Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT terhadap hasil belajar passing control sepakbola dalam PJOK. Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen sungguhan (true experimental) dengan rancangan the posttest only control group design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dan didapat kelas X MIPA 2 sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan X IPS 1 sebagai kelompok kontrol. Perlakuan dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali perlakuan diluar posttest. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t dengan bantuan SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Signifikansi pada uji hipotesis diperoleh melalui uji parametrik (uji Independent Samples Test) adalah 0.001 yaitu p<0,05. Disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar passing control sepakbola dalam PJOK di SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja. Disarankan kepada guru PJOK dapat menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe (TGT) karena terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu Untuk mengetahui pemetaan sarana dan prasarana PJOK di SMA/SMK se-Kecamatan Karangasem. Jenis penelitian yang penulis pilih merupakan deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode survey. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel dari keseluruhan jumlah populasi yaitu SMA/SMK yang ada dise-Kecamatan Karangasem. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan guru PJOK di masing masing sekolah tepatnya dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung terhadap sumber data atau objek penelitian, dan mencatat data yang diperlukan menggunakan lembar observasi. Jumlah sarananya yaitu 987 sarana kemudian yang berkondisi baik sebanyak 834 buah dengan persentase 84,4%. Selanjutnya yaitu sarana yang berkondisi buruk sebanyak 153 buah dengan persentase 15,6%. Kemudian, yang miliki sendiri sebanyak 987 sarana dengan persentase 100%, untuk yang menyewa sebanyak 0 sarana dengan persentase 0 % dari jumlah total sarana keseluruhan yaitu 987 buah serta yang berkondisi standart sebanyak 954 sarana dengan persentase 96,6 %, untuk yang modifikasi sebanyak 33 sarana dengan persentase 3,4 % dari jumlah total sarana keseluruhan yaitu 987. Jumlah fasilitas Prasarana keseluruhannya yaitu 51 Prasarana  dan yang berkondisi baik 51 dengan persentase 100 % berkondisi baik dan yang berkondisi rusak yaitu 0 dengan persentase 0%  artinya semua fasilitas di Smk/Smk Se-Kecamatan Karangasem ini berkondisi Baik.

Abstract

The Provincial Sports Week (Porprov) organized by KONI in Bali Province showed unequal results, which were dominated by Badung Regency and Denpasar City. Related to this, KONI must have a clear and well-designed roadmap to lead sports coaching programs. It is important to map the achievement sports development program by the KONI of the Province of Bali so that sports coaching are carried out evenly and unevenly. The aim of the study was to evaluate the KONI sports development program in districts/cities in the province of Bali using the context, input, process, product (CIPP) model. Evaluation research uses an evaluation method with a qualitative approach supported by quantitative data. Data were obtained through participatory observation and interviews (athletes, coaches, questionnaires, archives and documentation). The research sample is 50 people. The sampling technique used was random sampling of district/city provincial KONI officials who were involved in the implementation of Porprov Bali. Data analysis used is data triangulation. The results of the study were in the form of (1) recommendations regarding the evaluation of district/city KONI sports achievement development programs in the province of Bali, (2) mapping of district/city KONI featured sports in the province. Bali, (3) district/city KONI policies in fostering achievement sports development, (4) relevant sports coaching models carried out by district/city KONI Bali province. The research results can be used as a basis for developing various policies to improve achievement in sports coaching, as well as a guide in mapping the development of regional leading sports.

Abstract

Sports coaching in the Province of Bali are unevenly distributed. It is proven that Karangasem Regency often ranks at the bottom. The fundamental cause experienced by KONI is that the sports coaching program that has yet to be implemented optimally refers to the progress of sports science and technology with scientific studies. The study aimed to evaluate the KONI sports coaching program in Karangasem Regency, Bali Province, using the context, input, process, and product (CIPP) model. Evaluation research uses a combination approach (quantitative and qualitative). The methods used in collecting data are observation, interviews, and documentation. The instrument used in collecting data is a questionnaire sheet. The data analysis used is data triangulation. The results of the study, namely First, recommend the results of the evaluation of the KONI sports coaching program in Karangasem Regency. Second, the KONI policy in Karangasem Regency in the development of sports coaching. Third, realizing sports coaching systems/coaching models at KONI Karangasem Regency. Fourth, make management of sports coaching at KONI Karangasem Regency. Related parties are expected to be able to make a real contribution in the management and development of KONI sports in Karangasem Regency, Bali Province.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to evaluate the multilateral development-based elementary school athletic sports development program in the province of Bali. Evaluation research uses survey methods with qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. The number of samples of elementary school students as student sports week athletes (Porjar) in athletic competitions amounted to 55 athletes, while the number of coaches was 13 people. Data were obtained through questionnaires, interviews, observations, archives, and documentation. Data analysis used triangulation of data sourced from elementary school students, coaches, sports stakeholders, archives, and researcher observations. The conclusions obtained are (1) collaboration is formed through a memorandum of agreement (MoA) between the Department of Education and Culture of Elementary Education with the Health and Recreation Physical Education Study Program (PJKR) and the Sports Training Education Study Program (PKO) of the Faculty of Sports and Health (FOK) Undiksha and the All-Indonesian Athletics Association (PASI) in the regency/city of Bali province, (2) setting targets for developing athletic sports for elementary school students according to their developmental age, by balancing academic/non-academic aspects, sports interests/talents, and program adjustments training, (3) developing a recruitment system for gifted students with tests and measurements (anthropometry, bio motor, medical examination, and psychological tests) according to developmental age, (4) competent, reliable trainers, and graduates of sports coaching education, understanding the philosophy of coaching, students’ development, experienced in coaching, and licensed according to the sport they are engaged in, and an (5) form sports class/athletic sports club as the implementation and program of the Regency/City Educational Youth and Sports Office of the province of Bali.

Abstract

Bahan ajar digital ilmu gizi olahraga merupakan bahan ajar melalui smartphone yang digunakan untuk membantu mahasiswa belajar materi ilmu gizi olahraga dalam perkuliahan yang menggunakan hybrid learning model. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan mahasiswa akan bahan ajar digital dalam mata kuliah ilmu gizi olahraga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subyek penelitian adalah mahasiswa yang memprogram mata kuliah ilmu gizi olahraga. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner penilaian kebutuhan bahan ajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode perkuliahan sudah sangat sesuai dengan kondisi dan situasi terkini. Penggunaan media pembelajaran menunjang proses perkuliahan serta membantu pemahaman materi ilmu gizi olahraga mahasiswa. Agar proses belajar lebih efektif, mahasiswa sangat perlu bahan ajar digital ilmu gizi olahraga yang berupa e-modul untuk menunjang perkuliahan yang menggunakan hybrid learning model.

Developing electronic teaching materials for sports energy in hybrid learning is necessary for lecturers teaching sports nutrition courses. Electronic teaching materials are able to help students learn independently and in groups without time and place limits. Electronic teaching materials are developed by considering student requirements, student characters, study program curriculum, and teaching systematics. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan passing formasi segitiga terhadap keterampilan passing, (2) pengaruh pelatihan passing formasi dalam lingkaran terhadap keterampilan passing, (3) perbedaan pengaruh latihan passing formasi segitiga dengan formasi dalam lingkaran terhadap keterampilan passing (chest pass). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa peserta ekstrakulikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun 2014 dengan jumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen The Modified Group Pre-test – Post-test Design. Tes pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melempar dan menangkap bola. Analisis data menggunakan statistic uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 dengan bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata pada variable keterampilan passing (chest pass). Kelompok passing formasi segitiga dari 12,73 sampai 24,00. Pada kelompok passing formasi dalam lingkaran dari 12,80 sampai 19,40. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) pelatihan passing formasi segitiga berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan passing (chest pass), (2) pelatihan passing formasi dalam lingkaran berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan passing (chest pass), (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh antara passing formasi segitiga dan formasi dalam lingkaran dimana passing formasi segitiga lebih baik dari pada passing formasi dalam lingkaran pada siswa peserta ekstrakulikuler bola basket SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun 2014. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan passing formasi segitiga, formasi dalam lingkaran, keterampilan passing (chest pass) bola basket. This study aimed to (1) the effect of passing the training triangle formation on passing skills, (2) the effect of passing training in circle formation on passing skills, (3) the effect of passing drills in a triangular formation with the formation of the circle passing skills (chest pass). Subjects were participants in extracurricular basketball student SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja in 2014 the number of 30 people. This study used an experimental method The Modified Group Pre-test - Post-test Design. Test data collection is done by throwing and catching a ball. Data were analyzed using t-test statistics (t-test) at a significance level of 0.05 with SPSS 16.0. Based on the results of data analysis showed an increase in the average value of the variable skills of passing (chest pass). Group passing a triangular formation of 12.73 to 24.00. In the group in a circle formation passing from 12.80 until 19.40. From the results of the data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that (1) the training effect on the triangular formation passing passing skills (chest pass), (2) passing the training effect on the formation of the circle passing skills (chest pass), (3) there is a difference between the effect of passing triangular formation and formation in a circle passing a triangular formation which is better than passing in a circle formation on the student participants in extracurricular basketball SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja in 2014. keyword : Training passing a triangular formation, formation in a circle, passing skills (chest pass) basketball.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan sepakbola kelereng terhadap keterampilan menggring bola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan slalom terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan sepakbola kelereng dan pelatihan slalom terhadap keterampilan keterampilan menggiring bola. Subjek penelitian adalah Atlet Sekolah Sepakbola Semarapura United tahun 2015 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Data keterampilan menggiring bola diukur dengan tes menggiring bola. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan “the modified non-randomized pre-test post test goup design”. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan sepak bola kelereng berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola, dengan hasil thitung = 32,152 >ttabel = 2.048 (2) pelatihan slalom, berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola, dengan hasil thitung = 42,845 > ttabel = 2,048 (3) pelatihan slalom memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan sepakbola kelereng terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 19,08 >18,19. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan sepakbola kelereng terhadap peningkatan keterampilan menggiring bola, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan slalom terhadap peningkatan keterampilan menggiring bola, (3) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan keterampilang menggiring bola antara pelatihan sepakbola kelereng dengan pelatihan slalom, dimana pelatihan slalom lebih baik dari pada pelatihan sepakbola kelereng terhadap peningkatan keterampilan menggiring bola. Kata Kunci : pelatihan sepakbola kelereng, slalom dan keterampilan menggiring bola This study aims to know (1) the effect of kelereng football coaching in relation to ball dribble skill, (2) the effect of slalom football coaching in relation to ball dribble skill, (3) the differences of kelereng football coaching and slalom football coaching in relation to ball dribble skills. The subject of this study is football school’s athlete of Semarapura United in the year 2015 which consists of 30 people. This skill of ball dribble data is measured using ball dribble test. This study also uses experimental method and plan “the modified non-randomized pretest posttest group design”. The data analysis uses statistic t-test in the level significance of 5%. The result of data analysis (1) kelereng football coaching influences ball dribble skill, with the result t(arithmetic) = 32,152 > t(table) = 2.048 (2) slalom coaching, influences ball dribble skill, with the result t(arithmetic) =42,845 > t (table) = 2.048 (3) slalom football coaching influences the ball dribble than kelereng football coaching seen from mean which is 18,08 > 18,19. This study can be concluded (1) there are some influences of kelereng football coaching in improving ball dribble skill, (2) there are some influences of slalom football coaching in improving ball dribble skill, (3) there are some ball dribble improvement differences between kelereng football coaching and slalom football coaching, in which slalom football coaching is better than kelereng football coaching in increasing ball dribble skill. keyword : kelereng football coaching, slalom football, ball dribble skill.

Abstract

Peran guru dalam proses pembelajaran sangatlah penting untuk menciptakan suasana yang kondisif. Setiap guru menginginkan agar peserta didiknya mendapatkan hasil belajar yang lebih baik, namun terkadang hasil belajar peserta didik masih belum mencapai ketuntasan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan hasil belajat PJOK materi permainan bola besar (sepak bola teknik shooting) pada peserta didik melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe numbered head together (NHT). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindak kelas dengan subjek penelitiannya berjumlah 37 peserta didik. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil observasi awal menunjukan pada  keberhasilan peserta didik hanya 67,57% yang tuntas atau 25 dari 37 dengan rata-rata nilai 74,9. Pada pelaksanaan siklus I, terdapat peningkatan keberhasilan peserta didik sebesar 72,97% atau 27 peserta didik dengan rata-rata nilai 75,3. Pelaksanaan tindakan siklus II juga mendapat peningkatan keberhasilan menjadi 100% peserta didik memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimum dengan rata-rata nilai 78,5. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa,  model pembelajaran ini dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PJOK pada materi permainan bola besar (sepak bola teknik shooting) peserta didik. Disarankan kepada guru PJOK agar dapat mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT pada materi permainan bola besar (sepak bola teknik shooting).
