Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel struktur aktiva, profitabilitas, likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modal. Populasi penelitian ini diperoleh 165 perusahaan yang terseleksi menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu sebanyak 30 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi dan analisis data menggunakan analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa struktur aktiva, profitabilitas dan likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Sedangkan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan struktur aktiva, profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap struktur moda

Abstract

The strength and excellence of the organization will be realized with the positive character of its members. Community service activities (PKM) at the Tapis Lampung Berjaya organization of Pringsewu Regency aim to create a learning organization. The methods carried out are situation analysis, training, and evaluation. Evaluation and Reflection. Evaluation is carried out with pre and post-tests as a quantitative measurement method of changes in cognition. Reflection was carried out at the end of the activity to strengthen commitment and awareness to actively participate in realizing learning organization. The activity was carried out on April 26, 2021. As a result of this activity, the average score of participants before participating was 55.5 and rose to 73.65 after the activity. The average increase was 18.15 points. The highest pre-test score was 75, and the lowest was 15. The highest post-test score was 83, and the lowest value was 61. This service activity can have a positive impact on realizing learning organization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Earning Per Share, Net Profit Margin on Stock Returns in property and real estate companies. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach, where this research was conducted by managing data in the form of numbers processed with the SPSS application. The sample from this study was 31 samples with an observation sample of 155 samples (2015 -2019). The results of this study are that Earning Per Share has no effect on stock returns, but Net Profit Margin has a significant effect on stock returns. The Net Profit Margin value will show sales success and achievement of the company's profit target, this will motivate investors to invest because they expect a good return

Abstract

This study aims to obtain field results regarding the tendency of public interest in sharia and conventional pawning, which, as we know, conventional pawning provides quite high interest. Today, technological developments are increasing rapidly in line with the business world. The Covid 19 storm resulted in chaos in the business supply chain which had an indirect impact on people's businesses and income. During a pandemic, the percentage of people setting aside their income to save or invest decreased. The performance of pawnshops which continued to grow during the pandemic gave the fact that many people needed fresh funds to continue their lives or to do business. The presence of private pawnshops in the city of Medan cannot be underestimated. OJK noted that there was an increase in the management of pawning permits from 46 pawn businesses. This proves the existence of a pawn business and the benefits it provides to the community. The method used in this study is qualitative research to understand human or social phenomena and supported by literature. The results of this study are that people prefer pawnshops that are always there during an emergency, even if it's a private pawnshop that pays high interest and violates Islamic law

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja bertindak sebagai dorongan dalam meingkatkan produktivitas di antara tenaga kerja. kepuasan kerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh pelatihan dan pengembangan . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2023 di Rumah Sakit di Lampung Tengah. Variabel independen adalah pelatihan dan pengembangan  dan variabel dependennya kepuasan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh perawat rumah sakit di Lampung Tengah sebanyak 671 orang dengan jumlah sampel berjumlah 340 perawat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil menggunakan probability sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan nilai alpha Cronbach 0,77-0,98. Pengolahan data melalui tahapan editing, coding, tabulating, entry dan cleaning. Analisis data menggunakan distribusi frekuensi  dan uji koefisien kontingensi. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan  memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat rumah sakit di Lampung Tengah.

Abstract

Rumah sakit, sebagai organisasi yang berdedikasi untuk memberikan layanan, harus memastikan bahwa karyawannya beroperasi secara efektif dan efisien untuk memenuhi tujuan organisasi dalam memberikan layanan kesehatan yang optimal kepada semua pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari bagaimana kepemimpinan transformasional mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga menyelidiki bagaimana budaya organisasi dan motivasi pelayanan publik mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyelidiki peran budaya organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja karyawan. Metodologi kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data termasuk penilaian validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, dan uji hipotesis melalui uji mediasi Sobel. Penelitian ini melibatkan 270 karyawan RSUD Kotabumi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja karyawan memiliki korelasi yang positif dan signifikan. Sebaliknya, budaya organisasi atau motivasi pelayanan publik tidak memiliki korelasi yang positif dengan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, baik budaya organisasi maupun motivasi pelayanan publik tidak berfungsi sebagai penghubung antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja karyawan. Para peneliti telah membuat rekomendasi untuk penelitian lebih lanjut yang melihat variabel yang sama untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kita tentang kinerja karyawan rumah sakit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of DER, ROA, Firm Size, EPS, Cash Position, and Total Asset Turnover using the t-test and F test. This study uses quantitative descriptive. The number of manufacturing companies used as a population is 169 companies selected based on purposive sampling obtained a sample of 54 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis partially show that only DER has a significant negative impact on DPR. Simultaneously, six independent variables have a substantial effect on the DPR. The coefficient of determination test results shows the Adjusted R Square number of 0.108, which means 10.8% of the variation from the DPR of manufacturing companies, which can be explained by the independent variables used. The remaining 89.2% is caused by other factors such as Growth Opportunity, Ownership, Current Ratio, and others.

Abstract

Transformational leadership is a leadership style that inspires followers to set aside personal interests for the good of the organization. If leaders are able to apply transformational leadership styles, employee performance will improve. Transformational leadership is the leadership style at the Kotabumi Regional General Hospital in North Lampung, where leaders encourage rational thinking, challenge the status quo, and ultimately foster creativity and innovation. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance with organizational culture and public service motivation as mediating variables. This research was conducted at the Kotabumi Regional General Hospital in North Lampung with a sample of 270 employees.  This research uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique, through the AMOS program. (Analysis of Moment Structure). The research findings indicate that transformational leadership has a significant impact on the performance of employees at RSUD Kotabumi Lampung Utara, transformational leadership has a significant impact on the organizational culture of employees at RSUD Kotabumi Lampung Utara, transformational leadership has a significant impact on the public service motivation of employees at RSUD Kotabumi Lampung Utara, organizational culture does not have a significant impact on the performance of employees at RSUD Kotabumi Lampung Utara, public service motivation does not have a significant impact on the performance of employees at RSUD Kotabumi Lampung Utara, organizational culture does not mediate the impact of transformational leadership on the performance of employees at RSUD Kotabumi Lampung Utara, public service motivation does not mediate the impact of transformational leadership on the performance of employees at RSUD Kotabumi Lampung Utara. Suggestions for future research are expected to use the latest variables that are closely related to the conditions of human resources in an increasingly competitive work environment.

Abstract

Kelekatan emosional (attachment) merupakan ikatan psikologis yang terbentuk antara anak dan pengasuh, berperan penting dalam pembentukan karakter, khususnya di lingkungan pengasuhan alternatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran empiris mengenai kualitas kelekatan anak binaan dengan pengasuh di Sentra Handayani Jakarta, khususnya dalam aspek kepercayaan, komunikasi, dan keterasingan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik total sampling terhadap 23 anak usia 12-17 tahun. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner berbasis skala Likert, wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Validitas instrumen diuji menggunakan validitas muka, sedangkan reliabilitas diuji dengan rumus Cronbach Alpha. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas kelekatan anak berada pada kategori sedang, dengan skor aktual kepercayaan 634 (sedang), komunikasi 493 (sedang), dan keterasingan 478 (tinggi). Tingginya tingkat keterasingan serta rendahnya komunikasi dan kepercayaan menunjukkan adanya tantangan serius dalam relasi emosional anak dengan pengasuh. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya program intervensi yang terstruktur untuk memperkuat aspek kelekatan emosional, khususnya melalui pendekatan “Care Kids (Peduli Anak)” guna mendukung pendidikan karakter anak binaan secara lebih optimal.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Islamic Work Ethic (IWE) and Ethical Climate (EC) on Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB). The sample was 115 employees of Islamic financial institutions in Lampung, Indonesia. The analysis shows that IWE has a negative effect on CWB, EC also has a negative effect on CWB. This finding shows that CWB can be reduced by IWE and EC. EC influence is slightly higher than IWE shows that although IWE plays a good role in reducing CWB, the role of the ethical climate in the organization has slightly greater in reducing CWB.
