Abstract

Maternal and fetal health is one of the most important indicators of health status in the community. However, in reality, the mortality rate for pregnant women in Indonesia is still relatively high as happened in Bantul Regency, DIY. Contributing factors include limited health service facilities and a lack of communication between pregnant women and cadres or midwives about their condition, resulting in delays in recognizing danger signs of pregnancy. Therefore, efforts are needed to overcome these problems, one of which is by creating a mother companion application service (API). The purpose of this study was to make a model of a mother's assistant application (API) based on the MCH book using the User Centered Design (UCD) method for monitoring pregnant women. In this study. The results presented are in the form of a prototype API service information system, where this system can help pregnant women to find out the history of previous examinations, see health articles needed during pregnancy, and when an emergency occurs, pregnant women can use the emergency button so they can quickly connect to a companion, cadres, and midwives nearby. the results of this information system design are expected to make it easier during the pregnancy process. Therefore, it can be concluded that the creation of a mother companion application modeling (API) using the UCD method is effective in helping when carrying out the prototype design process because the user directly plays an active role in providing suggestions so that the requirements for the desired system can be fulfilled.

Abstract

Cancer is one of the main causes of mortality in the world. Colorectal cancer, also known as colon cancer, is a malignant tumor of the colon and rectum that begins with a polyp. Early inspection is needed to prevent and cure of colorectal cancer because in the early stages colorectal cancer showed no symptoms. At this time the development of information technology allows the quick information retrieval from an image. The aim of this research is to produce a preliminary work in the stages of information analyzing on colorectal endoscopic image extraction result in the form of polyp and bleeding by utilizing extraction technique of image information based on shape and texture. This research aimed can be the basis for the development of colorectal cancer detection system framework. The research that has been carried out gives result of characteristics that can be differentiate between colon bleeding, colon polyp, and normal colon conditions, they are aspect ratio, triangle, correlation, and energy.

Abstract

Trends in interior design, modern lifestyles, and increasing consumer awareness about the beauty and comfort of the home have driven the ever-increasing demand for quality furniture products. In this context, furniture companies are required to not only produce attractive products but also provide superior and personal service to customers. To overcome various challenges in the furniture industry, this research developed a CRM-based furniture sales application on the Android platform. The application is expected to be a solution to improve service to customers. The features provided include displaying furniture stock info along with prices, search features, furniture ordering features, transactions, purchase history, features for analyzing customer preferences based on product type criteria, and shipping. The methods used include literature studies, site surveys where the application will be used, needs analysis, application design, application development, implementation, and testing. The results of functionality testing show that the application has functioned as expected.

Abstract

Potato plants have a very high nutritional value, making them widely cultivated in Indonesia. To ensure the cultivation of potatoes has good quality, many individuals, ranging from farmers to researchers and plant breeders, strive to explore and understand the characteristics of plant resistance sources, one of which is through the role of trichomes. Trichomes are fine hairs that coat the outer surface of plant leaves, serving as a physical barrier and regulating plant temperature. Identification and quantification of trichomes are commonly conducted manually by researchers, which consumes much time and is inefficient. Therefore, a system that can automatically detect and quantify trichomes is crucial to avoid manual identification and quantification, allowing these processes to be carried out more quickly. This study utilized a deep learning approach to train a model capable of detecting and quantifying trichome objects. The model architecture used was YOLOv8. From the training process, the resulting mean average precision (mAP) at a confidence threshold of 50 was 0.816, while the mAP at a confidence threshold of 90 was 0.38. This model is expected to assist experts or researchers in the field of agriculture in identifying trichomes, thereby optimizing crop yields.

Abstract

The company inventory is one of the important aspects that receives primary attention in a company. Generally, companies with a vast and diverse inventory cater to clients and local employees. Therefore, company inventory becomes a primary concern for various businesses. However, in some companies, inventory tracking still relies on software such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. This makes the recording and management of company inventory less efficient. Based on this issue, it is concluded that companies need an electronic inventory system or e-inventory. Hence, the development of a mobile-based inventory system is undertaken. This development utilizes the Waterfall method and the Flutter framework. The stages in the Waterfall method include requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The advantage of using this method is that the work is carried out gradually and systematically. The results of the research conducted using the Waterfall method include the creation of five pages or user interfaces: Dashboard, Login, Home, Saya, and Detail Alat. Each page has different functionalities. The user interface is created using the Flutter framework and tested using the black box testing method, resulting in alignment between user preferences and the application created.

Abstract

Background: Tele-expertise as part of telemedicine can be developed to overcome the problem of uneven distribution of specialist services, especially in dermatology. A technical framework is needed to guide the development of a tele-expertise system to suit the conditions and needs in Indonesia. Methods: The research was carried out in stages, the first stage was needs analysis by survey on general practitioners and dermato-venereologists. The second stage is a literature study and the third stage is the preparation of a tele-expertise framework model. Results and Discussion: In the first phase, 10 general practitioners and 2 skin specialists were willing to fill out the survey. In the second stage, various technical factors were found in telemedicine implementation. A framework model was compiled consisting of 4 main components including workflow, clinical content, infrastructure and interface. Conclusion: A tele-expertise framework model was prepared, especially in the field of dermatology. Further research is needed in the form of prototype testing based on the model for evaluation and development of the framework. In addition, the non-technical approach framework includes ethics, law and draft regulations need to be developed. Latar belakang: Tele-expertise sebagai bagian dari telemedisin dapat dikembangkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan penyebaran layanan dokter spesialis yang belum merata. Untuk itu dibutuhkan kerangka kerja (framework) teknis sebagai panduan pengembangan agar sesuai dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan di Indonesia. Metode: Penelitian bertahap, tahap pertama adalah analisis kebutuhan dengan survei Tahap kedua studi literatur kerangka kerja untuk telemedisin dan tahap ketiga penyusunan model kerangka kerja tele-expertise. Hasil dan Pembahasan: sebuah model framework disusun berdasarkan survei dan literatur yang terdiri dari 4 komponen utama meliputi alur kerja, konten klinis, infrastruktur dan antarmuka. Simpulan: Model kerangka kerja tele-expertise disusun khususnya untuk dermatologi. Diperlukan penelitian lanjut berupa pengujian purwarupa berdasarkan model tersebut untuk evaluasi dan pengembangan kerangka kerja. Selain itu kerangka-kerja pendekatan non-teknis meliputi etika, hukum dan rancangan regulasi perlu dikembangkan.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini mikroskop berfungsi untuk melihat objek terkecil yang ada di dalam kandungan urin. Ahli Tenaga Laboratorium Medis (ATLM) merupakan tenaga kesehatan yang menggunakan mikroskop untuk pengamatan. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan mengambil data dari Rumah Sakit Islam Yogyakarta PDHI dan mendapat 153 data pemeriksaan urin dari pasien yang datang ke Unit Gawat Darurat (UGD), rawat jalan, dan rawat inap. Dari 153 data yang diperoleh, di mana 53 di antaranya menunjukkan adanya urin dengan enam jenis kristal yang terdeteksi. Keenam jenis kristal tersebut meliputi kristal kalsium oksalat, kristal fosfat triple, fosfat amorf, kalsium karbonat, kristal amonium biurat, dan kristal asam urat. Sistem yang dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python ini fokus pada identifikasi jenis kristal amorf. Dalam sistem tersebut, hasil marking yang dilakukan oleh ahli pada objek kristal berhasil dikenali oleh sistem. Sistem sudah sesuai dengan hasil yang diperoleh dari pakar. Pengujian ini menggunakan Single Decision Threshold dan memperoleh hasil nilai sensitivity sebesar 0.63 atau dalam bentuk persen yaitu 63%. Sistem mendapatkan hasil nilai specificity sebesar 0.17 atau 17%. Sistem mendapatkan hasil nilai accuracy sebesar 0.36 atau 36% dan sistem mendapatkan hasil nilai precision sebesar 0.35 atau 35%. Kinerja sistem sebesar 26%.

Abstract

Kulit merupakan bagian pelindung terluar yang melapisi sebagian besar dari tubuh manusia. Kulit wajah menjadi bagian kulit paling sensitif sehingga lebih mudah bermasalah dibanding yang lainnya. Perawatan kulit wajah yang tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan timbulnya permasalahan kulit wajah yang baru atau bahkan memperburuk permasalahan sebelumnya. Mendeteksi tipe kulit menjadi langkah awal dalam pengobatan maupun perawatan. Selama ini, penentuan tipe kulit wajah harus dengan keterampilan dokter atau tenaga kesehatan dengan dibantu alat yang mahal dan sulit dimiliki, tetapi dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi saat ini memudahkan seseorang untuk menentukan tipe kulit wajah dengan lebih praktis dan mudah tanpa harus ke dokter. Dari beberapa penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya, tipe kulit wajah maupun penyakit yang timbul pada area wajah dapat dideteksi melalui pembelajaran citra dengan berbagai macam metode. Data citra yang digunakan sebagai pembelajaran berupa citra digital maupun citra mikroskopis yang kemudian diolah dengan berbagai metode ekstraksi ciri hingga diteruskan dengan klasifikasi tipe kulit. Proses tinjauan literatur menggunakan metode scoping review yang mengidentifikasi setiap literatur secara mendalam. Literatur yang digunakan disesuaikan dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan seperti topik pembahasan, ketersediaan literatur full text, dan abstrak. Tinjauan literatur ini menunjukkan bahwa akurasi pengolahan citra tidak hanya ditentukan berdasarkan metode, melainkan terdapat faktor lain seperti jumlah dan kualitas dataset yang digunakan serta ekstraksi ciri yang dilakukan. Hasil dari tinjauan literatur ini memberikan gambaran mengenai studi yang relevan dengan topik, perbedaan setiap literatur yang dibahas serta bermanfaat bagi peneliti yang akan mengembangkan teknologi pengolahan citra untuk menentukan tipe kulit wajah. AbstractSkin is the outer protective part that covers most of the human body. Facial skin is the most sensitive part of the skin hence it is more prone to problems than other parts. Improper facial skin care can cause new facial skin problems or even aggravate the previous problems. Detecting on the skin type is the first step in treatment or care. So far, determining the type of facial skin must be with the skills of a doctor or health worker with the help of tools that are expensive and difficult to have, but with current technological developments it makes it easier for someone to determine the type of facial skin more practically and easily without having to see a doctor. From the several previous studies, facial skin types and diseases that emerge in the facial area can be detected through image learning using various methods. Image data used as learning is in the form of digital images and microscopic images which are then processed using various feature extraction methods and then continued with skin type classification. The literature review process uses the scoping review method which identifies each literature in depth. The literature used is adjusted to predetermined the criteria such as the topic of discussion, the availability of full text literature, and the abstraction. This literature review shows that the accuracy of image processing is not only determined based on the method, but there are also other factors such as the number and quality of the datasets used and the feature extraction performed. The results of this literature review provide an overview of studies that are relevant to the topic, the differences in each literature discussed and are useful for researchers who will develop image processing technology to determine the type of facial skin.

Abstract

The 2023 data from Indonesia's Ministry of Health shows a high Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) of 183 per 100,000 live births, far exceeding the target of 70. According to a WHO report in 2020, 75% of maternal deaths are caused by factors such as hemorrhage, infection, hypertension during pregnancy, prolonged labor, and abortion. Some of these factors could be anticipated if a responsive and integrated readiness system was in place to assist pregnant women. This article describes the implementation of the Sustainable Health Management Information and Emergency Application for Mothers (ARIMBI) in the village of Tirtorahayu, Subdistrict of Galur, Regency of Kulon Progo. From this implementation, there are two key areas to be addressed: easy access to blood donors and the availability of emergency transport for pregnant women. These measures are crucial for reducing MMR, and ensuring pregnant women get timely emergency assistance.
