Abstract

This study explores the adoption of ride-hailing services in West Papua, a developing region in Indonesia, where concerns about service performance and security risks influence user decisions. Guided by the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), the research examines how service performance, social influence, and perceived security risks affect users’ behavioral intention and actual usage. A total of 158 valid responses were collected through a quantitative survey, and data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Findings reveal that service effectiveness and social influence significantly influence behavioral intention, while efficiency and certainty do not. Additionally, certainty, effectiveness, and behavioral intention strongly affect user behavior. The model demonstrates moderate explanatory power with R² values of 0.561 for behavioral intention and 0.600 for user behavior. These results suggest that enhancing perceived service effectiveness and leveraging social influence can encourage adoption in regions with limited digital infrastructure. The study contributes to understanding technology acceptance in underdeveloped areas and offers practical insights for ride-hailing providers aiming to improve user trust and engagement.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: E-SISMAL as a Health Information System (HIS). s crucial for preventing and surveilling malaria in Indonesia by enhancing data quality and reporting. Accurate and efficient data collection is vital for combating this disease. Despite E-SISMAL's mandatory adoption across all Indonesian provinces. challenges persist This study investigates the perceived benefits of E-SISMAL and factors influencing its successful adoption, utilizing the Technology Adoption Model (TAM) and DeLone & McLean IS Success Model. Key factors include user training. system accessibility and real-time validation. A quantitative approach involved 108 healthcare professionals in West Papua Province. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Findings ineffidicate E-SISMAL improves data accuracy and reporting efficiency. aligning with study objectives. However. significant technical challenges and resistance to change remain obstacles. The study highlights the need to address digital skill gaps among healthcare workers for optimal system use. Incorporating user-centered design and local context can improve usability and acceptance. Enhanced user training and system integration can further optimize E-SISMAL's efficiency. while fostering digital adaptation supports data-driven decision-making. Ultimately this study offers actionable insights for system developers and policymakers aiming to improve health information systems in remote and under-resourced regions. These findings confirm the crucial role of identified factors in E-SISMAL's successful implementation. providing a basis for strategies to enhance the system within healthcare practices

Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) plays an important role in the world of music, especially for Generation Z who grew up in the digital age. However, understanding of how AI drives musical creativity in the context of music education is still limited, especially in West Papua and Papua. This study aims to analyze the influence of awareness, perception, and intention to use AI on Generation Z's musical creativity and innovation, using the theory of affordance as a theoretical foundation. The study employs a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method on 219 respondents from West Papua and Papua provinces. The analysis results indicate that the intention to use AI (p = 0.000) and positive perceptions of AI in general (p = 0.000) have a significant influence on AI-based musical creativity, with moderate predictive power (R² = 0.461). This creativity was then found to encourage the use of AI in musical activities (p = 0.000) and the music creation process (p = 0.000), although both showed weak predictive power (R² = 0.292 and R² = 0.251). Conversely, awareness of AI (p = 0.509) and perceptions of AI in the context of music education (p = 0.135) did not significantly influence creativity. These findings suggest that positive intentions and perspectives toward AI are more decisive in driving creativity than awareness levels. Therefore, a contextual approach to digital music education that encourages active exploration is needed to optimize the potential of AI in enhancing creativity.

ABSTRACT Coughing and colds are very close to toddlers under the age of 5 and are still very dependent on their parents. No wonder the closeness of children and parents is very intimate in the growth period of children aged 0-5 years.
