Abstract

The rapid development of technology has become a global challenge in the 21st century. As the century of industrial revolution 4.0 and 5.0 many changes in lifestyle and work. These changes triggered changes in the world of work. Vocational High Schools must adapt to these changes. This program aims to improve the skills of teachers in using Building Information Modeling (BIM) with Autodesk Revit software and project management skills with Microsoft Project software. This partner is the Surabaya City Construction and Property Technology Subject Teachers Council (MGMP). The program implementation is divided into three parts: the development of job sheets and video tutorials, Autodesk Revit training, and Microsoft Project training. The results obtained from this PKM program are as follows. (1) Job sheets and video tutorials for Autodesk Revit and Microsoft Project, (2) improving teachers' skills in using Autodesk Revit, and (3) improving teachers' skills in using Microsoft Project.

Abstract

Usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) memiliki peran penting dalam menggerakkan ekonomi masyarakat. Namun, banyak pelaku UKM masih menghadapi kendala dalam hal efisiensi produksi dan penerapan teknologi modern. Salah satunya adalah UKM Camilan Stik Sladri di Lamongan, yang selama ini memproduksi camilan secara manual dengan peralatan sederhana membuat kapasitas produksi terbatas, serta kualitas produk belum sepenuhnya memenuhi standar industri pangan. Program Pegabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas mitra dengan pengadaan mesin penggiling dan pengemas, serta pelatihan manajemen. Pelaksanaan program dibagi menjadi tiga bagian yaitu persiapan, pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan mesin, dan pelatihan manajemen. Hasil yang didapatkan dari program PKM ini adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Mesin penggiling semi otomatis dari bahan foodgrade, (2) Mesin pengemas semi otomatis dari bahan foodgrade, dan (3) Meningkatkan kemampuan manajemen produksi dan manajemen pemasaran. Pencapaian tersebut akhirnya dapat meningkatkan produktivitas berupa kuantitas dan kualitas produk yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the difference in student learning outcomes using the numbered head together (NHT) learning model and the problem based learning model. the type of research used is quasi experiment research with non-equivalent control group design using a quantitative approach. The research was carried out at State Vocational High School 1 Kediri Building Modeling and Information Design Expertise Program and took place in the odd semester of the 2025/2026 school year. The sampling technique used for this study was with a purposive sampling technique of 36 students as an experimental group and 33 students as a control group. The instrument used in this study is a test of 20 multiple-choice questions in measuring student learning outcomes. The data analysis technique in the study used a different test (t-test). The results of the study showed a significant difference in student learning outcomes using the Numbered Heads Together model (0.000) compared to the Problem-Based Learning model. The NHT model prioritizes collaboration and active participation, which has been proven to improve student learning outcomes. The NHT model prioritizes collaboration and active participation, proven to improve student understanding. This is shown by the interaction between students can strengthen their understanding through explaining to each other. In addition, the NHT model also encourages students to be more confident in expressing their opinions. Thus, the results of this study confirm the interactive and collaborative NHT model in improving student learning outcomes in the future.
