Abstract

Industri sepatu merupakan sebuah sektor bisnis di Indonesia yang mempunyai potensi bisnis yang prospektif. Sepatu bata sebagai produsen sepatu yang sudah berdiri sejak lama di Indonesia belakangan ini mengalami penurunan penjualan hingga peningkatan kerugian yang mengakibatkan penutupan salah satu perusahaannya. Riset ini dilakukan tujuannya guna mengetahui pengaruh content marketing, product innovation, dan consumer preference terhadap minat beli generasi Z pada Sepatu Bata. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Hasil riset ini menyatakan bahwasanya content marketing dan product innovation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli generasi Z pada Sepatu Bata, sedangkan consumer preference berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap minat beli generasi Z pada Sepatu Bata. Dari hasil riset yang telah dilakukan, penting bagi perusahaan untuk mengevaluasi strategi mereka dan beradaptasi dengan kondisi pasar agar tetap bersaing secara efektif.

Abstract

Dengan menggunakan miat beli sebagai variabel intervening, penelitian ini mencoba untuk menguji bagaimana brand ambassador Lee Min Ho dan kualitas produk mempengaruhi keputusan untuk membeli produk tabir surya Azarine. Mahasiswa dari Fakultas Ekonomi & Bisnis Universitas Dian Nuswantoro berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan survei eksplanatori dan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. SmartPLS digunakan untuk memproses data. oleh karena itu, hasil temuan menyimpulkan yakni kualitas produk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian secara signifikan melalui variabel mediasi keputusan. Di sisi lain, Brand Ambassador dari Lee Min Ho telah terbukti tidak signifikan. Data menunjukkan bahwa miat beli memediasi hubungan antara kualitas produk dan keputusan pembelian. Namun, tidak bisa berperan sebagai mediator antara Brand Ambassador dan keputusan pembelian. Makai, hasil riset ini telah membuktikan bahwasannya meningkatkan kualitas produk adalah strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif dari pada hanya mengandalkan Brand Ambassador.

Abstract

Riset ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan dampak terhadap lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, serta disiplin kerja pada kinerja pegawai. Pendekatan yang diterapkan yaitu kuantitatif dengan metode survei penjelasan, penyebaran kuesioner dipilih sebagai metodepengumpulan data. Purpove sampling diterapkan dalam teknik pengambilan sampel dengan pendekatan sampel jenuh, yang melibatkan 148 responden dari pegawai PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasi 4 Semarang. Perangkat lunak statistik IBM SPSS versi 26 digunakan untuk mengolah data penelitian melalui analisis regresi berganda linier. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasi 4 Semarang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh job insecurity, stres kerja, self-efficacy, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Regional Office Kota Semarang. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan 124 responden melalui teknik convenience sampling. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner daring menggunakan media sosial WhatsApp kepada 200 individu, namun hanya 124 responden yang memberikan jawaban dan dapat dianalisis. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa job insecurity, stres kerja, self efficacy dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, dengan kompetensi sebagai faktor paling dominan. Temuan ini menyarankan pentingnya peningkatan kompetensi, pengelolaan stres, penguatan self-efficacy, serta penciptaan rasa aman untuk mendukung kinerja optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance and organizational support on job burnout and its implications for turnover intention among Generation Z educational staff at Esa Unggul University. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method of 115 Generation Z respondents. The research instrument was a structured questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS 4 software, which allows for simultaneous testing of causal relationships between variables. The results showed that work-life balance had a significant negative effect on job burnout and turnover intention. This means that the higher the level of work-life balance perceived by employees, the lower the risk of burnout and intention to leave. Furthermore, organizational support has been shown to play a significant role in reducing job burnout levels and reducing the likelihood of resignation. Conversely, job burnout has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, indicating that the higher the level of job exhaustion experienced, the greater the likelihood that employees will plan to leave the organization. Theoretically, this study expands the literature on Generation Z dynamics in the workplace, emphasizing the role of work-life balance and organizational support in influencing turnover intention. Furthermore, the results corroborate previous research findings that confirm a strong relationship between burnout and turnover intention. Practically, this study provides strategic recommendations for university management to strengthen employee wellness policies, develop work flexibility, provide career development programs, and build a supportive organizational culture.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of incentive bonuses, health insurance, and leave entitlements on employee well-being at PT Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP IV Semarang. The research method used a quantitative approach, distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents using quota sampling. The data were then analyzed through validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, F-test, and t-test. The results showed that incentive bonuses and leave entitlements had a positive and significant effect on employee well-being, while health insurance had a positive but insignificant effect. The conclusion of this study is that company policies emphasizing the provision of incentive bonuses and adequate leave entitlements have been proven to improve employee well-being, while health insurance has not had a significant impact.   Keywords: Incentive Bonus, Health Insurance, Leave Entitlements, Employee Welfare

Abstract

Contemporary information and technology has progressed at a rapid pace. More sophisticated, user-friendly and reasonably priced communication technologies are in high demand due to their ease of use from a business standpoint. As the need for internet services in Indonesia continues to increase, several operators provide internet cards or quotas at different prices. The operator in question is Indosat. The purpose of this study is as a way to test Brand image, Price, Promotion, and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions for Indosat postpaid cards in Semarang City. The method used in this research is quantitative. The method for obtaining samples using purposive sampling techniques uses 120 respondents by distributing questionnaires via google form. The data analysis process uses SPSS, and the data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of data processing state that brand image and product quality have no significant effect on purchasing decisions while price and promotion have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Indosat postpaid cards in Semarang. Abstract

Kays Golden Nest is a beverage brand that uses swallow’s nest as the main ingredient and is now increasingly well-known among Indonesian people, especially because of its image as a health drink. The rapid development in this industry reflects the great potential for the swallow’s nest business sector, even though market competition is getting tighter. The swallow’s saliva that has hardened and is then processed into a high-value drink is the source of this product. The purpose of this study was to assess the creative strategies used by Kays Golden Nest to develop its company. This study was conducted through a qualitative descriptive approach, where data were collected through a questionnaire. The result showed that methods such as product innovation, application of product knowledge, and content marketing can significantly help business planning and increase competitiveness. These three strategies are implemented by making updates in marketing techniques and innovations that are aimed at increasing consumer engagement and loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Instagram advertising, program diskon dan perceived quality terhadap keputusan pembelian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengguna aplikasi shopee yang pernah melakukan pembelian terhadap produk fashion ready to wear. Banyaknya sampel dalam penelitian adalah 150 responden, dengan menggunakan teknik sampel random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, statistika deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f serta koefisien determinasi. Melalui hasil olah data yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa program diskon dan perceived quality secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion ready to wear. Sedangkan untuk Instagram advertising secara parsial tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion ready to wear. Namun secara simultan Instagram advertising, program diskon dan perceived quality berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion ready to wear. Meninjau dari hasil penelitian, maka para pelaku industri produk fashion ready to wear yang bergerak di marketplace shopee diharapkan dapat meningkatkan program diskon dengan berbagai kreativitas serta membentuk perceived quality produk fashion ready to wear dengan sebaik mungkin agar tingkat penjualan menjadi meningkat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and test the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between career development and job stress on employee loyalty at BPR Agung Sejahtera. This study used a quantitative methodology to collect primary data from 90 employees of BPR Agung Sejahtera through questionnaires. Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to test the relationship between latent variables. Data testing included validity, reliability, bootstrapping , Adjusted R-Square, Path Coefficient, and Specific Indirect Effects . The results showed that career development had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Conversely, job stress was found to have a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Career development also had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Job stress had a negative and significant effect on employee loyalty. Job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. However, the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between career development and job stress on employee loyalty proved to be insignificant. This finding indicates that employee loyalty is more influenced by good career development and low levels of job stress than the mediating role of job satisfaction. Overall, these findings conclude that managing career development and work stress through job satisfaction is crucial for increasing employee loyalty. It is hoped that these research findings will help BPR Agung Sejahtera's management better manage its human resources to achieve the company's goals.
