Abstract

Realitas yang ada saat ini masih banyak guru matapelajaran fiqih yang masih menerapkan pola pembelajaran konvensional. Guru mengajar hanya dengan menggunakan metode yang monoton yaitu ceramah dan hafalan, serta dengan cara massal atau serentak dengan tidak memperhatikan keberagaman jenis kecerdasan siswanya. Sedangkan matapelajaran fiqih memiliki materi-materi tertentu yang mesti dipraktikkan serta diamalkan oleh setiap siswanya yang terkadang akan menimbulkan kesalahpahaman dan perbedaan pendapat, sehingga memerlukan proses pembelajaran yang menyentuh kecerdasan kinestesis dan interpersonal siswa. Untuk memancing keaktifan siswa yang ditunjukkan dengan pelibatan diri terhadap materi pembelajaran diterapkan metode quantum teaching. Dengan diterapkannya metode quantum teaching diharapkan proses pembelajaran bisa lebih baik, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan kinestesis dan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: 1) perbedaan peningkatan kecerdasan kinestesis dan kecerdasan interpersonal sebelum (pretest) dan sesudah (postest) diterapkannya pembelajaran konvensional, 2) perbedaan peningkatan kecerdasan kinestesis dan kecerdasan interpersonal sebelum (pretest) dan sesudah (posttest) diterapkannya metode quantum teaching, 3) perbedaan peningkatan sesudah (posttest) di kelas kontrol yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional dan kelas eksperimen yang diterapkannya metode quantum teaching. Metode quantum teaching yang dimaksud yakni metode yang diterapkan guru dalam usahanya untuk menguraikan cara-cara baru yang memudahkan proses pembelajaran fiqih dengan perpaduan antara unsur seni dan tujuan pembelajaran fiqih. Dalam hal ini menerapkan metode quantum teaching dengan cara menanamkan pada diri siswa bahwa apa yang akan dipelajarinya memiliki manfaat yang besar, mempraktikkannya sera bergiliran, kemudian merayakan keberhasilan mereka. Penelitian ini, mengunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain dalam dua kelompok acak yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Langkah penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara identifikasi, tes, wawancara, studi dokumentasi dengan jumlah sampel kelas kontrol sebanyak 34 siswa dan kelas eksperimen sebanyak 34 siswa. Hasil dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh identifikasi awal dan identifikasi akhir kecerdasan kinestesis sebesar 22,73% menjadi 24,26 % dan kecerdasan interpersonal 23,68 % menjadi 24,76% pada kelas kontrol sedangkan kelas eksperimen diperoleh identifikasi awal dan identifikasi akhir kecerdasan kinestesis sebesar 23,47 menjadi 25,94 dan kecerdasan interpersonal sebesar, 23,41 menjadi 25,94, hasil belajar siswa diperoleh pada kelas kontrol sebesar 50,59 menjadi 62,35 dengan kelas eksperimen 53,23 menjadi 85,44. Artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol yaitu kelas eksperimen lebih meningkatkan kecerdasan kinestesis, kecerdasan interpersonal dan hasil belajar siswa dari pada kelas kontrol yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional

Abstract

AbstractThis study focused on issues of education and welfare ethos, which define: (1) how the ethos phenomenon of Muslim migrants toward education, and (2) how the image of success in educational and welfare ethos in Pangkoh. This research aims to describe and interpret ethos phenomena of education, success, and welfare through perspective of psychology and Islam. Subjects were Muslim migrants living in Pangkoh. They are grouped in two sections of migrants namely migrant with secondary education by 12 families, and those with basic education, primary school or an equivalent amounting 11 families. Data collection techniques using primary techniques of in-depth interviews and observations related to the problem. This study shows Muslim migrant groups who have basic education are not directly educational ethos, but they produce graduates capable of working. Migrant children claimed their success in the struggle of parents are blessed by Allah SWT. The contribution of this research will develop the ethos of the Muslim migrants for valuable input for local governments Pulang Pisau, and as a true imaging.Keywords: Ethos, education, welfare, muslim migrant.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami sifat kepemimpinan Rasulullah pada proses interaksi yang memunculkan kader pemimpin agama melalui uswah dari Kiai. Subjek penelitian adalah santri penguins pondok, santri anggota, santri junior (santri muda), dan Kiai. Pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologik naturalistik digunakan dalam penelitian. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode pengamatan, wawancara mendalam, dan artifak. Metode tersebut untuk memperoleh data tentang tampilan tuturkata, tampilan perilaku santri dan perilaku Kiai, selanjutnya dikategorikan ke dalam sifat-sifat kepemimpinan Rasulullah yang empat, yaitu sifat shidiq, amanah, tabligh, dan fathonah. Data dikumpulkan dan dianaiisis menggunakan model interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian dapat dikemukakan: Kiai meneladankan traits kepemimpinan Rasulullah kepada para santri. Uswah itu terlihat dari tuturkatanya dan adil tindakannya serta mengajak para santri untuk berlaku jujur. Kiai memberi uswah kerja keras dan menjadi leader yang cerdas-bijaksana dalam mencarikan solusi masalah keagamaan. Santri serius belajar agama, menjalani riyadhoh atau membiasakan ibadah, aktif belajar ber-haiaqoh, aktif organisasi, dan ibda 'bin-nqfsih. Munculnya kader pemimpin dari santri diindikasikan dengan memiliki traits kepemimpinan Rasulullah, yaitu sifat shidiq, amanah, tabligh, dan fathonah bagi santri, seperti: (a) sifat shidiq muncul dalam kebiasaan berterus terang, bicara seperlunya, berlaku jujur, dapat dipercaya dan jelas bicaranya; (b) sifat amanah tampak pada perilaku serius mengurus titipan, pesan, menyampaikan amanah, bertanggungjawab, menyempurnakan janji, mengawasi pekerjaan, rajin ibadah, giat belajar dan tekun membaca Al-Qur'an, (c) sifat tabligh dicirikan mampu mengajak berbicara lisan, tauladan mulia, bersimpatik kepada kiai, tabah ketika kesulitan; (d) sifat fathonah cerdak-bijak seperti cepat dan tanggap dengan perubahan situasi serta mencarikan solusi yang menentramkan.

Abstract

The present survey study investigates Madrasah Aliyah students' interests in continuing their studies to the Islamic Religious Colleges and the factors that influence them. The participants were 177(one hundred and seventy-seven) students of Class XII from Madrasah Aliyah and Islamic Boarding Schools in Palangka Raya City. Data were obtained by distributing the questionnaires consisting of the participants’ demographic information and the questions related to interests. Data were analysed through descriptive statistics. The results of the study showed that: 1) the students who are interested in continuing their study to higher education institutions are 43.5% out of all participants, the others do not have a plan and decide not to continue their studies because of the low economic backgrounds of their parents who work as construction labourers, small traders, laundry workers, and other jobs. 2) the factors that influence interest in registering at IAIN Palangka Raya are the parents, students’ desires, peers, and family economic status. 3) IAIN Palangka Raya occupies the top position known to students in Madrasah Aliyah in Palangka Raya City.  The most dominant sources of information on the existence of IAIN Palangka Raya as one of the Islamic Religious College are from their friends, and others are from their families, neighbours, brochures, social media, schools, and teachers.

Abstract

This main indicators to know the influence of competence and motivation on employee performance in bank bjb Branch Cirebon. The purpose of this study to determine the extent of positive influence competence and motivation on employee performance. The type of research used in this study is explanatory researc. This research was conducted on employees of bank bjb Branch Cirebon with a population of 60 responden. Teh method used is quantitative research method. This study uses instrument test and multiple regression analysis.As for data processing using SPSS Versi 20 For Windows. Based on the result of this study variable competence has influence in employee performance, motivation has influence in employee performance and simultaneously competence and motivation also influence the employee performance of bank bjb Branch Cirebon. Judging from the value t_hitung the both variables are greater than the value of t_table and the significance value is much smaller than 0,05. While the result value of F_hitung of the both independent variables greater than thevalue F_table (34.362 > 3.159) with a probability smaller than 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). The result obtained coefficient of Adjust R Square equal to 0,533. This means that 53,3% of variation of ups and downs of employee performance caused by competence and motivation variables. While the remaining 46,7% was caused by other factors not analyzed in the model used in the study. Abstrak Indikator utama untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada bank bjb Cabang Cirebon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh yang diberikan variabel kompetensi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatory research. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap pegawai bank bjb Cabang Cirebon dengan populasi sebesar 60 responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji instrumen dan analisis regresi berganda. Sedangkan untuk olah data dengan menggunakan program SPSS Versi 20 For Windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan secara bersama-sama (simultan) kompetensi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada bank bjb Cabang Cirebon. Dilihat dari nilai t_hitung kedua variabel lebih besar dari nilai t_tabel dan nilai signifikansi yang jauh lebih kecil dari 0,05. Sedangkan hasil nilai F_hitung dari kedua variabel bebas lebih besar dari nilai F_tabel (34.362 > 3.159) dengan probabilitas lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Hasil diperoleh angka koefisien dari Adjust R Square sebesar 0,533. Hal ini berarti 53,3% variasi perubahan naik turunnya kinerja pegawai disebabkan perubahan variabel kompetensi dan motivasi kerja. Sedangkan sisanya 46,7% disebabkan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dianalisis dalam model yang digunakan dalam penelitian

Abstract

The alumni of the Study Program of PGMI (Islamic Elementary School Teachers) of Hasyim Asy’ari University, Jombang will become class room teachers in Islamic Elementary Schools. Arabic materials can be usesd as an accomplishment of their teaching duties. This research is conducted to overcome problems faced by them in the teaching of Arabic, particularly many of them didn’t choose Arabic language to teach because they didn’t understand and master Arabic materials. Development of this Arabic textbook is to solve their problems. This research aims at: 1) Developing a textbook for speaking skill through contextual approach integrated with word cards and pictures, 2) Measuring the expediency of the textbook developed for speaking skill through contextual approach integrated with word cards and pictures, and 3) Measuring the effectiveness of the textbook for the students of the study program of PGMI (Islamic Elementary School Teachers) of Hasyim Asy’ari University, Jombang. This research uses research and development method which put before by Dick and Carey. It’s steps are : 1) identification of learning’s objectives, 2) learning analysis, 3) analysis of students and context, 4) determining learning’s objectives, 5) developing assessment instruments, 6) developing learning strategies, 7) developing dan choosing learning materials, 8) designing and doing formative evaluation, 9) revision, and 10) designing and doing summative evaluation. Then, the ten steps adapted according to Belawati which consist of five steps: Analysis, Design, Development, Evaluation and Revision. The data collected are then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the research are: 1) Learning with the textbook uses word cards and pictures. The textbook’s materials consist of words and pictures, a) Kalimah, writed and composed according with Arabic grammar and the topics needed, b) pictures, showed according with words writed. 2) the expediency of the arabic textbook for speaking skill through contextual approach integrated with word cards and pictures with score 90 indicates that the textbook is very good and suitable. 3) the textbook is highly effective to increase the speaking skill of the students of the Study Program of PGMI (Islamic Elementary School Teachers) of Hasyim Asy’ari University, Jombang, which is shown by an increasing average scores from 77,07 at the pre-test and 88,53 at the post-test. This finding proves that this textbook with word cards and pictures can increase the students’ scores up to approximately 11,47 points. Abstract

This research has been conducted in the Study Program of Arabic Language Education at the University of Hasyim Asy'ari Jombang, researchers see the phenomenon of various problems. One of them in the process of teaching and learning Arabic (Khat) many of the students and lecturers do not use effective learning methods. Research methodology using quantitative and qualitative methods. While the research method used is research and development (R&D) by using the development model (ADDIE) by using the model pnengembangan researchers can produce a product that is Khat teaching materials using the method kitabah I'tiyadiah at-Tahji'iyyah. As for the research results (1) survey results after students use this product, researchers found an average score of 86.5% because the criteria table for the survey results, these results show that the product developed very well. And this is proven to help students understand the lesson (Khat) (2) the effectiveness of the development of teaching materials (Khat) based on field experiments that were tried on 15 students in the Arabic Language Education Study Program of Hasyim Asy'ari Jombang University, and with reference to the standard questionnaire results, this study received excellent scores.

Abstract

This study examines how the use of Picture and Picture Method to seventh grade students at MTs. Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Seblak Jombang? How is the memory of Arabic vocabulary for seventh grade students at MTs. Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Seblak Jombang? How is the effect of Picture and Picture method on the memory of Arabic vocabulary to seventh grade students at MTs. Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Seblak Jombang? This research method involves quantitative research data collection, tests, and documentation. Then analyzed with one group pretest-posttest sample. The results of the study: 1) The use of picture and picture method affects students' memory in remembering Arabic vocabulary in class VII-D MTs. Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Seblak Jombang. Judging from the results of the posttest test, the minimum value is 70, the maximum value is 95, and the average value is 78.33. 2) Students' memory in using the picture and picture method is influential in class VII-D MTs. Salafiyh Syafi'iyah Seblak Jombang. Judging from the results, the average value of the pretest test is 62.14, and the posttest test is 78.33. 3) From data collection, using Picture and picture method on Arabic vocabulary memory has a significant effect. This can be seen from the average value of class VII-D which uses the Picture and picture method, with an average value of 78.33. After being tested for normality, the data is normally distributed with a value of 00.91. If the hypothesis value is 00.000, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Abstract

Ninth-grade students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Munawaroh Jombang said they did not feel lazy and sleepy when learning Arabic, especially mufrhodat using a chain whisper game. Therefore, researchers are interested in researching the use of chain whisper games to develop memorization of mufrhodat of ninth-grade students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Munawaroh Jombang. This study aims to: 1) determine the process of using chain whisper games to develop memorization of mufrhodat in ninth-grade students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Munawaroh Jombang. 2) knowing the positive and negative impacts of the use of serial whisper games to develop memorization of mufrhodat in ninth-grade students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Munawaroh Jombang. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach, and data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study: 1) the chain whisper game makes it easier for female students to memorize mufrhodat which is required by the madrasah as a condition for carrying out all exams, namely memorizing two thousand mufrhodat. 2) The positive impact of the chain whisper game: making it easier for students to memorize mufrhodat and improving their writing and writing skills, students do not feel bored and sleepy and are more enthusiastic in learning Arabic, increasing students' interest in learning Arabic. The negative effects of the serial whisper game: some students have difficulty hearing their friends' whispers because they are not clear, and some students find it difficult to write mufrhodat on the board.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning difficulties Arabic language experienced by grade 2 students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Syalafiyah Syafi'iyah Seblak Jombang in learning Arabic. The analysis was conducted by looking at the approaches and methods used by the teacher. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods where data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the difficulties experienced by students in terms of the approach used by the teacher is a structural approach. where the teacher demands understanding of formulas and terms while the level of understanding of students varies. The causes of these difficulties include lack of motivation, limited vocabulary, difficulty in understanding Arabic writing, and inadequate learning facilities. In addition, the teacher's limited ability to create an interesting learning environment and students' lack of practice also contribute to learning difficulties. Another difficulty is in terms of memorization methods used by teachers, due to students' lack of memory. To overcome these problems, a solution is needed in the form of using learning methods and approaches that are in accordance with the characteristics of students so that the learning process becomes more effective and provides additional support for students who have difficulty in learning Arabic. This is expected to improve the quality of Arabic language learning in the Madrasah.
