportions of mocaf flour and pumpkin flour is P0 (100g : 0g), P1 (95g : 5g), P2 (90g :10g), P3 (85 g :15g), P4 (80g :20g). Physical quality and chemical quality test data were analyzed using the Independent T-test. The research results show that the percent water absorption capacity; percent elongation; potassium levels; and sodium levels, namely P0 (58.5% ; 19.8% ; 16.5mg/100 g; 5.64 mg/100g), P2 (70.3% ; 8.8% ; 55.95 mg/100g ; 5.55 mg/100g). The best treatment P2 does not meet the adult RDA percentage and cannot be classified as high in potassium. Wet noodle products cannot yet be used as an alternative to foods high in potassium for preventing hypertension.

Abstract

An inclusive and anti-discriminatory educational climate may be achieved via multicultural education. Students' social integration and personal development can be impacted by school-based discrimination, regardless of its basis in race, religion, culture, or socioeconomic status. With an emphasis on educators' leadership roles in establishing multicultural education programs, this research seeks to examine how schools might strategically employ this approach to combat prejudice. A qualitative methodology based on a case study approach is utilized in this research. The results show that students' diversity awareness and the number of occurrences of prejudice are both greatly improved by the systematic use of multicultural education. The effectiveness of efforts to include multicultural values into the curriculum and extracurricular activities hinges on teachers who proactively assume leadership positions in this regard. Thus, this study found that multicultural education, with strong teacher leadership, can help create a more equitable and peaceful school climate in the long run. It recommends specialized training for teachers to strengthen their roles in promoting diversity.

Abstract

Posyandu plays a crucial role in bringing promotive and preventive efforts closer to the community, especially in improving nutritional status and maternal and child health. However, low community participation in visiting Posyandu remains an issue in the working area of the Sambung Makmur Community Health Center. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing toddler visits to Posyandu in this area. This research employs a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a total of 76 respondents from 305—mothers with toddlers aged 12–59 months registered at five Posyandu in the working area of the Sambung Makmur Community Health Center. Data were collected through interviews using a questionnaire that measured variables such as the mother's knowledge level, employment status, family support, and toddler visits to Posyandu. Bivariate analysis showed that the mother's knowledge level (p-value = 0.000, correlation coefficient 0.529), the mother's employment status (p-value = 0.000, correlation coefficient 0.547), and family support (p-value = 0.000, correlation coefficient 0.549) all had significant relationships with the frequency of toddler visits to Posyandu. These findings indicate the importance of improving maternal knowledge, considering maternal employment status, and strengthening family support to increase toddler visits to Posyandu.
