Abstract

This study aims to describe students' creativity and teamwork skills in handcraft production activities based on the STEAM approach through the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model. Observations were conducted on 9 female students who were divided into three groups. Each group created products in the form of tulip flower pots made from plastic spoons and beaded bracelets (stringing beads). A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with data collection techniques consisting of structured observations and semi-structured interviews. The results showed that all groups were able to complete their products within the designated time and exhibited a good level of teamwork. However, two out of the three groups still experienced technical difficulties: the first group struggled to tie the ends of the bracelet string, while the third group faced difficulties in joining the sides of the plastic spoons to form the tulip shape. The integration of STEAM elements in the production process, particularly the mathematics aspect (pattern proportion) and the art aspect (color aesthetics), still requires further reinforcement. These findings imply that the consistent implementation of STEAM-based PjBL can be an effective strategy to develop both students' creativity and motor skills.

Abstract

Pancasila, which is the foundation of the state and the ideology of the Indonesian nation, plays an important role in shaping moral and ethical values that serve as a guide for life in society. Amid the rapid flow of globalization and advances in digital technology, Generation Z, as today's young generation, faces various foreign cultural challenges that trigger a decline in social awareness, individualism, and even moral decay. This study aims to analyze the positive and negative impacts on social media users regarding the practice of Pancasila values among Generation Z, identify the factors causing moral decay, and formulate adaptive revitalization strategies in the digital era. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis with a literature study approach sourced from books, scientific journals, and related articles. The discussion results show that social media has a positive impact by making collaborative communication easier in spreading the values of Pancasila, but it also brings negative effects like addiction, mental health issues, and the spread of hoaxes, which pose a threat of radicalization that clouds understanding of national ideology. Therefore, strategies are needed to revitalize Pancasila values through cross-sector collaboration, innovative Citizenship Education learning based on local wisdom, and creative use of digital platforms to reinforce morality, ethics, and the sense of nationalism among Generation Z.

Abstract

Library research that focuses on reasoning, tracing, and analyzing sources of scientific articles. The purpose of this research is to analyze and critique various issues of unequal access, especially in early childhood education (PAUD), by linking human rights and Pancasila as indicators of official scientific sources. The research results show that 3T areas find it very difficult to access education due to limited locations and personel, as well as the strong influence of various factors. 3T areas should be prioritized because of the limited educational locations and teaching staff in those regions. The fundamental rights of children must be fulfilled by parents, and the government should create policies that provide ease to lower-income communities, especially in 3T areas. A very important strategy to implement is to provide social assistance or educational aid to lower-income communities and in 3T areas. Equal distribution of facilities and Infrastructure in educational institutions in underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost regions. Educators, the community, and the government must expand educational assistance programs to all regions and develop inclusive education for children with disabilities and those from underprivileged backgrounds. Realizing every child will have their rights and Pancasila values fulfilled. Realizing justice and expanding all facilities and Infrastructure, of high quality in 3T areas or among vulnerable groups, is an important manifestation for society.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the instillation of Pancasila values in the moral and character development of young children through early childhood education. This study employs a literature review method by analyzing various recent scientific literature related to Pancasila values, character education, and early childhood education. The findings indicate that Pancasila values can be instilled through habit formation, teacher modeling, storytelling, educational games, project-based learning, thematic activities, and learning based on local culture. These strategies support the development of religiosity, tolerance, mutual cooperation, honesty, responsibility, independence, social concern, and simple deliberation. However, their implementation still faces challenges in the form of varying teacher interpretations, limited learning resources, and suboptimal collaboration among schools, families, and the community. This study concludes that Pancasila-based learning in early childhood education (PAUD) must be designed in a structured, contextual, sustainable, and developmentally appropriate manner to ensure that Pancasila values are reflected in childrens daily moral behavior.

Abstract

The younger generation holds a crucial position in promoting and sustaining democratic life in Indonesia. In the era of globalization and rapid technological advancement, young people face various challenges, including declining national awareness, the spread of misinformation, and reduced civic engagement. These issues have the potential to weaken social cohesion and undermine the development of a peaceful democratic society. This article seeks to explore the significance of fostering youth spirit and civic responsibility in strengthening democracy through the cultivation of nationalism, tolerance, political participation, and adherence to Pancasila values. The study employs a qualitative approach using library research methods by examining relevant books, journals, and other academic sources. The findings reveal that young people play a vital role as agents of change, democratic watchdogs, and active participants in political and social processes. Their involvement in elections, public discourse, and the constructive use of digital media can contribute positively to democratic development. Furthermore, the internalization of nationalism, tolerance, and Pancasila values serves as an essential foundation for maintaining unity and social harmony in Indonesia’s diverse society. Character education and digital literacy are also important instruments for developing a generation that is critical, responsible, and capable of responding wisely to the challenges of the digital age. Therefore, strengthening the spirit and awareness of young people is essential for fostering a democratic, peaceful, and sustainable future for Indonesia.
