Abstract

Abstract In the city, elementary-school children are less familiar with flora and fauna. An animation application was proposed to assist them in learning flora and fauna as well as to help teachers and parents in teaching elementary-school children to understand the flora and fauna. Data were collected from various sources and the software to build such applications was prepared, i.e. Adobe Flash. To develop the application, a life cycle method was used, including: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. Testing results showed that the proposed application can be used as an additional learning material and help students to understand a subject more easily. In addition, teaching flora and fauna for children in Indonesia needs a strategy through additional facility in the class. To attract attention, it is necessary to create a class situation that makes children motivated to learn as well as the use of aids or media when the teacher is teaching. Also, the rapid advances in technology, especially information technology, encourage people to develop learning media that can be used anytime and anywhere outside the classroom. The proposed application was called Interactive Animation of Introduction to Flora and Fauna in Indonesia, and was implemented in SD 03 Cakung, East Jakarta, Indonesia. Keywords: Interactive animation, Flora, Fauna, Instructional Media. Abstrak Sekarang ini, anak SD kurang begitu mengenal flora dan fauna. Animasi ini diharapakan mampu membantu mereka dalam mencari informasi flora dan fauna. Animasi ini dapat membantu masyarakat terutama orang tua dan guru SD bisa mengajarkan kepada anak-anak mereka untuk lebih mengenal flora dan fauna. Pengumpulan data dari informasi flora dan fauna dari berbagai sumber perlu dilakukan, serta menyiapkan software yang dibutuhkan untuk membangun aplikasi. Langkah berikutnya yaitu membangun aplikasi dengan adobe flash sebagai media pembuatannya. Dalam pembuatan animasi ini digunakan metode multimedia development life cycle, terdapat tahapan-tahapan meliputi concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, dan distribution dalam pembentukan kerangka pemikiran dalam multimedia development life cycle. Berdasarkan hasil uji aplikasi pada siswa Selain itu multimedia pembelajaran ini juga dapat membantu guru menyampaikan materi pengenalan hewan dengan lebih mudah. Mempelajari flora dan fauna di Indonesia perlu adanya cara atau strategi yang dapat memudahkan anak-anak dalam belajar. Untuk menarik perhatian, perlu diciptakan situasi kelas yang membuat anak-anak termotivasi untuk belajar. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan penggunaan alat bantu mengajar atau media ketika guru mengajar. Maka hasil dari penelitiran ini adalah sebuah program “Animasi Interaktif Pengenalan Flora Dan Fauna Di Indonesia Pada SD 03 Cakung Jakarta TImur Dengan Metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle”. Abstract

Pandemics are rare and happen in about 100 years period. Current pandemic, COVID-19, occurs in the industrial 4.0 era where there is a rapid development computation. Yet, the scientists in every country face difficulty in predicting the growth simulation of this pandemic. The paper tries to use a soft computing algorithm to predict the pattern of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Support Vector Regression was used in Google Interactive Notebook with some kernels for comparison, i.e. radial basis function, linear and polynomial. The testing results showed that radial basis function outperformed other kernels as a regressor with some parameters should follows the real condition, i.e. gamma, c, and epsilon.

Abstract

Strategic planning of information systems on seed producers is an action that needs to be taken in order to maintain and make the business grow faster. However, such information system usually been created through the system development life cycle (SDLC) or other methods that appropriate for business. This study used Anita Cassidy method for strategic planning of rice seed producer’s information systems in XYZ Ltd., as case study. The following stages has been done, i.e. visioning, analysis, direction, and recommendations. The final results of the stages carried out recommend business applications that can be implemented, namely: Rice seed certification information systems, E-Commerce of Rice Seeds, Rice Type Determination Applications, Irrigation Control Applications, Paddy Pest Resolution Applications, Rice Growth Monitoring Applications, Personnel Information Systems, Payroll Information System, Procurement Information System, Financial Information System. Abstract

Bekasi city, based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in 2018, shows the average Economic Growth Rate (LPE) of 5.82% from 2013 to 2016. Based on this growth, Bekasi city has business opportunities, for example culinary business, that has already spread around Bekasi city. The number of culinary places can cause problems when visitors determine culinary places that fit their criteria. Many visitors usually rely on information from relatives in determine culinary places, so this allows a mismatch between the recommendations of relatives and the criteria they want. Based on the problem, one of the proposed solutions needs to be made a method to support decisions that can provide recommendations in determining culinary places for visitors. The method used in determining the recommendation of culinary places is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). In the process of calculating the method there are alternatives and assessment criteria used, there are several assessment criteria, namely price, number of menus, rating, and distance. The result shows the recommended alternative culinary place is the eighth alternative (A8) since the alternative has the highest preference value of 0.85. Therefore, the proposed system can be integrated in the culinary website to support user in choosing the culinary place.

Abstract

Land use/cover greatly affect the quality of an area. Therefore, many regional planners need assistance byother fields, such as geoinformatics, computer science, environment, and others. Although prediction and forecasting have been widely studied, in regardto real conditions (geospatial)itstill needmoredevelopment, especially thoseinvolving a combination of regional types, such as urban and suburban areas. This study uses a remote sensing base and geographic information system in predicting land in the city and district of Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia. With two scenarios compared (business as usual and vegetation conservation), the model that has been created and validated (with an AUC accuracy result of 0.828) is used to predict land use change until 2030. Scenarios with vegetation conservation are able to keep green areas to switch to land types others, such as buildings and industry

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengamatan mendasar tentang sifat manusia, pemikiran analitik, dan pengukuran membawa pada pengembangan suatu model yang berguna untuk memecahkan persoalan secara kuantitatif. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) merupakan suatu model yang luwes yang mampu memberikan kesempatan bagi perorangan atau kelompok untuk membangun gagasan-gagasan dan mendefinisikan persoalan dengan cara membuat asumsi mereka masing-masing dan memperoleh pemecahan yang diinginkan darinya. Proses ini juga memungkinkan orang menguji kepekaan hasilnya terhadap perubahan informasi. Beberapa keuntungan penggunaan metode AHP adalah kesatuan, kompleksitas, saling ketergantungan, penyusunan hierarki, pengukuran, konsistensi, síntesis, tawar menawar, penilaian dan konsensus serta pengulangan proses. AHP merupakan salah satu tools dalam pemecahan masalah yang bersifat strategis, dalam hal ini digunakan software Microsoft Excel. Kata Kunci : AHP, kuantitatif, hierarki, excel ABSTRACT Basic research about human characteristic, especially in analythical thinking and measurement bring to a model that usefull for solving quatitativ problems. Analytical Heararchy Proces (AHP) is a model that flexibly can give the opportunity for individual or community to build the idea and define a problem with their assumption. This process also suitable for someone to give a test in regards to sensitivity of information change. Some benefits of AHP are: integrity, complexity, inter dependency, hierarchy position of information, consistency, synthesis, bargaining, checking and consensus, and process iterative. Abstract

Problems in conventional and manual parking are the inability to obtain complete, informative, and interactive parking information because the manual system cannot provide complete parking information. Information technology can be implemented in a parking system to help provide more accurate, fast, and easily accessible information. In addition, the parking system interface can be made user-friendly, hence, the parking attendants can operate it properly. This parking system uses a client-server model with a shared database. The author found problems in the car parking system at PPPSRS Puri Casablanca Jakarta, i.e. still using the previous version of XAMPP. The research methodology used in this study are: Observation Methods, Literature Methods, and Interview Methods. The proposed Car Parking application showed acceptable for use by parking attendants of PPPSRS Puri Casablanca Apartment Jakarta. The menu choices presented are sufficient and the web design is simple so it doesn't confuse the parking attendant.

Abstract

Abstract— In today's technological developments will need more and more information. Therefore, many emerging media in disseminating information. One of the medium to deliver multimedia information is through learning. The purpose of this learning system is to help elementary school students to learn the typical diversity of animals on a continent. The content presented is simple materials. There are also exercises to test students' understanding of this matter and also to provide entertainment games in learning. In addition, multimedia can also help teachers convey the introduction of animal material more easily and learn the typical continental animal needs to be a way or strategy that can help students learn. To attract attention, is necessary to create a situation that makes the class the students are motivated to learn. One way is to use teaching aids or media when teachers teach. The rapid advances in technology, especially information technology encourages people to develop media that can be used anytime and anywhere. Animation aims to provide an introduction to and knowledge about the animals that became typical of a continent. Introduction of interactive animations unique to this continent created using Adobe Flash CS4 software is equipped with animated material so it can be used as teaching aids. Intisari— Dalam perkembangan teknologi sekarang ini kebutuhan akan informasi semakin banyak. Oleh sebab itu banyak bermunculan media-media dalam penyampaian informasi. Salah satu media penyampaian informasi tersebut adalah melalui multimedia pembelajaran. Tujuan dari sistem pembelajaran ini adalah untuk membantu para siswa Sekolah Dasar untuk mempelajari keanekaragaman khas hewan pada sebuah benua. Isi yang disampaikan merupakan materi-materi yang sederhana. Terdapat juga latihan soal untuk menguji pemahaman siswa tentang materi ini dan juga permainan untuk memberikan hiburan dalam belajar. Selain itu multimedia ini juga dapat membantu guru menyampaikan materi pengenalan hewan dengan lebih mudah dan mempelajari hewan khas benua perlu adanya cara atau strategi yang dapat memudahkan siswa dalam belajar. Untuk menarik perhatian, perlu diciptakan situasi kelas yang membuat siswa termotivasi untuk belajar. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan penggunaan alat bantu mengajar atau media ketika guru mengajar. Kemajuan teknologi yang pesat, khususnya teknologi informasi mendorong manusia untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan kapanpun dan dimanapun. Animasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengenalan dan pengetahuan tentang hewan-hewan yang menjadi khas pada sebuah benua. Animasi interaktif  pengenalan hewan khas benua ini dibuat dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Adobe Flash CS4 yang dilengkapi dengan animasi materi sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu mengajar. Kata Kunci: Hewan Khas Benua, Multimedia, Animasi Interaktif, Media Pembelajaran

Abstract

Abstract— Pregnant women sometimes experience health problems during their pregnancy, pregnant women tend to experience symptoms different from normal pregnancies experienced by pregnant women. The risk of maternal mortality is caused by several factors, namely late to recognize the danger, delay the decision to be referred, late coming to the health facility and late to get adequate services by health workers. Coverage of relatively low relief from health professionals coupled with obstetric health services are very limited, so not able to cope with high-risk pregnant women, lack of information about the symptoms that arise during pregnancy and the dangers of high risk of pregnancy to be one of the risk of maternal mortality. The method used in this thesis is the method of Forward Chaining. This method provides a diagnosis of a disorder of pregnancy based on the symptoms that were collected at the consultation stage. The purpose of this research is to design a pregnancy disorder diagnosis expert system based on the web Andriani Primary Medical Clinic Bekasi to be useful for the wider community and improve the quality of service that is clear about interruption of pregnancy in order to provide appropriate action or treatment. The system is designed to get a good response and can help in the diagnosis of disorders of pregnancy more quickly experienced by pregnant women.
