Abstract

Remaja merupakan masa peralihan dari anak-anak menuju dewasa yang memiliki berbagai permasalahan dan adaptasi dalam dirinya. Perkembangan dan pertumbuhan remaja yang tidak diperhatikan serta dipantau dengan baik, dapat menyebabkan penyimpangan kepribadian bahkan terjadinya depresi pada remaja. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasikan kepribadian dan depresi pada remaja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan consecutive sampling. Instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner JTI (Jung’s Type Indicator)  untuk melihat tipe kepribadian dan CDI (Children’s Depression Inventory) untuk mengukur depresi pada remaja. Analisis yang digunakan berupa analisis univariat menggunakan uji distribusi frekuensi. Hasil uji distribusi frekuensi didapatkan bahwa mayoritas remaja memiliki tipe kepribadian ekstrovert sebanyak 144 orang (83.2%) dan mayoritas remaja memiliki depresi berat sebanyak 111 orang (64.2%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic in providing nursing care to achieve goals in meeting the needs and independence of patients. The research method used is quantitative research with a descriptive survey design. The results showed that the majority of respondents were female, as many as 57 people (79.2%), the last education was D3 nursing, as many as 26 people (36.1%), the average age was 34.5 years with the lowest age of 23 years and the highest was 47 years, the average length of work was 9.03 years with the lowest tenure was two years and the highest was 22 years, and intense work motivation as many as 40 people (55.6%). In conclusion, the explanation of nurses in providing nursing care during the COVID-19 pandemic is in the low category. Keywords: Nursing Care, Work Motivation, COVID-19 Pandemic

Abstract

The development of social interaction and self-confidence in children can experience obstacles due to bullying incidents that occur to children at school. Bullying in schools is still a problem in Indonesian education, because many school-age children do not understand much about bullying behavior that they do or get from the environment. Efforts to increase the prevention of bullying behavior can be carried out by increasing knowledge of the impact of bullying through the implementation of education. The purpose of this study is to see the effectiveness of health education on knowledge related to bullying behavior in elementary school children. This research is a quantitative study with a pre experimental design without control group with a one group pretest- posttest design with a total research sample of 30 students. The results showed that there was a significant difference in knowledge between sntsrs drbrlum before health counseling and after health counseling with p = 0.001. Education about bullying behavior is effective in an effort to increase knowledge and the dangers of bullying behavior so that it can prevent bullying behavior in schools.

Abstract

Puberty is one of the developmental phases that we will go through. Hormonal changes and maturity of human reproductive functions begin at this stage. Reproductive health is one of the things that is still taboo to be given early in Indonesia. Children seek information through friends, the internet and social media. The incidence of premarital pregnancy, promiscuous sexual behaviour and sexual violence are forms of problems that arise along with the lack of knowledge of children about reproductive health. The purpose of this service activity is to provide knowledge to students about reproductive health. The method used is by providing health counselling and students are also equipped with lefleat. There was an increase in knowledge before and after this activity took place.

Abstract

Father's support for breastfeeding is one of the factors that influence a mother to breastfeed exclusively. This study aims to find out the relationship between father's support and exclusive breastfeeding. This type of research is quantitative using a descriptive correlational design and a cross-sectional approach. The sample for this study consists of 50 respondents who are mothers with babies aged 0-6 months who are registered at the Langsat Health Center. Sampling uses random sampling techniques. Data collection using questionnaires. Analysis in this study uses bivariate with the Chi-Square test. The result of the study on the characteristics of respondents aged 26-35 years is a total of 29 respondents (58%), the average number of respondents who are multiparous is 33 respondents (66%), the average ethnicity of the mother is Malay is 26 people. respondents (52%), the average mother's education, i.e. secondary education, was obtained by 34 respondents (68%), the average mother's occupation, i.e. not working, was obtained by 35 respondents (70%), while the father's education, i.e. secondary education, was obtained by 35 respondents (70%) and the average occupation of the father is self-employment. There are 21 respondents (42%). The results of the study showed that exclusive breastfeeding was obtained by 37 respondents (74%), and good breastfeeding father support was obtained by 25 respondents (50%). Bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test showed a P value of 0.107 (P>0.05), meaning that there is no relationship between breastfeeding father support and exclusive breastfeeding. The community health center is expected to educate the community about the importance of the family's role in the influence of exclusive breastfeeding.
