Abstract

This study aims to determine: the relationship between self-management and autonomous learning of the santri at Pondok Pesantren Modern of Al-Ikhlas Lubuklinggau. This research is a correlation and ex post facto research. The research population comprised all 507 santri of Al-Ikhlas Lubuklinggau Modern Pondok Pesantren. A sample of 253 students was determined by a proportional stratified random sampling technique. The variables studied were self-management and autonomous learning. The data collection method uses a scale (inventory), the tool is in the form of self-management scale and scale of autonomous learning. A validity test is done with the help of a computer program SPSS 22 for windows. Reliability test using technique Cronbach's alpha, obtained p = 0.740 for self-management variables and p = 0.744 for learning independence variables. The analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential statistics with the SPSS 22 for windows program. The results showed that there was a relationship between self-management and students' self-learning independence of 0.864, a probability value of 5% Ts was 0.000 (p <0.05).

Abstract

Education is a business or activity operated intentionally, regularly, and planned to develop desired behavior. This study aims to (1) produce a metacognitive strategy e-module that can improve junior high school students' self-regulated learning, (2) produce an appropriate metacognitive strategy e-module to improve junior high school students' self-regulated learning, (3) examine the effectiveness of using e-media media. This research is a Research and Development (RD) research using the five states of ADDIE model such as analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This study involved 40 VIII graders and 7 Guidance and Counselling teachers in South Cilacap Subdistrict. The results of the study show the developed E-module is classified as "Very Appropriate" by the media and material experts to be used as a supporting media to improve self-regulated learning for junior high school students. In addition, the e-module used is effective to support learning activities based on the measurement of the self-regulated learning of junior high school students, with the results of an increase in self-regulated learning of junior high school students. This development research resulted in an appropriate metacognitive strategy e-module that could improve students' self-regulated learning. Thus, it can be concluded that the metacognitive strategy e-module is feasible and effective enough to be used to improve the self-regulated learning of junior high school students.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode problem solving melalui konseling kelompok terhadap regulasi diri siswa SMA N 1 Jatinom. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan Non Equivalen Pretest-Posttest. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen sejumlah enam siswa dan kelompok kontrol sejumlah enam siswa. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SMA N 1 Jatinom tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan skala regulasi diri untuk mengukur tingkat regulasi diri siswa SMA N 1 Jatinom. Efektivitas metode problem solving terhadap regulasi diri dapat dilihat dari perbedaan hasil uji wilcoxon dengan nilai sig. 0,028 lebih kecil 0,05 (0,028 < 0,05). Perbedaan nilai rata-rata kelompok eksperimen sebesar 42,4 dan nilai rata-rata kelompok kontrol sebesar 22,2 (42,4 > 22,2). Rerata Gain Score kelompok eksperimen sebesar 0,43 sedangkan kelompok kontrol sebesar 0,23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa metode problem solving melalui konseling kelompok efektif terhadap regulasi diri siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to produce an individual counselling guide for assertive training techniques in State Senior High Schools in Yogyakarta. This research is research and development using the Borg & Gall development model, which was conducted through seven stages: preliminary research and data collection, planning, initial product development, early-stage trial, revision of early-stage trial, field trial, and field trial revision. Data collection methods used a questionnaire on the feasibility of assessing material experts, media experts, guidance and counselling teachers, and students' assertive behaviour scale. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative. This study resulted in (1) individual counselling guidelines, which consisted of an introduction, behavioristic approach, assertive nature, assertive training, implementation of assertive training techniques, conclusions, references, and attachments. (2) Assertive training technique guidebook can be categorized as “very good” with a final percentage value of 84.6%, 78% by material experts, and 88,3% by media experts. (3) The results of the field trial of three guidance and counselling teachers got a percentage value of 85.3%, which included the “very good” category, and the results of the main field trial of ten guidance and counselling teachers got a percentage value of 87.1% in “very good” category.

Abstract

This correlational study aimed to find out the relationship between self-control and academic dishonesty among students in SMA Negeri 5 Surakarta Data were collected from 222 randomly selected 11th-grade students using self-control and academic dishonesty scales.   The product Moment Correlation analysis result showed a correlation coefficient of -0.188, indicating a negative correlation between self-control and academic dishonesty. In other words, students with better self-control tend not to commit academic dishonesty. This study result serves as a reference for school counselors in developing services to improve students’ self-control.

Abstract

Many countries worldwide undergo changes in various sectors due Covid-19 pandemic, including Indonesia and Malaysia. The pandemic also affects university students’ physical and psychological aspects. This comparative study attempted to find out the difference in university students’ psychological well-being during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population of this study was university students of Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, Indonesia, and Universitas Pendidikan Sultan Idris, Malaysia. Six hundred-one university students were recruited using an accidental sampling technique. The data were collected using psychological well-being scale. Mann-Whitney test was performed to determine the difference in students’ psychological well-being in the two universities. The study result showed a p-value of 0.000 (< 0.05), indicating a difference in students’ psychological well-being at Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta and Universitas Pendidikan Sultan Idris. This study result is expected to provide a depiction of students’ psychological well-being during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine 1) the relationship between course interest and learning motivation. 2) Differences in course interest and learning motivation in terms of gender and grade level after the Covid-19 Pandemic. The participants were 10th, 11th, and 12th-grade vocational high school students at Bandar Lampung. Data were collected using the Course Interest Scale (CIS) and Instructional Materials Motivation Survey (IMMS) developed by Keller and analyzed using product moment correlation, Mann-Whitney, and Kruskal Wallis.   While learning motivation and course interest exhibited a significant difference in terms of gender, no significant difference was noticed in terms of grade. This study found a significant relationship between course interest and learning motivation, with a value of 0.668. The results of this study can be used as a basis for developing a program in vocational high school context in Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Konsep diri terdiri atas bagaimana cara kita melihat diri sendiri sebagai pribadi dan bagaimana kita menginginkan diri sendiri menjadi manusia sebagaimana yang kita harapkan. Setiap individu memiliki harapan untuk menjadi diri yang ideal. Siswa yang menilai dirinya secara negatif terbentuk melalui bentuk interaksi sosial. Interaksi sosial merupakan suatu hubungan antara individu atau lebih, dimana kelakuan individu yang satu mempengaruhi, mengubah, atau memperbaiki kelakuan individu yang lain atau sebaliknya. Apabila siswa mampu berinteraksi sosial dengan baik, maka akan mengarah pada suatu kerjasama dengan orang lain. Namun apabila siswa tidak bisa berinteraksi sosial dengan baik akan mengarah pada pertentangan atau pertikaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui“hubungan antara interaksi sosial dengan konsep diri siswa pasca pandemic di SMA Negeri 1 Sewon. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 282 siswa, sampel penelitian sejumlah 142 siswa dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Metode analisa data menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai analisis koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,652 dengan p value 0.000. Jika nilai (r) = 0,652 0,165 (r tabel) dengan p value 0,000 α = 0,05 maka hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima dan teruji kebenarannya. Nilai determinan (r2) sebesar 0,425 memiliki arti bahwa besarnya interaksi sosial yang dapat diterangkan oleh konsep diri sebesar 42,5% dan sisanya sebesar 57,5% disebabkan oleh variabel lain di luar interaksi sosial. Demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara interaksi sosial dengan konsep diri siswa pasca pandemi di SMA Negeri 1 Sewon.

Abstract

Bimbingan karir merupakan salah satu jenis bidang layanan pada bimbingan dan konseling yang berfokus dalam membantu individu agar tercapai pemahaman diri secara utuh dan mencegah munculnya permasalahan akan karir. Dalam perancangan program bimbingan karir menyesuaikan kurikulum yang berlaku, pada saat ini kurikulum terbaru adalah kurikulum merdeka. kurikulum ini dirancang untuk mewujudkan pembelajaran yang inovatif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Sebagai upaya mendukung pelaksanaan program dan mengikuti perkembangan teknologi di era revolusi industri 4.0, konselor memanfaatkan Internet of Things (IoT), IoT adalah pemanfaatan internet untuk segala hal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi layanan bimbingan karir dalam kurikulum merdeka dengan memanfaatkan Internet of Things.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengkaji beberapa literature seperti jurnal dan modul. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimal, komprehensif, dan konstruktif maka peneliti tidak membatasi akan tahun, subjek penelitian, tingkat pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Internet of Things sangat membantu dalam pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan karir dalam kurikulum merdeka seperti mempermudah asesmen karir (Viacharacter.org, Temubakat.com, Bacabakat.com, Career e-Counseling, dan Digital Module) mempermudah pelaksanaan bimbingan karir seperti pemanfaatan media sosial (whatsapp, zoom meeting, dll), adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa akan karirnya, dan konselor cenderung lebih inovatif dan kreatif dalam pemberian layanan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai strategi intervensi yang digunakan oleh konselor sekolah dalam mencegah bullying dan mengevaluasi efektivitas dari strategi-strategi tersebut. Metode yang diterapkan adalah literature review, dengan analisis terhadap delapan artikel relevan yang berfokus pada peran konselor dalam konteks bullying. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa konselor sekolah berperan sebagai informator, fasilitator, motivator, dan mediator dalam mengatasi masalah bullying. Berbagai strategi intervensi yang ditemukan meliputi bimbingan klasikal, konseling individu, dan pendekatan berbasis kelompok, yang secara signifikan dapat mengurangi perilaku bullying dan mendukung kesejahteraan siswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya kolaborasi antara konselor, guru, orang tua, dan pihak terkait lainnya dalam merancang program pencegahan yang efektif. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi konselor sekolah untuk terus mengembangkan pendekatan intervensi yang komprehensif guna menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan inklusif bagi semua siswa.
