Abstract

Shopping is an activity that is often made public. Of all the activities undertaken consumer spending, not all of which are planned purchases. This phenomenon has attracted the attention of research, particularly in countries developed. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of demographic variables, quality of service, atmosphere shop to impulse buying. This research was conducted at Hypermart Mal Bali Galeria. The number of samples taken 180 peoples, with the purposive sampling method. Analysis technique usedd is a mulltiple linear regression. These results indicate that demographic variables, quality of service, the atmosphere stores have a significant effect on impulse buying at Hypermart Mal Bali Galeria.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan brand image terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan kamera DSLR Canon. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 orang pengguna kamera DSLR Canon yang ada dikota Denpasar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Pada penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa kualitas produk dan brand image berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan konsumen, serta kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas pelanggan kamera Canon DSLR sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan konsumen, dimana kepuasan konsumen tercipta dari produk yang berkualitas yang diberikan oleh perusahaan Canon kepada pelanggannya serta brand image yang sudah melekat pada konsumen kamera Canon DSLR.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the influence of environmental, personal, and psychological to the consumer's decision to visit the Bali International Park Bird Imagery in Singapadu, Gianyar. This research was conducted at PT. Image Bali Bird Park International, which is located at Jalan Ngurah Gambir Sergeant Cok, Singapadu, Batubulan, Gianyar. Samples were taken of 120 people with purposive sampling method. Data was collected through questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure the 12 indicators. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that each variable environmental, personal, and psychological positive and significant impact on the consumer's decision to visit the Bali International Park Bird Imagery in Singapadu, Gianyar. This suggests that the environment variables, personal, and psychological can affect consumer's decision to visit the Bali Bird Park International in Singapadu image, Gianyar

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas layanan dan persepsi harga terhadap word of mouth (WOM) melalui kepuasan pelanggan sebagai pemediasi. Penelitian dilakukan di kota Denpasar, Bali dengan populasi yang digunakan yaitu seluruh pelanggan layanan transportasi Go-Jek serta ukuran sampel sebesar 100 orang responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan menggunakan skala likert untuk mengukur 15 indikator. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah path analysis dengan uji asumsi klasik dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan dan persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap WOM, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap WOM, kepuasan pelanggan secara positif dan siginifikan memediasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan persepsi harga terhadap WOM. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa perusahaan diharapkan mampu fokus terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan persepsi harga untuk dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan sehingga mampu menciptakan WOM positif. Kata kunci: kualitas pelayanan, persepsi harga, kepuasan pelanggan, word of mouth

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan secara empiris bahwa (1) Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), dan Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap return saham pada perusahaan real estate and property di Bursa Efek Indonesia, dan (2) Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), dan Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap return saham pada perusahaan real estate and property di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi penelitian seluruh perusahaan real estate and property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2010-2012. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purpossive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa secara parsial, Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), dan Earning Per Share (EPS) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return saham. Secara simultan menunjukkan Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), dan Earning Per Share (EPS) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return saham. Kata Kunci : Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), dan Return saham This study aims to demonstrate empirically that (1) Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Earnings Per Share (EPS) partial effect on stock returns in real estate and property companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange, and (2) return On Assets (ROA), return on Equity (ROE) and Earnings Per Share (EPS) simultaneously influence on stock returns of real estate and property companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is quantitative research with the all population real estate and property company which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2012. Purposive sampling method were used as samples determining method. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion we concluded that partial, Return On Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Earnings Per Share (EPS) no significant effect on stock return. The results simultaneously showed that Return On Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and the Earning Per Share (EPS) no significant effect on stock return. keyword : Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), and stock return

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the influence of Country of Origin Perception, Perceived Quality and Promotion on Brand Image and Purchase Intention. Then to analyze whether Brand Image always affect consumers to make purchases of products especially smartphones made in Indonesia. To achieve that goal used as many as 125 respondents taken by purposive sampling with questionnaires as a method of data collection. The data is processed by means of analysis of Structural Equation Modeling. The results show that Country of Origin Perception, Perceived Quality and Promotion affect Purchase Intention either without or through Brand Image. Thus, it is suggested that Indonesian smartphone business players are expected to increase their promotion intensity and product performance in order to be able to build a consumer brand image that will ultimately affect the buying interest of Indonesian smartphone consumers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kenikmatan berbelanja dalam memediasi kepribadian terhadap impulse buying pada Stradivarius Beachwalk di Kabupaten Badung. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak sebanyak 125 responden.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kenikmatan berbelanja di Stradivarius Beachwalk Kabupaten Badung. Kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying di Stradivarius Beachwalk Kabupaten Badung. Kenikmatan berbelanja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying di Stradivarius Beachwalk Kabupaten Badung. Serta kenikmatan berbelanja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sebagai variabel yang mampu memediasi kepribadian terhadap impulse buying di Stradivarius Beachwalk Kabupaten Badung. Sehubungan dengan hasil dan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini, maka diharapkan pihak pengelola Stradivarius lebih memberikan rasa nyaman saat konsumen berbelanja dan hendaknya lebih memperhatikan kenyaman suhu di dalam ruangan.

Abstract

Retail business has a rapid development, especially in Indonesia. It is indicated by the increasing number of traditional retail business which begins to fix itself into a modern retail business or an independent modern retail business. The increased number of modern retail pushes the competition of the business world to the next level, so it requires retail entrepreneurs to optimize their strategy which known as marketing mix retail. Impulse Buying Behavior as a result of the successful strategic marketing mix retail often wished to happen to indicate the existence of the retail business. Similarly, with the modern retail which exists in Denpasar city, who is trying to develop its marketing mix strategy in the hope of impulse buying behavior. This research has a purpose of explaining the influence of Merchandise, Atmospheric outlet and promotion toward Impulse Buying Behavior with positive emotion variable as an Intervening variable on modern retail in Denpasar city. To reach that purpose, 100 (one hundred) respondents are used which selected by purposive sampling with a questionnaire as the method for data gathering. The data is processed with the SEM PLS analysis tool. The result shows that Merchandise variable, Atmospheric outlet, and promotion has a positive influence significantly on Positive emotion. The same with Merchandise variable, Atmospheric outlet and Promotion, and positive Emotion significantly influence the Impulse buying behavior. Positive Emotion variable significantly partially mediates the influence of Merchandise, Atmospheric outlet, and Promotion about Impulse buying behavior.

Abstract

Indomaret is a mini retail network that sells a variety of basic necessities as well as daily necessities. This retail uses overall system cost advantages or cost leadership. This cost advantage, making Indomaret ready to become a manufacturer with a low cost to the industry. Minimarket even this development is so rapid. This development was also accompanied public interest to shop at the minimarket is increased because of the opinion that the modern market (including minimarket) is neat, clean and practical than traditional retail. This thing become a big challenge for traditional retailers. This research is an observational research in a research objects within a certain period conducted in the traditional retail the title is Dampak Indomaret Terhadap Pedagang Ritel Tradisional di Desa Mengwi Kabupaten Badung. The purpose of this study was to determine their impact on traditional retail Indomaret including mini market in Mengwi. This study is a quantitative study using survey research methods. Survey research is a quantitative study using structured questions / systematic same to many people, then all the answers obtained by researchers recorded, processed, and analyzed. The results of research that Indomaret a significant impact on the existence of traditional retail merchants.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Kerwa Nature Park (TWA) Kerandangan is one of the tropical forest area on the island of Lombok and has been designated as a conservation area since June 1, 1992. As a conservation area TWA Kerandangan has a high diversity of insect species. The diversity of these insects can be used as bioindicator of environmental stability in TWA Kerandangan. This study aims to identify soil insects, as well as to know the diversity of insects in the TWA Kerandangan area. This research was conducted at TWA Kerandangan and insect identification was done at Biology Laboratory of FPMIPA IKIP Mataram in June 2016. This research was conducted by using Pitfall trap technique in two different location that is on flat land and bumpy land and at two time different in the morning and evening. Result of research on TWA Kerandangan obtained 5 species of insects namely Empoasca fabae, Camponotus modoc, Myrmecocystus mexicanus, Asemoplus montanus and Gryllus spyang total of 124 individuals. The values of the diversity index (H ') for the Empoasca fabaeyaitu species were 0.038, Camponotus modoc0,161, Myrmecocystus mexicanus0,213, Asemoplus montanus0,066 and Gryllus sp 0.175. The highest diversity index value is found in Myrmecocystus mexicanus species and the lowest diversity index value is found in Empoasca fabae species.
