Abstract

The rapid development of information technology (IT), on the one hand, has the potential to increase the number of cyber attacks, so cyber security needs to be handled properly. As the weakest element, efforts are needed to increase cyber security awareness on the user side. Artificial intelligence (AI), which is increasingly developing and widely applied in various fields of life, has the potential to be used to increase security awareness in users. To study this further, a literature study, review, and mapping analysis were conducted from a number of references in order to obtain an overview of the potential and future research plans related to the use of AI in cyber security for security awareness along with providing recommendations. This study conducted a study and analysis using the mapping review method on 37 selected papers indexed by Google Scholar, referring to the NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) framework. The results of the mapping review show that the mapping of publications related to the application of AI to cyber security to increase security awareness is the most in 2024, with the most trends being education/training, and the most widely used AI method is deep learning. This study recommends education and deep learning as areas that can be taken for future research related to the application of AI to cyber security.

Abstract

In the growing era of digitalization, the use of technology is a solution to improve the efficiency of health services. Health centers often face the problem of long and irregular queues. A promising solution is the use of an Arduino Uno-based digital queue. This system allows patients to register electronically through a counter or mobile app. After registration, the patient is given a queue number which is displayed on the LCD screen. The advantage of this system is that it reduces patient waiting time, improves service efficiency, and helps medical staff manage queues better. This research aims to create an Arduino Uno-based digital queuing system at the Dauh Puri Sub-Community Health Center in West Denpasar. This tool consists of Arduino Uno, thermal printer, LCD display, speaker, and wireless push button at the counter. Testing shows that all devices are well integrated, providing timely responses. In conclusion, the Arduino Uno-based digital queue can improve efficiency and patient satisfaction at the health center.

Abstract

The Balinese Traditional Village of Financial Information Management System (SIKUAT) is a web-based information technology service used to manage the financial administration of 1,493 Traditional Villages in Bali. To ensure service quality, user convenience, and improved service performance aligned with user needs, it is necessary to conduct a service management audit on SIKUAT. This research focuses on auditing the service management of SIKUAT by adopting the ITIL 4 framework, particularly within the domains of continual improvement, service continuity management, and infrastructure and platform management. The assessment was carried out using the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) method through interviews and document analysis. The results of the audit indicate that the maturity level of the SIKUAT service is at level 3 (defined) with an average score of 3,86, while the capability level is at level 2 (managed). The continual improvement domain has the highest maturity level, reaching level 4, which indicates that the improvement processes are relatively well-directed. However, the service continuity management domain and the infrastructure and platform management domain still require serious attention to improve their maturity levels, which are currently still at level 3. This condition indicates the need for further improvements in service sustainability and infrastructure management. Based on the audit results, it is recommended to establish a comprehensive infrastructure maintenance policy, define standards for incident handling, and conduct regular evaluations of features and data security. The implementation of these recommendations is expected to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of the SIKUAT service, thereby supporting more transparent and accountable financial governance in Traditional Villages. In addition, this study may serve as a reference for the Provincial Government of Bali in improving the SIKUAT service.

Abstract

One of the main roles of BMKG in Serving the public is to provide weather forecast information. The accuracy of such information highly depends on the operational condition of the instruments used, including weather radar as one of the primary tools. A reliable weather radar ensures the generation of accurate observational data, which forms the basis of weather forecasting. This study aims to assess the reliability of the weather radar operated by BBMKG Region III Badung, which has been in service for over 15 years. The evaluations were conducted using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method based on the latest calibration data from 2024. The analysis revealed several significant potential failures, particularly in the receiver component, with Risk Priority Number (RPN) values exceeding 100. These findings indicate a high level of risk that could affect the radar’s sensitivity in detecting rainfall. Nevertheless, the weather radar at BBMKG Region III remains capable of identifying rainfall intensity ranging from light to very heavy. Abstract

Tidak semua orang mengenal motif tradisional yang beragam hanya melalui ciri-ciri yang tampak secara visual. Sering kali mereka salah dalam mengenali motif tertentu, dikarenakan motif yang bervariasi dan hampir serupa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi deteksi motif kain yang mampu mengenali citra dari kain tenun dengan cepat dan tepat menggunakan algoritma Learning Vector Quantization. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Learning Vector Quantization untuk proses deteksi motif tradisional Bali dan ekstraksi fitur tepi dengan metode Sobel. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dilihat dari cara memperolehnya adalah data primer. Pada penelitian ini data motif yang digunakan sebanyak 210 citra, dengan citra yang digunakan sebagai data training sebanyak 80% atau 168 citra dan data testing sebanyak 20% atau 42 citra. Data tersebut dibagi menjadi 6 kelas dari masing-masing motif yang digunakan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan observasi langsung ke objek penelitian. Teknik pengujian yang digunakan yaitu pengujian akurasi pada algoritma Learning Vector Quantization. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu melakukan deteksi motif tradisional Bali dengan mengimplementasikan algoritma Learning Vector Quantization dan metode ekstraksi fitur tepi Sobel dimana hasil ekstraksi fitur Sobel berpengaruh terhadap citra yang akan di klasifikasi dan di deteksi.

Abstract

Permintaan dan kebutuhan terhadap layanan jaringan yang lebih cendrung ke arah layanan data yang cepat dan bergerak, maka mendorong diperlukannya penerapan teknologi 5G. Teknologi 5G belum diimplementasikan di Indonesia. Sehingga pada penelitian ini dilakukan perencanaan jaringan 5G menggunakan sistem 5G dengan frekuensi 869 MHz di Kota Denpasar memanfaatkan menara rooftop. Menara rooftop digunakan untuk menghemat ruang, lahan yang sifatnya terbatas, dan nilai estetika. Untuk itu lokasi menara ditempatkan pada bangunan yang bernama balai banjar. Ketinggian menara menyesuaikan dengan jumlah lantai dari balai banjar. Apabila balai banjar memiliki 1, 2, dan 3 lantai maka ketinggian menara juga menyesuaikan. Ketinggian menara secara berturut-turut adalah 13, 18 dan 22 meter. Pada perencanaan coverage menggunakan model propagasi rugi-rugi lintasan dengan pengaruh shadowing. Model propagasi ini digunakan dengan pertimbangan penggunaan frekuensi yang fleksibel dan kota Denpasar merupakan daerah urban. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemetaan lokasi menara rooftop dan coverage jaringan 5G di Kota Denpasar. Sehingga hasilnya dapat dijadikan pertimbangan dalam perencanaan jaringan 5G yang menggunakan menara rooftop. Perencanaan jaringan 5G dilakukan melalui menghitung jari-jari sel dengan model propagasi rugi-rugi lintasan dengan pengaruh shadowing, menghitung coverage, menghitung jumlah lokasi menara rooftop, dan pemetaan pada google earth. Hasil analisis adalah jari-jari yang dihasilkan adalah 70,4479 m dengan luas coverage 0,0129 km2. Jumlah menara rooftop yang diperlukan adalah 366 ditempatkan di balai banjar dan 11.550 ditempatkan di luar balai banjar. Sehingga pemanfaatan lokasi balai banjar sebagai lahan lokasi menara rooftop adalah sebesar 3,07% dan di luar balai banjar sebesar 96,93%. AbstractThe demand for and the need for network services that are more inclined towards fast and mobile data services, encourages the need for the application of 5G technology. 5G technology has not been implemented in Indonesia. So that in this study, a 5G network planning was carried out using a 5G system with a frequency of 869 MHz in Denpasar City using a rooftop tower. Rooftop towers are used to save space, limited land, and aesthetic value. For this reason, the location of the tower is placed in a building called the balai banjar. The height of the tower adjusts to the number of floors of the balai banjar. If the balai banjar has 1, 2, and 3 floors, the tower height will also adjust. The tower heights are 13, 18 and 22 meters, respectively. In coverage planning using the path loss propagation model with shadowing effect. This propagation model is used considering the use of flexible frequencies and the city of Denpasar is an urban area. The purpose of this study is to determine the mapping of the rooftop tower location and 5G network coverage in Denpasar City. So that the results can be taken into consideration in planning a 5G network that uses a rooftop tower. Planning for the 5G network is done by calculating the cell radius with the path loss propagation model with the shadowing effect, calculating coverage, calculating the number of rooftop tower locations, and mapping on Google Earth. The result of the analysis is that the resulting radius is 70.4479 m with a coverage area of 0.0129 km2. The required number of rooftop towers is 366 placed in the balai banjar and 11,550 placed outside the balai banjar. So that the use of the balai banjar location as a rooftop tower location is 3.07% and outside the balai banjar is 96.93%.

Abstract

In the realm of public healthcare, integrating information technology (IT) must be judiciously balanced with heightened security awareness among users, given the escalating frequency of cyberattacks targeting this sector. Despite the availability of various product and service solutions aimed at enhancing user security awareness, these efforts have yet to yield optimal outcomes. There is a pressing need for innovative approaches to bolster healthcare user security awareness through IT, particularly leveraging the rapidly advancing field of artificial intelligence (AI). This study conducts a comprehensive review of prior research on the application of AI, specifically Large Language Models (LLM), within the domain of healthcare cybersecurity from 2014 to 2024. The objective is to ascertain the volume of publications, trace the evolution of publication trends, and assess the potential and positioning of research in this area. Employing a bibliometric analysis methodology, this study analyzes a dataset comprising 1000 related publications indexed by Google Scholar. The findings reveal that publications concerning applying LLM AI in healthcare cybersecurity constituted 12.82% in 2023, with a significant increase to 87.18% in 2024, representing a 6.8-fold rise. The mapping of publication developments is categorized into 24 clusters, with large language models, healthcare, retrieval-augmented generation, LLM, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity emerging as the six most frequently discussed keywords in the research landscape. Consequently, this study underscores the substantial potential for current and future research on the application of AI in healthcare cybersecurity, advocating for the development of AI-based solutions to enhance healthcare user security awareness.

Abstract

Autopilot is a system control application on moving vehicles such as airplanes, helicopters, or boat, which serves to stabilize the direction of motion in the desired time and the programmed path's direction. the autopilot control system is controlled by a series of microcontrollers and GPS that has the function to be able to determine and the desired object. This control system is designed with electrical system controls that utilize microcontrollers, sensor  and GPS as control media. The development of autopilot prototypes is used for testing new control algorithms and the reliability of other electronic components such as sensors and microprocessors. A control system is needed to control the boat to its destination. The relatively accurate system dynamics model affects the steering performance of the autopilot system. The system in question can be considered a boat with an actuator rudder, which experiences external disturbances. this system is broadly divided into two parts: the control station part and the autonomous boat part. These two parts communicate with each other using LoRa device. The data sent from the control station to the autonomous boat is target latitude and longitude coordinates. The autonomous boat will send feedback in the form of boat latitude and longitude coordinates so that users can find out the current location of the boat. Autonomous Boat also provides feedback to the control station via LoRa in the form of boat coordinates so that users can find out the current location of the boat and whether the boat has reached the specified coordinates. The control station will send feedback from the boat to a database that can be monitored via the website to find out the boat's current condition on the website. Based on the  results that have been obtained in the analysis and testing of the system. GPS sensor used in autonomous boat Ublox NEO-7m has an accuracy level with an average distance value of 3.220921 meters with the lowest cold start time of 7 seconds.  Compass sensor used in autonomous boat CMPS11 has an accuracy level with an average value of 3.041667 degrees. Communication distance between autonomous boat and control station using LoRa with 5dBi antenna can reach 1406.79 meters in condition without obstruction between nodes.  Data delivery system can be successfully sent from user to autonomout boat and sending feedback back to user. Delay update of boat coordinate data on interface has the lowest average of 30.8 seconds. Based on turning circle test results, autonomous boat is able to create imperfect circles with a radius of 8,364 m.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of Bose Chaudhuri–Hocquenghem (BCH) coding (7,4) in a Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum (DSSS) system using Pseudo Noise (PN) spreading code, under frequency selective fading and white Gaussian noise (AWGN) channel conditions. Simulations were performed using MATLAB Simulink to compare the system performance against Bit Error Rate (BER) at various values of bit energy to noise power density (Eb/No). The simulation results show that the use of BCH generally improves system performance by significantly reducing the BER value. At high Eb/No, the performance of PN + BCH is slightly better. This indicates that the effectiveness of signal coding and spreading is strongly influenced by channel conditions and noise levels. Code length, spreading type, and error correction method play an important role in optimizing digital communication performance.

Abstract

Pembatalan pemesanan hotel merupakan permasalahan krusial yang berdampak langsung pada pendapatan dan perencanaan operasional. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi penerapan threshold adjustment dan cost-based evaluation untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan bisnis. Penelitian ini melibatkan perbandingan beberapa jenis model machine learning menggunakan dataset hotel booking demand. Kinerja model dinilai menggunakan metrik F0.5-Score, precision, ROC AUC, dan pendekatan cost-based evaluation berbasis net revenue. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Random Forest memberikan kinerja terbaik dengan F0.5-Score 0.8279, precision 0.878 dan ROC AUC 0.9165. Model lain seperti Logistic Regression (baseline) dengan F0.5-Score 0.7816, XGBoost dengan F-.5-Score 0.8108 dan ANN dengan F0.5-Score 0.8091 menunjukan performa lebih relatif lebih rendah, mengindikasikan bahwa dataset ini lebih cocok menggunakan pendekatan ensamble learning. Temuan penting mengungkapkan bahwa penyesuaian threshold berdasarkan F0.5-Score tidak selalu menghasilkan keuntungan ekonomi maksimum. Penggunaan threshold (0.52) terbukti menghasilkan nilai net revenue lebih tinggi dibandingkan threshold optimal berbasis F0.5-Score. Pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan bisnis bagi manajer hotel dalam pengelolaan risiko finansial.
