Abstract

Accurate is an alternative accounting software besides MYOB that can be used to support the learning and teaching in the accounting computer. This research aims to develop an Accurate digital book. This study adopted research and development model and Borg and Gall, which consists of research and initial data collection, planning and development, expert and user validation, revision, field testing, and finished product. The findings indicate that the Accurate digital book developed by the researcher was considered very feasible by material experts, media experts, and limited users. In addition, the Accurate digital book is also considered effective in increasing user understanding of the application of Accurate. Therefore, it is suggested to involve this digital book for accounting computer.

Abstract

This community service is carried out by lecturers and students of the State University of Malang in Desa Karangan, Kecamatan Badegan, Kabupaten Ponorogo. There is one thing that is the focus of the community service work program in Desa Karangan, namely a low community literacy culture. The high number of school-age children is not accompanied by adequate literacy facilities. So that the literacy movement in Desa Karangan only relies on facilities and support from schools. This community service is carried out by lecturers and students of the State University of Malang in Desa Karangan, Kecamatan Badegan, Kabupaten Ponorogo. The creation of a reading corner aims to provide literacy facilities and form reading habits in order to increase reading interest as part of the literacy movement in Indonesia. The implementation of community activities begins with observation, then is carried out in stages, namely preparation, and evaluation. As an effort to establish reading in order to foster children's reading interest, assistance in reading activities is carried out in the reading corner of Desa Karangan, Kecamatan Badegan, Kabupaten Ponorogo. The result of this service is the growth of children's interest in reading in Desa Karangan, this can be seen from the high enthusiasm of the children during reading mentoring activities that are carried out every week. With this community service activity, it is hoped that it can foster children's interest in reading as an effort to activate the literacy movement in Indonesia.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini merupakan salah satu solusi untuk melestarikan kebudayaan daerah pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Tim Pengabdian berupaya untuk melakukan kegiatan pelatihan tari Jathil terhadap siswa sekolah dasar di Desa Karangan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat siswa Desa Karangan terhadap budaya daerah khususnya tari Jathil serta untuk melestarikan tari Jathil agar tidak luntur karena perkembangan zaman. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dilakukan kepada siswa sekolah dasar di Desa Karangan. Tahapan-tahapan yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini antara lain tahap persiapan (observasi, wawancara, koordinasi, dan pembuatan konsep), tahap pelaksanaan (pelatihan dan pemilihan), dan tahap evaluasi. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini terlihat bahwa siswa memiliki antusiasme yang tinggi dalam mengikuti pelatihan. Sehingga mereka dapat menerapkan ilmu dan pengetahuan yang diperoleh dari hasil pelatihan tari Jathil untuk melestarikan tari Jathil di Desa Karangan.

Abstract

Desa Jengglungharjo memiliki potensi signifikan untuk mengembangkan UMKM melalui penerapan social commerce. Social commerce dapat memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesadaran merek, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan mempermudah proses transaksi bagi UMKM di desa ini. Meskipun demikian, adopsi social commerce menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk keterbatasan dalam pengetahuan digital dan infrastruktur yang memadai. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, disarankan implementasi kebijakan dan strategi inovatif yang fokus pada peningkatan keterampilan digital, pengembangan infrastruktur teknologi, dan dukungan pemasaran digital. Dengan langkah-langkah ini, diharapkan pengembangan UMKM berbasis social commerce dapat berjalan dengan lebih efektif, memperkuat perekonomian desa, dan menjadikan Desa Jengglungharjo sebagai contoh sukses dalam memanfaatkan potensi digital untuk kemajuan UMKM di era modern.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries known as the world's banana (Musa Paradisiaca) producer, where 50% of Asian banana production comes from Indonesia. Bananas are one of the sources of prebiotics that fight free radicals that trigger oxidative stress, especially for people with hypercholesterolemia, Alzheimer's Disease, and Autism. There is a type of Pisang Candi (Musa Paradisiaca Fa. Corniculata) that is gluten free and is the largest commodity in Malang Regency, especially Sidodadi village. The research aims to process bananas into various forms of functional food through the use of appropriate technology and test their physiochemical content. The method of activity was carried out through technological engineering and proximate testing through a research & development approach. The results showed that 100 grams of banana flour contained 3.297% protein, 82.966% carbohydrate, 0.573% fat, 2.384% ash/mineral, and 10.780% water. For the banana to have a long shelf life and not easily experience browning due to its polyphenol content, it is dried and made into flour. The benefits of the research and development are increased capacity of farmers, increased quality and added value of temple banana products, and the availability of import substitution of industrial raw materials, which has implications for increasing their income.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Perkembangan teknologi informasi membawa dampak positif sekaligus tantangan, khususnya bagi generasi muda yang aktif menggunakan internet. Kurangnya pengetahuan, kesadaran, dan sikap bertanggung jawab dalam beraktivitas di dunia maya berpotensi menimbulkan perilaku digital yang tidak etis. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman, kesadaran, dan sikap siswa SMK PGRI 2 Malang terkait etika digital melalui program edukasi yang komprehensif. Metode: Pretest, penyampaian materi interaktif dan diskusi studi kasus, serta postest dengan instrumen kuesioner yang terdiri dari tiga aspek: pengetahuan etika digital, kesadaran dampak perilaku digital, dan sikap atau niat bertanggung jawab secara digital. Hasil: Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank menunjukkan peningkatan skor pretest dan postest yang signifikan (p < 0,05) pada seluruh aspek etika digital yang dipaparkan. Kesimpulan: Edukasi etika digital yang diberikan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman etika digital siswa SMK PGRI 12 Malang secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Assessing soft skills in Indonesia’s “Teaching Assistance/Asistensi Mengajar” (AM) program remains a challenge, as evaluations have typically focused on teaching performance and relied on self or supervising teacher assessments, overlooking the multidimensional and context-dependent nature of soft skills. This study addresses this gap by implementing a 360-degree feedback model to provide a more comprehensive evaluation of AM participants’ soft skills. Four assessor groups were involved: college students (self-assessment), peers, supervising teachers, and vocational students. Using a descriptive-analytical quantitative design, data were collected from 330 respondents and analyzed with descriptive statistics, the Kruskal–Wallis test, and Dunn’s post hoc test. The results showed that communication received the highest mean self-rating (M = 4.28, SD = 0.60), while adaptation received the lowest (M = 3.85, SD = 0.58). Significant perceptual gaps were found across assessor groups, particularly in adaptation, where students rated themselves lower than peers (Z = 5.00, p < .001, r = .43) and supervising teachers (Z = 2.83, p = .019, r = .24). Conversely, in communication, self-assessments were higher than those of vocational students (Z = 5.12, p < .001, r = .45). These findings demonstrate that assessor perspectives differ systematically, reflecting self-efficacy biases and relational expectations. Practically, the study provides empirical evidence that integrating 360-degree assessments into AM can identify hidden competency gaps and guide targeted training interventions, particularly in adaptation skills, while ensuring that student voices are formally included in program evaluation.
