Abstract

The Effect of the Mount Agung Volcanic Ash and Compost on Soil Properties and Yield of Tunggak Nuts (Vigna unguiculata (L.) Walp). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving volcanic ash and compost as a soil amendment. The design used was a factorial randomized block design. The volcanic ash factor consisted of 3 levels: A0 = no volcanic ash, A1 = 15% volcanic ash and A2 = 30% volcanic ash. The compost factor consisted of 3 levels: K0 = without compost, K1 = 10 tons of compost ha-1, and K2 = 20 tons of compost ha-1. The combination treatments was repeated 3 times so that there were 27 observation units. Several parameters of soil properties and yield of tunggak nuts were studied to determine the effect of volcanic ash and compost as soil amendments. The results showed that the interaction between the treatment of volcanic ash and compost on the soil and plants was not significant, while the single treatment of compost had a significant effect on the growth and yield of tunggak nuts. The treatment of volcanic ash has not shown a significant effect, both on soil and on plant growth and yield.

Abstract

Role in Increasing Efficiency Organic Fertilizers Inorganic Fertilizer and Soybean Production Edamame (Glycine max L. Merill) on The Ground in Subgroup Vertic Epiaquepts at Pegok Denpasar. The study entitled "The Role of Organic Materials In Inorganic Fertilizer Efficiency Improvement and Edamame Soybean Production In subgroup Vertic Epiaquepts" conducted from July to October 2016 at the Faculty of Agriculture Experimental Farm UNUD to design a randomized block design (RBD). The treatments tested were: 1) P0 = control (without fertilizer); 2) P1 = standard NPK fertilizer (300 kg/ha Phonska); 3) P2 = 5 t/ha petroganik + 50% NPK 4) P3 = 10 t/ha petroganik + 50% NPK; 5) P4 = 15 t/ha petroganik. The results showed that the treatment tested significantly affected parameters: plant height maximum, the number of branches/clump, number of pods containing/clump,the percentage of pods containing/clump, production pods contain/plot, heavy berangkasan fresh/clump, and the estimated production of peas contains /ha. Estimated production of pods contain/ha in a row from the highest are: P3 (22.45 tonnes/ha), P4 (17.73 tonnes/ha), P2 (17.01 tonnes/ha), P1 (16.63 tons/ha), and P0 (10.80 tonnes/ha). Agronomic efficiency indicated by the RAE in each treatment were tested in order are: P3 = 199.83%, P4 = 118.87%, P2 = 103.50%. When compared with the standard fertilizer treatment (P1), the P3 increased efficiency of 99.83%, in P2 by 3.5%, and in P4 amounted to 18.8%.

Abstract

The study of packages of semi-organic fertilization on soil properties, and yield of rice (Oryza sativa L). The aim of this study was to know the effect of semi organic fertilization doses on soil properties and yield of rice. The Randomized block design (RBD), with 3 replications and 9 treatments was used in this study. P0 (without fertilizer), P1 (25 tons of organic fertilizer ha-1), P2 (300 kg of Urea ha-1, 150 kg SP36 ha-1 and 75 kg KCl ha-1), P3 (biourin liquid fertilizer) P4 (½ P1 + ½ P2), P5 (½ P1 + ½ P3, P6 (½ P2 + ½ P3), P7 (2/3P1 + 1/ 3 P2) and P8 (2/3P3 + 1/3P2). The results showed that the application of semi-organic fertilizer on soil properties such as soil salinity, C-organic content, P-available and Nitrogen content of soil significantly affected by the treatment, while potasium_available and soil pH is not significantly affected by the treatment. Yield of rice had a very significant effected by treatment. The semi-organic fertilizer P4 (combination of 50 % anorganic + 50 % organic compost) and P6 (combination of 50 % inorganic + 50 % biourine) can produce oven dry grain 33.35 g per bushel and 32.63 g per bushel respectively or increased 57.91 % and 54.50 % of controls.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the actual and potential land suitability, limiting factors, provide land use direction and create a land suitability map for horticultural crops in North Denpasar District. This study uses field survey methods, soil analysis at the Laboratory of Soil and Environmental Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University, and the matching method. Observation of sample points was carried out by purposive sampling in each subak. Sampling was carried out to a depth of 30 cm. The results showed that the actual land suitability class for horticultural crops (sweet potato, potato, chili, tomato and eggplant) was classified as S3 (marginally appropriate) to N (not suitable) with the limiting factors being temperature, rainfall, N-total, K2O, and erosion hazard. Improvement efforts can be made by giving organic matter, giving Urea and KCl fertilizer. Potential land suitability classes for horticultural crops are classified as S3 (marginal appropriate) to N (not suitable), with temperature and rainfall limiting factors. The types of plants recommended for Subak Dalem, Kedua, Lungatad, Pakel II, Petangan, Ubung, and Sembung are sweet potatoes, chilies, tomatoes, and eggplants. The types of plants recommended for subak Pakel I are chili, tomato, and eggplant.

Abstract

Kinerja ialah sebuah pencapaian hasil pekerjaan yang diraih seseorang disesuaikan pada tugas serta peran yang dihubung-hubungkan dengan standar kerja. Indikator penilaian pegawai adalah nilai SKP dan nilai perilaku kerja yang dievaluasi dengan harapan akan menunjukkan peningkatan setiap periode penilaiannya, sehingga dapat menunjang kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan. Fenomena yang terjadi pada DPMPTSP Kabupaten Buleleng bahwa kinerja pegawai mengalami penurunan dari tahun 2019 – 2021 dengan melihat indikator nilai sasaran kerja pegawai. Studi berikut memiliki tujuan guna melihat keberpengaruhan budaya organisasi, motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan pada kinerja pegawai. Studi berikut dijalankan di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP Kabupaten Buleleng dengan populasi seluruh PNS sebanyak 33 pegawai. Teknik sampling yang dipilih ialah sampling jenuh yaitu semua populasinya dijadikan sampel. Mengumpulkan datanya dijalankan melalui sebaran angket untuk responden. Analisa datanya dijalankan mempergunakan analisa regresi linear berganda dibantu dengan program SPSS 26 for windows. Saat hendak menjalankan uji hipotesa, dijalankan lebih dulu instrument riset serta pengujian asumsi klasik. Temuan studi dinyatakan kalau budaya organisasi, motivasi dan gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial maupun simultan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai.
