Abstract

Abstrak. PKM ini tentang pendampingan pemanfaatan Google Drive Pada Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah di Kabupaten Polman, yang bertujun untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mitra tentang pernggunaan dan pengelolaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Google Drive. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah masih minimnya pengetahuan mitra dalam menggunakan Google Drive dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, utamanya di masa New Normal saat ini. Solusi yang ditawarkan yakni pemberian materi tentang pemanfaatan Google Drive serta pengelolaannya melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan. Metode yang dilakukan adalah tahap persiapan terdiri koordinasi dengan mitra (Tenaga kependidikan di Kabupaten Mamuju), mengidentifikasi jumlah peserta yang akan mengikuti kegiatan, persiapan materi untuk kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan, Koordinasi dengan Mitra terkait jadwal pelaksanaan pelatihan, persiapan pelaksanaan workshop seperti materi pelatihan, bahan presentasi, daftar hadir, lembar kerja, dan dokumetasi. Tahap pelaksanaan terdiri: Pelaksanaan program dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi dan praktik. Tahap Evaluasi selama proses pelatihan terdiri: Pemberian tugas kepada mitra untuk mengelola bahan ajar dengan menggunakan Google Drive. Target yang di harapkan mitra memiliki kemampuan mengelola pembelajaran melalui Google Drive dalam masa New Normal. Masalah mitra yaitu masih minimnya pengetahuan TAS dalam pemanfaatan teknologi di dalam pengelolaan administrasi sekolah.

Abstract

This experimental research was conducted at SMA Negeri 9 Gowa with the research subjects being students of class XI MIPA 5 with a total of 10 people. The problem in this study is that students in class XI MIPA 5 experience low learning independence. The approach in this study is quantitative with experimental research methods. Collecting data using interviews, direct observation and questionnaire instruments. Data analysis used quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) students' learning independence after being given treatment in the form of self-regulation exercises increases. (2) The application of the self-regulation technique has a positive effect on increasing student learning independence at SMA Negeri 9 Gowa. The approach in this research is quantitative research with the type of research is Pre-Experimental Designs. The results of the validation test were then tested on students with the test results showing students were able to take part in a series of Self Regulation Technique activities in order to increase learning independence. Thus the results of this study (1) students' learning independence before being given self-regulation techniques were in the low and medium categories. (2) students' learning independence after being given treatment in the form of self-regulation exercises increased. (3) The application of the self-regulation technique has a positive effect on increasing student learning independence at SMA Negeri 9 Gowa.

Abstract

The habit of students being late for school causes several negative impacts, these impacts greatly affect the teaching and learning process and furthermore will affect student learning outcomes making academic achievement decline. Group counseling service with a solution focused brief counseling approach with a total of 6 counselees is an activity design that will be implemented. Solution focused brief counseling is an approach based on the potential and strengths of the counselee that focuses on solutions and the future, carried out in a short time because the exploration of the problem becomes shorter. The goal is group counseling with a solution focused brief counseling approach to overcome students' tardiness. The results of group counseling activities show that the counselee is gradually changing, namely starting to arrive on time to school. Thus, it can be concluded that group counseling with a solution focused brief counseling approach can overcome the habit of being late for students at SMAN 7 Takalar.

Abstract

This study aims to help improve students' social interaction through group counseling services using role playing techniques for students of SMP Negeri 1 Salomekko. This study uses the type of research PTBK (Counseling Action Research) with two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II consisting of planning, action, observation, reflection and evaluation stages. Collecting data to capture students who have low social interaction by using a social interaction questionnaire, in the form of an ordinal scale in the form of a Likert scale. The subjects of this study were 6 students who had low student social interaction relationships. Data analysis was used by percentage analysis technique. The results showed that there was an increase in students' social interaction after the provision of group counseling services using the role playing technique. In the first cycle, the results of the increase in students' social interaction were 45%. And in the second cycle, the results of the increase in students' social interaction were getting better to 80.3%. So it can be concluded that the role playing group counseling service can increase the social interaction of the students of SMP Negeri 1 Salomekko

Abstract

Academic procrastination is the tendency to delay starting or completing academic tasks caused by irrational thoughts. Many students only intend to complete assignments within a specified period of time but they have no motivation to start. Because of his attitude, students who do procrastination will experience losses and must accept the consequences, such as low self-esteem and even fail in the academic field. A behavioral contract is the agreement and outcome of an agreement by two or more people (counselor and client) that aims to change the client's behavior and if the client is able to change his behavior, then the client will receive a reward. After group counseling services using student behavioral contracts can reduce academic procrastination behavior.

Abstract

Penggunaan Game untuk Menciptakan Suasana Menyenangkan dalam Konseling Kelompok pada Siswa Kelas X MIA 2 SMA Negeri 20 Pangkep” Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas ( Classroom actioan research ) yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan suasana yang menyenangkan dalam konseling kelompok dengan memberikan game pada siswa kelas X MIA 2 SMA Negeri 20Pangkep. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil 2020/2021 dengan lokasi penelitian yaitu SMA Negeri 20Pangkep dimana subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas X MIA 2 yang berjumlah2 34 orang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan 2 siklus melalui dengan masa perencanaan, observas dan penilaian hasil. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan angket dengan data pre test dan post tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukan aspek afektif, baik pada siklus I maupun siklus II Konseli (siswa) memiliki perasaan yang positif terhadap pelaksanaan konseling kelompok di buktikan semua siswa merasa yakin bahwa konseling kelompok bisa membantu memecahkan masalah, di samping itu mereka juga merasakan suasana yang menyenangkan karena adanya game dalam konseling kelompok. Dari aspek kognitif, siswa memiliki pemahaman baru tentang tujuan konseling kelompok, pentingnya menciptakan dinamika kelompok, pentingnya menjaga suasana hangat. dan perlunya mengambil keputusan dan tindak lanjut. Dari aspek psikomotorik, pada siklus I tidak semua siswa bisa menjalankan keputusan konseling, masih ada yang datang terlambat, membolos. Tidak mengerjakan PR, tidak ikut try out, tidak les, sering alpa. Namun setelah siklus II semua konseli sudah bisa melaksanakan keputusan yang di simpulkan dalam konseling kelompok .

Abstract

This activity aims to increase the responsible behavior of ninth-grade students of SMP YPS Singkole. The design used group counseling with a solution-focused brief counseling approach (questioning technique). This activity involved a guidance and counseling teacher with six students. The stages in this activity were the initial stage, the intermediate stage, the core stage, and the final stage. The group counseling process is initiated by identifying problems, setting goals, designing interventions using questioning techniques, and assigning strategies for sustaining changes. Subsequently, identifying indicators of behavior change and motivating students so that behavior change remains constant, and evaluating them as the final stage of counseling. Thus, students were able to enhance responsible behavior in learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Abstrak – Tujuan pengabdian ini memberikan pelatihan kepada 15 orang guru SMA Negeri 2 Majene dan akan menghasilkan kurikulum terintegrasi nilai karakter dengan cara memberikan pengetahuan tentang pengintegrasian nilai kejujuran, disiplin, tanggung jawab dan empati dalam pembelajaran pada kurikulum sekolah. Menggunakan metode pembelajaran kontekstual dengan pendekatan whole school approach melibatkan seluruh komponen sekolah. Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Langkah kegiatannya menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan lima tahapan yang dimulai dengan melakukan analisis kebutuhan, merancang kurikulum, mengembangkan kurikulum, implementasi dan evaluasi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa pengintegrasian nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran 86% sangat setuju untuk dilakukan. Pengintegrasian nilai karakter dapat membuat guru lebih siap menghadapi tantangan zaman. Dengan menanamkan nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran diharapkan dapat membantu siswa menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik, dari segi sikap maupun perilaku.Kata kunci: Integrasi, Nilai karakter, Kurikulum.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the development of academic expectations of pre-service teacher professional education (PPG) students. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a type of case study research. The research subjects were determined through a purposive sampling technique conducted on 8 pre-service PPG students in the field of Guidance and Counseling studies in 2023. Data collection techniques used observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and journal writing at the beginning of the semester and the end of the semester through Google Forms. Data analysis techniques are used with conventional models in the form of thematic analysis techniques. The results showed that the development of academic expectations of Pre-service PPG students has changed over time. The influencing factors are college experience, academic achievement, social support, and greater self-expectations to achieve academic goals. Academic expectations vary between students from different backgrounds, such as family education level, economic status, or previous experience in education. Academic expectations have an impact on how students plan their careers after graduating from the Pre-Service PPG

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pelaksanaan teknik positif reinforcement untuk mengatasi perilaku membolos siswa melalui konseling kelompok. Subjek dalam konseling kelompok ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Anggeraja yang berjumlah 6 siswa yang menunjukkan perilaku membolos tinggi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil observasi dan wawancara menyatakan bahwa konseli sudah banyak menunjukkan perubahan perilaku ke arah positif. Ini membuktikan bahwa teknik penguatan positif efektif untuk mengatasi perilaku membolos siswa.
