Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis deskriptif fenomenologis dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Tujuan penelitian difokuskan pada peran komite sekolah dalam pembiayaan pendidikan di SDIT Al Manan Boyolali, dengan subfokus peran sebagai badan pertimbangan (advisory agency), badan pendukung (supporting agency), dan badan pengontrol (controlling agency). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran komite sekolah dalam memberikan pertimbangan sudah berjalan baik, terbukti dari penyusunan RKS dan RKAS, usulan prioritas pembiayaan program unggulan, serta saran terkait kekurangan pembiayaan. Peran sebagai badan pendukung juga berjalan baik, ditunjukkan melalui dukungan dalam penyusunan dan pelaksanaan RKAS, perencanaan penggalangan dana, memberikan ide mencari sumber dana lain, dukungan finansial, serta partisipasi dalam pembangunan Rumah Qur’an maupun kegiatan keagamaan lainnya. Selain itu, peran sebagai badan pengontrol terbukti efektif dalam mengawasi perencanaan dan pelaksanaan anggaran pembangunan Rumah Qur’an serta memantau hasil penggalangan dana. Kesimpulannya, komite sekolah di SDIT Al Manan berperan baik dalam memberikan pertimbangan kebijakan, dukungan dalam bentuk pikiran, finansial, dan tenaga, serta sebagai badan pengontrol bagi sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap mutu pembelajaran di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Blora. Mutu pembelajaran merupakan faktor utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai aspek, termasuk kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei dengan melibatkan 200 guru dari 8 SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Blora. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap mutu pembelajaran dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,749 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 56,1% yang berarti bahwa peningkatan keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah akan berkontribusi pada peningkatan mutu pembelajaran. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah, semakin meningkat pula mutu pembelajaran di sekolah. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah menjadi faktor penting dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

At the primary and secondary education levels, the assessment (assessment) process in the cognitive domain is generally carried out in the form of tests. In the new paradigm of learning, the method does not seem to be used enough to collect information to find out the learning needs and developmental achievements or learning outcomes of students. Through the decision of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenristekdikti) Number 162/M/2021 concerning the Motivating School Program, a new term called learning with a new paradigm was introduced. Through this concept, assessment activities carried out by teachers need to be adjusted. This article aims to propose ideas on assessment procedures that teachers can follow. The literature review method is used to analyze the relevance of the learning concept to the new paradigm and differentiated learning, as well as to describe the assessment procedure in differentiated learning.

Abstract

Teacher work motivation is an essential factor in the success of the teaching and learning process. However, in Kedu District, Temanggung Regency, low teacher motivation was found due to a lack of support from the principal, ineffective policies, and an unconducive work environment. Teachers who do not feel supported or appreciated perform less than optimal. This study aims to examine the influence of the role of the principal, job satisfaction, and organizational climate on teacher work motivation. This study involved all public elementary school teachers in Kedu District as the population, totalling 196 people, with a selected sample of 132 respondents. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and documentation. This study has undergone a validity test with Pearson correlation and a data reliability test with Cronbach alpha. Data were analyzed using descriptive methods, assumption tests, and hypothesis testing through simple regression analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that the role of the principal influences teacher work motivation, job satisfaction influences teacher work motivation, and organizational climate influences teacher work motivation. Simultaneously, the role of the principal, job satisfaction, and organizational climate significantly affect teacher work motivation. This study provides suggestions so that principals can establish good relationships with teachers. In addition, there is a need for teacher career development and welfare programs to be carried out consistently.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya masih banyak sekolah belum memanfaatkan platform digital dalam pembelajaran, adanya sekolah yang belum memiliki perangkat teknologi yang cukup. Rendahnya kompetensi digital guru yaitu guru masih minim pelatihan yang aplikatif tentang digitalisasi pembelajaran, kurangnya pemanfaatan data yaitu guru belum memanfaatkan data pembelajaran secara maksimal untuk merancang strategi berbasis digital. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: Pengaruh perencanaan berbasis data terhadap pembelajaran berbasis digital pada guru SMP Negeri Se-Sub Rayon 04 Kabupaten Grobogan. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMP Negeri Se-Sub Rayon 04 Kabupaten Grobogan yang berjumlah 190 orang, dengan sampel sebanyak 129 orang yang diambil menggunakan propotional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji persyaratan serta uji hipotesis yang meliputi analisis regresi linier tunggal dan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS for Window Release 28. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan perencanaan berbasis data terhadap pembelajaran berbasis digital sebesar 77,1%, sisanya 22,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil uji regresi perencanaan berbasis data terhadap pembelajaran berbasis digital diperoleh hasil nilai konstanta 8,248 dan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,883 dengan signifikansi 0,000 sehingga persamaan regresi Y = 8,248 + 0,883X1.

Abstract

P5 merupakan jantung dari Kurikulum Merdeka. Pelaksanaan P5 masdrasah dikenal dengan P5 Rahmatan Lil Alamin (P5RA). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi P5RA di MIN 1 Kendal. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dengan kepala madrasah, guru koordinator, fasilitator, dan siswa, serta studi dokumentasi kurikulum dan laporan projek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi P5RA telah berjalan secara sistematis dan terstruktur, ditandai dengan: (1) Integrasi dimensi P5RA dalam tema lokal yang relevan dengan konteks madrasah dan budaya Kendal; dan (2) Pelibatan aktif guru dalam tim fasilitator multidisiplin. Faktor pendukung utama meliputi komitmen kuat kepemimpinan madrasah, kolaborasi tim guru yang solid, dan partisipasi orang tua. Sementara, faktor penghambat yang dihadapi adalah kesulitan pengelolaan waktu, dan keterbatasan sarana prasarana penunjang kegiatan luar kelas. Implementasi P5RA berhasil mentransformasikan pembelajaran dari fokus kognitif murni menjadi pembelajaran berbasis projek yang menguatkan karakter dan keterampilan abad ke-21.

Abstract

Teachers' pedagogical competence is one of the essential aspects of improving the quality of education. To enhance teachers' pedagogical competence, several factors need to be examined, one of which is the role of Guru Penggerak. Guru Penggerak plays a crucial role in driving change in schools by acting as a coach for other teachers, fostering collaboration, and mobilizing practitioner communities. This study aims to analyze the influence of the role of Guru Penggerak on the pedagogical competence of senior high school teachers in Blora Regency. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed to 175 teachers from 8 senior high schools in Blora Regency. Data analysis utilized regression analysis to measure the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that the role of Guru Penggerak has a positive and significant influence on teachers' pedagogical competence, with the regression equation ? = 144.468 + 0.286X, a correlation strength of 0.523, and an effect of 27.4%. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the role of Guru Penggerak has a positive and significant impact on the pedagogical competence of senior high school teachers in Blora Regency, contributing 27.4%. A recommendation from this study is for Guru Penggerak to be actively engaged in their role in mobilizing practitioner communities and encouraging collaboration among teachers.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the low level of teachers' digital competence, as many teachers have limited access to practical training related to digitalized learning. As a result, they face challenges in integrating technology into the teaching and learning process. This issue is influenced by two main factors: school culture and self-development. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of school culture and self-development on digital-based learning among junior high school teachers in Sub Rayon 04, Grobogan Regency. The research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The population consists of all public junior high school teachers in Sub Rayon 04, Grobogan Regency, totaling 190 individuals. A sample of 129 teachers was selected using proportional random sampling. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, prerequisite tests, and hypothesis testing, including simple and multiple linear regression analyses, with SPSS for Windows Release 28. The results show that school culture has a positive and significant influence on digital-based learning, accounting for 61.6% of the variance, while the remaining 38.4% is influenced by other factors. The regression equation is ? = 17.978 + 0.764X?. Additionally, self-development has a positive and significant influence on digital-based learning, accounting for 31.5% of the variance, with the remaining 68.5% influenced by other factors. The regression equation is ? = 13.074 + 0.784X?.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of academic supervision based on scientific coaching at SMP Negeri 4 Geyer through a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed through presentation, reduction, and conclusion. The study results indicate that 1. planning of academic supervision based on scientific coaching implemented through initial meetings between the principal and teachers to analyze teacher development needs in improving the quality of learning by analyzing educational report cards. Furthermore, the principal forms a work team tasked with compiling an annual work plan based on the academic report card analysis results. Afterward, the work team compiles objectives, plans, strategies, and coaching schedules. The work team also compiles assessment instruments to understand the curriculum, teaching modules, and observation sheets. 2. The implementation of coaching-based academic supervision is carried out in three stages: observation, pre-observation, and post-observation. Pre-observation is carried out by checking the learning administration and observation by observing the learning process in the classroom. After observation, post-observation is carried out. In this post-observation, the principal conducts coaching on the learning process that the teacher has carried out. 3. Evaluation and follow-up of coaching-based academic supervision. In this stage, the principal evaluates and follows up by compiling plans and programs for future coaching-based academic supervision. Based on research results, supervision Coaching-based academics can improve the quality of learning and help teachers enhance learning practices

Abstract

A strong literacy culture in elementary schools is built through collaborative management involving shared decision-making, strategic resource allocation, and ongoing evaluation of literacy programs among all stakeholders. By implementing collaborative management, elementary schools can systematically design and implement integrated literacy programs that empower students, transforming the learning environment into an ecosystem that values ​​reading and critical thinking. This study describes the management of the literacy program at SD Negeri 03 Kesesirejo in Pemalang Regency, which consists of four main functions planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring and evaluation. this study aims to describe the literacy program management at SD Negeri 03 Kesesirejo, which includes four components: planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring or controlling. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation with the principal, teachers, students, the school committee, and the community. The results indicate that program planning was carried out in a participatory manner through collaboration between all parties. Organizational processes were effective with a clear division of structures and tasks. Implementation of the literacy program was carried out through routine reading, writing, and publication of student work. Monitoring was conducted periodically to ensure program sustainability. Therefore, collaborative literacy management can foster a productive and sustainable school literacy ecosystem.
