Abstract

Distro adalah salah satu sektor industri fesyen yang berkembang di kota Bandung, yang sekaligus masuk ke dalam industri kreatif yang paling menonjol di Indonesia. Banyak penelitian telah dilakukan seputar industri kreatif, termasuk distro, salah satunya yang dilakukan oleh Remi Kanji di tahun 2011. Penelitian terhadap fesyen sebagai industri kreatif melibatkan aspek-aspek pemasaran, profitabilitas, dan dampaknya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Namun, masih sedikit yang fokus pada penciptaan kreasi dan proses kreatif di dalamnya, yang justru menjadi faktor utama keberlangsungan industri tersebut.Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan cara observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Lima nara sumber telah diwawancara dan usahanya diobservasi. Kerangka pemikiran Remi Kanji mengenai kelima faktor pendukung perkembangan industri distro di Kota Bandung diafirmasi, di samping faktor-faktor lain yang menjadi pertanyaan utama penelitan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses kreatif menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan dan keberlangsungan distro. Di samping itu, temuan-temuan hasil wawancara menunjukkan beberapa hambatan seperti kemampuan manajerial yang buruk, dan ketidakberanian mengambil resiko menjadi faktor utama dalam kegagalan bagi pelaku distro di Kota Bandung.Kata-kata Kunci : kewirausahaan, kreatifitas, distro, Bandung

Abstract

  The role of airports as a meeting place between the users of air transportation ( passenger ) and air transportation providers (airlines) is very important. Satisfaction of the passengers is an important part of the service at the airport. An independent, agency Skytrax, conducted a survey on customer satisfaction to the passengers from the international airport in the world, and the results of customer satisfaction index to Soekarno-Hatta international airport is still not satisfactory. Researchers try to find out whether the passenger’s perception of service quality related to satisfaction of Soekarno-Hatta airport. Benchmarking of service quality of Soekarno–Hatta, with Changi and Hongkong, were intended to facilitate analysis and give solution for PT Angkasa Pura. This research using qualitative and quantitative method. Data collected from observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data from questionnaires has been processed with confirmatory analysis and Structural Equation Modelling. Keyword: service quality, airport, customers satisfaction

Abstract

Entrepreneurship has become a prime stimulant in the economic world, especially in the America, Japan, and Singapore. However, this has not yet occurred in Indonesia, supported by the data from of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises which mentioned about the number of Indonesian entrepreneurs which only 1.9 percent of 250 million inhabitants in 2013. Franchise business which is growing in Indonesia has a great opportunity for small and medium enterprises business development. Therefore, in increasing number of entrepreneurs, creativity and innovation play a great role in running the sustainable bussiness.The research’s object is examining the perpetrators franchise small and mediumenterprises in Indonesia region either they still survive or has been paralyzed. This study will use qualitative methods using in-depth observation and interviews. The research results are expected to increase knowledge and enrich the concept of entrepreneurship and franchising as the learning material in the classroom to build the entrepreneurial spirit of small and medium businesses in general and to encourage students in particular to make more advanced nations.Keywords: Franchise, Business sustainability, Indonesia’s Small Medium Enterprises
