Abstract

Baintelkam merupakan Badan pengemban Fungsi Intelijen keamanan Polri yang berperan dalam memberikan masukan kepada pimpinan tentang perkembangan keamanan dan ketertiban dalam masyarakat. Diperlukan analisa intelijen yang tajam dan akurat sehingga segala kemungkinan tentang perkembangan kamtibmas dapat diantisipasi oleh kepolisian. Minat lulusan Akademi Kepolisian pada fungsi intelijen keamanan ini juga masih kurang sehingga banyak SDM Talent scouting dari Baintelkam yang berpindah fungsi teknis, Hal ini berdampak pula akan kekurangan pimpinan pada fungsi intelijen keamanan tersebut sehingga harus diisi oleh SDM dari fungsi teknis lain. Regenerasi dan rekruitmen belum sesuai harapan karena kurangnya minat berkarier di fungsi Intelijen khususnya pada level perwira pertama, disisi lain terdapat pejabat struktural di fungsi Intelijen yang tidak memiliki latar belakang dan kemampuan Intelijen sehingga mempengaruhi kwantitas hasil tugas Intelijen pada umumnya. Abstract

Tulisan ini mengkaji mengenai pengaruh keterlibatan anggota, iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap keseimbangan kehidupan kerja (work life balance) anggota organisasi di Polda Metro Jaya. Dalam perspektif manajemen sumber daya manusia, fenomena keseimbangan kehidupan kerja (work life balance) merupakan faktor penting karena dapat mempengaruhi kinerja dan produktivitas individu dan organisasi. Work life balance merupakan kondisi dimana individu dapat menyeimbangkan tanggungjawab pekerjaan dengan keluarga yang dipengaruhi oleh sejumlah faktor. Dengan demikian, dalam tulisan ini penekanan keseimbangan terletak pada kemampuan individu untuk memenuhi tuntutan peran yang dikarenakan oleh kehidupan kerja dan kehidupan keluarga. Tulisan ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan Teori Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja dengan melihat variabel keterlibatan anggota, iklim organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja. Tulisan ini memfokuskan kepada fenomena work life balance anggota polisi yang bekerja pada fungsi-fungsi operasional di Polda Metro Jaya seperti Ditreskrim, Direktorat Inteligen, Direktorat Lalu lintas, Direktorat Binmas Dan Direktorat Shabara. Tulisan ini menemukan bahwa keseimbangan kehidupan kerja telah terbukti mempengaruhi individu dan organisasi. Tulisan ini menyimpulkan bahwa keterlibatan anggota, iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja di Polda Metro Jaya berpengaruh terhadap keseimbangan kehidupan kerja para anggotanya. Abstract

Cybercrime has escalated significantly in Indonesia over the past five years, with offenses such as online gambling, fraud, and data manipulation growing in both volume and complexity. This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of public education—particularly the National Digital Literacy Movement (GNLD)—in preventing cybercrime by analyzing trend data from Bareskrim (2020–2024) and national digital literacy indicators. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed using official secondary data. The results revealed a structural gap between the increasing scale of literacy outreach and the country’s continued vulnerability to cyber threats. Despite the GNLD program reaching over 5.8 million participants and the national Digital Literacy Index rising to 3.65 out of 5 by 2023, the “Digital Safety” pillar remained the weakest. This disconnect suggests that general awareness has not translated into practical digital protection. The study concludes that public education must evolve from broad-based literacy campaigns into data-informed, behaviorally targeted strategies that reflect real-world threat patterns and regional vulnerabilities. Such approaches are critical to cultivating genuine digital resilience in high-risk communities

Abstract

The behavior of individuals in the Cimanggis Police Station organization greatly affects the organization directly or indirectly. different abilities of individuals in the face of their tasks or activities. Consistent personnel performance is seen in organizations that pay attention to the environment of personnel carrying out their duties with colleagues, leaders, and the work atmosphere, which can affect a person's ability to carry out their duties. The study aims to determine whether competence and organizational culture mediated by leadership can affect the performance of the Cimanggis Police Station in Depok Jakarta, Indonesia. Using quantitative research cross-sectional study approach. The sample was the entire population of 104 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing using partial t-test, and simultaneous F-test. The results showed that competence and organizational culture have a significant effect on performance. Competence and organizational culture have a significant influence on leadership. Leadership has a significant effect on the performance of Cimanggis Depok Police personnel, leadership mediates the significant influence of competence on performance, and leadership mediates significantly the influence of organizational culture on performance. The results of the F test simultaneously show that leadership and competence have a significant simultaneous effect on the performance of Cimanggis Depok Police Personnel. It is very necessary to have a clear communication pattern, give appreciation or appreciation to personnel, and provide opportunities for personnel members to make good working relationships, leaders and personnel can jointly provide mutual enthusiasm for work.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of cyber patrol strategies implemented by the Sukabumi District Police (Polres Sukabumi Kabupaten) in preventing online gambling, a type of cybercrime that continues to grow in line with the increasing use of digital platforms in society. A qualitative approach with case study methodology is applied to explore in depth the planning, organization, implementation, and control of cyber patrols, as well as the coordination between internal police units and external stakeholders such as Kominfo, ISPs, and financial institutions. Research findings indicate that although regulatory frameworks and operational procedures are available, challenges remain, including limited digital forensic capacity, budget constraints, and low public participation in reporting gambling-related activities. SWOT analysis and the application of Situational Crime Prevention (SCP) theory reveal the need for capacity building of personnel, adoption of advanced detection technologies, and expansion of public education campaigns to strengthen community involvement in online crime prevention. This study recommends the formulation of integrated policies that combine cyber patrol operations with digital literacy, law enforcement, and cross-sector collaboration to create a safer digital ecosystem and reduce the prevalence of online gambling in the Sukabumi District jurisdiction.

Abstract

The phenomenon of brawls in the DKI Jakarta area is increasing due to environmental, economic, and population density factors in the region. The literature references that form the main basis of this research are situational crime prevention theory, iceberg theory, social conflict theory, youth identity theory, as well as the concepts of community policing, and precision inspector patrols. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques of interviews and document studies. The results showed that the role of the Precision Inspector Patrol in preventing fighting in the jurisdiction of Polda Metro Jaya is to ensure that patrols and general guards can run smoothly, be responsible for each assignment, training, and supervision of patrol teams in other units, be the front guard to carry out various preventive and responsive efforts, conduct routine patrols, respond to reports from the public, and maintain the situation in the jurisdiction of Polda Metro Jaya to remain conducive and under control. Through this role, the strategies that can be carried out by the Metro Jaya Police Precision Inspector Patrol Team in preventing fighting crimes are preemptive, preventive, and repressive strategies that are investigative in nature. The community policing policy model in an effort to maximise the implementation of the Precision Pioneer Patrol to prevent horizontal conflicts in the Polda Metro Jaya jurisdiction can be realised through several management stages which include communication and synergy, cooperation, handling, and performance evaluation. Thanks to this, the Precision Pioneer Patrol has been able to reduce the number of horizontal conflicts that occur in the Polda Metro Jaya jurisdiction. The suggestions are for the Precision Pioneer Patrol Team to increase the frequency of patrols at night in the red and yellow zones, for future researchers to apply GIS as an early detection map of conflict-prone areas, and for cooperation partners to expand the scope of programme implementation P2TP2A Unit, PPA Unit, and FKDM to provide an understanding of the importance of Precision Pioneer Patrol in preventing horizontal conflicts.
