Abstract

SMAN 17 Garut has extracurricular futsal activities, but its achievements are still relatively low. This study aims to reveal the effect of the power play training program on the goalkeeper's role in futsal matches when competing. The method used in this research is quantitative, using an experimental approach with a pre-experiment design with one group pretest-post test. The population of this study included all futsal extracurricular students. This study uses non probability sampling with total sampling or saturated sampling techniques. The data collection technique in this study used a playing skills test or GPAI. The data analysis process uses the SPSS version 26 program, and includes normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results have an average pretest of 0.3086 and posttest of 0.3986. From the results of the hypothesis test, the p-value obtained is 0.000 based on the test criteria that the value is smaller than 0.05 which indicates that there is a significant difference. The results of the discussion can be concluded that power play training on goalkeeper contributions during futsal games has a good or increasing impact.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the learning of hockey skills through a peer teaching model approach. The method used in this study is an experimental method with The Static Pretest-Posttest Design. This study used a sample of 30 students. Based on the results of the analysis conducted by the researcher on the object under study, there is a significant effect of the peer teaching model on improving the learning outcomes of hockey skills. In this study, it is also known that the peer teaching model has a significantly more effective than the conventional model on improving hockey skills learning outcomes. This is because in peer teaching model students learn actively, thereby increasing their learning motivation. With higher learning motivation, students have a strong desire to master the skills taught by their own friends, this makes the learning process more effective so that it has a positive effect on improving learning outcomes. Thus, to improve student learning outcomes in learning hockey skills, peer teaching models can be used which provide high motivation and better influence on improving learning outcomes when compared to conventional learning models.

Abstract

Goalkeepers have a very big role in the game of football. Attack and defense in football game starts from the goalkeeper. The Goalkeeper just has good concentration and speed to play football. According to observations made by researchers, the obstacles that exist in football goalkeepers are the ability to reaction speed and performance during match due to the lack of variation training method. Therefore, with the goalkeeping reaction training, it is expected to be able to train skills, especially reaction speed and performance when competing well which can support the quality of soccer goalkeepers. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect to reaction training on reaction speed and goalkeeper performance during matches. The research is an experimental study using the a pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all 10 goalkeepers at the SSB Putra Bungbulang. The technique used to sample is a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis on the study are normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothetical test. Based on the result of the data analysis carried out, it was stated that there was a significant increase in reaction training on the performance of the goalkeeper at SSB Putra Bungbulang as evidenced by a significance value of Significant (2-tailed) 0,000<0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of wash game training on improving lower passing skills in extracurricular volleyball at SMKN 2 Pasundan Garut. This study used an experimental method with a pre-experimental design. The research sample was 14 male volleyball extracurricular students selected through the total sampling technique. The data collection instrument used was the NCSU volleyball test. To measure students' lower passing skills, the initial test and final test were used before and after the wash game training program. Based on descriptive analysis, there was a significant increase in lower passing skills after training. The average pretest score before training was 25.79, while the average posttest score after training increased to 41.00 with an increase of 15.21 points. The t-test resulted in a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 which means that the difference between the pretest and posttest is significant. The wash game training program proved to be effective in improving students' lower passing skills. In conclusion, the findings suggest that wash game-based training can be an effective alternative to improve volleyball skills, particularly in lower passing, by enhancing teamwork, communication, and player confidence.

The population of this study was futsal goalkeepers at a local club, and the sample used consisted of 10 futsal goalkeepers who were selected purposively. The instrument used to collect data was a reaction speed test. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis and t-test to compare pretest and posttest results. The results showed that there was a significant increase in the reaction speed of futsal goalkeepers after participating in the catching training program, with an average pretest result of 37.14 and posttest of 72.86. the average score of goalkeeper reaction speed was 37.14, with the lowest score of 20 and the highest of 60. Comparison of the average between pretest and posttest showed a difference of 35.72 points. there was a significant increase of 35.72 points in the average reaction speed ability of goalkeepers after being given treatment. The conclusion of this study is that catching exercises can significantly improve the reaction speed of futsal goalkeepers. Therefore, this exercise is recommended to be applied in the routine training program of futsal goalkeepers to improve their performance in matches.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the peer teaching model in increasing students' active participation in learning (PJOK). This study used a quasi-experimental method with a pretest and posttest control group design. The population of this study were 8th grade students at MTs Al-Musaddadiyah Garut consisting of 60 students. The research sample was taken by random sampling, with two groups consisting of an experimental group taught with a peer teaching model and a control group taught with conventional methods. The data collection instrument used was a student active participation questionnaire which included four aspects of emotional involvement, cognitive involvement, behavioral involvement, and social involvement. The data analysis technique used statistical tests to compare pretest and posttest results between groups. The results showed a significant difference in the active participation of students taught with the peer teaching model compared to students taught with conventional methods. Students' active participation increased by 25.25%, The average difference between the two groups was 34.10 with a 95% confidence interval between 31.07 and 37.13. The application of peer teaching model is proven to be effective in increasing students' active participation in learning PJOK, especially in terms of physical involvement, social interaction, and material understanding.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the cooperative model of teams games tournament in improving the gross motor skills of students through traditional sports games. The research method used is a quasi-experimental design. The design used is a nonequivalent control group design. The population used is students from SDN 3 Maripari with a total of 120 students. The sample taken is a fourth-grade class consisting of 20 students, with the sampling technique using purposeful sampling. The research instrument is in the form of the Test of Gross Motor Development 2 (TGMD 2). Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis and parametric statistical analysis. Descriptive statistical analysis was used to calculate the pretest and posttest scores of students' gross motor skills, while parametric statistical analysis used the independent sample t-test. The results showed that the n-gain of the experimental group (57.50) was greater than that of the control group (15.60). The control group used the DI model with a pretest score of 63.1 and a posttest score of 78.7, while the experimental group used the TGT model with a pretest score of 75.4 and a posttest score of 132.9. Therefore, it can be concluded that the gross motor skills of students in the class using the Times Games Tournaments model were better than those in the class using the Direct Instruction learning model.
