Abstract

This study aims to analyze bibliometric trends and thematic relationships in studies on self-regulated learning and self-directed learning in music. Data collected from Scopus include 145 documents published between 2002 and 2024 and analyzed using Biblioshiny and VosViewer tools with the PRISMA approach. The results reveal six main thematic clusters that show a variety of research focuses. The first cluster highlights students' experiences and ease of use of learning technologies. The second cluster focuses on motivation, self-directed learning, and the integration of technologies such as artificial intelligence. The third cluster reviews the role of social robots in supporting self-directed learning. The fourth cluster discusses music teaching and education systems. The fifth cluster connects medical and psychological research with educational contexts, while the sixth cluster, the largest cluster, highlights humans as the main subject, focusing on music, psychology, and learning. This study contributes to understanding global trends, collaboration patterns, and main themes in the literature, as well as opening up opportunities for the development of self-directed learning strategies in music education.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) develop ICT learning multimedia for class X Senior High School/Madrasah Aliyah students, (2) assess its feasibility and practicality, and (3) examine its effectiveness in enhancing students' motivation and learning outcomes. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) and the MDLC approach (Multimedia Development Life Cycle). The research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Ma'arif Cilacap Tengah, involving class X-1 as the experimental group and class X-2 as the control group. Data collection methods included interviews, observations, questionnaires, and learning outcome tests, analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that: (1) ICT learning multimedia is highly feasible based on media expert validation (3.72, "very feasible") and material expert validation (3.79, "very feasible"); (2) its practicality was rated "very practical" with average scores of 3.50 in the initial trial and 3.41 in the field test; and (3) its effectiveness is demonstrated by an increase in student motivation (n-gain = 0.53, "medium") and improved learning outcomes in the experimental class (n-gain = 0.81, "high"). Thus, this multimedia has proven effective in enhancing motivation and learning outcomes among students at Madrasah Aliyah Ma'arif Cilacap Tengah.

Abstract

This study attempts to develop a collaborative-based learning model that can increase self-efficacy and positive attitudes of Primary Teacher Education (PGSD) students toward inclusive education in Indonesia. This study is intended to provide an understanding to PGSD students who are also teacher candidates. The understanding is about the importance of positive attitudes and teaching abilities, which in this study are limited in self-efficacy. The present study employed the Research and Development (R & D) research model. The research participants were elementary school teachers who teach in inclusive schools and 54 PGSD students. Quantitative and qualitative techniques were used to analyze the data. Mann–Whitney U test was used to determine changes in students' self-efficacy and attitudes before and after learning activities. The results indicate a significant difference in self-efficacy with p sig < 0.05. The t-test result is 0.119. As the tcount is greater than the ttable (0.119 > 0.05), it indicates that there is no significant difference. Hence, it can be inferred that there is no statistically significant difference in developing a collaborative-based lecture model aimed at enhancing self-efficacy and fostering favorable attitudes among PGSD students towards inclusive education in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kebutuhan siswa dan guru terhadap bahan ajar Bahasa Inggris berbasis keperawatan yang kontekstual dan sesuai Kurikulum Merdeka. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah belum tersedianya bahan ajar yang relevan dengan dunia kerja siswa jurusan keperawatan di SMK Negeri Ampera, yang berdampak pada kesulitan memahami materi, rendahnya motivasi belajar, serta keterbatasan penguasaan kosakata medis dan komunikasi profesional. Penelitian ini merupakan studi awal berupa analisis kebutuhan sebagai dasar pengembangan bahan ajar selanjutnya. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi studi pustaka, observasi, angket, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa membutuhkan bahan ajar digital yang menyajikan kosakata medis, percakapan kontekstual antara perawat dan pasien, serta mendukung pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Guru juga mengalami kendala dalam menyampaikan materi karena tidak tersedianya buku ajar sesuai konteks keperawatan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan e-book berbasis keperawatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di SMK.

Abstract

The integration of technology and media in IPAS learning at the elementary school level has begun to be developed by teachers, thus requiring further analysis of its implementation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of IPAS learning development that integrates technology and media in elementary schools, viewed through the ASSURE model. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, using data from classroom observation sheets, response questionnaires from 20 fourth-grade students, interviews with one IPAS teacher, as well as document analysis of IPAS Phase B learning outcomes and the fourth-grade teaching module for Chapter 6. The data were then analyzed using Creswell's qualitative data analysis procedures, starting from raw data collection, organization, comprehensive reading, coding, development of themes and descriptions, to interpretation and validation through triangulation and participant confirmation. The findings show that the implementation of the ASSURE model in IPAS learning has been carried out effectively by the teacher. Based on the results, nearly 95% of the ASSURE syntax has been optimally implemented. These results imply that teachers are capable of designing resource utilization syntax more effectively, which in turn minimizes obstacles in the use of learning media and its supporting tools, and supports the achievement of learning objectives optimally.

Abstract

Religious intolerance is rising globally, including in Indonesia, a pluralistic nation with over 600 ethnic groups and six official religions. Ironically, cases of intolerance have emerged even in Yogyakarta, an educational and cultural barometer renowned for its local wisdom of tepa selira (mutual respect). This study investigates how elementary school teachers in Yogyakarta, Indonesia understand and internalize religious tolerance in classroom practices. Employing a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, FGDs, and document analysis involving 20 teachers from 10 diverse elementary schools. Findings indicate that most teachers focus on cognitive outcomes and struggle to assess tolerance in the affective domain. However, one multicultural school Pelangi Elementary demonstrates an alternative approach by emphasizing shared human values such as kindness, gratitude, and togetherness, and by removing formal religious instruction to foster inclusivity. The school integrates dialogical pedagogy, parental involvement, and community engagement, making tolerance a lived experience rather than a theoretical concept. This study concludes that religious tolerance education in diverse societies must move beyond textbooks toward character-based, participatory learning rooted in local wisdom and inclusive practice. The Pelangi model offers a promising strategy adaptable to other pluralistic contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of using an e-book as a learning medium for students in the Nursing Vocational High School (SMK) program through validation by content and media experts. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method with a validation approach. Validation by content experts included assessments of content substance, language use, and material presentation structure, while validation by media experts assessed visual design, readability, and technical aspects of the e-book. Data were analyzed using a feasibility percentage formula. The validation results showed that the content expert assessment yielded a feasibility score of 60% (moderately good), while the media expert assessment reached 80% (good). Therefore, the e-book is deemed feasible for educational use with several recommended improvements. The novelty of this research lies in its application of a user-centered design approach, which is still rarely implemented within the context of vocational nursing education in Indonesia. Therefore, this thoroughly validated e-book may serve as a valuable reference for the development of effective and high-quality digital learning media in vocational education.

Abstract

Abstract: Exploring the Meaning of a Field Trip: Recreational Activity or Learning Activity?. Objective: The main objective of the research is to identify and understand the psychological meanings embedded in the field trip experience and how students interpret this activity in both educational and recreational contexts. Methods: This study employs a qualitative phenomenological analysis method to explore students' perceptions of field trips as a learning activity in a Senior High School in Yogyakarta City. Findings: Out of 24 respondents, only 4 students perceived the field trip as a formal learning activity. Fifty percent of respondents viewed it as a combination of learning and recreation, while the remaining third interpreted it solely as a recreational activity. The findings reveal that students' perceptions of field trips are influenced by personal experiences, the organization of the trip, and its integration into the curriculum. This research underscores the importance of carefully designing field trips to achieve educational goals while providing a recreational element. Conclusion: As such, the multifaceted interpretation of field trips can be utilized by educators to create holistic and enjoyable learning experiences that not only meet curriculum objectives but also enhance student engagement and motivation.Keywords: fieldtrip, field visit, education, recreation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan model pengembangan kulturakademik di lingkungan FIP UNY. Pendekatan yang dipakai adalah R and D denganmengadopsi model Borg dan Gall. Tahap awal, mengkaji aneka pustaka dan memotretkultur. Tahap kedua, mendalami elemen kultural untuk menemukan modelpengembangan kultur yang akan dilakukan tahap berikutnya. Populasi penelitian adalahseluruh dosen FIP UNY. Tiga puluh subyek dari unsur mahasiswa dan 20 dosen dipilihsecara purposive berdasarkan kriteria pengalaman dan akademik. Data digali denganwawancara mendalam kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasilnyaadalah pengembangan kultur akademik sangat memerlukan keteladan dari figur yangdijadikan contoh dari pimpinan dan dosen senior. Strategi efektif dapat dipakai untukmengembangkan kultur akademik adalah dimulai dari yang simple, visible, feasible,possible, dan passable. Diperlukan sosialisasi secara berulang dan melekat.Pengembangan kultur diadopsi dan diaplikasikan melalui sistem reward bukanpunishment. Perlunya unit khusus non-struktural yang bertugas melakukan sosialisasidan law inforcement terhadap etika dan aturan akademik. Untuk itu, diperlukananggaran yang cukup dan komitmen kolaborasi sinergis antara pimpinan fakultas,jurusan, dan dosen.Kata Kunci: pengembangan model, kultur akademik, kampus FIP

Abstract

This research is aim to increase the children positive appreciation to the culturally differentiotion, as the based to increase the quality of teaching that give the safe, comfort and condusive situation to the children on the teaching and learning process. This research is the next application and development of the research result that success to develop the multicultural teaching and learning process in the elementary school student. The approach that is used in the whole research is research and development (R&D). The subject of the research is class teacher of 4th grade, the headmaster, the student, the elementary school committee, the official education in the Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta province, that are choosed by purposive sampling. The data collection technique is questionnaire, observation, interview, and documentation study that support by the focus group discussion(FGD) and also the logbook. The data analysis is quantitative and qualitative descriptive. The results of the study are: (1) the modul for the students as the teaching resource supplement in the multicultural teaching on grade 4th; (2) teacher guidance on the multicultural teaching in the form of modul fot 4th grade; (3) the increase of the teacher ability on the multicultural teaching, especially in the 4th grade elementary school student; (4) the implementation of multiculture cultivation in the elementary school students.
