Abstract

Konservasi energi listrik sebagai pokok pelaksanaan manajemen energi listrik. Dalam konservasi energi listrik diharapkan konsumen akan mengkonsumsi energi listrik secara bijak sesuai kebutuhan (efektif dan efisien). Konservasi energi listrik lebih ditekankan pada sisi konsumen (demand side), karena pemborosan energi terbesar terjadi pada sisi ini. Faktor yang berpengaruh dalam konservasi energi listrik pada sisi konsumen antara lain : kebijakan / komitmen, perilaku pemahaman, perilaku dalam tindakan dan peralatan. Gedung - gedung kantor Pemda Badung berada dalam Kawasan Puspem Badung, tercatat sebagai pelanggan AP Prima PLN, daya 3.465 kVA, tarif P2. Mengkonsumsi energi listrik untuk peralatan gedung dan peralatan kerja. Berdasarkan UU nomor 30 Tahun 2007 beserta turunannya, gedung pemerintah diwajibkan melaksanakan konservasi energi listrik. Program jangka pendek untuk konservasi energi listrik di Kawasan dengan re-schedule dan re-trofit komponen peralatan. Program jangka panjang dengan redesain gedung dan sistem. Kontribusi pengaruh pola perilaku pegawai terhadap upaya konservasi energi listrik adalah positif dan signifikan sebesar 70,8%. Pola operasional peralatan merupakan cerminan dari perilaku dalam bentuk tindakan. Mengatur pola perilaku dalam tindakan sama dengan mengatur pola operasional peralatan yang digunakan.

Abstract

The high fuel demand in Indonesia has resulted in an increase in the ratio of imported fuels and weakened domestic energy security. In response to this, biofuels (BBN) was developed, one of which was bioethanol. The raw material for making bioethanol can be from a variety of objects, but paper is the most easily obtained bioethanol raw material around us. PT Temprina Media Grafika a subsidiary of Jawa Pos Group produces waste paper every day. From the waste is processed into bioethanol and is used as a generator fuel. From 1 kg of paper waste obtained 30 ml of bioethanol with a concentration of 86%. By mixing bioethanol in gasoline, a mixture of fuels called E85, E60 and E35 is obtained. While pure RON 88 gasoline from Pertamina is called E10. Through testing on the generator set with a load of 600 watts and 900 watts, measurements of voltage, power, frequency, RPM and SOFC were obtained that all parameters decreased when using bioethanol mixed fuels.

Abstract

The Telkomsel Renon Building serves as the regional telecommunications service office for the Bali and Nusa Tenggara area, covering an area of 5072 m2 with a PLN power capacity of 555 kVA. PT Telkom is committed to reducing energy consumption by implementing ISO 50001 energy management. Despite this, the use of 14 smart meters is still manually conducted, leading to a lack of real-time energy usage information. PLN data indicates an average energy consumption from 2017 to 2023 of 628.271 kWh, with an average annual cost of Rp. 696.915.017. Factors such as electrical equipment, room size, activities within, and building insulation affect the building's energy consumption. Inappropriate activities relative to room capacity can lead to energy wastage. One solution proposed for accurately monitoring energy usage in real-time involves the development of an Internet of Things (IoT) based application using Blynk. IoT is implemented in large meeting rooms with Central Split Duct AC and small meeting rooms with Split Wall AC. Measurement results indicate significantly higher energy consumption in large meeting rooms, reaching 4207.83 kWh, compared to only 467.06 kWh in small meeting rooms for similar activities. Discussions with users of small meeting rooms revealed their comfort and successful achievement of meeting objectives. By utilizing small meeting rooms, energy consumption can be reduced by up to 88.9%. Based on these findings, recommendations for room usage SOPs have been formulated for the Telkomsel Renon Building to realize energy-efficient practices towards green building standards. Abstract

Building Construction Permits are permits granted by the Regional Head to building owners to build new, change, expand, reduce or maintain buildings in accordance with administrative requirements and applicable technical requirements. Forecasting is an estimate or estimate of the occurrence of an event or event in the future. Forecasting is an important tool in efficient and effective planning. The process is to estimate what future needs include needs in terms of quantity, quality, time and location needed to fulfill the demand for goods or services. Forecasting is the initial part of a decision making process. Data for Building Construction Permits (IMB) was calculated using the Simple Moving Average and Exponential Smoothing method to determine the value of Mean Error, Mean Absolute Deviation, Mean Square Error, Standard Error, Mean Absolute Percent Error.

Abstract

The distributed generation technology or in this case abbreviated DG is a kind of power plants with small scale which prioritizes the utilization of renewable energy resources such as wind, water, solar, geothermal, ocean waves (Wave Energy), ocean currents (Ocean Current Energy), biomass, and biogass to produce the electrical energy with range of power generation between 1 kW-10 MW. One of the DG in Bali and still in operation is the garbage power plant which located in Suwung, South Denpasar. An analysis has been done using load flow analysis and reliability assessment to determine the effect of DG interconnection against the power losses and the level of reliability on the Serangan feeder. Based on the research that has been done, DG intercon-nection on the Serangan feeder decrease the power losses and increase the reliability and it can visible from the acquisition of SAIFI and SAIDI index which decreased. The best location of DG interconnection to get low of the power losses and the high level of reliability is at 97% from the total length of the feeder. At that location the power losses is decrease as big as 4.5 kW or 11.25% of the total power lossess without the DG interconnection and decrease of the SAIFI and SAIDI index respectively to 0.1 failure/customers/year and 1.4150 hour/ customer/year

Abstract

BMKG and BNBP are organizations formed by the government to handle disasters both before, pre-disaster and after a disaster occurs. BMKG and BNBP have several early warning systems, but it requires a long and long process for information to reach the community. This research was conducted to produce applications that can provide warnings to the community when an earthquake occurs and can provide information on the nearest evacuation site. Also this application is designed to be able to connect with friends or close relatives when an earthquake disaster occurs. The application will send notifications automatically to friends or close relatives when the user is affected by an earthquake. This Earthquake Warning and Mitigation application was developed based on mobile hybrids by utilizing open source earthquake data from InaSAFE and integrated with the Google Maps API.

Abstract

Intisari— Data merupakan aset bagi setiap perusahaan, utamanya adalah Data Pelanggan. Pengolahan data pelanggan selanjutnya dapat disebut sebagai Data Mining. Ketatnya persaingan industri saat ini membuat perusahaan harus cermat didalam mengolah data pelanggan mereka, salah satunya pengolahan data pelanggan untuk operasi CRM. Dimana tujuannya adalah untuk dapat mengenali pelanggan dengan menganalisis perilaku pelanggan. Sehingga ini dapat menjadi suatu investasi bagi perusahaan. Perilaku pelanggan dapat diramalkan dengan menggunakan RFM model. Dan pada penelitian ini penulis melakukan literature review mengenai implementasi RFM Model pada data mining didalam membantu perusahaan untuk lebih memahami pelanggan mereka. Dari hasil review yang dilakukan RFM model pada rentang Tahun 2016 – 2021 lebih banyak dikombinasikan dengan teknik data mining yaitu algoritma clustering, dimana tujuannya adalah untuk mengelompokkan atau melakukan segmentasi pelanggan. Dan dari hasil review penulis juga memformulasikan riset yang dapat dilakukan, yaitu mengkombinasikan RFM model dengan metode TOPSIS.

Abstract

Telkom Indonesia introduced fixed broadband, with its IndiHome product in 2015. According to the Triple Play service, IndiHome's flagship service, as well as other services, the core of IndiHome products is its internet service. Other services, such as voice (telephone) and interactive television (UseeTV) are ride products (augmented products). The goal of this study is to provide insight for future studies that will be conducted by researchers on service quality, which includes network quality, customer service, information quality, and customer data security. It also involves customer satisfaction, behavioural loyalty, and attitude loyalty. The issue in this study is that the number of customers who churn (unsubscribe the services) is increasing, indicating that customers are less loyal to IndiHome services. This study sent a questionnaire to 258 Witel Denpasar respondents who had subscribed to IndiHome for more than one month and had visited the Plaza Telkom in August 2022 in order to collect respondents' responses. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique with certain considerations. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires online via the Google form. And the data analysis technique used in this study is the structural equation modelling (SEM) method using LISREL 8.8 software. Abstract

Simplebiz application is a general term for 20 desktop-based business applications that have been built and developed by PT. Bamboomedia Cipta Persada. Until now, the number of users of the simplebiz application throughout Indonesia has reached 10,508 people, while the number of technical support in the IT-helpdesk division at PT. Bamboomedia Cipta Persada only 2 people. Based on these problems, it is necessary to have a system that can be used by users of the simplebiz application to obtain solutions to the problems they face, as if they were consulting directly with a technical support, so that it is expected to be able to help technical support in the IT-helpdesk division at PT. Bamboomedia Cipta Persada in handling and reducing the number of complaints received either face-to-face, by telephone, or via SMS. In this research, an IT-helpdesk system for maintenance and simplebiz application tutorial has been successfully designed and built using forward chaining and certainty factor Methods. The percentage of confidence from the solution generated by the system to the problems faced by simplebiz application users is 80% and the level of confidence from the output to the contribution of solving the problem is ALMOST SURE.

Abstract

The development of the Internet of Things today is very rapid. one form of this development is a Smart-Building or smart building. Smart buildings require a form of system that can monitor the building in real time and efficiently. in this study designed a prototype form of a smart building system by adding a detector for the number of people using the ESP32cam camera sensor. The number of people object detection adapts the careful YOLOv3 Algorithm to 5 different lighting conditions, dimmed 50% and 75%, increased 50% and 75% and normal conditions. The results of this implementation show that the mAP value exceeds 90% in all of these lighting conditions. The YOLOv3 algorithm applied to the smart building prototype system has succeeded in detecting and counting the number of people objects in an image captured by the camera sensor.
