Abstract

College accreditation by BAN-PT is one of the parameters in determining the quality of universities in Indonesia. As consideration to achieve the standard from BAN-PT, so they have an evaluation process itself in study program or college to be meet the standard universities when set by the BAN-PT. In carrying out the process of self evaluation, required data source that is used as the basis in assessing on a criteria. In most of the study program, all data spread on the system information and physical document that different, that is require more time and effort to integrate up to interpret. Data warehouse fight important in collecting data that spread and become an information. The process data warehouse with ETL used to integrate, extract, clean, transforming and reload into the data warehouse. With the existence of the data warehouse on Academic STIMIK STIKOM Bali can make it easier for executives to get the information to support the standard accreditation standart three and can be used as a reference in decision making.

Abstract

Today, excessive use of electrical energy will certainly cause energy wastage, given the energy crisis that has hit all countries, the government must have made efforts to save energy use. In 2019, the energy consumption of the Badung Regency DPRD Building was 41.8 kWh/m2 month, when compared to the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 13 on an Air-conditioned Building, which was 14 kWh/m2 month, the DPRD Building was included in the wasteful category. Based on these problems, efforts are needed to evaluate the use of electrical energy in the DPRD Building by means of energy conservation. The purpose of the study was to identify the potential for saving electrical energy that can be applied to the Badung Regency DPRD Building. The research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach where the results of calculations and measurements are then described and compared with Indonesian national standards on energy conservation. The results of the research show that the potential for saving electrical energy can be done by replacing the standard Split AC into a low watt AC where the electrical energy savings are obtained by 11.62% or a budget savings of Rp. 21,068,468.-

Abstract

In 2020 as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of patients at the Mangusada Hospital continued to increase. The increasing number of patients has led to a change in the function of the room in handling special patients with Covid-19. The change in the function of the room will certainly have an impact on changes in electrical energy consumption. The results showed that the measurement of light intensity and room temperature in Building C of RSD Mangusada did not meet the standards of the Minister of Health Regulation No. 7 of 2019. The factor causing the non-fulfillment of light intensity was because many lights had dimmed and died and in the air system the standards were not met due to performance. AC that is not optimal in cooling the room but is still used if this continues will be a waste of energy. Energy saving efforts can be applied to the lighting system by replacing TL-D lamps with 36watt power consumption, 2850 lumens with LED tube type EM/ Mains T8 lamps, power consumption of 18.2 watts, 2900 lumens where energy savings are obtained by 49.4% or budget savings of Rp. 134,514,169,-

Abstract

The problem with waste in Jember Regency is that waste management has not been maximized. The abundant availability of combustible waste can be used as RDF as waste to energy. This study analyzed the potential RDF and the feasibility of constructing a PLTSa at TPA Pakusari using the life cycle cost method and the electricity cost is calculated by LCoE. Waste management of refuse-derived fuel in order to meet the quality standards of RDF is carried out by pre-treatment in the form of sorting, enumeration, natural or mechanical drying, and sifting. The capacity of RDF is 83.762 kg/day, with a potential power generated using gasification technology of 1.000.621 Watt. The level of GHG emissions produced is 1,8 tCO2. The PLTSa project plan is equipped with an air pollution management unit. The results of the economic analysis show that the LCC value during a lifetime is Rp. 75.903.806.400. The feasibility of the Pakusari PLTSa development plan is declared feasible with a PBP value of 13 years. The NPV value with an interest rate of 8,5% is Rp. 22.065.398.707, and the IRR value is 14,35%. In the profitability index and net B/C criteria, the project is declared feasible with a value of 2,3.

Abstract

GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) is a system of connecting and disconnecting the power grid which is packaged in a non-ferrous tube, using gaseous sulfur hexaflouride (SF6) as the insulation medium. The 150 kV of GIS Pecatu is located in Pecatu Village, South Kuta, Badung Regency, Bali Province. This GIS was built to help supply 120 MW of energy because of the load in Badung area, especially Pecatu and Nusa Dua, is increasing. So, it is necessary to know the differential relay current settings when there is a fault of short circuit in GIS Pecatu to produce an effective, selective and reliable safety system. When there is a fault of 11.58 kA the relay will work immediately within 0 SI, this proves that the differential relay with Instantaneous characteristics will immediately command a trip when the fault current has surpass the set value. From the calculation results, the setting of the main safety relay has worked in appropriate with the SPLN standard No. 52-1 1984 for the 150 kV system.

Abstract

Renewable energy is a naturally available energy source in nature, including wind, bioenergy, geothermal heat, solar radiation, flowing and high-drop water, as well as oceanic motion and temperature changes. Planning for the Micro Hydro Power Plant (PLTMH) in Yeh Dikis Banjar Lebah, Tabanan Regency, utilizes an AC generator as one of the ways renewable energy can be utilized. The literature review and observation methods were employed in this study to determine the turbine rotation speed required to drive the generator and to select the appropriate generator. Yeh Dikis River in Banjar Lebah, Tabanan Regency has a capacity of 30.62 kW, with a crossflow turbine operating at a rotation speed of 539 rpm and a torque of 321.81 Nm. The calculation results indicate that the generator capacity to be used is 21.55 kVA. Therefore, the chosen generator is the Generator Head Alternator with a rotation speed of 1500 rpm, providing an output power of 15.516 kW, a generator current of 31.75 A, and an efficiency of 90%. Since the turbine and generator rotation speeds are not compatible, a mechanical transmission system is required, achieved by designing pulley and belt ratios.

Abstract

Solar Power System as one of the uses of renewable energy whose use is very widespread and one of its implementations is on the roof of the DH Electrical Engineering Building of Udayana University. The increase in the use of solar power plants is followed by an increase in the use of switching equipment such as inverters that produce harmonic distortions and affect the power quality of the electrical system. This investigation aims to analyze the condition of THD in inverters and analyze factors related to THD in inverters, one of which is solar irradiation. THDi output inverter inverter PLTS Udayana University exceeds the permitted IEEE 519-2014 standard, which is a maximum of 5%. The relationship that occurs between irradiation and the inverter of Udayana University PLTS when connected to the load is inversely proportional so that when irradiation is high during the day, the THDi output of the inverter will be low and vice versa in the evening.

Abstract

Sistem tenaga listrik yang handal dan energi listrik dengan kualitas yang baik mempunyai kontribusi penting bagi kehidupan masyarakat modern, PT. PLN (Persero) UID Bali selaku penyedia jasa kelistrikan di Bali merencanakan pengembangan sistem distribusi 20kV agar didapat susut teknis distribusi dan drop tegangan yang sesuai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui posisi rekonfigurasi jaringan yang tepat untuk menanggulangi drop tegangan yang melebihi batas standar pada penyulang penebel. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis hasil penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode aliran daya Newton Raphson pada software aliran daya. Studi rekonfigurasi jaringan yang dilakukan pada penyulang penebel dengan cara memindahkan sebagian beban penyulang penebel ke penyulang Jatiluwih pada titik potong LBS Sekartaji mendapatkan persentase nilai drop tegangan yang sesuai dengan standar SPLN yaitu semula drop tegangan penyulang penebel sebesar 11,56% turun menjadi 8,6% dan penyulang Jatiluwih semula 5,78% menjadi 9,8%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mobilitas penyandang quadriplegia dengan merancang dan membangun kursi roda yang dikontrol melalui perintah suara. Metode penelitian mencakup pengumpulan data, desain menggunakan Fusion-360, perakitan kerangka dan sistem elektrik, pemrograman Arduino Nano, serta pengujian dan kesimpulan. Kursi roda ini dilengkapi dengan modul pengenalan suara untuk menerima perintah, Arduino Nano Atmega328P sebagai pengolah input dan output, dan sensor ultrasonik SRF-05 untuk sistem pengereman otomatis. Hasil menunjukkan kursi roda dapat dikontrol sesuai perintah suara dengan keberhasilan 75%. Sensor ultrasonik SRF-05 mampu mendeteksi hambatan hingga 400 cm dengan dimensi minimal hambatan 1,5 cm diameter dan 15 cm tinggi. Konsumsi energi terbesar adalah 37-Wh untuk pengguna seberat 76 kg dengan waktu operasi 21,17 menit. Kata Kunci— Voice Recognition; Electric Wheelchair; Quadriplegia.

Abstract

The island of Bali is geographically surrounded by the ocean, therefore its coastal areas are often visited by garbage coming from the sea. Garbage is one of the most serious problems in the coastal areas of the beaches on the island of Bali, Biaung Beach located in Kesiman Kertalangu Village, East Denpasar is one of the beaches that is often visited by garbage from the sea, where the garbage per day reaches 38 kg / day. The purpose of this study was to determine the steam pressure generated by a boiler with a capacity of 9 liters of water and 10 kg of organic waste in a Waste Power Plant (PLTSa). The descriptive quantitative method used in this study is to determine the steam rate coming out of the boiler with 53.26% organic waste moisture content in the PLTSa Prototype using a 13.6 kilogram freon tube and 3 bar vapor pressure, a power of 209 watts is obtained.
