Abstract

This research was conducted to identity the influence of budget quality and financial human resources competence on the school financial performance.. This research is population research. The number of population in this research is among all the vocational haigh school in Pemalang Regency with totaling 42 schools. Of the 42 schools, only 37 schools who returned the questioners. This research used quantitative approach using hypothesis testing study design. To test hypothesis using multiple linier regression analysis with the absolute different with application program SPSS. The result of analysis shows that quality of budgeting and financial human resources competence on the school have a positive significant effect on the school financial performance with simultanely or partially.

Abstract

The current era of disruption affects various fields, including the accounting field. Where this era gave rise to various accounting applications that can assist in the preparation of financial statements. Accounting applications that can be used today are not only computer-based but also Android-based. In connection with that, we want to examine how the effect of student perceptions on intentions to use an android-based accounting application. To be able to know the results, we used quantitative methods for the purpose of testing the hypothesis. Data were collected through questionnaires, but before the questionnaires were distributed we tested the validity and reliability of the research instrument. After being declared valid and reliable, questionnaires were distributed to research subjects, namely Accounting Students, Faculty of Economics, State University of Malang. Next, we analyzed the data starting with the classical assumption test and continued with simple and multiple regression tests. From the results of data testing, it can be seen that students' perceptions of the usefulness of android-based accounting applications have a positive effect on intention to use. In addition, student perceptions of the ease of use of android-based accounting applications also have a positive effect on intention to use. Finally, the two perceptions, namely the perception of usefulness and ease of use simultaneously affect the intention to use an android-based accounting application. In connection with that, it is hoped that the results of this study can contribute to the development of an Android-based accounting application which can also improve the performance of accountants.

Abstract

Jengglungharjo Village is a village located in a lowland area within the Tanggunggunung subdistrict, Tulungagung Regency. Jengglungharjo Village consists of five hamlets with a total population of 5,395 residents. The residents of Jengglungharjo Village mainly work as farmers, livestock breeders, and fishermen. Through direct observation in the five hamlets of Jengglungharjo Village, it was often found that there are inadequate waste disposal facilities as garbage collection points. Addressing this issue requires increased attention to the availability of trash bins in Jengglungharjo Village to enhance the cleanliness of the village area. The construction of trash bins is a step taken to improve cleanliness levels, increase the availability of trash bins, and minimize the accumulation of waste in Jengglungharjo Village. Efforts to improve cleanliness are also carried out through village clean-up activities. The method used involves physical intervention by creating trash bins as an effort to increase the number of waste disposal facilities around Jengglungharjo Village. This initiative will result in the production of trash bins that will be distributed to several points in Jengglungharjo Village where additional bins are needed.

Abstract

The main goal to be achieved by a company is to increase its value. Having high company value, the owners will gain higher prosperity. Company value is a particular condition achieved by a company reflected in the stock market price. Strategies to increase it are important. This study aims to determine the effect of corporate governance (X1) on company value (Y) and to determine conditions of financial health (X2) on company value (Y). This research is an associative type of hypothesis testing. Companies used in this study are those listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2014-2017 period. The sample selections use purposive sampling with the criteria that the companies are CGPI participants and not engaged in finances with 29 companies as the samples. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of the study show that: 1) good corporate governance does not affect the company value. 2) The condition of financial health has a positive effect on company value. The limitation in this study is the lack of research samples, because there are very few companies that participate in the CGPI ranking program. The results of this study are expected to be used as a reference for future researches, besides that research related to corporate governance should use measurements or other indicators to obtain different results.

Abstract

Desa Jengglungharjo memiliki potensi signifikan untuk mengembangkan UMKM melalui penerapan social commerce. Social commerce dapat memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kesadaran merek, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan mempermudah proses transaksi bagi UMKM di desa ini. Meskipun demikian, adopsi social commerce menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk keterbatasan dalam pengetahuan digital dan infrastruktur yang memadai. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, disarankan implementasi kebijakan dan strategi inovatif yang fokus pada peningkatan keterampilan digital, pengembangan infrastruktur teknologi, dan dukungan pemasaran digital. Dengan langkah-langkah ini, diharapkan pengembangan UMKM berbasis social commerce dapat berjalan dengan lebih efektif, memperkuat perekonomian desa, dan menjadikan Desa Jengglungharjo sebagai contoh sukses dalam memanfaatkan potensi digital untuk kemajuan UMKM di era modern.

Abstract

In this study we attempt to understand how people manage their condition during uncertainty, such as the economic crisis induced by the Covid-19 pandemic. In short,  we analyze the relationship between self-control, good financial behavior, and financial threat perception at the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic. A web-based survey was conducted to collect the sample (n = 589) in Indonesians people. This study found that self-control not only encourages good financial behavior but also reduces financial threat perception in the middle of uncertainty. However, good financial behavior cannot mediate the effect of self-control and financial threat perception. Our study provides evidence that at the onset of a financial crisis, self-control is needed to cope with acute stress that arises from sudden uncertainty. Having good financial behavior cannot fully alleviate financial threat perception. Self-control has a direct mechanism in coping with financial threats during COVID-19.Keywords: personal finance; self-control; Covid-19; pandemic; financial stress

Abstract

Community Assistance In Developing Jeruk-Jeruk Edu Agrotourism Using Pra Method (Participatory Rural Appraisal) Edu Agrotourism is a combination of two concepts, namely agrotourism and education. Agrotourism is a term for plantation tourism with a series of activities utilizing the location or plantation sector. Education is an activity in developing knowledge, understanding and experience. One of the agro-tourism courses in Samar Village is the Orange-Orange Agro-tourism Edu. The formation of this citrus agro-tourism edu was motivated by acquiring land from a private company to the village. The existence of a tourist village certainly cannot develop by itself, so a tourism village development strategy is needed. Devotion is carried out in improving the development of Citrus- Orange Agrotourism Edu. The Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method involves direct community intervention in carrying out this service.

Abstract

Desa Sidodadi berada di Kecamatan Gedangan, Kabupaten Malang, Provinsi Jawa Timur memiliki potensi unggulan yaitu buah pisang. Melimpahnya buah pisang yang belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal kemudian menciptakan inovasi makanan baru yaitu Tiwul Pisang. Inovasi makanan baru bukanlah hal yang mudah diterimanya kebutuhan pasar, begitupun yang dialami oleh pelaku UMKM Tiwul Pisang Desa Sidodadi. Pelaku UMKM Desa Sidodadi memiliki kesulitan dalam pemasaran produk. Kegiatan pemasaran yang dilakukan sebatas pada penjualan di toko oleh-oleh atau menawarkan melalui platform whatssapp. Maka dari itu tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mendampingi pelaku UMKM dalam memasarkan inovasi makanan baru Tiwul pisang di era digital saat ini melalui pelatihan digitalisasi pemasaran. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode pendampingan dan pelatihan pemasaran digital. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah terlaksananya kegiatan pelatihan digitalisasi pemasaran kepada pelaku UMKM dan masyarakat Desa Sidodadi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perubahan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan dilaksanakan. Hal tersebut terlihat dari adanya peningkatan keterampilan peserta dalam membuat konten pemasaran. Peserta menjadi memiliki pengetahuan dasar tentang digitalisasi pemasaran dan mampu menyusun video atau pamflet promosi yang menarik. Sehingga dengan adanya kegiatan pelatihan ini, peserta dapat melaksanakan pemasaran digital untuk menciptakan peluang pasar dan meningkat perekonomian masyarakat di Desa Sidodadi.

Abstract

  Research Aims: This development research aims to develop accounting computer learning media (Accurate Manufacture).   Design/methodology/approach: This learning media was created using the R&D development model. The research design used a quasi-experimental approach with a one-group pretest-post-test design. The application is named “AMMan,” which generally includes Accurate Online Integration components that can be accessed via mobile, material, quizzes, interactive questions, and a teacher collaborative space.   Research Findings: The results of material and media expert validation with a score of 87.4%, limited users 84.6%, and students 87%, indicate that overall aspects are valid and feasible for use in learning activities. The research results through the paired sample t-test showed that the sig. The value of the cognitive domain was 0.001 less than the significance level of 0.05, so it can be stated that there are differences in learning outcomes before and after using learning media.   Theoretical Contribution/Originality: The difference indicates an increase in student learning outcomes, which, on average, increased by 21% in the cognitive domain. Thus, it can be stated that “AMMan” is effective in improving student learning outcomes at the student understanding level.
