Abstract

PTPN XII Gunung Gambir is a state-owned corporation that active in plantation industry located in Jember. Now Gunung Gambir manage tea and latex comodities. Everyday the outcome of production report by manual use Handy Talky and to make the report still use Microsoft Excel. The reportation of the outcome data is reported between one place to another place that usually encounter unfitted data because of the miss heard of information from the sender. The data that have sent is repeated by manual from prior report have recaped in microsoft excel. It can causes problems such as the not acurate and not simple and then the process will take long time. The recapotulation of production report by Microsoft Excel also difficult to read, to analyze, and to predict the data because most of information that shown in the form of numbers. To solve that problems we make production6 dashboard system based on web that it will be expected to simplify the sending process of data then to simplify the monitoring all the production process by simple and interesting appearance. So it can help to determine the next strategy. This research start from analyzing process of the requirement system by interview and observation directly in Gunung Gambir. The next step is planning that can be divide to architectur planning, component planning, data planning anf interface planning. The next step is implementation that relize the system that built before. Both steps are done by object oriented approach. The next step is unit testing, integration testing, and validation testing.

Abstract

In order to improve service and welfare of the community, a village has the right to obtain a portion of the central and regional financial funds received by the district called Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) which is channeled through Village / Village Cash. However, the government did not get information about financial management in the village and asked for funds with inappropriate financial statements that confused financial supervisors in government offices. Therefore this research was conducted with the aim of facilitating the supervision process of the use of village funds, with the support and development of a web-based reporting system for financial oversight of the supervision of village funds, because all financial reports, funds usage reports and village activities will be entered into the website supervision of village funds and can be directly checked by the financial supervisor. In this study using the prototyping software development model, and bootstrap framework, and using jquery and javascript in making the display system more interactive. Testing this system uses the white box method and black box testing for functional testing, and compatibility testing methods for non-functional testing. The results of testing on 45 Functionalities in the management application for village fund allocation obtained 100% valid results, the system can be run on two different browsers on Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

Abstract

Questions management is important process to be carried out in teaching and learning process, questions management is carried out by teacher, and with good questions management the teacher will be able to maintain the quality of the questions. At the Faculty of Computer Science Brawijaya University, questions management is carried out by lecturer team or commonly reffered to as team teaching. At present, the implementation of questions management that has been running has several problems, the first problem is the difficulty of gathering lecturers in one place at a same time. The second problem is the delay from the lecturer to collect the question that have been assigned. The third problem is the difference in the format of collected questions between one lecturer and another lecturer, that making it difficult for the team leader to combile the collected questions. Based on that problems, research was conducted which was intended to build a system that was able to facilitate the assignment distribution between lecturers, provide reminder to the lecturer about the assignment dependents, and facilitate the process of compiling and evaluating questions. This system is expected to be able to overcome existing problems and help improve the work efficiency of lecturers. This system has passed unit testing using whitebox testing, integration testing and validation testing using blackbox testing which results in a 100% valid value, and compatibility testing where the results of the system can run on eight different browsers.

Abstract

In the software development cycle there is a maintenance phase. In this phase, errors or defects of the software that have not been found on development or testing phase will be corrected. In this phase, software is also changing to fit the new system environment and stakeholder needs. In software development there are several reasons why it is necessary to calculate maintainability value of the software, such as the value of maintainability can help in deciding whether a software is easy to maintain or needs to be redesigned. There are several methods that can be used to measure maintainability value of the program, one is the Maintainability Index (MI). Maintainability Index is calculated based on the value of Halstead's Volume, McCabe's Cyclomatic Complexity, and line of codes. The Maintainability Index calculations system provide features for calculate Maintainability Index values of the Java source code and display graph visualizations using Java technologies. This system has been tested using unit testing, integration testing that uses Whitebox methods and validations testing that use Blackbox methods. This system has an accuracy of 98% and the time for calculating one method only takes less than 1000ms

Abstract

Current events are very often carried out in different durations, and spheres. Therefore, event management is very important. The management of the programs that are currently available is still not good because of the lack of technology. This problem has an impact on the lack of interest from the event management. In addition, additional interest and enthusiasm from the event management is very necessary. Then to improve additional interest and enthusiasm from the event manager an approach was taken in the form of gamification in managing the event. Gamification has several elements such as badge systems, quests, voting, ranking, and awards. Therefore an event management application was made with a website-based. The application is added gamification approach to facilitate event management. Applications are made using the Springboot and Vue framework. The results of this study are three actors, thirty-seven functional and one non-functional need. Also, the test results are valid.

Abstract

The construction of road infrastructure is one program that is being activated by the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing. Given the many benefits that can be felt by the community and government. But in addition to development, maintenance and repairs are also needed on the highway. Road damage can cause minor injuries to death. Decision making for repair and handling of road damage is often not on target, due to errors in determining priorities caused by the limitations of field officers. Besides that, the handling of road damage seems slow because the recapitulation of the data obtained still uses paper documents, which results in the handling of road damage being prolonged and road damage not being corrected immediately. In this study, a system developed using Raspberry PI microcomputer by applying the GPS sensor, vibration sensor and ultrasonic sensor implanted in motorized vehicles. This sensor will provide information regarding the level of road damage and the location of road damage with the help of the Google Maps API in real time to the relevant officers. So that decision making and handling repair of road damage can be done on target and immediately corrected.

Abstract

Education quality is something that must be considered in the world of education, to improve the quality of education, all education units must have facilities and infrastructure in according to the standards. In schools in Serang city, there are problems regarding facilities and infrastructure, namely in the management of funds for school facilities and infrastructure. The first problem is that some schools find it difficult to submit school operational aid funds because the process is long and complicated. The second problem is that some schools also find it difficult to submit proposals for submitting funds for school facilities and infrastructure due to the distance of the school too far from the Serang City Department of Education. The third problem is the inaccurate flow of distribution funds, there are still many schools that must be immediately assisted but not covered all because the submission of school aid funds is given to schools that submit school facilities and infrastructure grants first, not schools whose conditions need help first. To solve these problems, research is carried out which is intended to build a system that is able to facilitate the submission of school facilities and infrastructure assistance and can prioritize schools that must be assisted in advance. This system is expected to be able to overcome existing problems and help improve the work efficiency of the Serang City Department of Education. This system has passed unit testing using whitebox testing, validation testing using blackbox testing which results in a 100% valid value, and compatibility testing where the results of the system can run on 8 different browsers.

Abstract

In the past ten years, the process of software engineering is growing faster and also the development of software engineers should be able to follow the development of software engineering. Because of that, the project amount of software engineering is getting larger and variant. However, there are several obstacles in practices of software engineering. One of the most common obstacle is the inaccuracy of the composition of the software development team because of social problems and conflicts experienced by the team.The researcher found a direct correlation between the success achieved in particular job role and someone's personality. The composition of the team in software development project is a crucial factor that is able to failure of a software development project. Identifying that personality can be used to measure the compatibility of a software development team, so it is necessary to have a system that is able to accurately identify personality of a person as well as the suitability of work positions especially in software engineering. The system must be able to identify a person's personality. From the results of these personalities, the system is also able to determine recommendations software development positions based on their personality dimensions of Bigfive Personality Traits, including: Openness to Experience, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism. From the results of Bigfive Personality Dimension, the system is also able to compile a software development team in working on a software project. The result of this research is had a three actor, eighteen functional requirements and also system are tested with a hundred percent valid.

Abstract

The association of Preman Super is a MSMEs multiproduct in Malang City that has helped the government in improving the economy and welfare of Malang residents, especially for housewives and laborers. One of activities from Preman Super is to peddling products owned by members of Preman Super through online media by using one gate system in the management of buying and selling transactions. The weakness were found in this system which is the ordering process became inefficient because it takes a lot of time both from the side of the buyer waiting for confirmation from the seller, the admin who handles transactions between buyers and sellers, and sellers who handle orders from buyers. These problems are the basis of research to build a web-based e-commerce application for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in order to ease the management of buying and selling transactions and can assist in managing sales and financial reports from sales. This study used a prototyping model approach with twice iterations that is built using the CodeIgniter framework, MySQL and Javascript. This system has been tested using white box testing for unit testing, black box testing for functional testing, and compatibility testing for non-functional testing. The test results of e-commerce web applications of Preman Super got 100% valid result and explained that the application can be run properly even though in different browsers, for example Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Opera.

Abstract

PDAM Tirta Tuah Benua East Kutai as regional owned enterprises that manages clean water in North Sangatta seeks to maximizing service and handling customer complaints quickly and precisely to realize the PDAM's mission. Based on interviews with PDAM, it can be concluded that the existing manually reporting procedure is considered ineffective because there are still various problem such as a lack of information about the part that handles customer. In addition, customers are also required to come directly to submit the payment invoices for bill complaints that are not according to usage. Another problem is about the location of the customers that given manually wich will make PDAM's employee feels difficult to find the address if the location is in a remote area. To handle the problems above, the solution that the author offers is to develop a mobile customer complaint reporting application where customers can report their complaints through a mobile application and employees can give a feedback through the admin's website. The author used waterfall model to developing the software. In this research using the geotagging feature to add location to the images sent by the customers. Then do the unit, validation, and compatibility testing. Based on the validation testing, it shows that all functions are valid, which means they are in accordance with the the defined requirements. And the result of compatibility testing show that mobile applications can be used on 4 different Android OS versions.
