Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused changes to pharmaceutical services activities in community pharmacies, due to various adjustments that must be made. To analyze the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on pharmaceutical service activities in community pharmacies. Cross-sectional approach involving community pharmacist in DKI Jakarta. The quantitative data were collected through distributing online questionnaires in November 2022, while qualitative data were obtained through online in-depth interviews. The quantitative data was analyzed descriptively whereas qualitative data was analyzed using content analysis. Research revealed an increase of 29.4% of pharmacies experiencing out of stock in pharmaceutical supplies compared to before the pandemic. There was a 42.1% decrease indirect Drug Information Services (DIS) compared to before the pandemic. Meanwhile, during the pandmeic a 42.1% increase in online DIS. There were various innovations and strategies done by pharmacies including maximizing the use of digitalization both in the implementation of pharmaceutical services, as well as in promotional activities and online sales of pharmacy productsand. It can be concluded that there are considerable differences in managerial activities and clinical pharmacy services before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, with more digital-based technology involvement in managerial activities and clinical pharmacy services during the pandemic. Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether Capital Structure, Earnings Persistence and Investment Opportunity Set (IOS), both partially and simultaneously affect Earnings Quality in healthcare companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used is Purposive Sampling, which is a technique that looks at determining the criteria selected as a factor, which obtained a sample of 85 data or 17 companies. The data used is secondary data, namely the financial statements of companies listed on the IDX. In order to prove the hypothesis, multiple regression testing is carried out which begins with the classical assumption test. The research model passed the classic assumption test. Simultaneous testing concluded that all independent variables affect earnings quality. Partial testing of Capital Structure affects Earnings Quality, Earnings Persistence affects Earnings Quality and Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) affects Earnings Quality.

Abstract

Constipation is a condition that is often found in children, constipation is a symptom of difficult bowel movements which is characterized by the consistency of hard stools, large size, and decreased frequency of bowel movements. Based on pathophysiology, constipation is classified into constipation due to organic disorders and functional constipation. The prevalence of constipation in children is estimated at 0.3% - 8%. The purpose of knowing the benefits of Abdomen Massage for Infants aged 6-12 Months Against Constipation at the Azzahra Nurfalah Clinic, Kec. North Cikarang, Bekasi Regency in 2023. Using an analytical method with a Quasi-Experimental research design with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study were infants aged 6-12 months with constipation in the Azahra Nurfalah Clinic area with a total population of 30 respondents, the sample in this study was 30 respondents, 15 respondents had abdominal massage and 15 respondents did not have massage using a sampling technique. in total sampling. Data collection techniques used the division and filling out of checklists and questionnaires and were analyzed using the Independent T-Test test. Based on the results of the Independent T-Test test, a significant value of 0.000 was obtained, which means p <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant benefit between abdominal massage for babies aged 6-12 months for constipation at the Azzahra Nurfalah Clinic, Kec. North Cikarang, Bekasi Regency in 2023. It is hoped that this research can be used to increase knowledge of the benefits of infant massage, namely making baby muscles stronger, increasing their immunity, reducing pain, and promoting defecation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti perlindungan hukum bagi korban penyebaran konten pornografi yang dilakukan dengan motif balas dendam (revenge porn). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum normatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Revenge porn merupakan distribusi gambar seksual individu tanpa izin yang melanggar Pasal 45 Ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 mengenai Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. Fenomena ini menyebabkan kerugian signifikan bagi korban, terutama perempuan, karena tindakan ini dianggap memalukan dan merendahkan. Perlindungan hukum yang dapat diberikan mencakup restitusi, konseling, layanan kesehatan, dan bantuan hukum. Penelitian ini juga menekankan pentingnya perlindungan hak asasi manusia sesuai dengan UUD 1945 yang mengharuskan negara untuk menjaga keselamatan dan kesejahteraan seluruh warga negaranya. Upaya pemulihan bagi korban revenge porn sangat penting untuk membantu mereka mengatasi dampak psikologis dan sosial dari tindakan tersebut, sehingga mereka dapat melanjutkan hidup dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

Digital transformation is forcing global MSMEs to adopt technology, especially digital marketing. However, not all MSMEs are taking full advantage of it. In Indonesia, limited resources and low marketing skills challenge the growth of MSMEs. Digital marketing and market capability proved to influence performance, while rebranding became an important strategy. Digital marketing, through media such as the web and Instagram, has proven to be significant for MSME growth. The Bojongmanggu Women Farmers Group which has a programme in the cultivation and processing of sorghum plants into high economic value and healthy consumer products. The focus of this activity is the creation of a web profile, one of which contains a digital catalogue. In addition, facing the increasing intensity of competition through digital platforms, MSMEs are expected to expand their awareness in utilising Instagram as an effective tool to promote products. Although social media is effective, its management requires adequate time and understanding. Academic involvement in community service is key to accelerating the mastery of digital marketing concepts by MSMEs, supporting the sustainable growth of the sector.

Abstract

Desain kemasan produk memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan branding usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di lingkungan bisnis yang sangat kompetitif. Persaingan pasar global yang meningkat saat ini mengharuskan UMKM meningkatkan kualitas produk mereka, terutama dalam hal pengemasan. Kemampuan pengemasan yang tidak memadai adalah masalah umum di kalangan mayoritas UMKM di Indonesia. Perbaikan dalam desain kemasan, terutama dalam kaitannya dengan produk makanan, memerlukan perhatian untuk memungkinkan UMKM untuk secara efektif menjangkau basis pelanggan yang lebih besar. Salah satu pendekatan untuk mencapai hal ini adalah melalui pengembangan desain kemasan yang disesuaikan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan preferensi pelanggan. Sorgum menjadi alternatif bahan pangan. Sorgum merupakan salah satu jenis seralia dengan kadar protein yang tinggi dibandingkan serealia lainnya. Saat ini Kelompok Wanita Tani Melati (KWT) desa Bojongmanggu telah berhasil melakukan pembudidayaan dan pengolahan tanaman sorgum menjadi produk – produk konsumsi yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi dan sehat. Namun demikan, beberapa produk olahan seperti sistik dan pop perlu dilakukan redesain kemasan. Pengabdian masyakat ini bertujuan melakukan redesain kemasan dan photo produk olahan sorgum untuk katalog digital.

Abstract

Conservation of biological natural resources is not only the responsibility of the manager of a conservation area but also the responsibility of all elements, including the community around the area. The activities of conserving biological natural resources that are carried out in collaboration will provide maximum results. Communities around the area in particular are the subject of development in an effort to conserve natural resources. The method of implementing community service activities carried out includes training activities and field practice in stages; preparation, implementation and evaluation. Preparatory activities include field observations regarding the need for facilities and infrastructure. Implementation activities are through training and field practice in the technique of making plant seeds with uprooting techniques in nature. Evaluation activities are carried out after the completion of the activity to ensure the sustainability of the activity. The benefits of this activity are expected to increase public knowledge about the role of providing plant seeds in an effort to restore the area of the Research Station of the Faculty of Forestry, Universitas Kuningan in Gunung Ciremai National Park.
