Abstract

The more risk management is used in a company, the more it will increase the value of the company and also affect how much money the company makes. Risk management, carried out by company managers, is the company's way of anticipating the risks that occur. The purpose of this study is to recognize, identify, assess, and control operational risks of PT. Indosat Ooredoo Tbk. in the Network Operation Center division. The research method used is risk analysis with Enterprise Risk Management. The conclusions in this study are that 49 risks have been identified, including 10 risks that include acceptable or acceptable risk criteria, 32 risks that include supplementary issue risk criteria or risks that require action if the company's resources are available, and 7 risks that include risk issues or risk criteria that immediately need to be managed and reduced. Operational risks to PT. Indosat Ooredoo, like the risk of thuggery in the Regional Operation department, have a big effect and are likely to happen. Meanwhile, the risk is the least in the Partner Management department.

Abstract

After being designated as a pandemic, Covid-19 has made us inevitably change our lifestyle and work patterns from the previous normal conditions. The results of the LIPI survey show that after the Covid-19 pandemic, as many as 95% of MSMEs experienced the impact of this pandemic, and there were around 75% of the MSME sector that experienced a significant decline in income as a result of the pandemic. Counseling on strategies for managing superior human resources in the new normal order for MSME actors in Cinere District has a special goal, namely it is hoped that participants in this community service activity will be able to adapt to the challenges of the new normal so that they can maintain the existence of their UMKM business and increase their business productivity. The industrial revolution 4.0 which is characterized by the widespread use of Information Technology such as the use of artificial intelligence is an opportunity and threat to the business world. However, as the wave of industry 5.0 enters, humans become a central point to attract the greatest benefit to the use of technology, the main prerequisite that must be met is that business people have a link-and-match thinking pattern with the aim of creating technology. The problem of MSME players is still shackled with the old mindset, seeking profit or success, for the short term, this kind of mindset is not suitable for pursuing the flow of industry 5.0. In addition to being able to take advantage of technology, awareness to apply universal values is important to be upheld, therefore PKM activities emphasize more on strengthening the character values of MSME actors. The implementation method is carried out using the Kurt Lewin model approach. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini, dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan mengenai pengaruh shift kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Divisi Linehaul & Shuttle Warehouse Lazada Cimanggis baik secara simultan ataupun secara parsial. Menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh shift kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dengan menggunakan pegawai Divisi Linehaul & Shuttle Warehouse Lazada Cimanggis sebagai sampel. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan cara diundi hingga mendapatkan jumlah sesuai dengan rumus Slovin yaitu 80 orang. Pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan penelitian ini yaitu Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2), Uji t dan Uji F menggunakan tingkat signifikansi 5% (0,05). Hasil dari pengujian diperoleh (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara shift kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) dan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh antara variabel shift kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Abstract The most important resource of an organization is human resources, so employees are the key to determining the success of the organization. Performance is the result of work achieved by an employee in carrying out tasks according to responsibility. The performance of employees at the Center for Education and Training of the Central Statistics Agency is considered to be still not optimal, as can be seen from the quality of work that has not met the expectations of the leadership. The purpose of this study is to prove that there is an influence between Knowledge Management and Organizational Culture Through Employee Engagement as a Mediation Variable on Millennial Employee Performance. The research method is a survey method to 31 employees, by distributing questionnaires which are answered with statements of the Likekert scale model. The analysis technique is path analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of Smart PLS software.that knowledge management, organizational culture, has a significant effect on employee performanceAndemployee engagementcommitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture and also on employee performance. Suggestions aremust pay attention again to how to apply knowledge management so that all employees, especially millennial employees, can have high performance and competitiveness in the midst of industry 4.0 and can further improve organizational culture, especially from aggressive factors through spaces to give opinionsand brilliant ideas for the organization, can also increase employee engagement withespecially the dedication in doing the job. For example, by providing a variety of jobs that are challenging but also inspiring so that millennial employees feel proud to do them. Abstract

Penelitian ini memanfaatkan pendekatan kuantitatif sebagai metodologi guna menginvestigasi serta memahami akibat dari Work Life Balance, Kompensasi, & Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Kerja para pegawai nang bekerja di PT XYZ. Data dikumpulkan melalui pelaksanaan kuesioner dalam bentuk skala likert yang diakses melalui platform Google Form, melibatkan 37 responden yang merupakan tenaga kerja di PT XYZ. Proses analisis data diterapkan melalui rangkaian langkah, termasuk pemeriksaan validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis R-Square, analisis jalur, serta pengujian hipotesis, menggunakan perangkat analisis statistik SmartPLS 4.0. Temuan dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat dampak yang positif dan bermakna antara Work Life Balance dan Kepuasan Kerja pada pegawai di PT XYZ. (2) Kompensasi juga memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan bermakna terhadap Kepuasan Kerja para karyawan di PT XYZ. (3) Lingkungan Kerja juga memainkan peran positif dan signifikan terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Kerja pegawai di PT XYZ. (4) Secara bersamaan, Work Life Balance, Kompensasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja secara positif dan bermakna berkontribusi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja para karyawan di PT XYZ

Abstract

Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan besarnya pengaruh dari kompetensi dan beban kerja terhadap produktivitas pegawai dengan komitmen afektif sebagai variabel mediasi divisi produksi Gedung B line B3 PT Glostar Indonesia Sukabumi. Proses pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan google form skala likert kepada pegawai divisi produksi Gedung B line B3 PT Glostar Indonesia dengan responden sebanyak 90 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM berbasis PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai (2) beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai, (3) kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai yang dimediasi komitmen afektif, (4) beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai yang dimediasi komitmen afektif, (5) komitmen afektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai

Abstract

This research’s purpose is to determine and prove the influence of self-efficacy, organizational justice, and perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior. This research analyzes 48 staff in Secretariat of the Administration City of East Jakarta as a sample, with a sampling technique using a Probability Sampling technique and Simple Random Sampling by spin-wheels. The SEM based PLS is chosen as data analysis technique in this study. The results of the study shows that (1) Work Ethic has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in the Secretariat of the Administration City of East Jakarta, (2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in the Secretariat of the Administration City of East Jakarta, (3) Work Stress has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in the Secretariat of the Administration City of East Jakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah sebuah studi kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dampak dari lingkungan kerja, pelatihan kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Transmigrasi, dan Energi Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini melibatkan 32 responden yang merupakan karyawan tetap dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang sama di lembaga tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) statistik, dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0 untuk menguji hipotesis secara parsial (T) dan simultan (F). Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) pelatihan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan (4) secara bersama-sama, lingkungan kerja, pelatihan kerja, dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Transmigrasi, dan Energi Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur

Abstract

Performance is the result of work achieved by an employee in carrying out tasks according to responsibilities. The performance of employees at the Directorate General of Pothan Kemhan is still considered not optimal, it can be seen from the quality of work that has not been in accordance with the expectations of the leadership. The purpose of this study is to prove the influence of the work environment, commitment and organizational culture on employee performance. The research method is a survey method to 141 employees as a representative sample which is calculated based on the Slovin formula, by distributing questionnaires that are answered with a Likekert scale model statement. The analysis technique is path analysis with the help of lisrel software. The results of the analysis can be concluded that the work environment and commitment have a positive and significant effect on organizational culture and also on employee performance. Suggestions are to create a comfortable work environment, increase employee commitment by instilling an attitude of loyalty to the organization, trust in the organization and view that the success of the organization is a success for itself and instill an organizational culture that is good values and beliefs in employees.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine the Effect of Compensation, and Work Environment, on Job Satisfaction Through Work Motivation as a Mediation Variable. This study used 37 employees in the HR and Organizational Division of the Head Office of the Public Company Bulog Jakarta. The data analysis technique used is PLS-based SEM. The results showed (1) compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction mediated by work motivation, (4) work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction mediated by work motivation, (5) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction..
