Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan tenaga pendidik dan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan multi situs. Subjek dalam penelitian berjumlah 12 orang yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah dan guru kelas dari masing-masing sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model studi multi situs yang terdiri dari analisis data tunggal dan analisis data lintas situs. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan tenaga pendidik dan peserta didik dapat dikategorikan efektif karena untuk penempatan guru dan penjadwalan mengajar di SDN 28 Kota Selatan, SDN 61 Kota Timur, dan SDN 69 Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo sama seperti sekolah yang tidak mengimplementasikan kebijakan regrouping. Kemudian untuk penerimaan peserta didik, orientasi peserta didik, pengelompokkan, dan proses belajar mengajar di SDN 28 Kota Selatan, SDN 61 Kota Timur, dan SDN 69 Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo pun sama seperti sekolah yang belum mengimplementasikan kebijakan regrouping.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Hubungan kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru SDN , (2) Hubungan iklim sekolah dengan kinerja Guru SDN , (3) Hubungan kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah dengan kinerja Guru SDN Se-Kecamatan Bulango Selatan. Penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kuantititaf dengan jenis korelasional. Jumlah populasi penelitian yaitu 93 orang Guru dan sampel penelitian yaitu 48 orang . Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, kuesioner dan dukumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hal-hal sebagai berikut: (1) Bahwa kepemimpinan sangat berkaitan erat dengan kinerja guru yang dapat menjadikan guru mencapai kinerja dengan baik., (2) Bahwa iklim sekolah dapat mempengaruhi kinerja seorang guru karena dengan keadaan sekolah baik dan nyaman dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, (3) Bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan dengan kepemimpinan dan iklim sekolah sangat berkaitan erat untuk mendukung keberhasilan dari kinerja guru, sehingga penting untuk di miliki oleh sekolah dari kepemimpinan yang baik dan lingkungan sekolah yang nyaman bagi guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan (1) tingkat kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan kesulitan diri, (2) tingkat kekuatan keyakinan diri siswa, dan (3) tingkat kemampuan diri siswa selama proses pembelajaran daring di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri se-Kota Gorontalo. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Sequential Explanatory. Populasi penelitian sejumlah siswa yang berada di kelas VIII yakni 388 siswa dengan jumlah sampel 97 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sample. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) tingkat kesulitan siswa selama proses pembelajaran daring berada pada kategori cukup baik, (2) tingkat kekuatan keyakinan siswa selama proses pembelajaran daring berada pada kategori tidak baik, dan (3) tingkat kemampuan diri siswa selama proses pembelajaran daring berada pada kategori cukup baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the online-based registration process for the new student admissions system, (2) the online-based selection process for the new student admissions system, (3) the online-based selection process for the announcement of the results of the new student admissions. The method in this study uses a quantitative approach to the type of explanatory research. The subject of this research is the committee for accepting new students based online with a total of 86 committee members. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation and data analysis using descriptive analysis of presentations and criteria. The results show that: (1) the online-based new student admissions system registration process is very effective (2) the online-based new student admissions system selection process is quite effective (3) the selection process announcement is applied in the admission of participants online-based new students are on the effective criteria. This states that the application of an online-based new student admission system at SMA Negeri Se Kota Gorontalo is in the effective category so that the school must seek to cooperate and communicate with the local Education Office so that the PPDB Online process can run effectively and efficiently in every school in the province. For Schools Improving the ability of committee operators in using applications. It is necessary to thoroughly socialize the community or parents of students regarding the online-based acceptance mechanism for new students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi nilai-nilai religius guru dalam penguatan karakter siswa melalui nilai (1) religius kejujuran; (2) religius toleransi, (3) religius kepedulian sosial, dan (4) religius tanggungjawab di Sekolah Dasar Se-Kecamatan Kota Selatan Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis pendekatan eksplanatori. Teknik penarikan anggota sampel dengan menggunakan Nomogram Hary King, sehingga diperoleh jumlah anggota sampel 106 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) nilai religius kejujuran berada pada kategori cukup baik; (2) nilai religius toleransi berada pada kategori baik; (3) nilai religius kepedulian sosial berada pada kategori baik; dan (4) nilai religius tanggung jawab berada pada kategori cukup baik.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the leadership role of the principal in implementing the driving school program at SMAN 6 Gorontalo, in terms of his role as: (1) leader of learning transformation, (2) facilitator, (3) communicator, and (4) implementer of monitoring and evaluation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used interactive data analysis, supported by checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of this study show: (1) the principal as the leader of learning transformation, has succeeded in improving the quality of learning well through the implementation of the Mobile School Program, (2) the principal as a facilitator has actively facilitated the implementation of the Mobile School Program through various innovative initiatives, (3) the principal as a communicator has succeeded in uniting all school components to actively participate in the implementation of the Mobile School program, and (4) the principal as the implementer of the mobile school program conducts active monitoring and evaluation based on the predetermined success indicators.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in enhancing students' independent learning, focusing on: (1) teachers' strategies to improve students' independent learning, (2) strategies for the sustainability of independent learning programs, and (3) the evaluation of students' independent learning based on the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using thematic analysis. Data validation was conducted through triangulation of sources and methods. The results show that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SDN 22 Dungingi has successfully enhanced students' independent learning through interactive learning supported by technological tools such as Chromebooks and internet connectivity provided by the Smart Learning Community (KOMBEL). Chromebooks enable students to independently access digital educational resources, improve their digital literacy, and develop lifelong learning skills. Additionally, formative and summative evaluations conducted by teachers help students identify their strengths and weaknesses, foster self-reflection, and increase responsibility for their learning processes.

Abstract

Artikel ini betujuan untuk melihat kebijakan pendidikan islam di Indonesia pada masa reformasi, sebagai bahan kajian dan pelajaran bagi proses dan pengambilan kebijakan dewasa ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka, di mana sumber atau data-data yang dihadirkan pada penelitian ini berasal dari berbagai literature yang dianalisis secara komprehensif, sistematis dan filosofis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kebijakan pendidikan islam di era reformasi sudah sangat baik, bahkan bisa dibilang kebijakan yang dikeluarkan sudah sangat berpihak pada pengembangan pendidikan islam baik secara proses maupun secara lembaga.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the educational management process in schools located in remote or hard-to-reach areas, particularly in the remote area of Gorontalo Province, as viewed from: (1) teacher management, (2) learning, and (3) facilities and infrastructure at SMPN 1 Pinogu. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis employs interactive data analysis, supported by data validity checks using triangulation techniques. The research findings indicate that: (1) teacher management is conducted through the recruitment and placement of local teachers with a bachelor's degree qualification, as well as training through the MGMP; (2) Learning management includes curriculum design and learning activities using lesson plans, syllabi, and competency-based learning outcomes, although the use of technology is limited due to limited internet access and electricity; and (3) Facilities and infrastructure management includes infrastructure planning through collaboration with the government and school committee, building maintenance, and management of technological equipment such as laptops and projectors that are shared among teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the instructional leadership practices of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Gorontalo in integrating local values into the curriculum. It specifically focuses on identifying the forms of integrated local values, the leadership strategies employed by teachers, and the impact of this integration. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were gathered through in-depth observations, semi-structured interviews, and documentary analysis. The collected data were then processed using descriptive-qualitative analysis techniques. The findings reveal that: (1) Local values are integrated into learning through the multifaceted roles of teachers as educators, instructors, mentors, and classroom managers; (2) Key leadership strategies for integration involve establishing a clear vision and learning policies, implementing the structured “Every Day Five Goodness” program, and fostering community collaboration via the “Learning with Cultural Experts” initiative; (3) The integration has a significant positive impact, leading to enhanced teacher professionalism and the cultivation of strong, positive character in students. This study offers a novel perspective by shifting the focus from principal-led instructional leadership to teacher-led instructional leadership, specifically within the under-explored context of integrating local Gorontalo values to strengthen character education. The findings provide a practical framework for teachers and school administrators to systematically integrate local wisdom into national curricula. The identified strategies, such as the “Every Day Five Goodness” program, serve as a replicable model for other schools seeking to promote cultural preservation and character building. This research contributes to the fields of educational leadership and curriculum development by demonstrating how teachers can act as instructional leaders and agents of cultural preservation. It provides an evidence-based model for enhancing both teacher professionalism and student character outcomes through the deliberate integration of local values.
