Abstract

This study aims to understand and demonstrate the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction, and leadership style on employee work motivation at Mega Anggrek Hotel Jakarta during the Covid 19 pandemic. The sampling technique used was Non Probability Sampling with a saturated sample type. Assistance applications when processing data using SmartPLS 3.0 by performing T-test and F-test, so that the output results can be known and statistically proven that: (1) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation, (2) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on significant effect on work motivation (3) leadership style has a negative and significant effect on work motivation, (4) organizational culture, job satisfaction, and leadership style have a joint and significant effect on work motivation.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan faktor yang sangat penting bagi suatu organisasi. Setiap organisasi pemerintah maupun swasta dituntut bekerja lebih cepat, efektif dan efesien. Untuk itu, faktor SDM perlu mendapat prioritas utama dalam pengelolaannya agar pemanfaatannya sesuai dengan yang diharapkan oleh organisasi dalam usaha mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Direktorat Jenderal Pengolahan dan Pemasaran Hasil Pertanian Kementerian Pertanian baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional stratified random sampling pada 80 karyawan. Pengolahan dan pengujian data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik perhitungan berdasarkan asumsi bahwa data sampel diperoleh dari seluruh populasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi, motivasi kerja, dan kepemimpinan terhadap prestasi kerja pada Ditjen Pengolahan dan Pemasaran Hasil Pertanian Kementerian Pertanian.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with the aim of analyzing the effect of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance at the Tangerang City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. BKPSDM is an agency that has the task of handling the field of staffing and development of Civil Servants. In this study, the population was BKPSDM employees with non-echelon/staff/executive positions, which was determined by the number of samples as many as 80 respondents using purposive sampling method and data were collected by distributing questionnaires via google form. In this study using descriptive analysis techniques and inferential analysis using SmartPLS 3.2.9. In this study, the results obtained R Square value of 0.721 or 72.1%, then the results of hypothesis testing in this study are as follows, (1) there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on employee performance which has an influence of 0.469, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on employee performance which has an influence of 0.278, and (3) there is a positive and significant effect between the work environment on employee performance which has an influence of 0.240.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that intends to find out and prove whether there is an influence between work motivation, work stress, and quality of work life on the performance of employees at PT Sankyu Indonesia International Krakatau Steel In Site Cilegon, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were employees of level R2 with a sample of 85 employees obtained through the saturated sampling technique. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires with google form. The analytical techniques applied in this research are the descriptive analysis technique and inferential analysis using the SMARTPLS 3.2.9 statistical test tool. Meanwhile, the hypothesis test is t-test and f-test using a significance level of 5% (0.05). The results of this study indicate (1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (4) Work motivation, work stress, and quality of work life simultaneously affect employee performance.

Abstract

Pengadian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pelaku UMKM Pribumi di Kabupaten Bogor agar dapat meningkatkan kapasitas manajemen usahanya dengan Go Digital menyesuaikan perkembangan teknologi saat ini. Tim pengabdi mengadakan pembinaan (pelatihan dan pendampingan) kepada para pelaku UMKM secara digitaliasi. Materi yang kami berikan berupa materi terkait manajemen pemasaran (rebranding produk, digital marketing), Blue Ocean Strategy, Kanvas Strategi, dan manajemen keuangan (financial techonology). Abstract

Dodol adalah merupakan usaha yang telah lama dan turun temurun dilakukan oleh warga desa Bojonggede, dalam perkembangannya usaha ini jelas merupakan usaha pokok yang dilakukan warga desa Bojonggede dalam mendapatkan penghasilan, dengan demikian dodol merupakan produk unggulan dari wirausaha yang dilakukan. Namun mereka masih fokus terhadap proses produksi, jualan sebanyak-banyaknya, sedangkan tidak pernah memperhatikan dalam menghitung harga pokok ataupun melakukan pembukuan untuk mengetahui apakah usaha yang dilakukannya mengalami untung atau rugi, bahkan banyak juga yang beranggapan jika selama usaha dikerjakan sendiri, uang tidak akan pergi kemana-mana. Dengan metode ceramah dan praktek langsung dilakukan oleh para pengabdi untuk mengubah pemahaman mereka bahwa pembukuan bukanlah sesuatu yang menyusahkan dan menambah pekerjaan saja tetapi pembukuan dapat mengontrol perkembangan usaha yang sedang berjalan dimana kita akan mengetahui seberapa untung atau rugi yang dialami usaha yang sedang berjalan. Evaluasi dari kegiatan ini adalah menggunakan kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah melaksanakan abdimas, hasil jawaban didapat meningkatnya pemahaman para peserta abdimas terhadap manfaat dari pembukuan (95%), meningkatnya keyakinan para peserta abdimas bahwa bisnis bisa berkembang dengan melakukan pembukuan (80%) dan peserta abdimas menghendaki adanya kegiatan abdimas dilakukan kembali dengan tema yang berbeda, sesuai dengan kebutuhan selanjutnya. Peningkatan pengetahuan peserta pengabdian sangat signifikan yaitu 100 % meningkat dalam memahami apa yang dimaksud harga pokok produksi dan apa yang dimaksud pembukuan serta manfaat dari pembukuan itu sendiri.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study with the aim of knowing and proving the effect of job satisfaction, career development, and work environment on turnover intention at PT XYZ. The population in this study were employees of PT XYZ with staff positions, then the number of samples was determined as many as 88 respondents using the purposive method and convenience sampling and data were collected by google form. The analytical technique used in this research is using inferential analysis using SmartPLS 3.3.5. In this study, the results of the R Square value is 0.641 or 64.1%, then the results of hypothesis testing in this study are as follows, (1) there is a positive and significant effect between job satisfaction on turnover intention which has an effect of 0.144, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between career development on turnover intention which has an effect of 0.542, and (3) there is a positive and significant effect between the work environment on turnover intention which has an influence of 0.231, and (4) the variables of job satisfaction, career development, and work environment simultaneously affect turnover intention

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine whether there is an influence of career development and work environment on the desire of millennial generation employees who live in RW 10, Pancoran Mas District, Depok Village, Depok City to leave the company where they are currently working. This study used 75 respondents from 108 residents aged 21-40 who lives in RW 10, Pancoran Mas District, Depok City. The hypothesis in this study is to determine the effect partially and simultaneously so that the test uses the T test and F test with the help of the SPSS version 25 statistical program. The results of the test are (1) There is a negative and significant effect of giving career development for millennial generation RW 10 employees on the desire to leaving the company, (2) there is a positive and significant influence on the work environment of RW 10 millennial employees on the desire to leave the company, (3) there is a significant influence on career development and the work environment affecting the desire of millennial generation employees to leave the company. Abstract

The more risk management is used in a company, the more it will increase the value of the company and also affect how much money the company makes. Risk management, carried out by company managers, is the company's way of anticipating the risks that occur. The purpose of this study is to recognize, identify, assess, and control operational risks of PT. Indosat Ooredoo Tbk. in the Network Operation Center division. The research method used is risk analysis with Enterprise Risk Management. The conclusions in this study are that 49 risks have been identified, including 10 risks that include acceptable or acceptable risk criteria, 32 risks that include supplementary issue risk criteria or risks that require action if the company's resources are available, and 7 risks that include risk issues or risk criteria that immediately need to be managed and reduced. Operational risks to PT. Indosat Ooredoo, like the risk of thuggery in the Regional Operation department, have a big effect and are likely to happen. Meanwhile, the risk is the least in the Partner Management department.

Abstract

After being designated as a pandemic, Covid-19 has made us inevitably change our lifestyle and work patterns from the previous normal conditions. The results of the LIPI survey show that after the Covid-19 pandemic, as many as 95% of MSMEs experienced the impact of this pandemic, and there were around 75% of the MSME sector that experienced a significant decline in income as a result of the pandemic. Counseling on strategies for managing superior human resources in the new normal order for MSME actors in Cinere District has a special goal, namely it is hoped that participants in this community service activity will be able to adapt to the challenges of the new normal so that they can maintain the existence of their UMKM business and increase their business productivity. The industrial revolution 4.0 which is characterized by the widespread use of Information Technology such as the use of artificial intelligence is an opportunity and threat to the business world. However, as the wave of industry 5.0 enters, humans become a central point to attract the greatest benefit to the use of technology, the main prerequisite that must be met is that business people have a link-and-match thinking pattern with the aim of creating technology. The problem of MSME players is still shackled with the old mindset, seeking profit or success, for the short term, this kind of mindset is not suitable for pursuing the flow of industry 5.0. In addition to being able to take advantage of technology, awareness to apply universal values is important to be upheld, therefore PKM activities emphasize more on strengthening the character values of MSME actors. The implementation method is carried out using the Kurt Lewin model approach. In addition, the methods used are lectures, questions and answers, brain games, distribution of materials, with the target group of MSME actors in Cinere district, Depok
